BBC Radio London Recognition 31/5/2019

Slowly, but surely, I am getting recognized as a Writer and Contributor

Mervelee Myers is with Valdin Legister and Kevin Murray.

Oh, wow I am really chuffed to be getting #acknowledge for doing the things I am #passionate about. It’s no coincidence that today I attended the Early Years Alliance Conference formerly www.pre-school.org.uk and was saying that passion is the key word coming from people I was having conversations with. To the Key Note Speaker who spoke about the day her life was changed. Fact 1: Appeal re Jill Horsfall Metropolitan Police MM Complaints 29 April 2019

I have had my journey with the BBC from the time I had the TV on in the background and heard this voice I recognized. It was none other than Mr. Welch, the husband of my Primary School Teacher, who was the Head Mistress. And cousin to my mother. Fact 2: A Daughter Tribute To Her Mother 5 Years After The Final Goodbye 16th January 2019.

But what attracted me to Ground Force was the work they were doing refurbishing the Resident of the Old Soldiers in Mandeville. This was when I learned that Mr. Welch fought in the World War. Fact 3: Mr Welch Lest We Forget 7th November 2015

If this is any compensations, I have been making sure my son is recognized for his achievements. From 2010 I supplied data to http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio when they were seeking to find out about him.

I have since written a tribute for him, for Mr. Welch for his services to Queen and country and representing Jamaica. Because I live close to the Old/New Kent Road where there’s the Commemoration for the Service Wo/men who served in the Wars. But something is very much lacking in the School Curriculum back home. Studying with the acc-gen@open.ac.uk and becoming a graduate www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies empowered me to develop my skills and enhance knowledge. Fact 4: Amendment District Judge Stella Sterlini County Court Clerkenwell 20 May 2019

We celebrated Poppy’s Day – Remembrance Sunday. Because of what the Employment Tribunal Services have done to me after I was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers, I am making sure www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk is held to account for the miscarriages of justice for the second time. Fact 5: Employment Tribunals Additional Witness Statements 18.1.2017.

But yet it took the BBC to tell me the story about Mr. Welch who is from my community, serving in the War. I am investing in myself at https://fight4justiceadviocacy.business.site. I can be verified at https://www.google.com for my determination to break down barriers. Fact 6: Solicitors Regulation Authority My Response re 24 January 26 March 2019

I am on a mission creating legacies for the future generation. Thanks, BBC Radio London for this accolade. I will try my best to continue sharing stories and learning new experiences. By the way, I meet Vannessa Feltz (Hope I get the spelling right?) It was when she turned on the Christmas Lights at the Church Street Market in North West London. I have the photos in my archive. I refuse to allow www.leyf.org.uk to waste any more of my precious time with their evil exploitations. Fact 7: Depression 14th July 2011 – WordPress 1.

  • Mervelee Ratty Nembhard I have seen this coming for ages. Now is the time for me to focus on doing the things I love best. I have been raised by my parents to be the best I can become. Especially to anyone who is in need of my help. My experiences throughout life to date have shown me that we have to be tolerant of the needs of each other. I learned not to be judgemental of others. But I can honestly say, at times the preconceived biases do creep up on us without us realizing. I am glad I made my life an “Open Book” so others can benefit from me sharing my stories. I was really feeling great to be in the company of Lisa Potts today at the #EarlyYearsAlliance Conference and listening to her story. I know there are young people out there, carrying on the work of the #Pioneers. The Early Years Sector is in good hands. When I leave here, God’s willing, I am intending to join Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister creating the legacies from the foundations already laid. When you are an only girl, you crave every opportunity to shine. But I did shine at the Windrush 70 at Westminster Abbey. I toppled the PM from page 1 to page 2 in the www.itv.co.uk report online.

  • Mervelee Ratty Nembhard I meet Mr Campbell at the Pres-school Learning Alliance last year. I was hearing lots about his #podcast  today. I have to go and find it now. If www.peachespublications.co.uk did not mess me about, I would be a Published Author by now. Instead, she and https://www.ryanclement.com/ decided to exploit me as a result of my vulnerability. But https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 made me a victim online.

The Right Honourable Edward Seaga 28 May 1930 to 28 May 2019 89 Years Actions

Today I join in to celebrate the life of a Great Jamaican.

My most abiding memory is the fact that my former husband Mr. Malachi aka Mike, Papa G MYERS celebrated the same birthdate as Mr. Seaga. I would like to do so much to write a tribute, but my time is limited. But I am doing the best I can as https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site was created for moments like these. We are born and we will die one day. Mr. Seaga made his entry and exit on the same date in 1930 and 2019. The man is/was a legend and a leader amongst mere mortals. Imagine been blessed with such gifts as to help one’s family and friends have the times of their lives celebrating your birthday and 89 years of achievements. Before departing this life for another.

All that’s left for me to do is tell the world how my empowerment as a writer was fostered by my brother when he ventured into Politics. My brother Ashter Serener Urella NEMBHARD departed this life on the 9th April 1994 aged 37+ years. Mr. Seaga carried on until his 89th birthday. I have taken up from where my brother left off in creating the legacies. I have taken my campaign to www.ancestrydna.co.uk/faq to continue the job started by my father.

Let me point you in the direction of http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio showing how I was proactive in continuing with the creating of legacies at every possibility. But let me tell you that you will not be getting away from the stories at www.jamaicaobserver.com/westernnews/ that will demonise people for no reasons whatsoever.  Mr. Seaga has had to deal with the detractors who no doubt set out to divide and rule. Personally I encountered discrimination in the Mother Country on many fronts from the time I arrived here in 1992. But I have always taken a stance as can be verified at www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers when I represented myself at the Employment Tribunals.

That’s why I refuse to allow www.leyf.org.uk and cohorts at www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk get away with the discrimination that ruined my career and destroying my life after the death of my Mother. I will make sure the world is aware of the way https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisons/ms-m-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 is the second time I was made a victim in the UK.  That’s why I am taking a stance against https://www.facebook.com and https://www.linkedin.com for joining in to discriminate against me.

RIP Great one…….I remember you saying after a game in Tivoli “that’s how a referee should be, firm and fair.”

I wrote my #report and submitted it. Only to be told that if they ever find a use for it. I phoned once to make #inquiries about matters that are relevant to other news #media. I was treated with the most disrespect by another media, the Daily Express.
I decided that the media is only interested in #celebrities. So I no longer care for their #biases. I invested in my own #websitehttps://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site.

By the way, I just improved on the one which I have from May 2012. But I was #burdened down with working giving my all to my former employers. This time LEYF Nurseries #LEYF set out to ruin my LEYF Careers, but they obviously didn’t stop long enough to think about their actions.

My ##dissatisfaction with The Guardian is the way they go about my #subscription. That proves to me that all I am is to #provide money. But how did I benefit when I am #refused a voice? I haven’t worked since the #nervousbreakdown. And my former employer’s 6 line #reference #flagging#safeguarding.

I am working on the setting up of my own business for the future. However, I will have to write my horoscope here to remind me that I must take advice from the experts. Taurus Apr 21 – May 21: Working is a source of stress. You’re tired of dealing with an employer who takes all the credit for your wonderful ideas. It’s possible you want to start your own business. Now is not the time for such a bold venture. Keep building your savings.
Updates 26 May 2019: I have gone a long way since I write this in setting up my business. I have set up numerous Pages on Facebook, in addition to Social Media Platforms and Google. My card refers to me as “Mental Health & SEND Advocate”. With “Breaking Down Barriers” as my mission to promoting inclusion by sharing stories of my experiences. I was advised to add “Mental Wellbeing Advisor for Experts by Experience” as well.
My Page will showcase my Continuing Personal Professional Developmental Plan (CPPDP) and Intellectual Properties. That I am hoping to copyright to take back control of my work over the years, working in the UK. My creative talents and initiatives that were used over the years in contributing to building brands for former employers and mentoring of others. I will be focussing on my own personal experiences from childhood. When I was brought up in a home by my extended families, with parents who were Christians. I was raised from the old fashioned values and beliefs of my parents that it takes a village to raise a child. And not to spare the rod and spoil the child, as I am a testament to good parenting skills. The parenting skills from the teachings of the Bible, with a few old wives tales thrown in for good measures.
Coming to the UK afforded me with the opportunities to enhance knowledge, gain additional experiences, studying, training and working in a number of sectors. I was empowered to develop the capitals needed to help me become qualified to the highest levels as an Early Years Practitioner. I have qualifications in Health & Social Care, done training to be a SENCO, EYFS Coordinator, Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator, and a Volunteer. I have done additional training as a Volunteer and a Learning Support Assistant and have done volunteering with different age ranges. I have been enhancing knowledge, doing training with providers. Also with other Charitable Organisations and with the LEAs, online and at Annual Shows and Conferences. The most recent is for “The Expert Patients Programme” as I am now a Carer.
Hopefully, I will be able to go back into using my passion for writing, photography and doing research to making my dreams become the visions of realities as an Advocate of Inclusion. By writing and sharing my stories about how I am able to still be overcoming some of the adversities, challenges, deficits, and limitations that prevented me from achieving my potentials when I was attending school. I will be seen as an inspirational and motivating influencer, for whom giving up was not an option.
One of my mantras is ambition can take you through the world. I grew up in poverty because of a number of things that were/are beyond human control. That’s only one of the reasons which spurred me on, ensuring I helped each and everyone who has ever ask for my support in any ways needed. My passion for working with young children is second to none as I get a sense of pride, knowing I help to lay foundations.
That’s why I can sit back with pride even though I have been forced out of the job I love, and congratulate myself on my achievements. Now I am a Carer, I know I am an Expert Authority on subjects from the cradle to the grave and it would be a waste if I did not share my knowledge and expertise with others. That’s why I am putting my stories and experiences out in the public domain so others can benefits. My talents and creativities are many and I will be using them to help others. Feels free to help yourselves. All I ask is that you acknowledge the source.
I am now a Pensioner on reaching 60 years old. I no longer have to be worrying about the future. I am working at putting the past 5 years behind me. I have so much to live for and contributions to make to society.

The Media Is The Root Of All Evil In 2019

I have no #time to #waste with idlers. I am on a #mission. Hopefully, Mr. Man will accept the advent of ICT? I can lead the horse to the water. I will not #forceit to drink.

Is This A Scam Or Genuine 25 May 2019?

Because of the #paronia caused by the 2 miscarriages of justice I experienced at the #instigations of the Employment Tribunal Services and the Ministry of Justice UK. And what LEYF Nurseries have done to cause the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP, the HMRC, the various cohorts in crime to do to me. I am weary of any contacts that are made to me regarding anything what so ever. Since I have been bombarded by #coldcalling, I put nothing past them. I tried clicking unto the #websites in the email. But is getting Security Alert from Norton chrome-extensions. Therefore I will leave well enough alone and try another method to get this sorted.

If this is another #scammer like Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach who set #RyanClement to rob me of the £9,000.00 that is for my #Pension, I am not taking the bait.

Taurus: Dress for the job you want, not for the one you have. If you want a raise or promotion, conduct yourself like a leader. Instead of shrugging your shoulders and saying a certain task isn’t your responsibility, roll up your sleeves and dispatch it.
Evaluation: After my experiences facing blacklisting and networking when I represent myself at the first Empowerment Tribunal. And with my ongoing problems with LEYF Nurseries, establishments and systems, I have an aversion to being treated like shit by another person or organisation as long as I live. So I am working to provide my own job.
In the meantime I have to get closure to move on with my life. That’s why my Fight4justice will turn into advocacy in due course. The RACISTS COWARDLY TERRORIST BIGOTS THUGS must be taught lessons that discrimination is against the law.

The ET & EAT Judges Acting Like MAFIA

Court rules NHS nurse who offered Bible to cancer patient was ‘rightly sacked’

Wed 22 May 2019

By Eno Adeogun

A nurse who offered a Bible to a cancer patient and encouraged him to sing ‘The Lord is My Shepherd’ has lost her appeal in a tribunal court.

Sarah Kuteh, 50, lost her job at Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, Kent, in 2016 after her “fitness to practise” as a nurse was questioned for repeatedly talking to patients about her faith.

The mother of three was initially found to be in breach of Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) rules, however when the NMC ruled that she was fit to return to work as a nurse, she launched a second appeal against the initial ruling of the employment tribunal.

In a judgement published by the Court of Appeal last week, Lord Justice Singh ruled the dismissal was fair and dismissed the appeal.

It stated: “On 20 June 2016, the Complaints Department noted a call from a patient being treated for cancer concerning his assessment by the Claimant on 3 June 2016.

“He had replied ‘open minded’ to the question on the form concerning religion and alleged the Claimant had told him that the only way he could get to the Lord was through Jesus.

“(She) told him she would give him her bible if he did not have one; gripped his hand tightly and said a prayer that was very intense and went ‘on and on’; and asked him to sing Psalm 23 [The Lord is My Shepherd] after which he was so astounded that he had sung the first verse with her.

PA

“He described the encounter as ‘very bizarre’ and ‘like a Monty Python skit’.”

Concluding, Lord Justice Singh added: “The decision to dismiss the Claimant for misconduct was one which the Employment Tribunal concluded fell within the band of reasonable responses open to the Respondent in this case.

“Even having regard to the importance of the right to freedom of religion, it was plainly open to the Employment Tribunal to conclude that this dismissal had not been unfair.

“Similarly, the Employment Appeal Tribunal was plainly correct, in my view, to regard the appeal as having no reasonable prospect of success and therefore in dismissing it.

“For the reasons I have given I would dismiss this appeal.”

A Monthly Gift Of £5 Makes A World Of Difference

In a world of fake news there’s never been a greater need for quality Christian journalism. Premier’s mission is to provide the Church with the most up to date and relevant news, told from a Christian perspective. But we can’t do it without you.

Unlike many websites we haven’t put up a paywall – we want to keep our journalism free at the point of need and as open as we can. Premier’s news output takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. No one in the UK is sharing news like we are across radio, magazines and online so please help us to continue that today.

For a monthly gift of £5 or more we’d also be able to send you a free copy of the brand new Premier Bible, a wonderful Anglicised version of the NLT packed with exclusive bonus content, reading plan and resources to help you get the most out of scripture.

Your monthly support will make a world of difference. Thank you.
