We take action at the post level when a specific post violates the X Rules, including posts that share or reproduce other posts by posting screenshots, quote-posting, or sharing post URLs that violate our Rules.
A few of the ways in which we might take action at the post level include:
Limiting post visibility: Where appropriate, we will restrict the reach of posts that violate our policies and create a negative experience for other users by making the post less discoverable on X. This can include:
Excluding the post from search results, trends, and recommended notifications
Removing the post from the For you and Following timelines
Restricting the post’s discoverability to the author’s profile
Downranking the post in replies
Restricting Likes, replies, Reposts, Quote posts, bookmarks, share, pin to profile, or Edit post
Excluding the post from having ads adjacent to it: Starting in April 2023, posts identified as violating our Rules will begin to receive labels informing both post authors and viewers that we limited the post’s visibility.
Authors will be able to submit an appeal on the label if they think we incorrectly limited their post’s visibility.
Requiring post removal: When we determine that a post violated the X Rules and the violation is severe enough to warrant post removal, we will require the violator to remove it before they can post again. They will need to go through the process of removing the violating post or appealing our removal request if they believe we made an error. The post will be hidden from public view with a notice during this process.
Labeling a post: If we determine a post contains misleading or disputed information per our policies that could potentially lead to harm, we may add a label to the content to provide context and additional information to users. In these cases, Community Notes may also be visible on posts to provide additional context.
Notice of public interest exception: We may determine that it is in the public interest for a post that would otherwise be in violation of our rules to remain accessible on our service. When this occurs, we will place the post behind a notice and limit its visibility. Learn more about the public interest exception.
Direct Message-level enforcement
Stopping conversations between a reported violator and the reporter’s account: In a private Direct Message conversation, when a participant reports the other account, we will stop the violator from sending messages to the account who reported them. The conversation will also be removed from the reporter’s inbox. However, if the reporter decides to continue to send Direct Messages to the violator, the conversation will resume.
Placing a Direct Message behind a notice: In a group Direct Message conversation, the violating Direct Message may be placed behind a notice to ensure no one else in the group can see it again.
Account-level enforcement
We take action to suspend an account if we determine that a user has engaged in repeated violations of our policies and/or violated specific policies that cause significant risk to X (i.e. posting illegal content, attempts to manipulate our platform or spam users, using our platform to incite violence, etc.) or pose a threat to our users (fraud, user privacy violations, violent threats, targeted harassment, etc.).
Placing an account in read-only mode: We may temporarily limit an account’s ability to post, Repost, or Like. The user can read their timelines and will only be able to send Direct Messages to their followers.
Verifying account ownership: We may require an account owner to verify ownership with a phone number or email address. Note that when an account has been locked pending completion of a challenge (such as being required to provide a phone number), it is removed from follower counts, Reposts, and Likes.
Users can appeal account suspensions if they believe we made an error. They can do this through the platform interface or by filing a report.
Actions we may take against non-violating content
Placing a post behind a notice: We may place some forms of sensitive media like adult content or graphic violence behind an interstitial advising viewers to be aware that they will see sensitive media if they click through. Learn more about how to control whether you see sensitive media.
Withholding a post based on age: We restrict views of specific forms of sensitive media such as adult content for viewers who are under 18 or viewers who do not include a birth date on their profile with interstitials.
Withholding a post or account in a country: We may withhold access to certain content in a particular country if we receive a valid and properly scoped request from an authorized entity in that country. Read more about country withheld content.

My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at King’s forward through the formal complaints process. The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team. If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this.
I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint. MM Response: If the persons responsible had acted differently there would be no need for any complaint.
To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to. MM Response: I must say some of the key points I want to be addressed have been left out. Therefore, I will address them, so there is clarity.
· Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this. MM Response: Nurse Betty who made matters worse by sending the young man who I believed was trying to act in a compassionate manner towards my husband must be retrained. Since she came in the room to verbally abuse me, then made allegations that I swore to trigger me whilst I was waiting outside in the corridor for Nurse Rose and colleague to complete intimate care of my husband. After I went back in the room, she called the SECURITY and lied. I am holding Nurse Betty responsible for this horrible mess that she created in the first place. I was removed from the room, because Nurse Rose and her colleague looking after my husband failed to speak up when I told the SECURITY to ask if I ABUSED anyone. Therefore, I am taking their SILIENCE as agreeing with Nurse Betty that I abused staff. I need the response to include the staff I abused.
· Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place. MM Response: Complainant did not just decided to video events because I wanted a record of incidents that took place. I have been recording since the Legal Systems, the Metropolitan Police, Housing for Women, Southwark Council, Maudsley NHS, Southwark Social Care, Individuals including Deborah Agnes Gilchrist, her Partner and Neighbours targeted me. For clarity my husband was placed on Safeguarding by staff at Guys Hospital. Information can be gained via Due Processes. I continued my Defensive Practice when I identified the patterns of Systemic Discrimination when I called the Police because I was assaulted by my stepson who was coerced by the neighbour from HELL I was TERRORISING his father. They came with the same kinds of attitude from the 30th October 2017 to date. I was extra vigilante when I was called by the Social Worker making allegations by the GP who visited my home on the 9th March 2024. It seems as if the NHS has cultivated a CULTURE of LIARS in the HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT. Matters seems to be even worse than 2003-2008 when I worked at Mapother House Day Nursery and despite raising concerns to the union, LEA, CRB/DBS, HR, Ofsted. I was left to have a nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with Colon Cancer. My career was ruined and I had to start my life at the bottom of the Career Ladder. Since I am the victim of CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS taken my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and CPPDP from I joined Social Media. I must be careful where I go from here. You are welcome to avail yourself of the DATA online. The fact is KINGS failed to support me to get my husband back home to die where he wanted to. The tricks they used are documented online. I was threatened by YouTube when I responded to the TROLLS on my own platform, I spent years creating. Therefore, I will not allow KINGS to get away second time without COMPENSATION for DISCRIMINATION.
· Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately. MM Response: I must deal with the specific day in particular. Nurse Betty should have noticed like I did that my husband was at risk when she entered the room. If she was doing her job as she ought to and not pressurized because of Staff Shortages. She would have had time to notice the state my husband was in. I must confess the young man was trying to help. I worked with children and was carer for my husband. He entered the room when I asked him to get help to address the matter. The fact he left the room, tells me he was not trained to address the matter. Without Prejudice I believe he understand the seriousness of the matter when he did not find anyone to address the situation. If the staff at KINGS had not disrespected me and taken the time to get to know MERVELEE MYERS, the wife of ARNOLD TOMLINSON like the staff at Guys did, we would not be addressing this COMPLAINT. The young man was just handling the Food Trolley, he did not consider getting gloves. The way he was handling my husband, I realised he was not trained. But apart from asking why I was recording him, he left the room and sent Nurse Rose in. Whilst am talking to Nurse Rose, he came back in DEMANDING I DELETE the video. He was acting as if he was going to take my phone from my bag. I asked him ASSERTIVELY to leave the room. Nurse Rose convinced him to leave. But then Nurse Betty came SHOUTING for me to stop shouting. I was not shouting, I was talking to Nurse Rose about the reasons for my Defensive Practice. I had to listen to Nurse Rose making some silly mistakes about what had happened and I never made judgements. I know what it is like working in a DEMANDING ENVIRONMENT. I tried making appointment for a meeting. The only person who cared for my husband was John. All I hear is Trevor bring VICAR, blah, blah, blah… Everyone on BYRON ward including the GPs, OHT, Social Worker tried TRICK me, must be disciplined.
· Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building – she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket. MM Response: The Body Cam from the 2 WHITE RACISTS COWARDLY security must be used in EVIDENCE. I was not just roughly handled, I had to call the Ambulance next day and taken to A&E.
· Was safeguarding in place for complainant’s husband? MM Response: Please liaise with Guys about the SAFEGUARDING that was in place. I was lied to by KINGS Staff involved with husband care from the night I was called by the Social Worker. I have recorded all contacts made by KINGS staff when I realised what they were up to.

• An official explanation in the form of a written response. MM Response: Based on COMPLAINTS submitted in the past 10 years. I will not be accepting just any and any RESPONSE. I am looking forward to a thorough INVESTIGATION. Let me put into context what Kings College NHS Foundation Trust has done to me before. As a result I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson Research Paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS.
• An apology for a poor experience. MM Response: Am expecting more than an APOLOGY. I will be COMPENSATED for DEFAMATION under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics of Age: My husband and myself disrespected by staff in person and via telephone. Allegations made by staff. I did not get to see my husband before he died. He was still alert and would have noticed me taken from his bedside by the RACIST Police. He was TRAUMATISED the past 10 years. Belief: I was excluded when my stepson bring the vicar to visit my husband. This was communicated to me by the Nurse. I wanted to spend as much time with my husband and hopefully hold his hand. My lasting memories of my father dying without a drink of water, was mum’s disbelief. I did not see my husband from the time I was taken from his bedside. He died on his own. The Hospital failed to call me until 6 hours later. Disability: Both husband and myself. The Hospital must take responsibility for the EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL Abuse of me and my husband. This was directed from the time I was called by the Social Worker. The lies told to trick me to take him back home without the support I was promised. Race: Security Guard. The Body CAM must used as evidence.
• Process improvements to help ensure a similar occurrence does not happen in the future. MM Response: I MUST have a say in this process. For a WORLD CLASS Hospital, KINGS is a DISGRACE in the DISCRIMINATION of a 101 year old man. The fact that KINGS is responsible for negligence during 2003-2008 when I worked there tells me not much have changed. I am experiencing 10 years of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
• Potential retraining for staff, if identified through the course of the investigation. MM Response: This is beginning to sound like all the COMPLAINTS that have not been UPHELD.

3 April 2024, Mrs Mervelee Myers, 16 Alma Grove, LONDON, SE1 5PY Dear Mrs Myers Complaint: 202342943 – Stage 1 complaint about the Housing Ombudsman Service I write further to your email to the Housing Ombudsman Service of 21 February 2024, which has been accepted as a Stage 1 complaint about the standard of service you have received from the Ombudsman in relation to case ref. 202209405. Thank you for your emails on 4 and 19 March 2024 providing further information. My role is to look at the service we have provided and the handling of your case so far. It is always disappointing to learn when a resident is unhappy with the service the Ombudsman has provided and I am sorry you have felt it necessary to raise a complaint about this. I have now had an opportunity to consider your complaint and my response is set out below.
MM Response 7th April 2024 Your complaint You have complained that the Housing Ombudsman Service has: Demonstrated discrimination, and ignored discrimination by your landlord Breached your rights under the Equality Act 2010, and ignored your protected characteristics Background You first contacted us in 2022. We asked your landlord to respond to your complaint in August and November 2022. We sent you a copy of its stage 1 response in November 2022, along with advice to escalate your complaint to stage 2 if you remained unhappy. You contacted us in July 2023 asking for an update. We have been helping you to complete your landlord’s internal complaints process since then.
Samantha Gibbs Abused Her Power of Authority For ASBMM Response: How have the Housing Ombudsman Service helped Mervelee Myers to complete the Housing for Women Internal Complaints Process since? Let me give Helen Ewins some example of how HOS is party to breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics since Samantha Gibbs joined in April 2022. Let me put on record that H4W changed with the employment of Samantha Gibbs in April 2022. I was sent invitation to ASB meeting in May 2022. All this information was wiped from the Customer Portal with Data from 2000.
Candy Smith Offer to Mediate Trina Philbert Visited my Home with Candy Smith Southwark Adult Social Care who volunteered to mediate after a visit to assess my husband in 2022. The outcome of all correspondence should be in the Customer Panel. Both Trina Philbert and Samantha Gibbs started working at H4W shortly before I complained about H4W. Therefore, why have they proceeded to coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me because they have no trainings and not equiped to deal with the hatecrimes that started on the 13th December 2021. Since the Police was involved and chosen to take sides with the neighbour. This set the patterns for the way I was treated by H4W, the Met Police, HOS, the Criminal Justice System, the Crown Prosecution Service and the Judiciary of England and Wales. All the DATA wiped from my Customer Portal contain information from 2000. In case Helen Ewins is not familiar with the Equality Act Protected Characteristics let me give her examples of how both H4W and the HOS and other representatives that contacted me on behalf of H4W breach the ACT. The HOS acting like I did not outline what amounted to the hate crimes from the glass to the communal door was broken and Police chosen to side with Ms Gilchrist when they visited on the 13/12/2021. This was AGE RACE DISABILITY BELIEF.
Housing for Women Turn Abusers I will be addressing this matter because of the stance of the HOS colluding with landlords against tenants as breaches of the various laws, legislation, codes of practices and conducts. The fact that HOS colluded with Housing for Women against Ms H. Presley is proof that H4W which provided a roof for me when I was HOMELESS and experienced DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Have now become the ABUSERS using the Unlawful Injunction threats of Imprisonment and Eviction via Contempt of Court to breach our rights as TENANTS. Is HOS saying they are not aware of what is going on with tenants like Ms H Presley and myself?
The MP Neil Coyle Representation The MP contacted H4W at least twice about the matter. I even contacted the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate on my behalf. Because I meet her at the AGM in April 2014 after saying my final goodbyes to my mother.
Hostile Environment of Housing for Women H4W created a Hostile Environment from Ms Gibbs and Philbert joined in 2022. In December 2022 Christmas eve I had to barricade myself in my home when Ms Gilchrist targeted me. My brother was on the phone for over an hour before the Police came. Is Helen Ewins saying I did not escalate my complaint to stage 2 if am not happy?
Housing Ombudsman Service Breaching Equality Act 2010 Is HOS aware that H4W contacted me in July 2023 about MEDIATION and after that Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera became the VIOLENT NUSIANCE the CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment? The HOS is guilty of breaching the Equality Act by allowing H4W to take me to court and responsible for putting my husband life in danger.
Complaint Against Housing Ombudsman Service You raised a complaint about the service you had received from the Ombudsman in February 2024. We asked you to provide specific examples of why you felt the Ombudsman had discriminated against you by Monday 25 March 2024. You replied on 17 March 2024 with further information.
Reasonable Adjustment Is the HOS aware of the court cases I have been involved in since Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera sent me letter in July 2023? The HOS is responsible for the state of affairs by allowing H4W to get away with HATE CRIMES against me. In asking me to provide specific examples by 25 March 2024 is breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. My husband was admitted to hospital on 7th February 2024 and dischard on 28th February 2024. I was in Court on the 14th February 2024. After I got home from Court I was called by a Deborah from H4W. This is the continuing of H4W Terrorism with Ms Gilchrist and Narin Masera of Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Mr Tomlinson was readmitted to hospital on 9th March 2024. Therefore, both HOS and H4W are responsible for the decline in my husband’s health and that of Mervelee Myers.

Fact of Housing Ombudsman Service Discrimination Thank you for the information you sent about how you feel discriminated against on the basis of your protected characteristics. MM Response: This has nothing to do with my feelings. This is about HOS colluding with H4W to breach the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Leaving me and my husband victims of the HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT that 16 Alma Grove became after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed in 2022. You have provided a range of examples, but I can only look at the service provided by the Housing Ombudsman. MM Response: The service provided by HOS is same it provided for Ms H Presley. Therefore my investigation has focused on the issues that relate to the service we have provided. MM Response: This means HOS is not provided the service that are governed by law, but what they get paid by H4W to do. Kindly read the TENANCY AGREEMENTS I signed between 2000- date. Handling of your landlord complaint You said that the Ombudsman has treated you like a violent nuisance. MM Response: I never said any such thing. Do you have EAL? From my review of your case, I have found no evidence that the Ombudsman has treated you differently to any other service user. MM Response: Refer to Ms H Presley for the answer to whether HOS treated US differently. As the minute taker for the Customer Panel, I would advise the HOS to get my DATA from 2000. We have progressed your complaints in line with our process and provided the correct information at each stage. MM Response: I am sorry I have to disagree based on the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION THREATS of IMPRISONMENT EVICTION that was adjourned to 12 June 2024. I would advise HOS to familiarise itself with the case. We have also been polite and professional in our correspondence with you. MM Response: Also HOS must familiarise with the case on 25th July 2024. You said the Housing Ombudsman has failed to treat your complaint impartially. MM Response: Why am I in court if HOS had treated my complaint impartially? From my review of your case, I have found no evidence that the Ombudsman has sided with your landlord. MM Response: Reasons I ask if you have EAL? The correct process has been followed and advice given at each stage in line with the Housing Ombudsman Scheme, which sets out what we can and cannot do. MM Response: What HOS is sided with H4W against me. Because why then was I targeted in July 2023 despite the evidence HOS were given the facts about Ms Gilchrist TERRORISM and HATE CRIMES from I moved in? I was warned by Esther Oliver aka TESS what Ms Gilchrist was like with the neighbour who lived here before me. The Ombudsman is independent and impartial, and I have found nothing to suggest otherwise in our handling of your complaint. MM Response: No, this is breaches the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and unprofessional conduct by HOS employees, like Helen Ewins who don’t seem to read and comprehend the English that I communicate in. I give Ms H Presley’s case as example. You said that the Ombudsman has ignored discrimination by your landlord. MM Response: Yes that’s correct and we need to take Ms Presley’s case as proof that HOS ignored discrimination. We are bound by the Housing Ombudsman Scheme, and cannot investigate a complaint until it has exhausted a landlord’s complaints process. MM Response: Here is the proof that HOS colluding with H4W in breaching the RIGHTS of TENANTS by using the loopholes in the laws. Tenants are unable to get representations from solicitors. In my case H4W solicitors Devonshires bought out Stepen Agera who sent a letter to court that he be removed the day of the hearing. If HOS has to wait to investigate until it has exhausted a Landlord’s Complaint, why has HOS allowed H4W to get away with wiping the Customer Portal of DATA from 2000 that would include the stages of the COMPLAINT reached and agreed? Therefore, if a resident contacts us before they have received a final response from their landlord, we will provide advice to help them to complete that process. MM Response: HOS seems to have got their the Housing Ombudsman Scheme they are bound by wrong. All HOS need to do is take the case of Ms H Presley as example of how HOS are party to discrimination by allowing H4W to use Devonshires Solicitors to target TENANTS who are unable to get Legal Representation. If a landlord is not responding to a complaint, we will send chasers with deadlines by which to respond. MM Response: Reasons H4W wiped the Customer Portal of all DATA from 2000. I would advise HOS not to make the same mistakes that were used to discriminate against Ms H Presley with me. Reasons I contacted my MP Neil Coyle about the matter. He wrote to H4W at least twice. I even contacted my husband’s MP Harriett Harman and the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin. In your case, this process has been correctly followed. MM Response: No I refute all of this and if HOS continues, I will raise another COMPLAINT… My evidence are online, reasons for HMCTS miscarriages of justice and the District Judges party to the discrimination. If a complaint completes a landlord’s complaints process and the resident remains unhappy, we will move it to the next stage of our process. MM Response: The fact that HOS wipe the Customer Portal clean of my DATA from 2000 is my proof that HOS failed to adhere to the Landlord’s Complaint Process and HOS is complacent in allowing the discrimination. HOS has since gotten HMCTS Criminals needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to breach my RIGHTS in that District Judge Sterlini who labelled me a VIOLENT NUSIANCE was involved with striking out my claims with Winsome Duncan who stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent Police to my home to section me from a MALICIOUS REPORT, I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. This is when we decide if a complaint is suitable for investigation or mediation. MM Response: Based on H4W DISCRIMINATION with Devonshires Solicitors LLP I will name District Judge Bell for her role in me not able to collect the judgement from Barrister Ryan Clement. By including it in the cases sent to CLCC. Four years later I am getting threats from Court Enforcement Services LTD about paying for aborting the collection of the judgement. I offered MEDIATION and this was sent to me in July. I also contacted Narin Masera when I got her letter to mediate and warn her about H4W. It may also be worth noting that the Ombudsman cannot make a legal finding of discrimination, this is only for the Courts to decide. MM Response: Here is where HOS will be held accountable for H4W using Devonshires Solicitors LLP to target TENANTS. It was done to Ms H Presley who had no Legal Representation. I exhausted the CPS CJS HMCTS JCIO IOPC BSB SRA CCMCC HMPPS MOPAC CLCC DBS over the past ten years after the death of my mother with dementia. However, if a complaint reaches investigation stage, we will consider the actions of a landlord and whether it has acted reasonably in all the circumstances. MM Response: There is enough evidence online for HOS that H4W have not acted reasonably. Finally, you said that we did not act on your complaints of 2022. We sent you your landlord’s stage 1 response on 15 November 2022 with advice about what to do next if you remained unhappy. MM Response: Let me make it clear if HOS continue with this line of DISCRIMINATION they will be exposed. You did not contact us again until July 2023. MM Response: What about the wiping of the DATA from 2000? The letter H4W sent to me about MEDIATION, before Narin Masera of Devonshires contacted me in July. Why am I hounded in the Kangaroo Court and having District Judges who are involved in miscarriages of justice colluding with H4W? I am therefore satisfied that we did follow the correct process when you contacted us in 2022. MM Response: No HOS did not. I have letters from MP Neil Coyle to verify my arguments. If a resident makes a general allegation of discrimination without providing specifics, we are not able to investigate this as a service complaint. MM Response: Now the HOS will get another complaint. Seems as if Helen Ewins need training. I apologise that you felt that the request for more information was insensitive, however, this was necessary for us to investigate your complaint. MM Response: I sent the information and stated the fact about the INSENSITIVITY in regards to HUSBAND hospitalisation. I also provided the information asked for ahead of the deadline. We have to provide a deadline when asking for further information, because we are only able to investigate complaints within a limited time after they are raised. MM Response: Once again HOS acting as if their employees are not trained for the jobs. Why am I doing PSYCHIATRIC assessment? If a resident needs more time and asks us to extend this deadline, we will always consider that request. MM Response: This is not relevant and I did supply the information asked for that you failed to not read or not understand. Next steps Service complaints are dealt with by a separate team that has had no involvement in any dispute resolution decision or review of that decision. MM Response: I have been dealing with similar matters the past ten years so know to expect. Based on HMCTS miscarriages of justice after bereavement and losses, I will use this case as a reference naming the HOS discrimination as example of changing the NARRATIVES. Concerns My name is Mervelee Myers, I am the wife of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and my concerns are based an several incidents occurring at BYRON WARD Ruskin Wing when I arrived to when I was forced out of the Hospital.
Neglecting amounting to Elder ABUSE I arrived at the hospital just in time to prevent my husband sliding out unto the floor. The fact that a nurse entered the room behind me and did not even notice my husband was about to fall out of bed was alarming. Safeguarding is Everyone’s Responsibility Upon assessment of the situation, I made my husband safe by repositioning his body back on the bed. I then proceeded to record so I have evidence of my concerns with his feet hanging over the bed. After recording I left the room and asked the only person I saw to help me get someone to address the situation I find my husband in. The person was serving meals and let me on the WARD. He came in the room, looked at my husband and left the room again. He returned and started handing my husband. I noticed from helping with my husband in Guys that he did not have the skills to be dealing with the matter by himself. So, I decided to be on the safe side and record, because of allegations that are made against me. The male left the room and came back with a black female nurse. I was talking to the nurse explaining to her I have reasons for doing what I did. The male came back in the room demanding that I deleted the video with his face showing. When he decided to verbally abuse me, I asked him to leave the room. The nurse convince him to leave and he did. Nurse Betty the LIAR Nurse Betty entered the room SHOUTING for me to stop shouting. I told her I am not shouting. She claimed I should CALM DOWN. This is a trigger for me, so I ask her kindly to leave the room, and she did. The Nurse Making Excuses The nurse started telling me she was checking on him regular, etc, etc… I was listening keenly because she was implying that the person who visited him should have told her he was leaving. She said she was going to get help to make him comfortable. When my husband was in Guys, I offered to help, asking they instruct me what to. I did not offer to help because I am tired, I was tidying up last night and started feeling a twinge in my back. I did not get much sleep because of my neighbour’s Anti-Social-Behaviour. I was in court on Thursday and everything taking tolls on me. Last week I spent most of the day in A&E at St Thomas’. I was in the room, listening to the nurse chatting until her colleague came. I said to them I will leave so they can get on with their work. I went and stood in the corridor, leaning against the column. The TERRORIST LYING BETTY was sat at the computer. I was muttering to myself about my situation. She said I did not have to SWEAR, I told her I did not swear. I left the corridor, went back in the room, told the nurses I came back because the nurse outside was offensive. The Black Nurse was not yet aware she needed to find out information by joining a group. I discovered my husband had a pressure blister on his foot when he asked me to stretch his legs that were crunked up. Therefore, every day I visited the hospital I examine to make sure it was getting out of hand. I learned today that my husband has bed sores on his bottom. I am not blaming the hospital for this. Because I have experiences of this with my father and grandmother dying a month apart in 1980. My mother had to use razor blade to cut the dead flesh off my father. He was sick for over 10 years with Parkinson’s. The TERRORIST RACIST SECURITY & THE COCONUT I was sat in the chair catching up on rest when the door was open and the WHITE RACISTS ask me to come outside, he wants to talk to me. I asks what he wanted to talk to me about, he said I ABUSED the staff. I told him I did not abuse any staff, he should ask the nurse caring for my husband. He insisted I go outside to answer questions. I explained, I need to have someone with me. I could see the menacing looks on all 3 because the other 2 had joined the WHITE THUG in the room. My husband came back into hospital after his son ASSAULTED me in his presence on the 9/3/2024. My husband is alert and I did not want him to witness anything else like that. Since I was told to go outside to be spoken to, I left my coat on the chair. I made sure they have enough evidence on Body Camera to say they are RACIST. I did not use any of my choice JAMAICAN THERAPY because I promise my husband and elder brother, both born in March to stop swearing. But I did use FUCKING which is the Queen’s English. Is either I swear of do physical like my brother who died in jail age 37+ on the 9/4/1994. I was taken down the lift and told to go home am not allowed back in the hospital. I insisted I will not go without it. The COCONUT volunteered to get it. Essentials in Coat Pocket I have my keys, bus pass and money in the coat pocket. I could not get inside without my keys, nor get on the bus without my pass. Breaching of Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics Today I became the victim of Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for the second time. Missing Items I have missed money from my coat. KINGS Tried to Get Me to Take my Husband I have been keeping records of the way I am being STITCHED up by KINGS to take my husband home with the ADDITIONAL SUPPORT I was promised. I have been keeping a RECORDING TRAIL from the time I was called by the Social Worker who LIED that when the Ambulance came, Trevor Anthony Tomlinson and I were arguing over my husband. Safeguarding my Husband Safeguarding was arranged for my husband by Guys Hospital and this must be considered. I will be going PUBLIC.

After you have made a complaint
We will acknowledge formal complaints within three working days. We will carry out a full investigation which we normally aim to complete within 25 working days. But if your complaint is particularly complex or involves a number of different specialists or services, we will contact you to agree an alternative schedule.
If it is appropriate, and you agree, we can arrange for you to meet with the clinical teams involved in your care to discuss your concerns. We may also agree to ask an independent clinician to review the patient records and provide a report on the care we provided. The Chief Executive sees every complaint made and will write to you once our investigation has finished.
If you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with your complaint, or if we cannot resolve your complaint, you have the right to appeal to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and ask for a review of your case.

Our PALS service can be very busy and you might be connected to our voicemail – please do leave your message and we will respond to you as soon as we can, usually within 3-5 working days. Emails are looked at and responded to between 9am and 4.30pm. 2 3 Register a complaint If after speaking with PALS you want to register a complaint, please do so as soon as possible. This is important as we will usually only investigate complaints that are made within a year of your care and treatment or poor experience. Tell us a little bit about who you are outside the business My name is Azize and I’m the CEO and founder at Goggleminds. For a number of years, I worked in the NHS spending a significant amount of time on improving education and training at an operational and strategic level. It’s a role I really enjoyed and led me to where I am today. I am somewhat of a risk taker in my personal life. I love being outdoors, exploring new places and going on adventures. I guess this comes from the very curious side in me. I also love giving back to my community and have done lots of charity work including a charity climb to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro a few years ago. I’ve been really lucky to see some amazing places and meet some incredible people. One of my favourite places I have visited has to be Machu Picchu. You walk for days and then on the final day, this magical place reveals itself. It’ll come as no surprise that one of my favourite movies is Indiana Jones. Describe your company and what it does We exist to help the people that help us all. Doctors, nurses and the many more that make up health and social care systems across the world, deserve the very best in the training and education they receive. We create and deliver exceptional learning experiences using immersive technologies like virtual reality, make training more accessible, effective and engaging. Currently, we are deployed throughout the UK and are expanding the use of our technology in developing countries globally. We aim to build the first VR training centre in Uganda in Q2 this year and have a target of building 100 of these centres by 2030. And there’s more. We believe that the future generation can solve some of the challenges we all face today and that inspiring children to think about careers in healthcare can provide long-term positive impact. This is why we are also delivering free educational VR workshops in primary and secondary schools, providing opportunities for those who may not otherwise get the chance. What motivated you to apply for the NatWest Accelerator? What did you value most out of it? At the start of the journey, I felt it was really important to get the best advice and support available, particularly given resources were very limited. I came across the NatWest accelerator programme and I thought it would be a fantastic opportunity to get the advice and support I needed, but also as a way to link with other founders on similar journeys and I was right. It turned out to be a fantastic catalyst and made me ask myself some fundamental questions about where Goggleminds could go and what we could be. Did you get any business support from any other organisations? What did you get out of that? What I realised quite quickly was that I needed very specific knowledge and expertise in the space in which I was planning to operate and we managed to get onto an accelerator programme at Oxford University Hospitals. It turned out to be a fantastic decision because the advice and support has led to a number of opportunities in the healthcare space both at the Trust and in the wider NHS community. We have a great relationship which is ongoing and we hope to go further over the coming months and years. Watch this space for some exciting news coming this year. If you could wave a magic wand and improve two things about the business support you’ve received, what would they be? I think sector intelligence is a critical aspect of operating within any sector. Getting access to very specific sector intelligence would be one thing. Another would be access to support around navigating the funding landscape which can be complex. What was a pivotal moment in your entrepreneurial journey? There have been lots of moments which changed the course of some of what we do today. A recent standout moment is our partnership with the UK sepsis trust, the first of its kind and one which has significant positive potential to help improve patient outcomes and ultimately save lives. As a result of this partnership, we have attracted extensive media attention across multiple news channels and radio stations which has helped us to reach audiences we would never have imagined. In fact, the view count in less than 2 weeks was over 5 million people. A lot of exciting things are happening in AI/AR/VR and the wider Tech industry at the moment. Based on your experiences, what advice would you give to other Tech entrepreneurs? Compete with yourself and have your own north star. This will require you to embrace failures as learning points, listen to your customers because they will tell you how to build a great product if you listen carefully and focus on incremental improvements that make you and your company better each day. Oh, and you’d better love what you’re doing because when things get tough, you can lean into your why. MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON is preparing Santander for the Book about the Banks and Building Society involvement in the scamming of MERVELEE MYERS and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson from May 2004 when I asked the South East Press to publish my story to my visit to Nationwide Building Society in Brixton branch the day after I was assaulted by my stepson Trevor Anthony Tomlinson and I have to call the Police.
I suffered a Mini Stroke on the Sunday after the assault. If I were Santander I would get in touch so we can try resolving this matter.
I have posted evidence online from the time Santander targeted my husband with help from my stepson.
I have documentation from 2019 when I raised concerns about Santander and will be using in in my RESEARCH.

If you’re considering investing, thoroughly research the company first. Consider getting independent advice. If you’re worried, stop. It delivers greater value for our members and broadens the range of services we offer to include those that many members have requested. Acquiring the Virgin Money business will create a financially stronger building society with a larger customer and deposit base. We expect to use this financial strength to support the continued provision of savings and lending rates for members in the future that are, on average, better than across the market in general.Nationwide will acquire a strong personal lending business and credit card range.For a while, we have considered how to extend the benefit of our mutual model to include business banking. This acquisition will bring the established business banking services of Virgin Money within the Nationwide Group. In the long term, we would make these, and accounts for clubs and charities, available to our members.As a result of the acquisition, we will increase the size of the Group’s branch network. We will also extend our Branch Promise by two years, meaning that everywhere we have a Nationwide branch, we promise to still be there until at least the start of 2028. The Board remains wholly committed to remaining a building society and a modern mutual that meets more of its customers’ and members’ banking needs. All customers will become part of a combined group with a clear focus on providing simply brilliant service to its customers. Last year Nationwide was able to make its first Fairer Share Payment to eligible members. We expect that a financially stronger combined Group would make future payments more likely, but these would only be to eligible Nationwide members and not to Virgin Money customers. The integration of the two businesses would be undertaken carefully over several years, and it will be designed to avoid disrupting services or customers. The Board believes that the benefits that this acquisition will bring to our current and future members are substantial and could not be delivered by Nationwide on its own.
