Dear Mrs Myers,

Further to the Ombudsman’s letter to you, dated 1 April 2019. It was noted in your correspondence that you raised concerns with how Judge Doyle, the President of the Employment Tribunal, had dealt with a complaint you had made about Employment Judge (EJ) Freer.

In order to take a complaint forward about Judge Doyle’s handling of your complaint about EJ Freer,  I attach a copy of the Ombudsman’s complaint form (with complaint booklet for information) which I would be obliged if you would sign, complete and return to this office. This will enable the Ombudsman to disclose your complaint to the Employment Tribunal and for him to see the complaint file.

You will need to provide specific examples of what you feel Judge Doyle did wrong in the handling of your complaint. It may also be necessary (if your complaint to Judge Doyle was concluded some time ago and your complaint is outside the 28 day time limit for raising a complaint with the Ombudsman) for you to provide reasons why you had not raised a complaint with the Ombudsman sooner. It would be helpful if you would provide a copy of the final letter you received from Judge Doyle on your complaint in this regard.

If you wish to pursue such a complaint, please provide your reply, with the information requested in your completed complaint form, by 18 April 2019.

  1. I refuse to let anyone push me over the edge again. The http://www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk is welcome to do their next best. Tell them to go to http://www.acas.org.uk. Then https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/record-retention-and-disposition-shedules to understand, I know how they operate? Here’s Taurus It’s frustrating to perform services when you aren’t given respect. Although you might save a boss making a huge blunder, once the dust has settled they will forget it. There’s a lot to be gained from personal plans and projects.
