I would like to take this #opportunity to bring to your attention that I have taken my former employers London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) to the #EmploymentTribunals. In light of the fact that the former employers are contending that they were #unaware of me having any disabilities either #physical or #mental impairments during my employment 1st September 2009 – 27th September 2015. And the fact that the former employer’s #solicitors are claiming that they were not in receipt of the Medical Reports I sent from the GP and London Borough of Southwark Southwark Psychological Therapies Service.

I sent them in from Employment Tribunal Notices and Orders of 21st April 2016.
The Employment Tribunal made another Order for me to seek the #release of my Medical Records to the Court on the 8th June 2016. Therefore I am writing to you,  asking #permission for the Dental Records held by the Dental Clinic during the period and time in question #October2014 – 27th September 2015 be provided. The Medical Records being asked for needs to give information, and #detailing the #impacts of Diabetes on my Dental and Oral Health.

It would be helpful to #document that you #informed/advised me to see seek help from my GP to find out if I was Diabetic. Because only people with #Diabetes experienced the levels of Dental Problems each time I attended the Dental Clinic.

I will need the release of the Medical Records sent to be by the #30thJune2016. I am aware that I will have to #pay the fees for the release of the Records.

Looking forward to your #favourable response. Hopefully this #matter will be #addressed to help me to #move on with my life.

When you have abcess in the Wisdom Teeth and you can’t chew on one side. I have diabetes, so have to be careful. Liquid Dinner: Out of date Special Muesli, tambric, ginger and garlic. Blend with milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. I swear to Almighty that I didn’t take out the Rum bottle from under the table. I have to go back to do Blood Test in January and I’m hoping to lose weight and get back in control to manage my health. Haffi get back to the Drop DEAD gorgeous shape of the Wedding of the Year 2014?

This is to confirm that I have known the above-named person, #MerveleeMyers for some years back. Even before my daughter started this Nursery and I was very happy when I noted that she was the #KeyWorker to my daughter.

I have known Mervelee to be a hard-working individual who does not hesitate to put in #additional time to #accomplish the best result. She is #dedicated to supporting other people in many ways. She is very #compassionate and always keen to learn new things and never #shy away from #challenges.

Mervelee is #Polite#Friendly#Reliable#Trustworthy#Caring#Accommodating#Impartial and #Principled. This attitude was #reflectedwhen I have the opportunity to do my daughter’s #assessment with her and the way forward for my daughter #progress in the Nursery. During the meeting, she displayed a very good body language with good #communication skills and #listening skills and we both concluded with the best positive outcome that will be best for my daughter progress. This has been #reflecting in the way my daughter #behaves at home.

I also #appreciate the support of other staff members of the Nursery because of the #knowledge and skills that they imparted to my daughter with good behaviour at home, within the stipulated period she has been very #independent to do things, for example, after two weeks in the Nursery she was off the #Nappies without #potty trained before she commenced. She quickly adapted to go to the toilet with less #supervision and wash her hands for hygienic reasons.

In my #opinion, and what I always observed when I drop and when I collect my daughter in the Nursery, I realised that she has always been very #kind to the #children and their #families and #treat people with #respect and #dignity.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would just like to take this as a matter of #courtesy to acknowledge the fact that despite LEYF Nurseries London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) trying to #mislead you into taking up their case against me, you did not. I am thankful that you did see #sense and identified the discrepancies in their arguments that caused you to send out email/letter to me on the 24th September 2015. Otherwise, your Law Firm might be forever linked to the #incompetent, corrupt and #unprofessional organisation that (LEYF) has become since late 2013 or thereabouts?

In #retrospect, I wrote an “Open Letter” in October 2015, one of four that were also sent to the UnitedKingdomUK Government, the Union Voice: the union for education professionals VOICE and the Daily Express Although there were no  #acknowledgement of the letter and the attachments. I am satisfied that my arguments were taken into considerations why services were #withdrawn from (LEYF). I sent in the second correspondences after learning that my email was used for online DBS application which was withdrawn.

I was sent an introductory email on the 09th March 2015 by Mr. John Fenton re Agenda For Case Management At Preliminary Hearing as the Defence #representing (LEYF). When I meet Mr. Fenton on the 15th March 2015 and he asked for a #consultation after the Hearing. The first thing I asked about was (LEYF) Solicitors that contacted me on the 24th September 2015. He failed to address my query and brushed the matter aside. This would turn out to be how Mr. John Fenton go about the Employment Tribunal matters until the 21st December 2016 when he admitted that he is not a Solicitor and has never told anyone he is.

Mr. John Fenton left me with the #impressions that he is a Solicitor and in my correspondences, I refer to him as the “Respondent’s Solicitors”. You might be wondering about the reasons why I am contacting you about this matter. I am trying to make this as specific to the point because you were the first to contact me re my #grievances with (LEYF). I have since been using your information in my Fight4justice Justice campaign on Social Media. And owing to information that recently came to light. I would like to make an attempt to correct any #misrepresentations of the facts I placed in the public domain.
In the future even if I decided to mention Bates Wells Braithwaitethwaite, I will ensure that the public is aware that the company acted professionally in all matters dealing with the correspondences during the time you represented (LEYF). So there are no #ambiguities in the role you played.

As yet I still do not possess the legal knowledge or expertise to carry out the work of representing myself that was forced on me since 27th September 2015, when I resigned. I am just learning willy-nilly, as I go along, and that’s why I think I will be trying to go into ADVOCACY. Because I have met so many former employees with similar experiences to mine www.leyf.org.ukreviews.  I have been dealing with Mr. John Fenton from 9th March 2016 as (LEYF) Solicitor.

However, even I was #perplexed by some of the things he’d done as the case progressed. Without prejudice I am sure I was doing a better job preparing my case from the beginning that he was doing. We were in court for 20 – 22nd December 2016 hearing, with the Respondent Barrister Ms. Jones. Like Mr. Fenton told me when he decided he wanted to talk, he was there to advise me, offering me a Commercial Settlement.

Mr. Fenton said he knew I could not deal with the ST#RESS of going to court, so I asked if he’d seen my FILE. The only place Mr. Fenton could have got #information about my disabilities is from my FILE that was #withheld from before I left Luton Street Community Nursery on the 22nd July 2014. Despite making attempts to collect it, I was never successful. I left (LEYF) employment without getting access to my FILE in the end. I already know how #unscrupulous Solicitors Capsticks, Wimbledon and Voice: the union for education professionalsUnions work. This is the second time I am encountering such practices. That’s why they will not be allowed to get away this time around. I am #empowering myself to #expose them for what they are.

Well, Ms. Jones introduced herself as (LEYF) Barrister, but saying she was there to #advise me, just like Mr. Fenton did at our first meeting. The pattern was a well established one if I was #gullible enough to take the bait. She said the offer was still on the table, but the case would be #struck out. Ms. Jones #admitted to the courts she did not prepare the case. My witness statements were packed with lies and I did not comply with the Judge’s Orders. It was waste of time and money and she did not want me to question the #witnesses. I might ask questions that are #irrelevant. But it has been proven who are dishonest and pretending to be solicitors as well as lying and #forging documents.

When the judges did not strike the case out, the Barrister claimed she was not feeling well. She later asked my Step-Son if he had legal training. The next day I turned up at court and the Barrister was #absent. The clerk of the courts told me she called in saying that she have #contagious sickness from yesterday and her doctor placed her under #quarantine, not to leave home for forty-eight (48) hours. The case was adjourned but not before I was once again #gagged by (LEYF). However, I #complied on the grounds that the gagging could only start on the 21st December 2016, because I have materials in Cyber Space that I can’t retrieve. Reasons I did not accept the £58,000.00.

The lifting of the “OATH” was so that (LEYF) could get to talk to me to try to give up and sign my rights over to them. In the process that’s when Mr. John Fenton said he is not a Solicitor and has never told anyone that he is. He seems to have developed the same #memory loss he mentioned in the ET3 form about me. Now I realise why the Barrister came to court without preparing the case and continuing with the discrimination started on the 23rd July 2014 when I transferred to BIB. I am just giving prior #warnings why I might have to refer to the correspondences of the 24th September 2014 to #defend myself in court and in the public domain.

I set up my #Fight4justice Page and intends to branch out into Advocacy after the case is finished on the 3rd March 2017. I am hoping to refer to the company as operating under the remit of the International Rules of Law, Country Legislations and Codes of Practices and Conducts in turning down (LEYF) as a client.

Once again thanks for #listening to me and giving me a #voice to tell my side of the story before jumping to #conclusions when no one else would, because I am not a Legal Entity. I am eternally #grateful and will continue to be #proactive in using my experiences in helping to right the social injustice and #inequalities perpetuated against the vulnerable employees by employers like (LEYF). I will be #promoting the company as professionals to be #emulated throughout the rest of my campaigns.

Judge EJ Freer Is A Damn Liar!

Updates 23/11/2018: My Disciplinary Hearing was the result of the radicalism of www.leyf.org.uk using my vulnerability against me in a plot after the death of my mother. The evidence is in my 67 pages Witness Statements and the ET Bundles. As can be seen from the Medical Reports that were omitted by the Respondent. And concealed by the ET, after I handed them over on the 20th December 2016. This is how the ET operates. This was my second time representing myself at the ET. Both times the Solicitors acted unprofessionally and in the same manner. That’s why I was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.   

The claimant was given a written warning following a #disciplinary hearing which found that he was #guilty of taking unauthorised absence. The respondent informed the FSA about the forthcoming disciplinary hearing (which the claimant did not know about at the time) and later about the result of the hearing (which the claimant did know about).

Updates: The difference with my case and this, is that I was sent on Medical Suspension from 27th March 2015 to try and get me out that I was unfit for work. I was passed fit for work. That’s when the www.voicetheunion.org.uk Union Rep Darren Mahon, who accompanied me to the Disciplinary disappeared. The Union Solicitor Arwen Makin changed her tune and advised me not to appeal the disciplinary. My husband advised me to get Independent Solicitors. I did not resign until the 27th September 2015 with a nervous breakdown. My second in a toxic work environment.  I am now part of more research.  

He #resigned soon afterwards and claimed #constructive dismissal, dismissal by reason of making #protected disclosures, #detriment suffered as a result and unlawful deductions from wages. A Tribunal #rejected all the claims.

Updates: I know how the ET works in favour of employers. Even http://unison.org.ukhttp://unison.org.uk join in the discrimination. The first time the Solicitors said they did not get documents I sent them. At the time, I had recently suffered a bereavement. I was finishing my studies at www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies. I actually self-referred to Occupational Health. I did not recognise the person they said I was. Because my brother was provoked to commit a criminal act and died in prison. My childhood traumas were triggered and I have the first nervous breakdown. I have a diagnosis of Chronic Anxiety 19th July 2006, to take my exam with the OU. I am just so vexed with the way how the ET have one rules for people like the employee, but another rule for the employers and themselves? 

The claimant applied for a #review of the judgment nearly a year out of time, the basis of the review being the discovery of an email which had been sent from the #respondent to the FSA notifying them of the forthcoming disciplinary hearing, the claimant claiming that this caused him detriment.

Updates: I am glad I can come look at these to make comparisons. I want everyone to take time to find out how the ET and EAT are responsible for making vulnerable employees victim of the systems and establishments. Once employers use and abuse us, whilst getting the best years of our working lives.

The review application was dismissed on the grounds that it was out of #time and there was no reasonable prospect of the judgment being #varied or revoked; any detriment to the claimant was caused not by the #notification of the forthcoming hearing but the notification of the outcome, the claimant knew of that email and the sanction #imposed by the respondent was a #permissible one. 

Updates: All I have time to say here is that the ET and EAT are responsible for employers getting away with breaching the Rule of Law. I have been writing to the ET about the Respondent’s www.peronnelconsultancy.com from the first time we meet on the 15th March 2016. If you look at the paperwork from the time of the ET3 Form. You will see that the person doing it, didn’t have a clue. It later turned out Mr. Fenton is not a solicitor and was masquerading as one. What I don’t know yet is how much www.bwbllp.com, aided him in this deception? 

The claimant presented a fresh claim, complaining of detrimental treatment as a result of making protected disclosures; this claim was #struck out on the basis that it was an attempt to re-open matters which were, or ought to have been, raised before the Tribunal. The claimant also #applied to the Registrar to see the full #version of redacted documents #disclosed by the respondent which was refused.

Updates: A word to the unwise who might get caught out at the ET and ET. This is the second time the ET presided over the miscarriages of justice that seeing 26 years of my life destroyed. But I will tell you now that LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk, should hang their heads in shame for what they have done to vulnerable people. My dealings with the EAT have left a bitter taste in my mouth and make me more determined to tell my story with my Fight4justice www.MerveleeConsultancy.ukwww.MerveleeConsultancy.uk. I am making sure http://myvision.org.ukhttp://myvision.org.uk is up and running to share my experiences.

The EAT rejected all 3 appeals. The review appeal #failed because it was out of time and without #merit: the #knowledge of the first email to the FSA would not have #affected the nature of the substantive hearing. The application to see the full version of redacted documents failed on the basis that they were available at the original hearing. The strike out decision was #upheld on the basis that it was an attempt to re-litigate the first claim.

Updates: I am posting this here because I want to do the #analysis and #evaluation in comparison to my case and LEYF Nurseries. This is the same Judge Freer who acted like a #prat and #prig in https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda…. Judge EJ Freer is a #notorious liar. I handed my Medical Reports to him on the 20th December 2016 to be copied. This is after he #pretends not to understand what I was talking about. It was Ms. Fennell who explained to him. I kept writing to the ET about Mr. John Fenton non-compliance. I tried to get an additional witness statement after certain pertinent fact came to light. Judge Freer did not accept.

This was the clearest case of #tokenism to be seen.

Looking down his #snobbish nose, his confirmation biases already embedded.
At me and my husband and the Barrister, looking at his watch and the clock.
Now, why was that black man there?

So as not to become the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides is associated with unemployment. I was so proud to be showing my photograph in #HCTGroup Magazine to people until one criminal Barrister from the Legal Entity decided to use my vulnerability against me.

I had come under the spell of #RyanClement groomee, my coach Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach. This was where I was to come to a cropper. But this will have to be told in another context. I am trying to show how Modern Slavery is thriving in The United–Kingdom in 2018. Despite the British Values Act 2014. The Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Counter-Terrorism & Security Act 2015. The GDPR 25 May 2018. Not much has changed from when LEYF failed to update the Contract I signed in line with the Equality Act 2010.

As a result of #exploitation from the time of the death of my mother by the former employers. And the Employment Tribunal Services presiding over another miscarriage of justice. Because of the failure to implement Dr. Maria Hudson of the Policy Studies Institute recommendation to Acas. I was made a victim. In order to cover up the terrorism, Winsome Duncan made a malicious report to the #MetropolitanPolice. They refused to act on my concerns but showed up at my home to #section me.

Let me give you an insight into how I was radicalised to change from the Early Years Practitioner with a CEO Long Service Awards 2015 to the villain who the ET said is not a credible witness. The HMRC said they did not know of me living at my address until 2015 when LEYF tamper with my data. The Department for Work and Pensions – DWP after exacerbating my disabilities for nearly 2 years threatened me with Criminal Record.

I have to go back to when it started at BIB on the 23/7/2014. I will be specific as you can pick up the threads in my Fight4justice campaign. Just to highlight that Ofsted visited September 2014. LEYF Nursery Chain of the Year. June O’Sullivan – MBE January 2015. Just go to LinkedIn to see my publication LEYF on my Doorstep in January. Then please follow to the 22nd September 2015 when Professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram made entries about meeting me at Middlesex University.

I have been on SkyNews representing LEYF. I went to consultations at Mark Allen Publishing. Went to training and went back working in partnerships at Community Playthings UK. Work with other professionals in Communities of Practices. Only to endure 4+ years of hell at the hands of the establishments and systems that colluded with LEYF to destroy 26 years of my life.

I have had counseling at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. All anyone needs to do is type my name in Google. I am on YouTubeTwitterFlickr, etc. Now, why are Bates Wells Braithwaite and Voice: the union for education professionals acting like idiots? I will wait to deal with the idiot judges and clerks of the ET & EAT.

The Personnel Consultancy was established in 1995 by husband and wife team John and Diana Fenton. They are both HR / Personnel Managers with over 20 years experience in all areas of HR / Personnel, within many types of organisations.

John Fenton specialises in employment relations and law. He regularly trains both line managers and HR specialists throughout the UK. John advises and represents many organisations at Tribunals. Since 1999 John has facilitated regular training events for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Diana Fenton focuses on performance and development issues in the work place as well as having an expert understanding of employment law. Ruth Jones is a generalist career HR professional, with over 20 years experience. These skills are biased towards employee relations, particularly around effective employee communications.

Updates 21/11/2018: The above was taken from the internet on the 21st November 2018 as part of my research into the operations of Mr John Fenton who represented LEYF as their solicitor from 3rd March 2015.

This is to be used for Research in establishing if Mr John Fenton committed any Criminal Offences by representing www.leyf.org.uk as a solicitor. And colluding with www.bwbllp.com to encourage https://twitter.com and https://www.facebook.com Legal Team to harass and intimidate me after https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was posted online making me a victim and target for terrorists.

I need to find out the role of Barrister Samantha Jones www.7br.co.uk & https://www.directaccessportal.co.uk in perverting the course of justice by misleading http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding. And further going on to misleading LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk and www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment-appeals/ to claim that I made up my disabilities by lying and deception.

If my dealings with Mr Fenton when he was representing LEYF is anything to go by. There are some serious questions to be answered about the operations of this firm. Notwithstanding the email sent to me by mistake by Mr Fenton. I am not bothered because I have been keeping a defensive practice. Otherwise, I might have begun to believe some of the lies that Mr Fenton told.

My Write up as part of my Fight4justice www.MerveleeConsultancy.uk and http://myvision.org.uk campaign to clear my name. After I appeared in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers and my career was ruined. My name and character blackened and destroyed because of jealousy on the part of the former employers and colleagues. Now the Employment Tribunal Services presided over another miscarriage of justice. Once again when http://unison.org.uk is in the limelight after overturning the government law to charge employees fee to take employers to the Employment Tribunals.

There were others from www.ofsted.gov.uk and the sen@southwark.gov.uk who were prepared to turn a blind eye back then. Not much seem to have changed all these years later. Back then I have a diagnosis for chronic anxiety 18th July 2006. This time my childhood traumas was triggered into PTSD after the death of my mother. I was passed fit for work, but the ill treatment continued for months, despite raising concerns. It didn’t stop until I have a second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace in the UK. Once again I am treated like a second-class citizen by the ET. But to add insults to injury an EAT judge claim I made up my disabilities on the 19/10/2018. Despite me raising concerns about non-compliance when I presented www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwwark.

Well I did get back to some of those LEYF Nurseries hiding behind to do their #DuttyWuck. So let me see what’s next. From them calling that #Parents did not know of my visits to their #School. To been accused of making #PersonalCommentsAllegations… Well very soon we shall all be knowing who knew of my #Circumstances? My Fight4justice will filter out those who make #Allegations, are #Liars#Discriminators or even #ModernDaySLAVEDrivers with #PsychopathicTendencies.

Judge Shanks uses Hate Crime to Discriminate against the Disabled!

EAT HHJ Shanks destroyed 26 years of my life in the UK on 19/10/2018

To the Employment Appeal Tribunal
4th April 2018

All I am going to say in response to the letter dated 21 March 2018, to which I am just seeing is the fact that the directives in this letter mean I am on the verge of yet another NERVOUS BREAKDOWN. The same thing has been happening to me from I started trying to clear my name. I have kept http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding, informed about www.personnelconsultancy.com non-compliance. The last time was when I was to return the documents by the 5th December 2017 to LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk. Only for the EAT to #penalise me for trying to take control of my #disabilities so as not to breach the conditions. I will be telling the world about how the Employment Tribunal discrimination of me from the time I was part of Dr Maria Hudson 2012 Research Paper Ref: 01/12 recommended to Acas: research@acas.org.uk, www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper for the Policy Studies Institute has led to this.

Then I will direct them to what was done to me at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda… left me open to becoming a #victim for all and sundries to discriminate against me with the hate crime. Here are some of the Legal Entity that has set me up to be #labelled as a MAD CRIMINAL. I will start with the EAT, because I called the office for #guidance about preparing the paperwork. I explained to the person about my Mental Health Conditions that were been #exacerbated as a result. The Equality Act 2010, states that people with disabilities must be given extra time. I will make sure I get my rights under the GDPR.

I was used as statistics in www.hctgroup.org.uk HCT learning centre Group Impact Report 2016 Changing Times, Lasting Impact Page 9. 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. This was pointed out to me by #BarristerRyanClement http://www.ryanclement.com/, my coach Winsome Duncan Employment Barrister, who she introduces me to. Because of the #blacklisting and #networking which mean I am unable to get a job. I have an agreement with www.peachespublications.com Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach to help me set up an online business.

This came to an abrupt end when she called the Metropolitan Police Service Police and Ambulance Services to #section me under the Mental Health Act. I have since had to be trying to stay ahead of dealing with the events that are about to make me a #scapegoat of the discrimination of LEYF Nurseries www.lefy.org.uk and the http://www.justice.gov.uk/trib…/employment/claims/responding.

I am been made a victim of Appeals@met.pnn.police.uk. LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.ukwww.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment-appeals/ and believe me, I refuse to be a #voiceless victim. All the EAT is doing is using my VULNERABILITY of having disabilities against me.

The day before I was due to submit the documents to the EAT, I was further stressed by the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP www.gov.uk directives. Setting me the date for an interview on the 19th April 2018, about whether I am entitled to benefits. I did not make myself unemployable and only left to be www.direct.gov.uk/carers existing on benefits.

I will end by saying that on the day we celebrate Dr Martin Luther King, I will not be afraid to tell the world about what the MOTHER COUNTRY has been doing to destroy me as a VULNERABLE BLACK WOMAN with DISABILITIES who despite my childhood traumas of overcoming  #obstacles and #challenges, until the discrimination in 2 workplaces in the UK. The first at King’s College Hospital, when UNISON, the SEND Section of London Borough of Southwark, the powers that be at Ofsted, et al set about to ruin my carer. Then Capsticks, Wimbledon acted like Bates Wells Braithwaite is doing now.

Let me tell you what a bank manager told my husband all those years ago “MR TOMLINSON, YOU HAVE A SMALL ILLUSION THAT ONE DAY YOU CAN BECOME A PROPERTY TYCOON”?

Now I tried to start a #Petition, and here is the response. I have since had to call out www.londonambulance.nhs.uk/talking_with_us/use_your_personal_information.aspx#clinical. Because of the way Judge Shanks allowed Samantha Jones to lie at the EAT. Then he had the gall to tell me I made up my disabilities. After he brought a black man to sit beside him, showing us how Modern Slavery is worse now than in 1807. With his blinking tokenism. I have had to seek advice from www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk and slm-tr.SPTS@nhs.net. I will leave the rest for now. But the ET and EAT will have to answer why they failed to take my concerns into considerations. And Judge Shanks and the Panel at the ET will have to say what they done with my Medical Reports I handed to them on the 20th December 2016. They are the liars along with Samantha Jones and John Fenton.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard Is it any wonder that The Law Society#Gazette carry this Shouting employment judge went ‘a little over the top’ but was not biased. By John Hyde 31 May 2018. Because writing this in March 2018, one pompous racist offensive #JudgeShanks was spouting such vitriol as the bully that he is. That’s why he came to the EAT on the 19th October 2018 with a #black man in tow to tell me I made up my disabilities. Then he is talking about Bar Association. If he was born from a woman he would be wrapping himself in sackcloth and ashes. He seems to have a penchant for offending women, especially those of us with disabilities. I am wondering why?

Lawd I can look back pon fi I life & Reflect indeed! Mi gone now, like U know when U did lock up & get let out.
