I empowered myself to become a Graduate b4 my 50th BD www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies. I’ve been stripped of every shred of DIGNITY, my job taken & I am having to claim BENEFITS. In my thinking Benefits is for those who need it & not me. But the Systems dictate what, where, how & when. I’ve gone back to Studying as I am being told I am ILL-Lit-ARATED, know too Much and Dismissive of Authority.
The Authority that I mentored, trained, edit their work, etc… Then I am supposed to wait on them and ask their permission to do the job I trained them to do?

Tom’s luck not good these days wid di Horses? Went to get sum Ink although I promised to stop stock piling because of the amt of ink left over from 2 Printers that stopped working? I was walking down the Old Kent Road to go to Staples when I could see this Lady coming from afar. But the thing that caught my attention was the way her Hand was Shaking! Yes a classic case of www.parkinsons.org.uk Disease that I haven’t seen 4 the longest while. 1st time I’d be worried when I see any1 like this, but because my condition haven’t exacerbated any further, I am not unduly bothered. But I can empathise with any1 who has this condition in their Genes because I know the ravages it take on the Human Body? Remembering the Papa whom my Blessed Mama chose 4 US! I was going out LN & Tom in his infinite judgement decided that I should get cab? By the time I am getting ready he puts the £2 coins from his PB on the bed & said make sure U get the cab U hear. Yes Tom & me go 2 EC ask directions & get the underground. Got back in Tom is waiting up 4 me, because whenever I go out he don’t rest well until I am back home. When we met he encouraged me to learn to drive & he’d buy me a Car, but there are sum things that I just cannot do? I don’t want to have 1 of my Episodes & cause any damages cause I know my LIMITATIONS. There4, 4 continued Harmony in Our Lives I am not above telling a few Black nor White LIES if they set Tom’s mind at Peace? Holly Sweeney: 29/11/2020 Female PC phoned my mobile, called me a criminal, threatened me with arrest and hang up. Premeditated act from the Judiciary of England & Wales 2 miscarriages of justice. Refer to Complaint to JCIO Reference: CRM: 0055203. Caseworker Vincent Umeukeje for Designated Civil District Judge to impose Restriction Order http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk is an indication of Discrimination on all Grounds to deny me my ENTITLEMENT.
30/11/2020: HS led 3 PCs to my home to carry out a murder to claim I committed suicide on behalf of LEYF www.leyf.org.uk because HHJ Parfitt who was swapped for HHJ Marc Dight with the misconduct is just another of those involved in https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 to deny me justice.
Discrimination in breach of the Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act 2010. Refer to “Our Decision About Your Complaint” for clarification. Holly Sweeney under instruction from https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/60/section/24 is a danger to vulnerable elderly black women with disabilities as can be verified by the DECISION.
Religion:
1. HS lied about all aspect of this matter from the time she called my mobile to conducting the Interview on the 8/12/2020. HS must provide Data from any encounter via telephone, Body Camera, interviews or CCTV captured in line with http://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com. Because this started out when LEYF breached the Contract I signed 7/10/2009 that was not updated in line with the Equality Act 2010. The Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. I was sent on Medical Suspension in breach of Section 60 of the Equality Act when Lynne Kelly who was sanctioned to discriminate breaching the Policies and Procedures of LEYF. Treated me like a new employee on Probationary who failed like what Maria Goncalves and Maria Freeman tried to do at https://www.facebook.com/memories/?source=bookmark in 2009 because I was a graduate of www.aoug.org.uk and she was a student. I was transferred to Luton Street Community Nursery on the recommendation of Joelle Lax when I got involved with www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers have me as a participant when I was interviewed at my home by Dr Maria Hudson in 2010. Instead of the www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies graduate who contributed to building LEYF Brand from 1/9/2009. I was doing the work and treated like when I was rejected for the position of Lead Early Years Practitioner in 2011 despite being only LEYF employee shortlisted. I was published in www.nurseryworld.co.uk in July and on http://skynews.co.uk in September and meeting https://www.gov.uk MP at LEYF Annual Staff Conference. But biggest scoop is http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio endorsement of my LSCN Team in 2011 when I went home for holiday.
2. I was taken out of my home partially clothe. What is the impact of my disabilities which I used the “Holistic Approach” after I was sponsored by http://unison.org.uk to manage and control how I was able to carry out normal day to day activities. It was Dr Laura Hudson www.healthmanltd.com who advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.
3. At WPS whilst waiting in the van a male PC asked me to bend over to expose myself after he provoked me and scores of Officers gather behind the van. His motive was to ridicule and make me feel inferior. Refer to www.bwbllp.com that contacted me on 24/9/2015 and again after the judgment was posted online. Get https://www.facebook.com and https://www.twitter.com Legal Teams to contact me in August 2017. I was already at the end of my tether. At the NWS 2017 I was targeted by Liz Roberts who get 2 Young White Men to stalk me. This was to trigger my PTSD like what the PC done to me at the van. I called him over to inform him I was getting the shakes and why I called the Ambulance out on 3/9/2020.
4. HS keeps making faces at me, which was unnerving me http://www.radar-cns.org.uk. But I refuse to react, instead I asked how old she is/was if she didn’t mind. I know from studies that her behaviour could be linked to her age. Since she heard me saying this is squeezing me, her response “mmm mmm” is the indication she did not take my concerns seriously. I could not have done that in my roles as delivering www.ofsted.gov.uk EYFS Welfare Requirements as can be evidence by REVIEWS on LEYF website about ABUSE. In my Religion God heal the sick and there are 10 Commandments.
Disability Discrimination: Physical:
1. Assaulted by 3 PCs directed by HS in my home.
2. Handcuffs tighten to cause bruises and nothing done despite telling HS before being place in the van and to male PC who was left to watch me whilst HS and Nikki Wright were searching my home. Told male PC at WPS why I had to call the Ambulance on 3/9/2020 when the shaking of my body caused frictions and the handcuffs becoming painful. Refer to www.parkinsons.org.uk interview online.
3. I started shivering in the van because I was half naked, in handcuffs that exacerbated my physical disabilities www.heal-d.co.uk. HS notice my shivering asked if I had COVID-19 symptoms and did nothing to help. Refer to gov.uk/coronavirus and www.southwark.gov.uk/coronavirus-gethelp email: covidsupport@southwark.gov.uk. I joined to be an Ambassador but continuing discrimination preventing me from doing much. Why 4 Officers never have the sense to realise they were breaking COVID-19 Rules in my Home if not at Walworth Police Station on 30/11/2020. And on 1/12/2020 when the 2 Female turn up at my home again they did not use PPE. Could this be due to the Racial Profiling circulated about me?
4. Asked HS permission to use the toilet, in the end she was so dismissive that my PTSD was exacerbated by memories of how I was treated by the ET/EAT after hiding my Medical Reports & saying I made up disabilities www.diabestes.org.uk.
5. Trying to keep my dignity trigger my Mental Disability when I was led from the van to the Inside of the WPS and the male PC who provoked me causing me to curse come back to ask if I calmed down www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk. I curse again. 9. The 2 female Officers who came to my home on 1/12/2020 did not use any.
10. I was not asked about any Disabilities. As a matter of fact I did not have much of a conversation with any of the Officers after asking HS if she came to Interview me. She shouted we are here to arrest you.
11. I said let me show the letter about the Meeting at SPS. She said am not here for that either.
12. I picked my phone to call my stepson, she said am not allowed to use it.
13. Told her I was going to talk to my husband why they are here and get up from the chair.

15. Those Officers could have MURDERED me as planned and my husband would not be the wiser.

As can be verified from the Decision RACE played a big part in the actions of PC Holly Sweeney from day one when she phoned my mobile on a Sunday evening to trigger and exacerbate my PTSD. They did not carry out any investigations.
