Caseworker Vincent Umeukeje for Designated Civil District Judge to impose Restriction Order http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk is an indication of Discrimination on all Grounds to deny me my ENTITLEMENT.
30/11/2020: HS led 3 PCs to my home to carry out a murder to claim I committed suicide on behalf of LEYF www.leyf.org.uk because HHJ Parfitt who was swapped for HHJ Marc Dight with the misconduct is just another of those involved in https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 to deny me justice.

Because this started out when LEYF breached the Contract I signed 7/10/2009 that was not updated in line with the Equality Act 2010. The Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. I was sent on Medical Suspension in breach of Section 60 of the Equality Act when Lynne Kelly who was sanctioned to discriminate breaching the Policies and Procedures of LEYF. 3. At WPS whilst waiting in the van a male PC asked me to bend over to expose myself after he provoked me and scores of Officers gather behind the van. At the NWS 2017 I was targeted by Liz Roberts who get 2 Young White Men to stalk me. This was to trigger my PTSD like what the PC done to me at the van. I called him over to inform him I was getting the shakes and why I called the Ambulance out on 3/9/2020.
4. HS keeps making faces at me, which was unnerving me http://www.radar-cns.org.uk. But I refuse to react, instead I asked how old she is/was if she didn’t mind. I know from studies that her behaviour could be linked to her age. Since she heard me saying this is squeezing me, her response “mmm mmm” is the indication she did not take my concerns seriously. I could not have done that in my roles as delivering www.ofsted.gov.uk EYFS Welfare Requirements as can be evidence by REVIEWS on LEYF website about ABUSE. In my Religion God heal the sick and there are 10 Commandments.
Disability Discrimination: Physical:
1. Assaulted by 3 PCs directed by HS in my home.
2. Handcuffs tighten to cause bruises and nothing done despite telling HS before being place in the van and to male PC who was left to watch me whilst HS and Nikki Wright were searching my home. Told male PC at WPS why I had to call the Ambulance on 3/9/2020 when the shaking of my body caused frictions and the handcuffs becoming painful. Refer to www.parkinsons.org.uk interview online.
3. I started shivering in the van because I was half naked, in handcuffs that exacerbated my physical disabilities www.heal-d.co.uk. HS notice my shivering asked if I had COVID-19 symptoms and did nothing to help. Refer to gov.uk/coronavirus and www.southwark.gov.uk/coronavirus-gethelp email: covidsupport@southwark.gov.uk. I joined to be an Ambassador but continuing discrimination preventing me from doing much. Why 4 Officers never have the sense to realise they were breaking COVID-19 Rules in my Home if not at Walworth Police Station on 30/11/2020. And on 1/12/2020 when the 2 Female turn up at my home again they did not use PPE. Could this be due to the Racial Profiling circulated about me?
4. Asked HS permission to use the toilet, in the end she was so dismissive that my PTSD was exacerbated by memories of how I was treated by the ET/EAT after hiding my Medical Reports & saying I made up disabilities www.diabestes.org.uk.
5. Trying to keep my dignity trigger my Mental Disability when I was led from the van to the Inside of the WPS and the male PC who provoked me causing me to curse come back to ask if I calmed down www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk. I curse again. By this time I was bursting and upon asking about the toilet I was met with Nikki Wright and HS acting and treating me like a naughty disabled child attending LEYF Nurseries at the prestigious HOC where I was sent after raising concerns about my Mental Health https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards that was rejected like the Decision. I was in fear of losing my dignity. I did not get to use the toilet until I was assigned a cell. There was no toilet roll so imagine if I had done a Number 2?
6. Reason I asked to use my toilet on 1/12/2020, but I have to endure the indignity of a PC having her foot in the door, in case I escaped, so I couldn’t carry out the motion. But https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1967/58/section/3.
7. Sergeant Patel notice bruises on my hands at WPS https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachmentdata/file/903474/pace-code.c-2019.pdf.
8. Discover bruises on right arm on 1/12/2020. This was reported to my GP, but PC Neil Solliss decided to disregard it. Refer to ET/EAT Judgment why I am in this predicament. When the Police failed to act on my concerns of verbal threats, but turned up to section me from a malicious threat of the person www.peachespublications.co.uk I raised concerns about. The Police and IOPC are responsible for making me a victim from 30/11/2017 https://www.ryanclement.com. At no time at my home and at WPS did anyone use a PPE or offered me one.
9. The 2 female Officers who came to my home on 1/12/2020 did not use any.
10. I was not asked about any Disabilities. As a matter of fact I did not have much of a conversation with any of the Officers after asking HS if she came to Interview me. She shouted we are here to arrest you.
11. I said let me show the letter about the Meeting at SPS. She said am not here for that either.
12. I picked my phone to call my stepson, she said am not allowed to use it.
13. Told her I was going to talk to my husband why they are here and get up from the chair.
14. I was jumped by 3 Officers, who handcuffed me whilst I was calling out for Tom https://www.diabetes.org.uk. Luckily my husband was not aware what was going on.
15. Those Officers could have MURDERED me as planned and my husband would not be the wiser.
16. How can I be wrestling with 1 Officer and grabbing the Taser of another https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/60/section/117? As can be verified from the Decision RACE played a big part in the actions of PC Holly Sweeney from day one when she phoned my mobile on a Sunday evening to trigger and exacerbate my PTSD. They did not carry out any investigations.
1. PC Sweeney phoning my mobile to call me a criminal and threaten me with arrest www.bwbllp.com contacting me on 24/9/2015 after https://www.facebook.com gave LEYF access to my account on 18/9/2015.
2. LEYF, ET/EAT used data disclosures about my PTSD to discriminate against me.
3. Dr Laura Crawford advised me to seek CBT when I was sent on Medical Suspension in breach of the Contract.
4. My reactions (Decision) is due to the Medical Reports of the ET and my life is an “Open Book” documenting the “Holistic Approach” I use from I was sponsored by UNISON http://unison.org.uk for Health & Social Care Studies.
5. Sergeant Patel Racial Profiling started commenting “You are so FIT”. Sergeant Patel was not referring to my FITNESS as a compliment but in a derogatory manner considering the (Decision). Refer to Section 60 of the Equality Act 2010.

Treated Less Favourably Than an Animal: Since I was label Uncooperative, Unprofessional, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive, Lacking Empathy to trigger my PTSD by LEYF, I have been the victim.
