Thank you for speaking to me recently. I’m just writing to confirm some of the things we talked about and to send you our decision in writing.
Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
- You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
- You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
- The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
- You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
- You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Members need a current account plus either a savings account or mortgage account to qualify for this payment. As you and your husband have both, this is why you’ve received this payment if you don’t wish to receive it please let us know.

I am writing with regard to the above claim F03CL973.
MM Updates: Let me shed some light on this email as to why Charter Of Rights must be used to address it because if this is all this person can do by way of communication, am fearing for the future generations after the hell I have been through after the death of my mother with www.dementia.org.uk in 2014. Here is proof of why I must name the http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk as party to discrimination in reverse order. However, let me start with the positive and applaud HHJ Lethem, now that I can put a name to the person who conducted the Telephone Conference on the 20/5/2021. It is clear that by contacting me about the above claim that HMCTS is continuing setting out to confuse me like the outcome of https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… should not have happened.
HHJ Parfitt This is a Judge who must be Disciplined
HHJ Parfitt replaced HHJ Dight Designated Civil District Judge and I was not informed even when there was mumbling between him and Mr Bradley www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal. I only learned of the changes when I received the judgment. I have no alternatives left but to assume that HHJ Dight was conveniently absent because I found he had a misconduct from the JCIO on 19/5/2020 which was my DOB. So this time the ECRO was 20/5/2021 the day after my DOB and before my Wedding Anniversary. They continue to use the triggers to my PTSD to get a result www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do about certain situation. By the way this was after I was targeted by a James Jones on https://www.facebook.com and my account closed for 3 days, then I decided not to play the games of losing my account like with https://www.linkedin.com and https://www.twitter.com on behalf of LEYF.
Complaint: I lodged a complaint against HHJ Parfitt and was given a caseworker on the 8/10/2020. In reference to the fact the HHJ Dight was given a misconduct by JCIO for failing to act about a Judgment in 5 months, should not the caseworker be accountable for not contacting me?
Now we address the matter of Claim Number: F56YJ215 with Barrister Ryan Clement. HHJ Dight stated I have no say in the matter of collecting my husband’s www.moneyclaim.gov.uk when I raised the matter at CLCC on the 2/9/2020. Yet he passed Judgment for me to pay Barrister Samantha Jones £17,000.00. Imagine HHJ Parfitt read my Medical Report www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk and claimed he understands my Traumas, but the Medical Report said am doing okay. This is the same Medical Report I handed to Judge Freer in Court because it was left out of the Respondent’s Bundle. Now how did HHJ Parfitt get that figure since HMCTS is responsible for the second miscarriages of justice. If HMCTS did not allow Ms Jones to deceive them I would have no need to be in contact with https://www.ryanclement.com. The ripple effect of HMCTS discrimination meant I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS and in seeking to regain some semblance of normality to my life I encountered those who I have taken to the Small Claims Court on advice from the Lady at Judge Rinder whose show I applied for and Barrister Sally Robertson who advised me to report Ryan Clement to the authority.
A hearing has been listed, I believe in error as you were before HHJ Lethem just last week.
MM Updates: Can the person who writes this be given some remedial training, www.ofsted.gov.uk please. Claim Number: F21YM001 County Court At Clerkenwell & Shoreditch – This is the result of striking out Ms Winsome Duncan Claim after Telephone Mediation. Ms Duncan was responsible for sending www.met.police.uk to section me from a malicious report. I was in www.hctgroup.org Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. She was groomed by Ryan Clement to find Vulnerable BLACK People for him to scam.
Claim Number: F21YM135 The Independent Office For Police Conduct (IOPC) https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk – I was contacted by Solicitor Andrew Truby defending the claim.
Claim Number: F56YJ215 – The judgment was passed yet this is sent back to CLCC. Who is the HMCTS representing? Am not asking for anything that is not mine.
District Judge Bell have nothing else to do but sit down one day 10 December 2019 and sent these Claims to CLCC for the attention of Civil District Judge. But how comes Ryan Clement Claim is included?

Claim Number: F45YM082 The Metropolitan Police Service. So because the CCMCC failed to act about my claim the Police came to my house on 30/11/2020 to murder me on behalf of LEYF. I have not worked in paid employment and have to live off BENEFITS, but I was threatened by www.gov.uk/universalcredit with Criminal Record.
Please can you confirm if this is indeed the case?

With DBS joining LEYF discrimination I am now having my PTSD triggered to cause me concerns as carer for my 98 year old husband. I was offered a job by www.smartteachers.co.uk. So this is just another way how LEYF influence the https://www.gov.uk and www.ofsted.gov.uk and www.nurseryworld.co.uk targeting me on behalf of LEYF.

Dear resident,
Today, 25 May, marks the first anniversary of the dreadful murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis by police officer Derek Chauvin.
In Southwark we will take a moment to remember George, and all the victims of racism through history. Please join us at 12 noon for a minute’s silence as we stand together against racism, discrimination and inequality.
Last year, following the horrific murder, Southwark Council launched a new programme called Southwark Stands Together. By bringing people together from different backgrounds, we sought to hear and better understand experiences of racism, discrimination and inequality in our community. We hosted listening events that were attended by more than 1,500 people and 1,268 people responded to an online survey that the council shared.
We are now working to take action based on what you told us in the listening events and survey. Whilst there is much still to do, we are making good progress on a range of issues including:
• Working to ensure those with influence in our borough reflect our communities, for example by working to attract more Black professionals onto governing bodies in Southwark schools, and by increasing the number of Black, Asian and ethnic minority colleagues at senior management level in the council.
• Working with all schools in the borough to reduce exclusions and keep children in school, recognising that exclusions disproportionately affect our children from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds
• Helping to build trust between the police and the community, and find solutions to deep-rooted concerns around stop and search. As part of this work, a new Youth Independent Advisory Group has been formed with over 25 members aged 14+, to work together with the police and other organisations to influence policy for people living in the borough
• Identifying statues, street names and any other links with slavery as part of an anti-racist audit, so that our borough can make positive changes to reject these historic links, and instead honour a more diverse range of people for positive reasons

Whilst I am proud of the progress we have made as a community, in this painful but active year, we know that we all need to do much more challenge ourselves to be better, stronger and unequivocally anti-racist in all that we do.

• Remember: one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine should give you protection from 3 or 4 weeks after you’ve had it, but you need to have two doses to give you longer lasting protection. When you’re called for your second dose, please make sure you go to your appointment

As lockdown restrictions ease it’s important we continue to get tested regularly, even if we’ve been vaccinated. If you don’t have symptoms there are different ways to get tested in Southwark:
• Visit a testing site at London Bridge or Bournemouth Road in Peckham
• Order tests to be delivered to your home
• Pick up a test from your local library
• Get a test at a pharmacy

Albion Primary school joins in walk to school week
As part of Walk to School week our Road Safety and Sustainable Travel team went to Albion Primary school in Rotherhithe last week. The team joined year three children who practised basic road crossing and how to deal with parked cars, as part of their pedestrian training. Albion Primary does much to promote sustainable travel, they also have a time school street closure outside their school and no less than four bikes sheds in the playground!

Get help if you’re struggling with low mood, stress or anxiety
Get support to improve your mental health. If you’re registered with a Southwark GP you can also self-refer for talking therapies to get support for mental health problems, including anxiety and depression.
Get checked for cancer to catch it early
If you’re due for bowel, cervical or breast cancer screening, you’ll get an invitation. But don’t wait to be invited if you’re worried about changes to your body – contact your GP straight away.

African literature gifted to Peckham Library
We are delighted to accept and share hundreds of books from the AKO Caine Prize for African Writing. The books are copies of previous submissions for the prize and have been gifted to Peckham Library. There is a wealth of glorious, powerful and exciting African literature and we are happy to bring these stories to the people of Peckham and beyond.
New heritage centre and library open in Southwark
The new Southwark Heritage Centre and Walworth Library officially launched last week. Delivered by the council, in partnership with Lendlease, as part of the regeneration of Elephant and Castle, this brand new facility combines a heritage centre for the whole borough with a local library for Walworth. Drop-in to borrow one of 20,000 books, check out the Story of Southwark and Myth Making exhibitions or simply make use of the free wifi and study space.
