Case Ref: PC 2018/0453 I am expecting an Inquiry into the operations of www.barsdandardsboard.org.uk and #MichaelCarter who investigated my claims against Barrister Samantha Jones of www.7br.co.uk. Because these individuals are #dangerous to the public. It is a fact that I used www.ico.org.uk proving that the ET presided over another miscarriage of justice against Mervelee Myers. IOPC Reference: 2019/119249 Force Ref: PC/7/19 There must be an investigation into www.policeconduct.gov.uk and Casework Manager #RatnaKhanam. How can #terrorist be let loose on vulnerable people who negligence by the Metropolitan Police have made victim? The IOPC has just proven that terrorism is an #accepted conscious and unconscious #biases that is the norm for black people in the UK. 3. PC Kevin Webster kev.B.Webste@met.police.uk was the only Officer acting professionally on the day. But he has refused to contact me since. Could this be he is under the thumb of the #corrupted Police involved in this hate crime of a vulnerable black woman with disabilities?

Despite trying to submit Additional Witness Statement when information relevant to the ET came to light, this was not accepted at London South Employment Tribunal.

I am not sure any more about Sally Robertson of Cloisters www.cloisters.com because of what she said to me after the EAT. How can she say I did not tell her there were other Medical Reports? I am yet to see the Summary of the EAT.
What was the role of Bates Wells Braithwaite www.bwbllp.com in the case?
#JohnFenton of www.personnelconsultancy.com is nothing more than a Con Artist. He is not a Lawyer and was representing LEYF as one. He later send me email in error with proof he is a scammer.

Universal Credit: Refused Access http://www.universal-credit.service.gov.uk/…/SERVICE_ISSUES/. I was threatened with criminal record after I was harassed, bullied and intimidated. This exacerbated my traumas into PTSD.

Chelsea Football Club: I contacted http://chelseafootballclub.com realising that www.peachespublications.co.uk might have put me in compromising situation re Safeguarding when she was keynote speaker. Nothing was done, but recently in the news I hear them apologising for not acting about crimes that impacted on the lives of young people.
Housing 4 Women: This was the www.h4w.org.uk that rescued me in 2001. I am grateful for the opportunities I got to make my life more bearable. But the standards have fallen when I realised they shared an email sent to them in error to LEYF. Hopefully fences can be mended.
Ancestry DNA: I was privileged meeting the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin at H4W Annual General Meeting in 2013. It turns out that her grandmother & my mother are related. Now I am into creating the legacies at www.ancestrydna.co.uk/privacy.

Summary
I will sum up by saying that I have given the Powers that be to right the wrongs they caused by ruining my career and destroying my life spent in the UK from 7 June 1992 to date. I will be going all out in getting justice from those involved in the breaching of Rule of Law that has seen Mervelee Change from the person who I was to one who is fearful of ending up like my brother who died in prison because of discrimination of the “Protected Characteristics” under the Equality 2010.
