Without Prejudice Proof Of Metropolitan Police Targeting Of Mervelee Myers Covering Up Their Roles In Discrimination On All Grounds Of The Equality Act Protected Characteristics In 2021.
This is the follow up to my complaint Reference: PC/7911/20 Date: 18 January 2021 “Our Decision About Your Complaint” by PC Nick Solliss and Inspector Nikki Babb https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk in 2021. Since I have responded to MOPAC ComplaintReviews@mopac.london.gov.uk, I will make sure report the 2 Female Officers who visited my home on 1/12/2020 for putting mine and my husband’s life at risk for not using PPE at any time when they were in our presence www.southwark.gov.uk/coronavirus-gethelp or email covidsupport@southwark.gov.uk.
Let me list my complaint in order: 1. Was sat at the computer near the window when the buzzer went, I get up to go open the door, when there were loud banging and rattling of the door. Has anyone acted about https://www.southwarknews.co.uk/news/coronavirus-london-early-years-nurseries-unite/#.XpQfd4vU6lc.mailto where I was a PRISONER after my transfer 23/7/2014 when I raised concerns about my MENTAL HEALTH. This is triggers to my disability and can cause me not to function as is deem normal by Police Officers, like those who visited my home on 20/11/2020 https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachmentdata/file/903473/pace-code-c-2019.pdf. With the use of GDPR 2018 I am asking that all relevant data in the case Custody Record 01MS 5510 20 Arrest Summons No 20/01MS/5510 Station Walworth Police Station Officer In Case Holly Sweeney PC P255654 Station AS-Central South Command Unit be released to anyone able to assist me in clearing my name.
2. Welcoming the Officers in my home they began acting like terrorists examples I told PC Solliss about in email correspondences later www.collins.co.uk for definition as involved need remedial from the EYFS Prime and Specific areas of the Curriculum.
3. I was not resisting in any way because I was informed on 30/11/2020 this was likely, because of my experiences of taken out of my home partially clothe and the handcuffs so tight, I informed the PC they were hurting my hand https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/60/section/24 used when it suits the IGNORANT PC Neil Solliss to justify TERRORISM. I was making sure I have what I needed to take with me when 1 of the PC started saying I need to hurry up because they don’t have any time and I was under arrest www.met.police.uk had already discriminated against me on all grounds in breach of the Equality Act 2010 on 30/10/2017 and again 30/11/2020. I advised her I know my rights and they were not coming into my home to mistreat me like what happened on 30/11/2020. I told her I know they are wearing Body Cameras and I could see the change in their demeanour. “Without Prejudice” the purpose of the visit was to capture evidence on the BC to support those who visited 30/11/2020, as can be proven from the decision. The decision is based on LIES concocted from the 4 Police Officers and additional information used by questionings from Sergeant Patel at Walworth Police Station. Others based on LIES told to Michael Bowers and the Appropriate Persons. And the way the Interview was conducted on 30/11/2020. I am therefore demanding the data from all such engagements from the time the Officers entered my home on 30/11/2020. Why was I not offered a copy of the first interview?
5. By this time my PTSD http://www.radar-cns.org/ was triggered along with underlying conditions of www.diabetes.org.uk and www.parkinsons.org.uk disease. I asked to use the toilet and was informed to use my own toilet the PC would have to accompany me and put her foot in the door. Refer to Section 60 of the Equality Act relates to health questions during recruitment exercises. Whilst in the van I informed the male PC left to watch me the handcuffs were hurting my hands https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 but nothing was done to assist me. Except in the Decision ‘The BWV shows you walking with the officers to the caped area of the van where you were placed inside. Whilst being placed inside, I heard you say words similar to “these are squeezing”. Now can we refresh our memories to why George Floyd’s death resulted in Black Lives Matter? He told the Officers “I Can’t Breathe” but they stood on his neck still. Without wasting time writing all of the paragraph let me refer PC Neil Solliss to the fact I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator with a Foundation Degree in Early Years from www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies before I started working at LEYF. Can the Metropolitan Police go to https://www.google.com LEYF Websites to find the REVIEWS. Then find out why www.personnelconsultancy.com requested LondonSouthET@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk not to accept Additional Witness Statements? I did not object find out what https://www.39essexex.com/barrister/samantha-jones used to get the ADJOURNMENT after she told the ET Panel she did not prepare the case. When my husband questioned, I told him, she was doing her job https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/60/section/117. Why did the PCs who assaulted me on the 30/11/2020 not explain they would have to accompany to speak to my husband https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1967/58/section/3? Even a PRISONER on Death Row is afforded certain rights. But I was to be murdered to say I committed SUICIDE and dead men tell no tales. Like how George Floyd Black Lives Matter lasted as long as it takes for some to benefit like Social Media.
6. I was unable to use the toilet with the PC present, I returned to the LR www.heal-d.co.uk.
7. My husband asked me to switch off the computer/laptops and 1 PC intervened saying I didn’t have time www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek CBT in 2015. My stories were published at http://www.myvision.org.uk using www.adwords.google.com at G+. I explained I will turn them off as they were left on the day before www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ for more.
8. It was only when the PCs realise I know my rights www.hctgroup.org Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. They stopped acting like HOOLIGANS and started treating me with respect advising me what I needed to take with me. I did not complain about them in my previous, because once they understand I know my rights they acted proportionately. But since they colluding with DISCRIMINATION they must be accountable for conscious and unconscious biases of the Metropolitan Police Service. They have been indoctrinated to be RACIST and breach my Human Rights of being included in the Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.

10. I am complaining about them not wearing PPE because of the DECISION by PC Neil Solliss claiming the UNPROFESSIONAL Conduct of the 4 who visited on 30/11/2020 was a one off. It was reported in the Media about the 9 Police charged for breaking COVID-19 Rules and next day a 37 year old Officer who was in contact died from COVID-19 related systems. The actions of the 2 Female who visited my home on 1/12/2020 proves that this is endemic conduct of the Metropolitan Police or because I was targeted to wipe me out on behalf of LEYF, my life didn’t matter like George Floyd. I will surround myself with people who can uplift me and not pull me down any further into the depth of despair. It don’t matter if you are family.
