Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Remember I tell the Ofsted Inspector it takes me less than half an hour to walk to work. She asked how much time it would take if I run? Probably about the same time!

I am gearing up for my annual Cancer Research UK Race for Life later. I was wondering if I could make it after the last 2 days. But I leave some things in GOD capable hands to decide. I am not any way the worse for wear.

Was I actually having a verbal & physical fight with Satan’s Army this morning b4 day? Yes I was! But I could see all my Loved Ones standing on the sidelines spurring me to go on… So I will reiterate with “Do I know the Name of the Father, the Son, the Blessed 3 in 1? Yes I do & I was brought up that way by my PARENTS. But at the same time none of my PARENTS took crap from anyone.
That meant if they had to go it alone, they would. If they had to speak the Truth no matter who got Offended, they would.

So I was doing a little tidying up in my Palace yesterday 4 the work men to come in! Low & behold I found the cover 4 my J’adore in another bag with Toiletries… I am still trying to work out how it got there? Guess sum things will remain a Mystery!

You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. HHJ Parfitt This is a Judge who must be Disciplined
HHJ Parfitt replaced HHJ Dight Designated Civil District Judge and I was not informed even when there was mumbling between him and Mr Bradley www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal. I only learned of the changes when I received the judgment. I have no alternatives left but to assume that HHJ Dight was conveniently absent because I found he had a misconduct from the JCIO on 19/5/2020 which was my DOB. So this time the ECRO was 20/5/2021 the day after my DOB and before my Wedding Anniversary. They continue to use the triggers to my PTSD to get a result www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do about certain situation. By the way this was after I was targeted by a James Jones on https://www.facebook.com and my account closed for 3 days, then I decided not to play the games of losing my account like with https://www.linkedin.com and https://www.twitter.com on behalf of LEYF.
Complaint: I lodged a complaint against HHJ Parfitt and was given a caseworker on the 8/10/2020. In reference to the fact the HHJ Dight was given a misconduct by JCIO for failing to act about a Judgment in 5 months, should not the caseworker be accountable for not contacting me?
Now we address the matter of Claim Number: F56YJ215 with Barrister Ryan Clement. HHJ Dight stated I have no say in the matter of collecting my husband’s www.moneyclaim.gov.uk when I raised the matter at CLCC on the 2/9/2020. Yet he passed Judgment for me to pay Barrister Samantha Jones £17,000.00. Imagine HHJ Parfitt read my Medical Report www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk and claimed he understands my Traumas, but the Medical Report said am doing okay. This is the same Medical Report I handed to Judge Freer in Court because it was left out of the Respondent’s Bundle. Now how did HHJ Parfitt get that figure since HMCTS is responsible for the second miscarriages of justice. If HMCTS did not allow Ms Jones to deceive them I would have no need to be in contact with https://www.ryanclement.com. The ripple effect of HMCTS discrimination meant I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS and in seeking to regain some semblance of normality to my life I encountered those who I have taken to the Small Claims Court on advice from the Lady at Judge Rinder whose show I applied for and Barrister Sally Robertson who advised me to report Ryan Clement to the authority.
A hearing has been listed, I believe in error as you were before HHJ Lethem just last week.

Today, 25 May, marks the first anniversary of the dreadful murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis by police officer Derek Chauvin.
In Southwark we will take a moment to remember George, and all the victims of racism through history. Please join us at 12 noon for a minute’s silence as we stand together against racism, discrimination and inequality.
Last year, following the horrific murder, Southwark Council launched a new programme called Southwark Stands Together. By bringing people together from different backgrounds, we sought to hear and better understand experiences of racism, discrimination and inequality in our community. We hosted listening events that were attended by more than 1,500 people and 1,268 people responded to an online survey that the council shared.
We are now working to take action based on what you told us in the listening events and survey. Whilst there is much still to do, we are making good progress on a range of issues including:
• Working to ensure those with influence in our borough reflect our communities, for example by working to attract more Black professionals onto governing bodies in Southwark schools, and by increasing the number of Black, Asian and ethnic minority colleagues at senior management level in the council.
• Working with all schools in the borough to reduce exclusions and keep children in school, recognising that exclusions disproportionately affect our children from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds
• Helping to build trust between the police and the community, and find solutions to deep-rooted concerns around stop and search. As part of this work, a new Youth Independent Advisory Group has been formed with over 25 members aged 14+, to work together with the police and other organisations to influence policy for people living in the borough
• Identifying statues, street names and any other links with slavery as part of an anti-racist audit, so that our borough can make positive changes to reject these historic links, and instead honour a more diverse range of people for positive reasons

• Book a free place for an online event about COVID-19 vaccines, 6pm to 7.30pm on 3 June in Portuguese. Our panel will share information about the vaccine and will try to answer the questions you have. Get COVID-19 vaccine information in various languages
• Remember: one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine should give you protection from 3 or 4 weeks after you’ve had it, but you need to have two doses to give you longer lasting protection. When you’re called for your second dose, please make sure you go to your appointment
Get tested for COVID-19 twice a week
As lockdown restrictions ease it’s important we continue to get tested regularly, even if we’ve been vaccinated. If you don’t have symptoms there are different ways to get tested in Southwark:
• Visit a testing site at London Bridge or Bournemouth Road in Peckham
• Order tests to be delivered to your home
• Pick up a test from your local library
• Get a test at a pharmacy

Albion Primary school joins in walk to school week

As many of us start to get busier with work and social commitments, we are deeply grateful that a steady stream of volunteers continue to sign up to deliver our food parcels – despite the unseasonably rainy weather!
One of our Riders, Dan, has shared another lovely volunteering opportunity with the Cinnamon Trust; a charity that helps elderly and terminally ill people to care for their pets. One of their cases is in Walworth, close to Pembroke House, where an elderly couple need volunteers to walk their Jack Russell terrier. Walks are around 30 minutes, and can be morning, afternoon or early evening depending on the volunteer’s availability.
Dan has been volunteering with the Cinnamon Trust for years and is happy to answer any questions. If you reply to this email we can connect you to Dan or click on the link below to go directly to the Cinnamon Trust website.

Pembroke House is looking for a Projects Officer (Music) who will:
• deliver and develop our three open-access music education and engagement programmes, providing inspirational, low-cost training to 70 children aged 0-15; and
• work across the wider sweep of Pembroke House’s activities on projects that could range from strategy, to fundraising, comms, events, HR, IT or finance, depending on the post holder’s skills and experience.

Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Members need a current account plus either a savings account or mortgage account to qualify for this payment. As you and your husband have both, this is why you’ve received this payment if you don’t wish to receive it please let us know.
