I Can’t Even Get Any Kind Of Volunteering Role Since 2015

This is how #precise I am. In response to an email, I just deal with the basic. 
Have to be quick.

I worked in the Early Years Sector. The last job was with LEYF Nurseries #LEYF from 1/9/2009 until 27/9/2015 when I resigned with a #nervous breakdown www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark to avoid all ambiguity about whether I have the diagnosis for disabilities under the Equality Act 2010. They claimed not to have any data for me. After ruining my LEYF Careers with the aid of Bates,Wells & Braithwaite, the criminals at Voice: The Union for Education Professionals and the Nurseryworld Exhibition, London Design Centre. I was there on Friday. The Employment Tribunal Services going to line up the #judges who perverted the course of justice for their stint in #jail.

Worked in the West Indies as a Basic School #Teacher. Done 1 year as a Teaching #Assistant in a Primary School. Worked in the UK from 1999 in the Early Years Sector. Studied at Lambeth College College and For members of the OU- Open university Open University. Held positions as Pre-School Leader. EYFS coordinator and SENCO and the Multigenerational Approach Facilitator. Done various training over the years. Trained as a Learning Support Assistant in 2016. But unable to get a job because of the blacklisting and networking started after I took my former employers at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to Employment Tribunal London South.

Done #mentoring for colleagues and did training from the time I was awarded a Student Of the Year Certificate at Lambeth College. Need more details, my CVs are to be found on Social Media platforms. I am developing my brand on the internet via default because of representing former employers and getting published in magazines and other newspapers. I can be found on www.google.com in the different capacity befitting my role as an expert authority on subjects from cradle to grave.

Jamaica: Basic School Teacher & Teaching Assistant. I was involved in Early Childhood Education and working in partnership with my children’s school as a Parent Teacher Association member. That’s why I could blag my way unto www.jbsf.org.uk. I represented LEYF at training and then started working in partnership with http://communityplaythings.co.uk/ until they too sold me out. I appeared on http://skynews.com/ in September 2011 when they were researching the cost of childcare. My work is on internet sites. I was part of the www.nurseryworld.co.uk/ Forum on LinkedIn until they excluded me on behalf of LEYF too.

I have just sorted my #website. I have been trying to get https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site and my other platforms sorted since May 2012. I use Social Media platforms. I am interested in anything that I am #passionate about. Before https://linkedin.com/in/june-o-sullivan-mbe-a9798ba/ invited employees to contribute to her blog. Back then I was part of the Luton Street team that was rolled out to the world as the beacon of best inclusive practice.

I am not able to work full time. I am #carer for my husband. However, with the ICT available, I am positive I could bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your team. I am in London. Despite doing volunteering training and work practice with www.resourcesforautism.org.uk I have not been able to get a job. Because I refused to be patronise for my knowledge and expertise to build brands for others. But I was in for more shock when I was excluded by http://www.morellomarketing.com. So I am trying steadfastly not to get in anyone else’s bad book.

At the moment, money is not my main #objective. I need to get back into #employment. I have an interview with Karra.Gentles@stgilestrust.org.uk. But frankly, I am not holding out much hope. I will be using this to brush up on skills, I have not used for the longest while. Since I was refused training to get back into employment by http://www.hctgroup.org after using me in their Impact Report 2016. Of 1 in 5 suicides are associated with unemployment, I get victimised even more from all and sundry. Including having to be addressing http://www.judicailombudsman.gov.uk about matters that have been left to get out of control by the powers that be. Starting with the UK Government and the Criminal Justice System at the Employment Tribunal Services.  Some of my posts will be written in the Queen’s English as well as my Mother Tongue of using Patois (Patwah).

I am on a 28 day Sugar (supn or odda) 4 Cancer Research. Today I start detox everything cluttering up my headspace. I don’t care who… Here’s why I will be posting every correspondence with www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk to the public domain. Why should I be enduring another day of the discrimination that ruined my career and destroys 26+ years of my life in the UK? Like what has been done by those who failed in adhering to the Rules of Law, the Employment Tribunal Ombudsman headofoffice@jaco.gsi.uk decided to limit me to one page to give specific details about my complaint. The Ombudsman expects me to particularise my complaints. My only difficulty is I am at a loss in understanding what’s expected of me. All these Authoritative Bodies do is imposing restrictions on me. In addition to the Equality Act 2010 definition of disabilities, after The Honourable Mrs. Justice Simler DBE President of The Employment Appeal Tribunal quoted sic in my complaints I had to look for the definition. And come across sick as well, meaning physically and mentally unwell.

If you’re anxious about a medical problem, keep a written record and take this to your doctor. A compassionate professional will put your mind at ease.

So Justice Simler who send my case back to the EAT is covering up for Judge Shanks discrimination saying I made up my disabilities.  Blinking heck my phone (nah wuck). Only salvation last 4… I attended the NWS 2019 on the 02/02/2019 to get factual evidence of how LEYF is being supported by individuals, from the establishments and systems to continue with the Modern Slavery practices, thriving in the UK. The evidence was presented to Annie.Kelly@TheGuardian.com. So yes for the www.nurseryworldshow.com/london,  to be using LEYF as Career Advisors is a kick in the teeth for those of us whose career have been destroyed by LEYF and cohorts.   Top of Form. 2 Comments

(Duppy know who fi fry10). Updates 3/2/2019: Last year after the Employment Tribunal, made me a victim, I was assaulted by a young white lady, wearing a LEYF t-shirt. On the following day the MBE of LEYF concocted an elaborate plot to get me sectioned at her Seminar. But I was alerted to every plots against me from the time she sanctioned the discrimination that destroyed my life in 2014. Top of Form

It’s time Facebook stop playing the Community Standards cards and reflect on how they are responsible for colluding with others in ruining careers, separating families and friends and destroying lives. Just now I write my horoscope to share on Facebook with a memory. Only for Facebook to prevent me from posting it. It’s not as if I don’t acknowledge the source from where it was taken. So let me throw down the gauntlet and let Facebook know that two can play this game.

I made use of the opportunities I was presented with over the years, only to have my passion for my career choice thwarted. Until I reached rock bottom.

I will, therefore, have to try and unpick this statement which was written in 2012 to help you understand how I got to where I am at now. As a matter of fact, I have http://myvision.org.uk from May 2012, struggling to set it up. I was asked to contribute to https://linkedin.com/in/june-o-sullivan-mbe-a9798ba/ in June 2012. As you might not know this was when she was still the CEO. In September 2011 I was part of the Luton Street Community Nursery team representing LEYF on http://skynews.com/. I was already having my writing published on behalf of LEYF in publications.

There were the woes that I was dealing with from the time I refused to be discriminated against in the UK from 2004. As can be verified from my publications, sharing stories of my experiences to help others. The every aspect of my life is inclusive of making my life an Open Book to help others. But ensuring I am sensitive to the needs of others. By adhering to the Rules of Law. That’s why I can use Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119 data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk to show those trying to make me a victim realise I am not an idiot.

Without a shadow of a doubt I was right to be suspicious about the Timeline introduced by Facebook in 2012. See I asked the question how I was going to be affected, and I am at this stage where I am challenging Facebook. Because Facebook have breached their own Policies and Procedures. Selling me out to www.leyf.org.uk from the 18/09/2015 when they give them access to my account. A print out from my Facebook was used by Neil King to try harass, bully and intimidate me into signing an on the spot resignation on the 22/09/2015 at LEYF Central Office (CO).

Despite being on my guard, I still become a victim of http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding for the second time. I have not worked since I resigned from another job with a nervous breakdown. This time I stick it out from the 23/07/2014 to the 27/09/2015. Because I knew what happened the first time. But that did not stop me from sticking to my guns, not to be stripped of my Human Rights under the “Protected Characteristics” of the Equality Act 2010.

I am on my own until I am dealing with www.gov.uk/government/organisations/judicial-appointments-and-conduct-ombudsman. I will be leaving no stones unturned until I get the justice that’s rightfully mine. That’s why I will make sure there is no ambiguity about my intentions of proving to the world that justice is only given to those of us who are determined and strong enough to stand up and let our voices be heard. Otherwise, we will become the voiceless vulnerable victim. For me it will be death before dishonour. 1 Comment +
