The LEYF Era 2009-2019 – Discrimination!

This is the Time for the Redemption for Mervelee Myers to Share the Fact – 24 March 2019

I was once more going through a period in my life when I just keep thinking why me after the ordeals of how I was a participant of www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers? That’s until I was asked to help a former colleague because I had become a graduate of www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies in May 2009.  She visited my home and after confiding in her about my experiences at the hands of the person who recommended me to her. She advised me her company was recruiting. To cut a long story short I went for the interview at Westminster Children Society now www.leyf.org.uk and the rest is history.  Therefore, let me show you my abilities as an expert authority in subjects from cradle to the grave with the LEA and others.

• 2004 – 2008 actively involved with the LEA sen@southwark.gov.uk regarding my studies with acc-gen@open.ac.uk PI: W3323643.
• Actively involved with Communities of Practices in the UK from the time I graduated in 1999 as can be verified at https://www.google.com.
• May 2009 graduated from the www.aoug.org.uk/awards before my 50th birthday
• September 2009 started working with www.leyf.org.uk and can’t believe what’s happening the past 5+ years
• Transferred to Luton Street in April 2010 from when I got the opportunities to empower myself, applying knowledge and expertise from years of studies in the UK. Appeal

I was destined for great things despite the years after the struggling once I found someone who realises about my passion for anything I chose to take on.

• Joined https://www.facebook.com/public/Mervelee-Myers in 2009 but officially February 2010.
• Become a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers as a result of the miscarriage of justice by http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding neglection of duty
• Transferred to Luton Street in April 2010 from when I got the opportunities to empower myself, applying knowledge and expertise from years of studies in the UK. I am the mostusedtagsinsocial.com/leyf.aspx because I was representing LEYF from I joined.
• 2010 http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio I was responsible for supplying the information about my son
• 2011 – Publish in www.nurseryworld.co.uk over a period of times after the first publication of the Potato Reaping.
• September 2011 I was on http://skynews.com/ representing LEYF
• 2011 visited http://communityplaythings.co.uk/ for training. Later went on to deliver projects with http://Darvell%20School.
• 2012 representing LEYF at news.nw@markallengroup.com. That’s why Liz Roberts the Editor will be called to explain why I was excluded from the https://www.linkedin.com Nursery World FORUM?
• May 2012 started my own website www.myvision.org.uk but did not have much time to focus on it
• June 2012 joined https://www.linkedin.com re the CEO sent Memo for staff to contribute to her Blog.
• 2013 I was one of the Long Standing Member of Luton Street Team whose knowledge and expertise was relied on as a mentor for others to model as a beacon to the world www.ofsted.gov.uk.
• 2014 I was presented with the CEO/MBE Long Service Award. At the same time discrimination was sanctioned by those who viewed my knowledge and expertise as threats to their incompetence. So, I used the data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk after LEYF claimed not to have any data of my time working with them.
• 2014 – 2015 I experienced the second nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment in the UK. Refer to www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark for why I am now an Advocate
• 2015 – During the time I was on Medical Suspension I have done training with www.resourcesforautism.org.uk.
• 2015 I was advised by the www.healthmanltd.com to seek CBT to find out why I react to situations the way I do.
• 2015 updated knowledge with http://educare.co.uk/ online training
• October 2015 – Contacted Customerservices@dbs.gsi.gov.uk re fraudulent use of my email address for online DBS by LEYF
• 2016 contacted www.connex-education.com re indirect discrimination re LEYF
• 2016 I was contacted by http://10downingstreet.co.uk/ re discrimination at LEYF
• 2016 completed training and volunteering with www.hctgroup.org as a statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment
• 2016 joined www.morellomarketing.com with a former LEYF Employee
•  2016 http://communityplaythings.co.uk/ refused to give me my intellectual property from projects presented at Darvell School.
• 2017 https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was placed online after the ET perversion of the course of justice.
• 31/10/2017 https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards confirmed that LEYF & the ET is responsible for the discrimination that is defamatory
• 2018 – 2019 I am dealing with the www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk decisions

Today is the beginning of the rest of my life, as I am using the opportunities I have been given in the UK to empower myself to the levels where I can take on the authorities. Those individuals who have been keeping me down, claiming I am dismissive of authority. will have to take note that I refuse to tolerate any more of the discrimination that ruined my career and destroy 26+ years of my life in the UK. I am moving on as I am the author of my own stories about my “Personal Challenges” that have been ailing me from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. There is no need for me to make up my disabilities. I will leave that to Samantha Jones of www.7br.co.uk who is capable of manufacturing contagious disease overnight.

The opportunities I have been given in the UK to empower myself was taken away from me along with my entitlements. I have not been able to reach my potentials. Everyone expects me to use my intellectual properties for them to benefit from. Whilst at the same time using unprofessional and corrupted methods of allegations to take away 5+ years of my life since the death of my mother. Once more I have been denied justice that is mine by rights.
