Summary of Complaint Background
1. This complaint arises out of aĀ #claimĀ before the London South Employment Tribunal (āThe Tribunalā) in Croydon and the subsequent appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. MsĀ Mervelee Ratty NembhardMyersĀ #commencedĀ the proceedings in the Tribunals against her ex-employers LEYF NurseriesĀ #LEYF.
2. Throughout theĀ #litigation, the Respondent (the London Early Years Foundation) was represented by a Mr.Ā #Fenton, who isĀ #describedĀ as a āconsultantā on tribunal papers. When the matter reached the final hearing the Respondent instructedĀ #solicitorsĀ who instructed Ms Jones, the subject of this complaint. 1. 3. Ms Myers first met Ms Jones on the first day of the hearing on 20 December 2016.
Complaint – Ms Myers complained that Ms Jones:

5. On 18 October 2018 lied to the Employment Appeal Tribunal about Ms Myers medicalĀ #reportsĀ that were omitted from ET and EAT bundles.
