Nelson Mandela “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”.

Mr Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson arrived in the UK Easter time of 1956 travelling on a ship that he boarded in Kingston staying overnight at his brother Percival’s home. He was the first member of his Tomlinson Clan to settle in the UK and bring his nephew Dudley, his adopted son whom his father, John advised him to take when his brother died at an early age. Two of his brothers joined him later. Arnold is the only member of the original Tomlinson family who came over from Jamaica who is alive. His extended family living in the UK.

Meeting Arnold via introductions by Mrs Cleghorn, a lady who I know from doing Early Morning Cleaning Job, who knows my story of Domestic Abuse, led to us becoming partners for life. The year 2014 marks an important milestone for Tom and I.  My son got married, I heard mum’s story and said my final goodbyes to her, days before her 90^th birthday. Tom and I got married days after my birthday. I returned to bury my mother and attended my eldest grandson’s graduation. He was the valedictorian and I have Image Rights of an entire year to remind me of the time that I will never forget and will be embedded in my history. I am determined to create the legacies for my future generation of my family.

I would like to focus on the “Strong Women” who influenced and touched my life and help me become the person who I am today.

Mothers & Grandmothers & Godmother: I grew up knowing my grandmothers, my grandfathers died before I was born. Other mothers were instrumental in my upbringing.

Teachers: Ms Una Perry who taught me to develop resilience from a young age takes top honours. My Primary School Teachers, who are female, influenced my early life in terms of my educational achievements, despite my Hidden Disabilities. Maybe this can be attributed to the fact I looked up to them as the big sister I did not know.

Families: All my Families who have contributed to making me the person who I am.

Friends: I have scaled down the list, but I value the friendships that lasted over the years.

Housing For Women: I have been living in H4W Premises from December 2000 when I was made homeless by Domestic Abuse.

Proud of my Multiple Identity:

Meeting Speaker Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin Chaplain to the Speaker to the House of Commons on Tuesday 25 March 2014 at the Annual General Meeting of Housing For Women led to revelations that inspired me to continue creating legacies as can be found in Nelson Mandela’s “Sayings”. The fact that she was going home to interview her mother for her “Autobiography” resonated with me. Because I had said my final goodbyes to my mother days before her ninety birthdays, knowing that I would not be seeing her again in the mortal flesh. Rev Rose’s upbringing was like mine, but the bombshell came later when this down to earth lady stuck up a conversation with me. She asked where I was from and in the next breath saying my grandmother is from Burnt Savannah, and Dockey is my cousin left me in no doubt who her family is. I did not tell her at the time, but I knew she was related to my mother. I can write a book about why it is important to know our family, but this will be another volume. However, I will use this occasion to share why we should educate the future generation about the old-fashioned values that I was brought up with and leave them to add to their moral fabric during their journey through life to accept the outcomes that will empower them to be the best they can become. I will tell you briefly about the old saying, “bring up a child in the way they should grow and when they are old, they will not depart from it” is true today.

A Scholar of my Father’s Teaching

As can be ascertained from my publications from I joined Social Media and invested in my website “My Vision”, I have been sharing stories about my journey. However, let my document that it is the responsibility of adults to safeguard children, young people, and vulnerable adults in any societies we inhabit. I was attending Frome Secondary School at the time and was impressionable. I recall teasing this woman because she behaved differently to others I know. I was in for the shock of my life when I returned from school and the lady was at my house. My mother introduced her as Cousin Eula Desport aka Ms Walker, who is from England. You could have knocked me out with a feather. The good thing about it, if Cousin Eula knew she has been teased, she did not take note of those involved. On reflections, she might not have realised. Guess who benefitted the most from finding out I have a Cousin Eula who I used to tease? Me of course because she was living at Frome and I used to visit her house and treated to all kinds of goodies. That would have helped my mother as by this time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. All is well that ends well except I must share information about my English Teacher, Ms Anderson, who was English. In retrospect, she might have influenced me to excel at the English Subject. I passed GCE O’Level English Language attending Evening Classes at Mannings High School. When Ms Anderson was leaving to come back to UK, she took photos of 8A Class of 1973. I would love to see that photograph and know I would stand out as one of the tallest girl in the Class.

My Carbon Footprints:   My journey started from the time my father was struck down by Parkinson’s disease and I developed Hidden Disabilities. That is why I am Focusing on Women Who Challenge the Systems.

Next thing he started singing a catchy JA song & jigging so I looked at him & smiled! This must have given him a GS, so he came over to chat. Asked him bluntly if he was PISSED, but he didn’t seem 2 undastand, so I mentioned Drunk? He claimed I was disrespecting him, so I set him straight… Well, I am not afraid to speak my mind as every1 should know by this! Since he started the conversation, I am no prude & will entertain his discourse! Told him he could be my son & he looked MR & all? What is this World coming to if U can’t express Ur Opinion when it is asked for? I AM 1 BIG SOFTIE AT HEART & HATE TO WITNESS INJUSTICE IN ANY FORMS. The Metropolitan Police Service was established in 1829.

My relationship with the Metropolitan Police can be verified via my Social Media and other publications available online. I have Image Rights for my Intellectual Property on Social Media. However, I have lost access to LinkedIn and Twitter and Facebook has targeted me on behalf of LEYF and Judiciary of England & Wales, the Criminal Justice System and A-Z of haters and trolls on Social Media targeting me for no reason than I challenge Social Injustices and Inequalities on behalf of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

 

Slavery was abolished 1807.

The two miscarriages of justice of Mervelee Myers must be classed as Modern Day Slavery after the operations of the Judiciary of England & Wales Career Criminals involved in https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 after the death of my mother. Since those responsible at HMCTS have had seven (7) years to sort out this matter and instead have colluded with the Criminal Justice System in making me a criminal, I will name those involved.

The following are those responsible for denying me my entitlements not to be discriminated against on any grounds:

1. Justice Ingrid Simler President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal who sent my case to the EAT with caveats for disability.
2. Paul Kernaghan Judicial Ombudsman. A former Metropolitan Police Officer.
3. Judge Brian Doyle – President of the Employment Tribunal.
4. Adam Jones – JCIO.
5. HHJ Nicholas Parfitt – CLCC – Waiting for the JCIO Caseworker – to respond to my complaint after 2/9/2020. He replaces the Designated Civil Judge HHJ Marc Dight who turns out to have a misconduct against him.
6. HHJ Shanks referred to in the Law Gazette as the “Shouting Judge” did exactly that at the EAT telling me in the presence of my husband I made up my disabilities.
7. Judge Freer who I handed my Medical Reports to in Court and claimed there were no other MRs after taking -5 months to give the judgment copied from the Respondent’s Summary. He gave Barrister Samantha Jones a reference to be on the Panel of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
8. Judge Martin who strike out my Racism repeatedly after Judge Baron recognised me on 15/3/2016 and sent it back.
9. Judge Hildebrand who presided over the Telephone Conciliation with John Fenton and I. He tried to get me to sign an NDA for £58,000.00. He claimed LEYF had to protect themselves from me. Please refer to the Reviews online for why LEYF is guilty of operating ABUSE Rings.

I have not worked since resigning with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace. The Senior HR Dilys Epton gave me a 6-line reference flagging SAFEGUARDING.

Our decision about your complaint

On 14th December 2020 we received your complaint. Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with us. You raised concerns about the necessity for your arrest on the 29th of November 2020, the use of force used to carry out this arrest, and the lack of protective equipment used by the officers involved, to help keep you COVID safe. MM Updates: How can PC Neil Solliss expect me to treat him with any respect when he gets the first paragraph of his decision wrong? My role was to review your complaint and, in accordance with the Police Reform Act 2002, consider how your complaint should be handled. In reaching this decision I took account of guidance issued by the IOPC on the handling of complaints. MM Updates: 1. Let me reference Yourself -v- Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) Claim No: F21YM135 Andrew Truby Lawyer IOPC. Date 24 October 2019. 2. Refer to the Meeting I arranged with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth at Southwark Police Station. This should say all there is to know about any guidance issued by the IOPC. Also listening to Sal Naseem left me in no doubt about why I must do my Research re “Ethnicity” estimates in Government Departments and Systems.

MM Updates: 1. This Young Lady need urgent help to stop her going down the road of a Psychopath who takes pleasure in abusing vulnerable old women with disability. She had the audacity to turn up at my home on my mother’s DOB.

2. Refer to ET/EAT, SRA, BSB, Legal Ombudsman, JCIO, CCMCC for the Institutional Discrimination from the time I represented myself at the first ET. Some of those involved http://unison.org.uk and https://www.jobs.nhs.uk and https://www.capsticks.com that led to the blacklisting and networking, meaning I had to start from the bottom again. It was allegations after my brother’s death with Colon Cancer that led to me suffering my first nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk 2003 to 2008.

 

1 B3-Power to arrest and detain: You were arrested after explaining you couldn’t attend the police station owing to other commitments and weren’t given an opportunity to change the date/time to negate the need for arrest.

MM Updates: 1. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis July 2006 because I do not have a Medical diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease.

2. All my Claims that they strike out and I reapplied sent to Central London County Court for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. When I done my research and discovered HHJ Marc Dight has a MISCONDUCT, he was replaced with HHJ Parfitt for CLCC on 2/9/2020.

2 B4-Use of force: You are complaining about the way in which you were arrested, stating officers acted like hooligans, leaving you bruised, owing to the way you were handled. MM Updates: 1. PC Neil Solliss somehow forgotten our email contact 7-14/1/2021. No, not hooligans TERRORIST THUGS.

3 B9-Other policies and procedures: The officers did not wear or offer any Personal Protective Equipment when dealing with you, putting you and your family at risk of COVID.

MM Updates: The Employment Tribunal Panel claimed Barrister Samantha Jones made up Contagious Disease was an unfortunate illness. But hide my Medical Report I handed to Judge Freer. The same Judge Freer who gave her a reference for the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.

Reasonable and Proportionate Handling

I have taken the following steps to address your concerns, which I consider to be both reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances, to address the matters described above.

MM Updates: The www.collins.co.uk  Definition of Reasonable: 1. Sensible 2. Not excessive 3. Logical.   Definition of Proportionate: Being in proportion.

Where I have not pursued a particular line of enquiry, this is because I believe this would not be reasonable or proportionate, taking into consideration all of the circumstances. MM Updates: As you can note from the time, I sent the definition of HOOLIGANS to your via email I realise you have not attained the Prime much more the Specific areas of the EYFS www.ofsted.gov.uk  curriculum.  MM Updates: Nelson Mandela “It is easy to break down and destroy. The heroes are those who make peace and build”.

My actions take account of the guidance provided in the IOPC Focus guide on the reasonable and proportionate handling of complaints.  MM Updates: Nelson Mandela “A blind pursuit of cheap popularity has nothing to do with revolution”.

 

MM Updates: 1. We will know who the VICTIM is when am done with the POLICE.

2. Why no mention about the incident on 11/11/2020? There was a Young Man who was trying to PULL ME IN HIS HOME and taken my PHOTOS. Who is he, one of LEYF ASSASSINS like…
3. The Young White Girl wearing a LEYF shirt who assaulted me at Nursery World Show 2018? When I walked away from the altercation, run off claiming she was getting SECURITY.
4. Next day LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan plot unfolded at the Seminar I paid to attend.
5. Check my Websites, YouTube, and Social Media for my Defensive Practice about how the Police allowed LEYF to ensnared them in their Hate Crimes in 2020. Like Winsome Duncan did when she sends them to section me on 30/10/2017.

 Linked custody record 01LD/8600/20, relating to your arrest for the separate incident. MM Updates: The Police will have to come up with all the relevant incidents or they will be charged with LEYF for TERRORISM and ATTEMPTED MURDER.

 I have not spoken with the officers as I was able to draw inference from the video footage which was clear and audible. MM Updates: 1. Proof you are a LIAR because there was no video footage from the 4 Officers who visited my home on 30/11/2020. 2. The Police must accept that they colluded with LEYF fabricating EVIDENCE helping to cover up the ABUSE RINGS detailed in reviews online. 3. Evidence was fabricated via Racial Profiling.

 

Crime report 3031780/20 was recorded on the 16th November 2020, relating to an allegation of criminal damage which occurred Sunday 15th November 2020 whereby you were named suspect for the offence. MM Updates: 1. Why did LEYF fail to report other incidents before 15/11/2020? 2. What is LEYF hiding? 3. My Defensive Practice are online and in cyberspace.

Police have an obligation to investigate all allegations of crime in a reasonable way, and to remain impartial in any investigative process.

MM Updates: 1. There are videos on my Websites and YouTube and Social Media showing the Police and LEYF must be charged under the Rules of Law for ABUSE and TERRORISM against children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Refer to reviews online. Why did the Police failed to investigate when I contacted them before they came to section me from a malicious report on 30/10/2017? Were the Police impartial when two (2) Officers came to my house and tried to bully, intimidate, and harass me to let them take photos of emails with threats from Winsome Duncan? What have the Police done when I filed a report about Ms Duncan verbal threats out by Tesco, whilst shouting for people to call the Police. Because this woman is mad. Ms Duncan is responsible for getting the Police involved in this sorry affair. The Police have been given opportunities to resolve the matter, they choose to lie. I went to the IOPC and they decided to do the same.

2. I arranged Meeting in addition, and I was assaulted by Inspector Owen Pyle and verbally abused by Tammie Tebboth at Southwark Police Station when I was on my own with them. Despite me planning for my stepson to be at the Meeting he was unable to get access. Whilst waiting outside for my stepson, they called a Patrol Car claiming I was taking photos of the Police Station. I did not leave the vicinity. Am I to assume that taking photos of the Police Station is a Criminal Act and I only escaped been taken away because my stepson came out when he did? I keep having flashbacks about what could have happened if my stepson did not come out when he did. Of course, I would just be another statistic. I discussed what could have happened if I did not open my door when the Police came to section me with my brother. Especially when am going through a CRISIS. I keep getting flashbacks about the Police in Jamaica who came to search our home from a malicious report when my brother entered POLITICS. So, let the Police come with CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 171 if they are not prepared to take responsibility for not applying to Counter-terrorism a holistic approach 9 preventative mechanisms. If the Police had investigated my concerns from Ms Duncan them involved after setting up Ryan Clement to scam me and she stolen my manuscript and planned to harm me at her 40^th birthday party. She sends the Police to finish the job by sectioning me. Maybe if the Police were not so gullible to be outsmarted into doing the dirty work of ABUSERS and SCAMMERS, they would identify who is the victim.
3. The fact that Owen Pyle is known for his irrational behaviours is backed up in the Daily Express after his boasting on Twitter about incident at Nottinghill Carnival. Nick Ferrari referred to him as Foolish Owen Pyle. 4. From the time I raised concerns about Winsome Duncan & Ryan Clement verbal abuse and threats the Police failed to act on my concerns. 5. How much did LEYF offer the Police to investigate allegations of crime and remain partial?

Usual practice when dealing with named suspects is for the officer in the case (OIC) to make attempts to deal with the suspect within 48 hours prior to being circulated as a wanted person on the Police National Computer (PNC).

MM Updates: I have been made a prisoner in my home by LEYF, but this was not enough the Police was sent to MURDER me to make me a voiceless victim to cover up ABUSE RINGS.

 

I can see from the image that you had clearly made attempts to obstruct the constables and resist arrest and any force used to secure you was reasonable and necessary. It is clear you would not have gone with the officers freely and only once secured with handcuffs, did you stop resisting, confirming to me the effectiveness of placing you in handcuffs. I am satisfied the officers would not have been able to secure you safely had you not been handcuffed. MM Updates: The Equality Act 2010 The Equality Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities. LEYF and the Judiciary of England & Wales, the Metropolitan Police amongst other individuals and organisations are responsible for denying me my ENTITLEMENT after the death of my mother. The BWV shows you walking with the officers to the caged area of the van where you were placed inside. Made up by the LIARS and PC Solliss. I reported the fact the handcuffs were hurting my hands when the Male Officer was sent to watch me. Because I believe Holly Sweeney felt I had some Supernatural Powers to escape the handcuffs and the van. MM Updates: Is this not proof of disrespecting me and falls under the Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.

However, she continued to allow you into the van making no attempts to check the handcuffs. MM Updates: PC Neil Solliss continue showing he is RACIST and discriminating against me LYING about so called BCV images. This in itself could be considered as a failing to look after you whilst under her care, however, when placed into the handcuffs just a couple of minutes prior to this, PC Sweeney has confirmed in her statement that the handcuffs had been checked for tightness and double locked to prevent them tightening further, and BWV supports this. MM Updates: The fact that 4 Officers can come to arrest me, yes the BIASES from LEYF the ABUSER is responsible for 4 Officers being sent because am a CRIMINAL. Although rigid handcuffs can cause discomfort, I am satisfied they were checked to confirm they would not cause any unnecessary harm or discomfort other than that which is unavoidable, so do not feel it was necessary for her to check these once again, so soon after. MM Updates: Let me say I told the male Officer who was sat in the van the handcuffs were hurting me, first time am aware of saying it. She never asked me about any disabilities and when I was in the van parked at Walworth Police Station I started SHAKING and that is when she flippantly asked, “By the way Mervelee do you have any COVID symptoms?” I said is that not too late to be asking. I was SHAKING because I was half naked and my PTSD was triggered. I explained to the male Officer who I called over to inform him I had to call the Ambulance out on 3/9/2020 because I could not control the shakes. BWV shows the officers continued to show a duty of care towards you and your husband after your arrest too. MM Updates: Neil Solliss is a LIAR, he did not see anything on the BWV. PC Wright returned to your home once you were secured in the van, and she spoke with your husband to confirm he would be safe if left and asked for any medication you may need whilst detained. I could have been MUDERED taken away and my husband not aware.

My Mental and Physical Health affected and a PRISONER in my home denied my ENTITLEMENT and since COVID-19 unable to carry out normal day to day activities.

I can see from the BWV that no officer had been wearing any Personal Protective Equipment (face masks and gloves), when attending your address. MM Updates: YOU ARE A LIAR and probably a PAEDIPHILE too. YOU DID NOT SEE ANYTHING on the BWV. It has been made clear to all AS officers on a regular basis that officers must wear these and offer these in situations where close contact cannot be avoided. It is reasonable to suggest officers conducting an arrest enquiry would be aware close contact would be required so find it hard to see how or why officers attending your home, would not have considered this. Not only do they put a risk on you and those in your home, they put risk on themselves and their colleagues and families too. Although this would not have been a legal requirement at the time the officers attended your home, this was a police policy and police officers are reminded to follow powers and policies. I have spoken with the officer’s line manager who has identified this as an isolated matter so feel it is appropriate, I ask him to address this matter in a manner he feels appropriate and thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.

 

MM Updates: Won’t waste my time because you people are DEAD walking and only interested in collecting ASSASSIN Money from www.leyf.org.uk. Same reason all my claims do not strike out sent to Central London County Court for Designated Civil Judge to impose Restraint Order. Conclusions

Rationale: The officer in the case has made attempts to deal with an investigation by way of interview without arrest, however, you have made it clear you would not attend without arrest and furthermore, were alleged to have committing further offences, supporting a further need to arrest you, to prevent further damage. MM Updates: You are nothing more than ILLITERATE person unable to read to the levels of the EYFS.

 

No officer has made any conscious effort to adhere to police policy which is to wear PPE in such cases and to offer this to you too. The line manager knows of no other incidences regarding this and will take action as their line manager to prevent repeat occurrences. MM Updates: Is it any wonder SAFEGUARDING is not prioritise and abuses in the REVIEWS are covered up.

All officers have entered your home, equipped with Personal Protection Equipment, to help fight the COVID related pandemic. There has been many internal reminders for officers to insure they wear face coverings and gloves where close proximity is unavoidable. Officers are reminded to offer this protection to the people they are dealing with. It is clear from the image this did not happen and as an isolated incident, I have decided to inform the officer’s line manager, to deal with this matter in the manner in which they feel appropriate, to prevent further occurrences. MM Updates: You will be starring on my YouTube for DEFAMATION of character and taking LEYF Money to come to my home to MURDER me.

I learned from the Daily Express. Since LEYF Nurseries deny me my Basic Human Rights after I told #DilysEpton about my childhood traumas. And the #EmploymentTribunals claim to have dealt with the fact. Even though I copied them in about Mr #JohnFenton noncompliance, as well as the Telephone Mediation stitch up.

Well, I have a diagnosis of chronic anxiety and maybe the Judges need to update their knowledge about the Disability Act 1995 and Equality Act 2010. Not to mention the Modern SLAVERY Act and the Counter Terrorism and Security Act with the British Values Act. Because I don’t know what fact out of my 67-page Witness Statement they read? Why did Barrister Samantha Jones manufacture Contagious SICKIE become unfortunate, but the Medical Reports of the professionals were not considered?
