Without prejudice, in light of the fact that my claims were accepted by the Small Claims Court and reached the Telephone Mediation with Ms. Duncan is an indication once again that I am being directly and indirectly discriminated against by the Judiciary Of England & Wales – www.judicialombudsman. I would also like to point out the failure in the letter to give me instructions to carry out the Order. Instead what the Court has done is issued me with threats that are triggers for my mental and physical disabilities. And that’s the same reason I have to take Ms. Duncan to court.
