To Whom It May Concern

I am writing to lodge my disagreement and disgust about the way I am been treated by the County Court Money Claims Centre over this matter with Ms Winsome Duncan. Without prejudice, I am of the opinion that the court is taking a similar view about me as that taken by the Judiciary Of England & Wales with my Employment Tribunal case against London Early Years Foundation. For this to be happening to me in Mental Health Awareness Week is just totally appalling.

For there to be no ambiguity about this matter let me start at the beginning and work my way backward in chronological order.

Wednesday 15 May 2019: I phoned around until I was directed to 03001231372. The person on the phone was more interested in where I had phoned before getting to her. In the end, she left me more confused than anything else. And ended up exacerbating my disabilities with more threats about the return of documents by the 24/05/2019 at 4:00pm. She even went as far as to not leave it until 4:00pm. As far as she is concerned the documents were dealt with today, the letter prepared but she has no idea when it will reach me. But I MUST return it by the deadline. For the court’s information, threats don’t work for me. Letter dated Tuesday 30 April 2019: I received a letter from the court stating what procedures would happen next. This came about because I got tired of waiting and not wanting my disabilities triggered, contacted the court to find out what was happening. Conveniently the court was taking the same kind of relaxed approach like what happened with https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. The perpetrators of this hate crime that is destroying 26+ years of my life in the UK. In part, the letter stated “Please allow 8 working days from receipt of this notice for the file to be received at the Court. All calls and correspondence should be directed to the transferred court”. It could have been helpful if courtesies of supplying information were afforded. But no, leave a vulnerable person to get on with it. So the Ms. Duncan of this world can call the Police to section me. And then www.met.police.uk is getting in all sorts of trouble covering up the hate crime they committed against a vulnerable person. The person who reported verbal threats and nothing was done is/was me. But they raced to section me after a malicious report.

The Telephone Mediation: I felt somehow that Ms. Duncan managed to work her dirty trick on Mr. Richard, the Telephone Mediator who refused to listen to me. Once he spoke to her, he failed to give me a voice and keep cutting me off. The same thing happened with the Telephone Conciliation when the London South Employment Tribunal tried to trick me by arranging the TC without informing me. And chop and changing at the last minute to exacerbate my disabilities. In the end, Judge Hildebrand tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for a paltry sum. To stop me exposing the Modern Slavery thriving in the UK.  But the Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119 will prove to the world once and for all that http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding is packed with evil criminals who are in breach of the Rule of Law. Make no doubt they will be exposed.

Called the County Court Money Claims Centre on Monday 29 April 2019: When I called the courts the paperwork was still at the office. This is not the first time this is happening to me. It started from the time I took Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to the Employment Tribunal Services. They presided over the miscarriage of justice after I had the first nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment. That’s why I am/was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I was informed that I would hear from the court 2 weeks from the 29/4/2019. That’s why I called today 15/5/2019. Only to be issued with threats about the letter that was issued today with instructions that no one knows when I will receive it.

Telephone Mediation 2019: Since I complied with all the instructions leading up to the TM, I have no intention of wasting precious time that I do not have going over this stupid matter. I just want the Court to understand that I will not be intimidated by verbal threats about the contents of a letter that I have no idea when I will receive. I take exceptions to any such actions, especially since the way I have been treated in this country from 2004 when I had to contact the www.finacial-ombudsman.org.uk in 2004. That’s the same year I contacted www.crb.gov.uk & www.disclosure.gov.uk. Hence the reason I was sent to https://www.gov.uk/government/publication/record-retention-and-disposition-schedules. I still have data for http://unison.org.uk/ involved in the discrimination from 2004 – 2008 at KINGS. Southwark Council sen@southwark.gov.uk  and www.ofsted.gov.uk were also parties to the discrimination.

The Judge Decisions about my Claims: I would expect any sensible judge to see from my documents why I have decided to ask for the amount in my claims. Is this judge telling me that my claims should not have gone forward why I am been asked to provide additional evidence? I don’t know what Ms. Duncan did to convince Mr. Richard, the Mediator that she is the victim. All I am going to say on this matter is that as I am writing Ms. Duncan is in the Gambia trying to scam some gullible people that she can help them to tell their stories by writing a book, like what she did to me. I found Ms. Duncan on Social Media plotting at Winsome Duncan on YouTube #myfirsttriptogambia. Tell Your Story – Write Your Book @Book. Launch My First Trip To The Gambia. This is Ms. Duncan who claimed to only owe me £400.00 and want to pay me a few pennies to last until the time she can get the Police or some assassin to do her dirty work. I don’t put nothing past her. So unless the Court send the instructions in time for me to prepare, I will hold the court responsible for any failings or if my disabilities are triggered. In case the court does not know, this week 13 – 19 May 2019 is Mental Health Awareness Week?

Discrimination Sanctioned by June O’Sullivan: It’s only since the end of the ET case that I realised the extent of the role that was played in the discrimination which led to the nervous breakdown by the Leadership & Management of LEYF.

That’s why www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk is not going to get away with the ET presiding over the second miscarriages of justice. I am in this situation with Ms Duncan because of how www.leyf.org.uk got away with discrimination and a pat on the hand by the EAT. Then https://www.ryanclement.com/ groomed her to scam me because I was made statistic in www.hctgroup.org.uk 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment.
