EAT HHJ Shanks destroyed 26 years of my life in the UK on 19/10/2018

All I am going to say in response to the letter dated 21 March 2018, to which I am just seeing is the fact that the directives in this letter mean I am on the verge of yet another NERVOUS BREAKDOWN. The same thing has been happening to me from I started trying to clear my name. I have kept http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding, informed about www.personnelconsultancy.com non-compliance. The last time was when I was to return the documents by the 5th December 2017 to LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk. Only for the EAT to #penalise me for trying to take control of my #disabilities so as not to breach the conditions. I will be telling the world about how the Employment Tribunal discrimination of me from the time I was part of Dr Maria Hudson 2012 Research Paper Ref: 01/12 recommended to Acas: email@example.com, www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper for the Policy Studies Institute has led to this.
Then I will direct them to what was done to me at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda… left me open to becoming a #victim for all and sundries to discriminate against me with the hate crime. Here are some of the Legal Entity that has set me up to be #labelled as a MAD CRIMINAL. I will start with the EAT, because I called the office for #guidance about preparing the paperwork. I explained to the person about my Mental Health Conditions that were been #exacerbated as a result. The Equality Act 2010, states that people with disabilities must be given extra time. I will make sure I get my rights under the GDPR.
I was used as statistics in www.hctgroup.org.uk HCT learning centre Group Impact Report 2016 Changing Times, Lasting Impact Page 9. 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. This was pointed out to me by #BarristerRyanClement http://www.ryanclement.com/, my coach Winsome Duncan Employment Barrister, who she introduces me to. Because of the #blacklisting and #networking which mean I am unable to get a job. This came to an abrupt end when she called the Metropolitan Police Service Police and Ambulance Services to #section me under the Mental Health Act. I have since had to be trying to stay ahead of dealing with the events that are about to make me a #scapegoat of the discrimination of LEYF Nurseries www.lefy.org.uk and the http://www.justice.gov.uk/trib…/employment/claims/responding.
I am been made a victim of Appeals@met.pnn.police.uk. LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk, www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment-appeals/ and believe me, I refuse to be a #voiceless victim. All the EAT is doing is using my VULNERABILITY of having disabilities against me.
The day before I was due to submit the documents to the EAT, I was further stressed by the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP www.gov.uk directives. Setting me the date for an interview on the 19th April 2018, about whether I am entitled to benefits. I did not make myself unemployable and only left to be www.direct.gov.uk/carers existing on benefits.
I will end by saying that on the day we celebrate Dr Martin Luther King, I will not be afraid to tell the world about what the MOTHER COUNTRY has been doing to destroy me as a VULNERABLE BLACK WOMAN with DISABILITIES who despite my childhood traumas of overcoming #obstacles and #challenges, until the discrimination in 2 workplaces in the UK. The first at King’s College Hospital, when UNISON, the SEND Section of London Borough of Southwark, the powers that be at Ofsted, et al set about to ruin my carer. Then Capsticks, Wimbledon acted like Bates Wells Braithwaite is doing now.

Now I tried to start a #Petition, and here is the response. Dear Mervelee Myers, We rejected the petition you supported – “Review of the Employment Tribunal Laws stopping discrimination of #employees”. It included the reserve judgement of the EAT that is #confidential, #libelous, #false or #defamatory information, or a reference to a case which is active in the UK courts. We have marked this petition as confidential because of the personal information you’ve included. In any case, we can’t accept your petition because it’s not clear what action you’d like the Government or Parliament to take. Someone is having a laugh at my expense. On the day when PM Theresa May May is using #rhetoric about MARTIN LUTHER KING #Legacy. I am challenging the EAT to go back and look at Dr Maria Hudson recommendations to ACAS. You will be #responsible for whatever happens to me under the GDPR.
I have since had to call out www.londonambulance.nhs.uk/talking_with_us/use_your_personal_information.aspx#clinical. Because of the way Judge Shanks allowed Samantha Jones to lie at the EAT. Then he had the gall to tell me I made up my disabilities. After he brought a black man to sit beside him, showing us how Modern Slavery is worse now than in 1807. With his blinking tokenism. I have had to seek advice from www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk and slm-tr.SPTS@nhs.net. I will leave the rest for now. But the ET and EAT will have to answer why they failed to take my concerns into considerations. And Judge Shanks and the Panel at the ET will have to say what they done with my Medical Reports I handed to them on the 20th December 2016. They are the liars along with Samantha Jones and John Fenton.
