I am taking this opportunity to raise my #concerns with you, Mr PM about the 5 years of discrimination in the London, United-Kingdom that have left me feeling let down and viewing the Mother Country to stories I was brought up with about Motherless Children. My experiences since the #death of my own #mother have caused me no amount of #distress. The individuals from the systems and establishments involved in the hate crimes must be booked for their part in the #heinous crimes of targeting Mervelee Ratty Nembhard. I must state that this is my third “Open Letter” to Prime Ministers. The letter to #DavidCameron resulted in a favourable response. However I can’t say the same about Theresa May May. Therefore, I will set out my case with those involved.

This is the second time the ET has #presided over the miscarriages of justice that ruined my career and destroyed my life. This can be verified at Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers when I was a participant in research in 2010.
I used Subject Access Request from Ministry of Justice UK to gain my data after http://www.justice.gov.uk/trib…/employment/claims/responding was negligent in acting on my concerns about #breaches by the Respondent and the Judiciary of England & Wales.
The Respondent’s Representative at www.personnelconsultancy.com was not a Solicitor/Lawyer. I pointed out to the ET that Mr Fenton’s #errors has to be down to lack of knowledge via numerous correspondences. Before he admitted after the adjournment he is not a lawyer whilst at the same time trying to sign over my entitlement not to be discriminated against. After not turning up for the resumption of the case, the ET sent the Judgement to him after taking 5 months to copy the Respondent’s Summary.

UNIONS
The unions are responsible for colluding with employers against me on 2 occasions. I was left to represent myself at the ET King’s College Hospital.
VOICE: Voice: The Union for Education Professionalswww.voicetheunion.org.uk is still taking fee, despite me not working from resigning with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace.
UNISON: http://unison.org.uk was responsible for triggering my traumas into PTSD in 2008 after the death of my #brother. They have since overturn the Government Law in charging employees to take employers to the Employment Tribunal. When I contacted them they say my case is #closed. This is a reminder of the Windrush70 Generation Stories. Bates Wells Braithwaite: The Solicitors www.bwbllp.com contacted me on 24 September 2015 with threats. After the “Open Letter” and other correspondences, I did not hear from them again. But as soon as the Reserve Judgement was posted online they reminded me of the #threats. And got

I am weary of Solicitors/Lawyers because I find them to be #corrupt from the time I was left to represent myself at the ET. They were reported to www.sra.org.uk/consumercomplaints. But as far as I am concerned there are figureheads willing to show their ignorance about why Modern Slavery is thriving in the UK like The Guardian.
Samantha Jones: I was only aware that Ms Jones represented www.7br.co.uk from a comment made by Pump Court Chamberswww.pumpcourtchambers.com, Sally Robertson. The Barrister who represented me at the EAT. It was only looking at the EAT files that I discovered the Law Firm, as it was #hidden. There was no mention of it on any documents during the ET case. Ms Jones used the Personnel Consultancy Ltd of John Fenton to carry out their #illegal activities. That’s why she got the case #adjourned after admitting she did not prepare a case. I reported her to Bar Standards Boardwww.barstandardsboard.org.uk/complaints-and-professional-c…/ where she is been #investigated.
Barrister Ryan Clement: He was introduced to me by Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach www.peachespublications.co.uk.With whom I had an Engagement Agreement. It turns out that https://www.ryanclement.com/ is a #scammer who #grooms Ms Duncan to find vulnerable people for him to scam. I have taken him to the Small Claims Court to get back my husband’s money. It turns out he has #15Companiesregistered on line. Yet Solicitors Regulation Authority www.sra.org.uk is content to #drag their feet about my concerns.
ET Judges – The Law Society Gazette – I used the LSG for Research
Judge Martin: My Racism claim was strike out repeatedly despite it was sent back by Judge Baron. Judge Baron recognised me in court on the 15 March 2016. I used the Law Society Gazette to do my research about these corrupt judges.
Judge Hildebrand: He tried to force me into accepting an NDA valued at £58,000.00 during the Telephone Mediation with John Fenton. Because I refused to be stitched up further after the London South ET tried arranging and changing the Telephone Mediation without my knowledge. He began #abusing the power of his authority. Saying LEYF has to protect themselves. But who has protected me the 2 times I represented myself at the ET?
ET Panel: The Panel of Judge Freer, Ms Fennel and Mr Dixon must be charged with hate crimes. Judge Freer is a #liar, who claimed there were no other Medical Reports. I handed over the Medical Reports that were left out of the Respondent’s bundle to be copied. Judge Freer seem not to have understand me some of the time. Ms Fennel was the #interpreter. I said the same about Mr. Fenton, raising concerns with the ET in writing. This was when he lied in Court to Judge Elliott on the 8 June 2016. Refer to www.ico.org.uk Data Protection Act Section 7.

Justice Ingrid Simler: She sent my case to the EAT. But I find out after she was promoted to Employment Appeals Tribunal Presidents_Office_Employment_E&W@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk that she is nothing more than a #snob. Hence the reason I have reservations about the female of the species.
Judge Shanks: This buffoon described as “The Shouting Judge” on the Law Society Gazette website has the nerves to tell me at the EAT that I made up my disabilities. He should be put in jail with criminals to give him a taste of his own medicine. He will not hear the last of Fight4justicehttps://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site until I am ready to go back to Jamaica after my duty to my 96 years old husband is completed.
Judge Brian Doyle: Here is just another figurehead at Presidents_Office_Employment_E&W@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk who is in place collecting Tax Payers Money and abusing the system. Check Merveleeconsultancy for more.
John Booth: Here is another one who has not achieved the Ofstedwww.ofsted.gov.uk EYFS Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum Areas. After claiming he did not see my application for return of my Bundles. It was sent a year later.

The Roles of Individuals & Companies & Social Media Platforms
Liz Roberts: Nursery World & Nursery World FORUM – www.nurseryworld.co.uk/ & www.nurseryworldshow.co.uk/london. I was excluded from NWF. Then I was sent email by Liz Roberts on behalf of LEYF. But the final straw came the end of the ET when I was #stalked by 2 young white men at the NWS in 2017. In 2018, I tried speaking to Liz Roberts to resolve the matter, but she just acted #superior. Without prejudice, I would not put it past her to know about the plots when I was #assaulted. Then the next day June O’Sullivan was planning to get me taken away. Community Playthings UK – I worked in partnerships with http://communityplaythings.co.uk/ after first attending training as a LEYF employee. But I was not prepared for them losing their #moral compass in 2016 for the sale of a few pieces of furniture to LEYF.
HCT Group: They did not think twice about using me in their statistic of 1 in 5 of all #suicides are associated with unemployment. But www.hctgroup.org.uk refused me training to get back into employment.
Advising London: I was let down by the Employment Solicitor who was only interested in keeping my documents.
Southwark Law Centre: The Employment Solicitor let me down.
Connex Education – London: They didn’t think anything of using me without offering me a job. So, I sent www.connex-education.com a final warning.
The Resources for Autism www.resourcesforautism.org.uk did the same.
The Morello Marketing www.morellomarketing.com did the same until my #image was used for Google https://www.google.com brand promotion and I was excluded from commenting on Facebook for Windows.
The MQ: Transforming mental health www.mqmentalhealth.org/Mental-Health/Mental-Illness used quotes from my publication when I was on Medical Suspension.
I contributed to Daily Express www.express.co.uk Mental Health CRUSADE. But when I tried to getting them to help me share my stories, I was #appalled by the reactions.
I tried volunteering with Age UK www.ageuk.org.uk/update, but the reception was not welcoming.
The HousingforWomen www.hfw.org.uk that rescued me from Homelessness has since changed. From the time I mistakenly sent an email to them by mistake. They contacted LEYF about it.
LinkedIn UK: https://www.linkedin.com targeted me first. Now I have been refused #access to my account. However, the idiots are sending me free offer for Premium because people are viewing my Profile.
Facebook Login Alerts: https://www.facebook.com targeted me on the 18 September 2015. Despite taking out a Grievance, Facebook continue to be a terror cell for LEYF. I was targeted again last week. This is so I no longer have my Defensive Practice documented from 2009.
Google: Since I have Googlebusiness Profile, I have been targeted by https://www.google.com. Google keep rejecting some of my posts. On realising I was taking posts from https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.siteelsewhere to www.myvision.org.uk and www.Merveleeconsultancy.ukWordPress Google is using terrorism to #frustrate me.
Government Departments In Triggering my Traumas into PTSD
The www.southwark.gov.uk/benefitscontact was not very helpful
Southwark Council Sen@southwark.gov.uk that was involved with #ruining my career was at it again. Demanding my intellectual property after I used my CCPDP volunteering and providing a support-network for children and their family.
CRB: I contacted www.crb.gov.uk in 2004 re safeguarding breaches. I had to do again in 2015 when LEYF tampered with my data. And there was after the illegal using of my data to apply for online DBS. Despite refusing me access to my FILE.
Department for Work and Pensions – DWP They have carried out discriminatory acts against me from the time I applied for Benefits. I was threatened with Criminal Record after attempts to discredit me. Then I was: Denied Access to Universal Credit http://www.universal-credit.service.gov.uk/…/SERVICE-ISSUES/.
HMRC: Claims that they were not aware of me living at my address until 2015 after LEYF tampered with my data.
MP Neil Coyle MP: The MP did not think twice about using his mother’s story suffering with mental health issues to gain sympathy at the Area Council Meeting. But he refused to help me with my Fight4justice campaign.
The Parliamentary & Health Services Ombudsman at informationrights@ombudsman.org.uk returned my complaints without a note.
What’s the purpose of ACAS: http://www.acas.org.uk? They are always on the sides of the employers each time I have to deal with some of their representatives.
I have gotten advice from EASS: http://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com to help with preparation of my ET case.
The NHS has since exonerated itself after neglecting me when I was employed in the workplace nursery. I am now participant in http://www.radar.cns.org/. Petition: Like in other cases the UK Government failed to take my https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards with the seriousness it needed.
The Metropolitan Police
The www.met.police.uk involved in the hate crimes against me must face disciplinary actions. This should be done to restore trust in the Police that I grew up believing were there to protect me. Instead they have contributed to exacerbating my traumas. Especially on the 18 June 2019, during an arranged visit to the Southwark Police Station when I was stitched up by the officers. I am still waiting to hear from the officers involved after Inspector Owen Pyle sent me a threatening email.
I was contacted by www.policeconduct.gov.uk Casework Manager Ratna Khanam on the 19 June 2019. So after rejecting my complaints they going to take 7 days to resolve the matter? I have not had time to read the report and I am not duly bothered. Because this just another #tokenism on the part of the Police.
Small Claims Court – www.smallclaim.gov.uk
The Small Claims Court: I have to save up my money to use this service to get back my money. But I find I have to be chasing them up to get the job done. They have done nothing to support me so far, except exacerbating my traumas.
County Court & District Judges
After my case with Winsome Duncan went to Mediation, I am surprised about the way I was treated by the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch. Without prejudice, I believe the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch is staff with intellectual imbeciles, collecting money falsely.
District Judge #Sterlini: This person is just another person who abuses their power of authority.
District Judge #Rand: This person is even more of an idiot than the above named judge.
