The investigation of your complaint against police reference: PC/7/19

To Whom It May Concern

Dear Chief Inspector Jill Horsfall

Thank you for completing the investigation of my complaint. I am the person who brought the complaint after the way the Police went about colluding with terrorists, scammers, and exploiters from the criminal elements to make me a victim. I know exactly what my complaint was about because it happened to me. However, it’s obvious that the persons who carried out the investigations need to go do a refresher course in the EYFS curriculum areas. If in doubt research www.ofsted.gov.uk for further information.

I will be going through the report dealing with the findings and conclusions of the investigation that was concluded and attached. Without any ambiguity about my intentions and “without prejudice”, I will be challenging your decisions based on the facts that I submitted to the Investigation Officer. For your records, I have spoken to her earlier and recorded in line with the GDPR 2018. To protect me from the discrimination of the past years after the death of my mother. Resulting from https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. I noticed how everyone involved in the institutional discrimination of Mervelee Myers is fixated on the fact. Therefore, I have the www.collins.co.uk that my husband bought for me on the 15/10/2003 beside my computer for reference.

I will now blow your report findings and decisions that you claimed are base on the facts to into touch where they belong. Let me tell you that I have been accused of being dismissive of authority and just reading this crap before me telling me that I will now accept the self-fulfilling prophecy that I am dismissive of your appropriate authority to deal with my complaint. I don’t respect the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police if s/he is going to continue this charade of the Modern Slavery thriving in the UK. Here’s why I am so adamant about taking a stance because of where I am at dealing with www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk in covering up hate crime.

I will touch briefly on your recommendations and conclusions that you determine:

  1. At this stage I am not unduly bothered about whether my complaint was upheld or whether there is a case to answer or no case to answer, depending on the type of investigation. I spoke to the Investigating Officer this morning and I am clear this was another stitch up. I recorded the conversation as hearsay can’t go to law. I asked the Police for a previous recording and they refuse to comply.
  2. Whether or not any such person’s performance is unsatisfactory under The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. Suffice it to say I am not familiar with this ACT. But as soon as I can find some time from the way the Police and cohorts that I am now calling terrorist cells have hung me out to dry, I will do my research. The first research I was a participant in was acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I have since become known for my advocacy and participating in more research. Let me make it clear that I consider every individual involved in this sham of a report work is unsatisfactory without knowing the ACT. This is based on https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards. I might come back to this later?
  3. You are incapable of taking any actions because you have demonstrated that your grasp of the Queen’s English is not even at the level of the children in the EYFS curriculum. You are welcome to verify my knowledge at https://ofqual.gov.uk/qualifications-and-assessment/qualification-frameworks/levels-of-qualifications/.
  4. Whether this matter should be referred to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). I honestly don’t give two hoots what you do from here. You are welcome to my website to find out how I am addressing the hate crime from the Police.

As stated above I am not interested in what you have to say, I am only making sure I address my concerns in writing. And by now you should grasp that I have a conversation with the Investigating Officer. Which was duly recorded to protect myself from any other forms of defamation. I have used www.ico.org.uk to access data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk to get Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119. I have enough of the crap that brings me to where I am at in 26+ years of institutional discrimination in the UK.

You can uphold whatever matter you wish to, I don’t care. But the correspondence with the Police with be going in cyberspace in due course.

Furthermore, as I explained to the Investigating Officer this morning your Officers are all LIARS. I will say no more at this time except in saying I have a news clipping for Inspector Owen Pyle from his coverage in www.express.co.uk  after his tweet about the Notting Hill Carnival.

Let us deal with the failure you identified.

I would appreciate if you stop patronising me because this serves to exacerbate my disabilities. And you are not going to stop at reviewing the actions of those concerned. You are going to act and provide proof of the actions taken to address the imbalances.

Are you telling me that as my former employers, you are using my feedback to benefit yourself and the Police? Whilst at the same time labeling and stereotyping me as was done from 2014 after the death of my mother?

I have been made a statistic by www.hctgroup.org.uk of 1 in 5 suicides are associated with unemployment. This was what https://www.ryanclement.com/ used to groom www.peachespublications.co.uk to exploit me. And how the Police let me down when I raised concerns about verbal threats. Yet within minutes of a malicious report, they turned up at my home to section me. For your information, this discussed this morning too. I am only in this situation because of the failure of the Police to act on my concerns. Yet I am been told that the Police choose to believe Winsome Duncan who is a proven scammer, exploiter, and terrorist over me. After I provided the documentation with proof of her illegal activities.

It took me two weeks to get somewhere with http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report-fraud-about-you because the Police acted unprofessionally and were more interested in covering their track.

I would, therefore, like to know that now that I have provided the feedback to help the Police, what are they doing to address the discrimination against me? All I am expecting is for the Police to improve their services starting with me.

I do not agree with the outcome of this investigation or it’s findings as you should have been aware of by now. But I doubt very much you understand anything I am saying. I refuse to let you waste any more of my precious time. But I am appealing to show the Police they will not get away with the levels of discrimination against me from the time they blundered when they refuse to act on my concerns. But turned up at my home to section me after a malicious report. Then lying to cover up the fact of their hate crime.

You:

  1. I have not been adequately informed about the findings of the investigation or the outcome from the report.

Arguments for Number 1: I contacted the Investigating Officer to explain the findings and she was unable to give me the information I needed for the outcome. For there to be no ambiguity of what she said, I recorded the conversation.

  1. I am in total disagreement with the findings of the investigation.

Arguments for Number 2: I spoke to the Investigating Officer and what she told me don’t make any sense whatsoever. What does she mean by saying she “believe”? I gave her the information she asked for and as I said during the recording. If she was not clear about anything, she should have gotten back to me.

  1. I disagree whether the complaint is upheld or not or whether a person has a case to answer for misconduct or gross misconduct: or whether their performance was unsatisfactory.

Arguments for Number 3: Every individual involved in this matter have a case to answer. Their performance was unsatisfactory from start to finish. As I have said to the Investigating Officer I don’t wish for anyone to be victimised. However, they need to undergo some remedial training in line with the findings that said there was a failure identified. So what the hell is the Police doing about the failure that was identified?

  1. I disagree with the Police proposals for action – or lack of them – in light of the report.

Arguments for Number 4: Pardon me if I start acting like the Mentally Unstable that Winsome Duncan labels me as. She is responsible for landing the Police in this shit. The Police should be stopping her from exploiting other vulnerable people. Instead, they are covering up her criminal activities because of their neglect of acting on my concerns.

  1. Disagree with the decision not to refer the report to the CPS.

Arguments for Number 5: Frankly I don’t give a damn. Birds of a feather stick together. But you can look out for me blogging about my experiences in due course.

(Why do you want to confuse me with additional information that’s not applicable to my case? Goes to show exactly what I have stated above. You and the Police are not fit for purpose)

Appeals received after 28 days may not be allowed unless there are exceptional circumstances. The 28th day of the appeal is 23/05/2019.

Inspector Owen Pyle is a liar

Police Godwin Perrot is a liar

The 2 Officers who visited my home on the 16/11/2018 are thugs who have no home training

The Investigating Officer needs to do EAL training

Chief Inspector – Jill Horsfall needs some training to read and understand the information presented.

18 Years of the Neighbour from Hell

I am documenting in Chronological Order in terms of the Earliest Date

Sunday 28/4/2019: Do a recording to refresh my memory about some of the events that occurred during the time I moved here in December 2000.

Saturday 27/4/2019:  The doorbell went whilst I was sat at the computer near the window. I looked outside to see a young man standing there, but I did not know him. He’d seen me, so when he pressed on the bell again, I beckoned to him it’s my bell. He indicated he wanted upstairs. He then banged on the door repeatedly before going away.

Analysis:    I was warned when I moved in by Tess about the nuisance of having the doorbell going at all hours of the day. This has been my life since I have no peace night or day as a result. As per usual because of the reason I was accommodated by Housing for Women, for a peaceful life. I ignored the matter for the past 18 years.

Friday 26/4/2019: My husband only became aware of the altercation because of something he said. So I have to let him know what Debbie said before that exacerbated my disabilities.

Thursday 25/4/2019:   I came back from shopping with my friend who was here on a visit from the USA. I noticed that the garden was grazed even worse than the first time, last year. A plant that was left after it was trimmed to the bare necessity was pushed down out of sight behind the wall. I did not see the neighbour, but for some strange reason, I notice the neighbour next door. As like last year, he was busy sweeping his garden. Therefore it clicked in my head about the first time the garden was destroyed.

I have to do something for my friend, so I got on with the job. After I decided to do a recording for my record. Number 14 was sat at his doorway at this time, but I did not say anything to him. This time he did not make the same mistake as he did the first. I was outside the premises doing the recording when Debbie Gilchrist came down the stairs and started verbally abusing me. After asking her nicely to go back upstairs and leave me alone and she refused. I let her have it and told her exactly how I am feeling. I already worked out that she and Number 14 concocted a plot, and I was not falling into it.

Analysis: I’d avoided many plots of exploitations from the time www.leyf.org.uk tampered with my data. H4W can refer to the time they contacted www.personnelconsultancy.com about the email that was sent to them by mistake, during my Employment Tribunal at https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 making me a victim. More about this later, because H4W has changed from when they rescued me from HOMELESSNESS.

I was still outside capturing evidence when Debbie stood at her window arguing, before coming back down to abuse me verbally again. She stood at the door blocking my entrance if I wanted to come in. Debbie Gilchrist began to make some claims which I found to be discriminatory:

  1. Refer to me as shitty
  2. Claim this was shared space
  3. She can’t get access to the bins
  4. She will teach me how to behave myself

 

Analysis:

  1. When she refuses to stop calling me shitty, I tell her she is a Dutty Gal and she began to argue along the line of me calling her Dirty Girl. So I explained the difference and told her to claim what she is due, because of her treatment to me the past 18 years.
  2. I asked why she started stopping me having access to the shared space since last year when she destroyed the garden and disrespected my husband.
  3. I informed her if she can’t access the bins is the result of the stolen good she is storing.
  4. As for teaching me to behave myself, who is she to talk? Debbie Gilchrist is the neighbour from hell for the past 18 years. I once asked H4W to put on record a complaint just in case I need to refer to it.

To avoid the triggers to my disabilities, I asked Debbie to leave me alone and go back upstairs. When she refused, I curse her, letting her know in no uncertain terms that I will not fall in her trap.

At this time my husband was not aware that there was a disagreement outside. But there were a few curious onlookers. I told her in no uncertain terms that what she is doing is provocation.

Later I was passing Number 14, where Debbie’s partner was talking to Collin. He asked if I am okay to which I replied: “yes thank you”. He has never been disrespectful to me, but he was to my husband in my absence.

Demolishing the Garden in 2018

I came home after a performance with Rye Lane Community Gospel Choir to see Debbie at her window taking photos of the garden. I said to her she could have at least leave some of the flowers for my husband to sit at the window and admire. Next door responded and I told him I was not talking to him. That’s why I know this is a premeditated plot to provoke me to act out of character. When I went indoors my husband told me he was sat at the window and Debbie looked at him and destroyed the garden. I went back out to address the matter of the disrespect to him. Since she decided that she was going to treat me that I don’t count, I told her my mind in no uncertain terms. I am a person who prefers to get matters that will impact on my disabilities off my mind so I am not affected unduly in carrying out my normal day-to-day activities. I thought the matter was resolved, but obviously, it’s not? Or Debbie wouldn’t have destroyed the garden again and giving me the lip about shared space. Waiting I am not around and rooting everything to the ground. Whilst getting Number 14 to be preying on me, gauging my reactions.

Event of Hate Crime over the Years

  1. One of her men leaned into my flat threatening my husband. Claiming he kissed his teeth at him. All he did was asked them to keep the noise down
  2. My bathroom flooded repeatedly by Debbie’s carelessness. Reasons I refused H4W running the electric pipelines through my flat up to hers.
  3. Obstructing the hallway to the entrance
  4. Throwing rubbish through her window into the back garden
  5. Starting arguments with claims she lived here before me
  6. Telling my husband to go back to Peckham where he has a flat
  7. Taking over the shared space to store materials from her Business
  8. Ringing my bell at all hours of the day and night from people who come to visit her
  9. Making noise in the flat to disturb me
  10. Installing a bell under mine causing confusion when people come to her

 

Analysis:  As can be noticed and verified from the upkeep of the environment. My husband who is passionate about the environment took care of the premises. That’s until last year when Debbie began intimidating and harassing him. The fact that the writing on the bins is mine shows that I was very much involved with caring for the shared space. So for Debbie to be behaving like this is direct discrimination because my husband is elderly and no longer able to carry out the duties he is passionate about.

In case H4W is not aware, I put on record about Ms. Debbie Gilchrist harassment, bullying and intimidation. I refuse to let anyone drive me around the bend and away from the home. I will leave when I am good and ready after completing my duty of care to my husband. In the meantime, I will not fall into any of the traps laid by anyone to trigger and exacerbate my disabilities for me to act how I have been labeled and tagged after the death of my mother.

5.9.2011 MERVELEE MYERS was on SKY NEWS promoting @LEYF. I became a Minor Celebrity when People stop telling me they saw me on the News. Didn’t see me because I don’t have SKY, but knew I know my Job Description – “to be the Face of @LEYF when they need the More Knowledgeable Reflective Practitioner who developed the Listening Ethos to Promote them”. Then I am hidden away until the next Promotional Campaign.
@LEYF spent July 2014 -September 2015 trying to Destroy ME. Immediately after returning from Jamaica to bury my MOTHER. Nearly 2 years & I have not been given the opportunity to grieve properly for my Loss. Now @LEYF tried to make out I am MAD & a CRIMINAL hence the reasons they used proportionate means to get legitimate aim.
What was the proportionate means? For Hilda Miller & Co to Hound me to Commit a Criminal Act like my breda who DIED IN PRISON?
Was the legitimate aim for @LEYF to deprive me of my Basic Fundamental Rights to provide for my Needs?
I was left to have my Mental Health Issues get the better of me… I have not worked since September because @LEYF blacklisted & is networking against me with cohorts in High Places.
Now Mr Solicitors I told U to find out why BWB went Running when I gave them a hint of my Defensive Practice.
Now take that £4,000 & stick it. As for the Clause I am going to see if I can get my Case Highlighted in the Public Domain. I will earn the £4,000 somehow to pay for the coverage.

2moro my Cousin Besrick being laid to rest at Williams Field St Elizabeth. My son KDM having a vote off with 1 of them Tulsie at Mount Grace in the Parish of Westmoreland. Well can only hope for the best on both occassions. As Linval said my son did not put himself foward, it was the people who asked for him to take up the Mantle! All I can do is wish my son the best. Life is about Contentment and is Happy in Your Own Skin

I am happy with the person I turn out to be in 2019. The following is 10 years of Facebook Memories that help me create the legacies to documenting stories of my experiences of overcoming adversities and challenges. I never once thought that giving up was an option. My grandmothers didn’t neglect their duties to families. My mother more so is an example to the world about what it was like to deal with anything that life throws at you. I am privilege and proud to have had my mother who taught me, without me realising, how to treat people with dignity and respect. It does not matter, one’s status in life, we are all human beings with similar needs to that of the Maslow Hierarchy of Needs.  Sometimes I have to feel sorry for missing out by not knowing my mother as I should have. However, I refuse to beat myself up for matters over which I have no control. I am therefore making sure to set the record straight by creating the legacies with the opportunities I was given on Social Media platforms from 2009 to date…

How the Times has taken a Toll on my Life

When I reached rock bottom after the death of my brother BYRON in 2008, I am sure he might have been the one who directed me to my horoscope after the death of my mother in 2014? I am taking Credit for my Contributions in Working in Partnerships for Building Brands 1999-2019

Taking my Inspiration from the Opportunities I was afforded during my time in the UK 1992- 2019 has resulted in my cyber footprints established at https://www.google.com. However, before that, I have to count my blessings that I worked as a Contract Cleaner in London. This allowed me to meet people from all walks of life, in preparation for realising my purpose in becoming a student. I attended Lambeth College 1997-1999 and graduated with a Student of the Year Awards. Despite my potentials identified and the advice to go to university, I got to attend acc-gen@open.ac.uk years later. I still recall to this day the advice I was given that a good Nursery Nurse should make use of a camera, a computer/laptop, a printer, and laminator. Back then I did not have access to a digital camera.

I made use of every opportunity and although when I started out as a student, I have no ICT knowledge. But I learned over the years to harness my skills and by the time I was transferred to Luton Street, I already learned lots from taking an open-minded approach to enhancing my knowledge. I was instrumental in achieving some accolades at Luton Street from April 2010 to when I transferred to BIB on the 23rd July 2014. As the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator, I brought many first to LEYF. I got published in the www.nurseryworld.co.uk and represented LEYF at several consultations on behalf of Leaders and Management. I will end here by saying that I can compare myself to the story of Kate’s pics show flair behind the camera by Lee Madden Daily Express Picture Editor.

Pages 4 – 5 ‘I’ve lost perfect wife and two amazing children’ is comparable to what happened to me the two times I experienced loss and bereavement. This led to the two nervous breakdowns that were triggered by the traumas of discrimination in the toxic workplaces in the UK.

Well, the way I am getting treated by some, especially on Social Media platforms, you would think I am the uncooperative, unprofessional, rude, intimidating, confidential, aggressive and lacking the empathy that I was labeled with by LEYF. This was after I was gagged because of the actions of some of those who were sanctioned to discriminate against me. This can be verified by the reviews at www.leyf.org.uk that’s online.

Teenage brother and sister killed escaping. If my son had started a family from he got married I would be the grandmother of a 23-year-old. My only granddaughter will be 15 years old on 5th May 2019. I have lost out on 5 years of my sons and grandchildren life. I have had an addition to my family this year. Some who turned against me is saying I should accept the injustice from http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding a second time. Hate preacher named as attack mastermind. I will compare this to the way that persons have used my intellectual property to climb up the career ladder, then after using my vulnerability to discriminate against me.

Why I am Holding the Government Responsible and Accountable for the Discrimination

Thanks to #MyHusband this is the fruit of his generosity. Can’t believe how much the cyanafus tree have grown over the years. I guess it can be compared to how our #LOVE flourishing from we were introduced by #MsCleghorn in 2001 at @WilsonRoad Camberwell.
Now I have to be doing my research about another #Culture 24 years after misunderstanding what was meant by the #Politics_Religion of life in the UK.

I was in the process of getting ready to go out to the Cadogan Hall to join the @W1CommunityGospelChoir members who are part of the @bandofthecoldstreamguards in celebration of St George’s Day Concert in aid of Combat Stress. Unless we have had some experience of DisabilityDiscrimination and #Prejudices, we might not be aware of the importance of the reasons for the #Veterans_MentalHealthCharity. I have been affected by the ignorance of lack of knowledge, that’s why I have my Fight4justicecampaign that I am intending to set up as #ADVOCACY.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself at the first attending of the St George’s Day Concert in aid of Combat Stress. The @bandofthecoldstreamguards including fellow @W1CommunityGospelChoir members made my evening complete. The icing on the cake was being asked if I have children in the #commonwealthchildrenschoir? Oh no I am a #GrandMother.

Just about to finish my Rum Cream that I opened from beginning of the year. Then I recall being on Holiday when my Daughter-in-Law was a Big Wig in Tourism b4 my MURRAY Grandson Kevin Murray JNR was born… The Tourist Lady wanted to order Rum Cream without any Rum? Can anyone out there help me to share those Hell-Raising Moments…? I promise to Bee-Have myself & only put things out that will not HEM-Ba-RASS any1…?

Coming from East Street Market see this Bloke adjusting Billboard. #ImLazyGiveMeFreeMoney so Nosey Ratty stop to investigate Professionally… & he was not Intimidated because I was neither Confrontational nor Rude. He realised I was not Lacking EMPATHY & told me he is a Comedian & on Instragramme….
ASAP I will upload as I got him Front/Back on Camera. Am not really a Mobile Phone Selfie Person.
Now I have to come up with #MerveleeMyersIsNotATeaLeaf to match Mr Comedian who was on the way to Parliament Square. Told U lot I am a Word Smith amongst many other Qualities.

Updates 2019: I have had my share of discrimination from the time my mother died. But here’s another straw that broke the camel’s back.  I have been threatened with criminal record after LEYF tampered with my data. Hope HR Dilys Epton recalls my email about writing a BOOK? I am in the process. 1 book will be DEAD-DIE-CAN-GET @LEYF for their Breaching my Rights. @LEYF ruined my Health & take Bread out of my Mouth. Expected me to Eat from Garbage, walk with my Naked Botty exposed & live outside to the mercies of the English Weather. I would not Survive. But they didn’t recon with my RESILIENCE & TOM.

Judge was called for jury duty in the www.express.co.uk the Daily Express Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

A JUDGE has revealed he was called for jury service – at a trial he was about to oversee.

Judge Keith Cutler told Salisbury Crown Court that even though he replied to the summons stating that he was the judge in the pending trial, his reason was rejected. He had to contact the Jury Central Summoning Bureau directly, he said.

He added: “I was selected for jury service here at Salisbury Crown Court for a trial starting April 23.

“I told the Jury Central Summoning Bureau that I thought I would be inappropriate seeing I happened to be the judge and knew all the papers.

“They wrote back to me saying ‘Your appeal for refusal has been rejected but you could apply to the resident judge’. But ‘I told them I am the resident judge’.

“I would have liked to have done the jury service to see what it was like – and whether I would have liked the judge’, he added.

ET Judge Martin – strike out my Racism claims. 9. EAT Delivery Manager – John Booth.  I will make sure the world is in no doubt about how the Employment Tribunal Services have made a victim. It included confidential, libelous, false or defamatory information or a reference to a case which is active in the UK courts. All I can say is the above email is self-explanatory.

The rest is history and I will make sure these Judges are taken down a peg or two off their pumps and pride.

Paragraph 6: I can smell a rat as a result of the above mention JUDGES making a fool of themselves with my case.

Let me see how many of my Class of 1972 from Frome Technical High Sch. Past Students & grade 7b, I can link on Facebook. This is 5 years after I wrote this. Believe me, my memory is slowing fading that I couldn’t have done this now. Remember that this is Grade 7B and the Class Teacher was #FayEllington! No not of #Radio_TV fame in Jamaica, but I understand she was from St Elizabeth. Now this is giving away my age, as well as I have my sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister on here. But I can be whatever age I want to be at any given time?

Sorry if I miss U! Where are they now? Writing at random because I (cawn even bodda wid di) can’t even bother with the Alphabetical Order! Allan Martin & (breda), brother, Dorset Wright, Donovan Lawrence, McPherson, CarolAnn Campbell – Hanover. Janet Sortie, Joylyn Brown – Jehovah’s Witness. Yvonne Hall, Yvonne Mitto aka Taylor – Holiness Street, Burnt Savannah. Marie Vickers, have a sister wasn’t in our class, but mistake me for June Taylor once. Romeo Allen, I think this boy was the most handsome guy I have the privilege of knowing. No wonder his parents given him that name.

Steven (Stephen) & Jennifer Linton, I am positive they were not siblings? Pauline Reid, was dark skin Indian. Marlene Tardiel now I am not sure if Marlene was in 7B, because I was in class with 3 Tardiels, during my time at Frome. Carol Johnson, Steadman & Lancelot Gopaul, these 2 were cousins, and Steadman and I were best of friends. We kept in touch whenever I visited home. Steadman has been #deceased. Hopeton Kerr, my brother Dostan Nembhard was his tailor. Edna Robinson, Joy Scott & friend, she was either mixed race or Indian – Red Hill.

Ophelia Pringle, Jean & Janet McLeod – are twins. I saw them at Mr Dunkley funeral about 7 years ago. I have photos ot them. Aubrey Wright, Indian, I think from Georges Plain. Berrisford Lewis of course from Townhead Primary School. Donatt Suckra & Grant, Indians from GP. Pearl Nelson, Dahlian Miller, Delroy Essue & Marjorie Essue – from GP or Sav. Delroy Essue used to ride his bicycle to school. Judith Jones, Selma aka Rosie Walters – from Ricketts River. Donovan Morrison, from Burnt Savannah and now I am thinking there was an Indian from round that side and his name might be King?

Linval Forrester, met an accident on his bike out by Hendon Roundabout. Glendon Blair, from Grange Hill. There was a whole family attending Frome in my time. Now I am wondering if Yvonne Heaven was in 7B or another class? Her brother Mr Heaven, was the teacher, I think he might have been going out with Ms Witter? Hey, nothing pass my harbour then, but I am getting long in the tooth for paying attention to details these days. Marcia Whitelocke, I am not sure if I hear that MW is no longer with us, or suffering Mental Health Issues?

Patricia Dunkley, we were pregnant at the same time. But I didn’t graduate, because of baby sickness. This continued up to just before Kevin was born. Michael Myrie, Indian and he later was operating business and I can’t remember the name of the place now? Levi Gooden, aka #Bishop wnt on to be a Police. I saw him at #CourtneyTurner dad’s Mass Eric’s wake yard. Thorkur, Napier, Annette Thompson, Jean Mullings, from back that side going GP or Sav. Heather aka Rose Brown, has since been deceased.

Deloris aka June Kerr, is part of Marcia Murray Royal family. Seen her in 2009 at my #FamilyReunion. Sonia Spence, Marva Richardson, from down Burnt Savannah to Truro end. Juliet Ferguson, is cousin to Everol Blake. Just wondering where she is at these days? Ezra Beharie, from Truro, I am sure he is also deceased? Dorothy Spence, seen her at Ms Connie funeral lately. Joan aka Junie-Marchie Clarke, has been deceased. Geraldine Forbes, was this petite girl, I believe from Grange Hill? Andrea Porteous, got a scholarship to Manning’s School from grade 8A.

Ullett Campbell, and Wilson, one from Truro and other from Frome. Yvonne Gordon, she used to be living at Ms Sam Dwayne Samuels, granny. See her at Mr #ErvingGreen funeral, but doubt she remember me? Grace Romans & Collins, from Sav. May Jackson, is a Basic School Teacher. Now was Ainsley March, in 7B or is this because I had a #crush on him? I am beginning to lose reasoning after all these years, so I am trying to remember if I have gotten some of these names mixed up? Anyway, I know that they were/are part of my school days either at Townhead or Frome? So I will let them stay.

Evaluation: I am going to Bible study with Josephine Alexander… I am rediscovering my Christian faith from the time my Papa used to preach whenever the Spirit advice him. I am challenging myself to height of empowerment in using God’s teaching to help me with #forgiveness. I am finding my friends in JESUS. We understand each other’s situation and know what boundaries not to cross.

I was having a “Panic Attack” which I managed to conquer at last just now. I was calling MY#1SON Kevin Murray because I needed some1 to talk to, but no answer. I am over the worse after I faced the demons and write my response.
I am making sure to record any of my “Melt Downs” in the Public Domains so if anything happens to me it can be laid at the table/doors of those who are Responsible & Accountable for “RUINING MY HEALTH”.
I will continue as I began and try to rely on ME, MYSELF & I to see me through this difficult phase in my life.
Not a Mother, not a Father, not a Child but Ratty Nembhard my Lord kneeling/standing in the “Need of Prayer”.
They can take their 5 digit Figure & stick it where Sun will not Shine. Because if it’s the last thing I do before God is ready for me is to expose them for the White Collar Criminals they all are.
I have been GAGGED and I have taken out the Gag, so I am not bowing, bending or be brow-beaten into handing over my RIGHTS.
I used the opportunity to learn all I needed to from 1st September 2009 to 27th September 2015 and is still learning.
Now they can “PISS OFF” and all the “Snoop-Asses” on my SM are welcome to continue the jobs & pass this on! Because they are nothing more than “COWARDS” hiding under the umbrella of their organisations and Abusing their Authority.
GOD gifted me with Writing and I’ve already written 4 Open Letters, 1 to Government and got response. I will be using whatever else I have being gifted with to make sure others avoid the pitfalls that I “Drop Dung eina and hence I am a Shell of my Former Self”?
Soon will be 2 years since MAMA LOU died and I have not had the time to grieve properly. Now these Rascals come tell me “Bullshit”!

Signed up again for Race 4 Life. Will be doing it in honour of my breda Walford BYRON Alburney NEMBHARD whose life was cut short by the dreaded Big C. 3 months & Byron was gone to be with his Maker. His Memory still lives on & I will dedicate this to ALL Byron’s Children & Sara-Kay his Baby Girl in particular. SK is the SI of Mama Lou.

How Many Lives Will I be Empowered to Touch & Change? 2 Roads b4 ME and I am going to Pick My Choice… I have resolved to take every disappointments that I’ve encountered in my LIFE and make them a Force for Good as of this date as I travel along life’s journey. Since 13.04.2012 is one of the taboo dates on the calendar, I was on the look out for signs of redemptions and they were revealed to me today. So taking this as a Sign, I am now prepared to allow GOD to lead me to do his work in bringing changes to the lives of those who needed my support and encouragement.
On 10th I met a young bloke and by 11th he’d trusted me enough to take me on as a CONFIDANT, sharing some of his life story and concerns about society in general. I recalled the story of the 18 year old who fell from a block of flats after getting side tracted in life. on 12th the bloke was away, but the news I got was closer to home. Today when I saw the bloke he was full of news about what happened to him this morning and it really saddened my heart. I continue to asks why are some falling VICTIMS to Social Injustices and Inequalities, and who has the POWER to bring about Change? I know there is not much I can do, but if sparing time to listen can be of any help. I am prepared to use my past experiences to Counsel the young so they don’t get to the Point where they believe there are no Redemptions and no one cares what happens to them.
So Lord your servant is ready, willing and able to carry out your Dictates and follow wherever you chose to lead. Amen…!!!  1 Share.  Share

The End Of An Era At Townhead Primary School

My history is wrapped up at Townhead District and the surrounding communities of Jamaica, West Indies. I was born at Townhead and now I have to admit that it’s actually Ground Road going Towards Bullhead. Nearly 60 years ago my parents welcomed me into their life, probably after giving up hope of having another girl after the death of my sister Yvonnie in 1953. I learned from my elder brother that my grandfather, died months after holding his granddaughter in his arms before she died from an epileptic fit. It’s invigorating that after developing traumas resulting from my father’s Parkinson’s disease, I am now in tune with my own mortality.

Now that I have created another mantra which says “don’t let your past overshadow your future” I am embracing my enlightenment. I have to focus on my empowerment via my own initiative of enhancing knowledge. Becoming an advocate who is finding my purpose, I can honestly say nothing happens before the right time and it’s about time that I am benefitting from every single experience. On any given day I might change my mind about who I am, but that’s not saying I don’t know who I am. There are days when I take on any number of personas, depending on how I am feeling and the mood I am in.

Presently I am in a period of reflection resulting from the fact I am thinking about the family I have lost along the way. Although the loss of loved ones have impacts on one’s life the circumstances of their deaths can cause us to look at the life they lead differently. That’s why I am forever thinking about my brother Ashter and the short time he was lent to his family. Even if it was 30+ years longer than my sister, who died at about 5-6 years old. It is ironic that I am writing this 25 years after the death of my brother from complications. My brother was 37+ years old when he died away from his family. In a place, he ended because of provocation.

I decided to write this blog after waking up to another message about the passing of someone from the local communities, who contributed to my life in one form or another. I must reiterate that I started out becoming a Social Media Icon and Geek posting about events, incidents, births, deaths, and anything of interest to the wider communities, locally and abroad. My friend and brother were responsible for providing me with the information that was newsworthy and I would do my reporting by posting. Once my Facebook account was the source for current and updated data. And the source for others to find information that’s relevant, current and up to date.

I was relied on to vet new friend’s request. That’s why I am finding it strange to understand why I am being vilified and targeted by haters on Facebook. But you know what, I reach that stage in my life when nothing surprises me anymore. I refuse to let the bullies win. They are not worth my time. My dad used to say if you want to know your friends, pretend that you are drunk or form sick and lay down. I have proven dad’s theory to be spot on. The past 5 years have taught me valuable lessons. When I joined LinkedIn, I recall the hassle I went through, I ended up writing about intolerance.

Another reason for me joining was the fact that the CEO of LEYF www.leyf.org.uk issued employees with Memo to sign up to contribute to her blog in 2012. Others were skeptical about this venture but I am/was always open to any possibilities and challenges. Therefore I joined and added them. I was gaining a reputation as an expert authority on subjects from cradle to grave. But I was excluded in 2015 from the Nursery World FORUM when LEYF started their campaign to discredit me. It was only after finding out that June O’Sullivan sanctions the discrimination that ruined my career and destroys my life by denying me my entitlement. That I realised I was not in her LinkedIn list or any other Social Media Platforms, even though I followed her.

It was whilst reflecting on a conversation I was listening to by Emma-May Ruegg at New Cross Community Nursery when I realised why June O’Sullivan behaved the way she did towards me. After using my intellectual property to build her brand at LEYF, she began to view me as a threat to her incompetence. This after showing her psychopathic tendencies of manipulations and deceits. But although I dabbled with Social Media and set up http://www.myvision.org.uk in May 2012, I didn’t have the knowledge about ICT and Techy skills to do much with my website. Also dedicating myself to work didn’t leave much time for much else.

Experiencing institutional discrimination meant I was making sure to secure my Pension. This goes back to why I develop traumas after dad was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. Mum was adamant, dad was robbed of his entitlement when he took sick. My life story is wrapped up with that of my parents and grandparents in many ways. That’s why I decided to make my life an “Open Book” to benefit others. I was making an impact until after the death of my mum. LEYF decided to use my vulnerability against me and throw me in the lion’s den at BIB, HOC and New Cross from the 23/7/2014 – 27/9/2015 when I resigned with a nervous breakdown. This was only the second after the first happened after the death of my brother from colon cancer. That’s how I started fundraising with www.cruk.org.

It was after my experiences at KINGS that Social Media and Facebook, in particular, saved my life. I found ways of getting out of the mundane life I was sentenced to with my entitlements taken away for the second time as a result of institutional discrimination. Getting out and about, I discovered Mrs. Gloria Cameron and brought her book. I meet some people like former councilor Lorna Campbell at Lambeth Library at Mrs. Cameron’s Book Launch. Lorna Campbell advised me to get my stories in the public domain with https://www.twitter.com. Suffice it to say I have had one run in with Twitter after LEYF solicitors www.bwbllp.com got their Legal Team to contact me. After the ET hate crime filled Reserved Judgment was posted online in August 2017.

I have been addressing complaints from the time I decided to not accept the discrimination by LEYF for the second time. Let me get back to why I decided to write this article. I was on Google recently when I came across a YouTube video featuring my parish Westmoreland. The only person I recognise in the project is the Teacher. She is Ms. Plummer from the Georges Plain Primary School. I learned of the passing of her mum, Mrs. Plummer via Facebook and before that my friend sent me a WhatsApp message. Mrs. Plummer was a Teacher of the Townhead Primary School. She is one of the persons who influenced my life and helps me be the person I am today. I have to go back saying she is from St Elizabeth where my father was born. She prompted me to become an advocate for promoting http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio.

There might have been a different outcome with our family. But that’s for another blog. Mrs. Plummer taught my younger brother Ervin at TPS. She expressed her honest opinion when he passed his Common Entrance Examination to High School. Saying he hardly attended classes, so she did not expect him to pass, and was surprised. I did one year National Youth Service at TPS as a Teaching Assistant. Mrs. Plummer is one of the Teachers who mentored me during that time. Later I was to work in partnership with the TPS Teachers as a Basic School Teacher. After immigrating to the UK, I would visit the schools whenever I am home. I have been known for my love of photography from the time my husband bought me a camera. This led to me developing ICT skill at acc-gen@open.ac.uk from 2004 – 2010.

On one of my visits to the school and upon entering Mrs. Plummer’s classroom, she asked the children “Does anyone know Ms. Ratty?” One little boy called out with confidence “Teacher is mi Auntie!” There was no hesitation or repetition and that’s why I refuse to be bullied, harassed and intimidated by anyone on Social Media Platforms. I am an originator as can be verified from when I appeared in the www.isouthlondon.co.uk/ in 2004 after I was defrauded of my money. This was after the birth of my only Murray grandchild. When I got home I discovered I have a granddaughter as well. I am known for raising concerns about any matters that are affecting me as can be ascertained in 2004 when I contacted www.crb.gov.uk and www.disclosure.gov.uk about matters at KINGS.

Those were the traditions of the days when you were recognised by the professions that you represented and served. Back then you were recognised for the contributions you make to your family, society and communities and the world in which you live on a whole. That’s why I refuse to put up with the discrimination on https://www.facebook.com/public/Mervelee-Myers from anyone. Regardless of who they are and their status in society. Because I notice that some of those with their acquired statuses and airs are the ones who will not think twice about demonising others to make themselves look good.

I will end by saying that hearing of the death of another person from the local communities, and the Teaching Fraternity, in particular, have led to me taking back where I left off. I am creating the legacies for the persons who help to shape my life and that of my children. I am more in tune with my own mortality than before. There becoming that time during my transitional journey, when like my mother who develops dementia when I might not have the memory to even remember who I am? That’s why I am glad for the opportunities I was afforded at www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies to become a graduate in 2009.

Therefore, I refuse to let those who are unable to come to terms with the fact that I have been dealing with my “ailments from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease” spoil my new found faith to be happy in my own skin? If they are not comfortable with my “Personal Challenges” none of this is my problems. Instead it’s more to do with the fact that they are failing to understand that I have always been a “resilient” person and the person who helps me through this difficult phase of my development was my Primary School Teacher, Ms. Una Perry, who taught me that there is more to life than what’s presented on the outside.

Now that LEYF decided to ruin my career and destroying my life. And the haters on Social Media thinking it’s time to get back at me for making something of my life? I will show the www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk and everyone else who is thinking that they can get away with discrimination, I will be on their case. Therefore, https://www.ryanclement.com/ and www.peachespublications.co.uk and others will not be hearing the last of me. All those who want to get on that bandwagon to demonise me, they are more than welcome.

Parkinson’s Disease Sufferers Get Marginalised Because Of Ignorance 2019

Updates 12/4/2019: I will be using these Facebook Memories to show the world that Modern Slavery is thriving in the UK despite there is a Modern Slavery Act 2015. There is also the Counter Terrorism & Security Act 2015, but discrimination is rife in every echelon of  British Society. The British Values Act 2014 is from when www.leyf.org.uk sanction discrimination against me. But let me inform the world that the http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding was given the evidence that LEYF did not update and review the Contract I signed in October 2009. In line with the Equality Act 2010. Now in May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into practice.
I was made a victim in https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decision/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 hate crime in the Reserve Judgement online in August 2017. After the London South Employment Tribunal presided over another miscarriage of justice. And spent 5 months copy and pasting the Summary of the crooked www.personalconsultancy.com and www.7br.co.uk. I was contacted by https://www.facebook.com and https://www.twitter.com Legal Team after www.bwbllp.com came out of hiding from the time I sent them the Open Letter in October 2015. And other correspondences after LEYF used my email fraudulently for www.disclosure.gov.uk online DBS application.  But they should know that I have been contacting the relevant authorities from 2004 when there are any concerns that come to my attention and bothering to cause me to stress or worry about my welfare.

When they are finished they talk about Human Rights and Equality Act. Parson christens his child first. What’s Theresa May doing about the Daily Express report re diabetics and employment? I pose a question at London Borough of Southwark Big Conversation re “What’s been done to get disabled people back into employment”? Instead, the Employment Tribunal conspiracies to exacerbate my childhood traumas into PTSD.

Updates 2019: Judge Shanks claim I made up my disabilities after Mrs. Justice Simler sent my case back to the EAT with caveats. I should not be in this situation if Judge Freer and the Panel did not lie and perverted the course of justice as can be verified from the Reserved Judgement. That’s why Mr. Paul Kernaghan CBE, QPM from headofoffice@judicialombudsman.gov.uk and www.gov.uk/government/organisations/judicial-appointments-and-conduct-ombudsman better start getting to grips with the fact before talking that my correspondence about the institutional discrimination at the EAT is derogatory.

The world must be told about my experiences at #BIB #HOC #NC LEYF Nurseries from 23rd July 2014 right after coming back from burying my #MOTHER.
From the first day of transferring to BIB the #DISCRIMINATION start.. The manager Lynne Kelly was offered counseling because she claims staff spoke about #African_Margaret who #ABUSE_3Children. Everyone else was scared of me, etc, etc… Yet #LEYF sanctioned the #DISCRIMINATION which left me defending my name at the ET once again. That’s why I have my Fight4justice campaign.

Updates 2019: My Racism claims were struck out repeatedly by the Employment Tribunal that presided over the second miscarriage of justice. I am grateful for the opportunities I was afforded to study at acc-gen@open.ac.uk  2004-2010. I will have to take the stance to stand up to the #Bullies.

But that’s not the end of the matter the Judges allowed the hate crime to continue and joined in with the direct discrimination themselves. Yet www.sra.org.uk claim that’s it’s allowed for employers to breach the Equality Act 2010. And the Legal Fraternity can get away with breaching the Employment Tribunal Law. Because the Judges do it too in the courts.    l

In chronological order here are two that I have the most terrible experiences with. First, it is http://unison.org.uk/ with whom I have unfinished business. They were involved with my nervous breakdown after the death of my brother from colon cancer in 2008. There is www.voicetheunion.org.uk, they are still taking the fee. Heard on the news about the death of Ultimate Warrior & it hit me about some of the Exploits of my breda ASHTER. He came back from the USA with World Wrestling Federation cassettes. They used to left the house like hot cakes as every1 wanted to watch them. Sum eventually ended up being rented out by persons who had House Cinemas. Those were the days when my breda introduced USA lifestyles back a Yard? My breda was a 1 off & no1 else can ever be like him or replace him in my Memories. He packed so much into that Short Life that he was destined to be on this Earth! Guess I’ll try & take a few pages out of his Book of Life fi Real!

Another Beloved Bro BYRON NEMBHARD was laid 2 rest on this date in Moi Family History… RIP Byron & U will be surely missed by ALL Ur Loved ONES!!! Updates 2019: I started doing charity fundraising with www.cruk.org as a result of losing my brother to colon cancer. That’s when I learned more of my Family History. I had a cancer scare in 2004 when I lost some of my sense of smell. I have since learned this might be due to my disabilities and genetics and DNA. By November 2008 I had the first nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment in the UK.
