Responding To Ratna Khanam Of IOPC

Dear Mrs. Myers

I am a Casework Manager for the Independent Office for Police Conduct. I am writing to introduce myself and to let you know that I have been allocated your appeal against the Metropolitan Police Service of your complaint investigation.

I have started reading through the background papers that are associated with your case. My role in the appeal process is to review the local investigation that has been conducted by the police into your complaint, and not to re-investigate it. I will not be conducting any form of investigation.

I aim to complete my assessment within the next 7 working days. Please note that once my assessment is complete, I am not permitted to change my decision. If you have any questions or require more information please email me using the details provided below.

Let me go through this paragraph at a time. Because I no longer have the #inclination or any more time to #waste with anyone about the #discrimination that impacted on me and taken away 5 years of my 60 years so far.

I am happy that finally, www.policeconduct.gov.uk can find the time to allocate me a Casework Manager. Just wondering if this has anything to do with the #incidents at Southwark Police Station yesterday, by any chance? How many #appeals have I had to go through and is this just another form of discrimination where my trauma is exacerbated and triggered using my sensitive data about my disabilities?

Finally, someone is reading through the background papers. What the hell took the IOPC so long? You know what I am damn tired of been fed information that is not #relevant. For example, stop wasting my time telling me what you will not be doing. How does that have any bearings on the case?

This damn thing started on the 30/10/2017 and it’s only now after I decided that enough is enough and gone public hat the IOPC is ready to act. What guarantee do I have to know if you are #capable to #complete the #assessment within the next 7 working days? It’s none of my business what your #remit on this case is. I couldn’t care less about what you are permitted or not to do. Therefore you can chop and change as much as you wish. That’s what the Police involved in this matter have been doing from Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach decided to put her #terrorist plot into place and get the Police to carry it out for her. After what happened yesterday at Southwark Police Station, I am at a loss to understand what questions I would have that would get a satisfactory answer from anyone involved in this case. Or what information that is available for the Police to give me.

Since I have provided all the relevant information, I have no other invested interest except leaving you to get on with your job. I have other things to do as a result of Police #negligence to have time to waste. I have lost 5 years of my life already. I can’t afford to lose another minute.

You #obviously have no #home training. Let me provide an update about why I have decided to go public with my story. Winsome Duncan is responsible for getting the Police involved in this sordid matter. Instead of trying to address the injustice the Police set out to make an arse of themselves. Let me inform https://www.google.com that they can reject my posts as much as they like. But I don’t see them rejecting my money. The same thing happened when I submitted data about “Is Modern Slavery thriving in the UK to ANNIE.KELLY@THEGUARDIAN.COM. But that didn’t stop them harassing and bullying me about subscriptions. Google was not at Southwark Police Station yesterday when I was physically & verbally abused. I have the options to take my business elsewhere. I am not a frigging slave to Google. Where is fucking Google the past 5 years of my life?

This is the PC who was reported in the Daily Express on 2 September 2018 for nicking someone at the Notting Hill Carnival for what the Reporter Nick Ferrari considered a bit of Festivity that everyone enjoys during such celebrations. This PC is nothing more than a lying bastard who thinks he can get away with treating people as less than the dirt he walks on. I’ll, in turn, treat him with the contempt he deserves.

I always do my research and that’s why I told Tammie Tebboth I want nothing to do with him. Therefore she was responsible for arranging the meeting. But what sort of arrangement was that? To be verbally and physically abused in the Police Station after the Officers set out to deliberately trigger my disabilities is discrimination.

At the Southwark Police Station today I had to relive the trauma that changed the course of my life. I went for a meeting with Tammie.Lawrance-Blake@met.police.uk & Owen.Pyle@met.police.uk & kev.B.Webster after having to fight my way into getting my voice heard. Low and behold there was no agenda planned for the meeting as I am thinking the Police expected I was coming for them to use tokenism to get me pacified. Since the stupid TLB is the one who carried out the investigation and lied, I am of the opinion that’s why she said there’s nothing to be done about what happened. Well, I am letting it be known that the Police have a week to answer my 7page document about how they will right the wrongs committed. When they allowed www.peachespublications.co.uk to use them to do her dirty work of exploitations and terrorizing of a vulnerable person. After she and https://www.ryanclement.com/ scammed me of my husband’s £9,000.00 to prepare the EAT that should not have been in the first place. But because I was made a victim at https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 I reached the end of my tether when help was offered at a cost. That’s why the Police will not get away with treating me like a criminal by calling a Patrol car to come to accost me because TLB and OP set out to trigger my trauma into PTSD to get me out of the Station. TLB will have to account for saying she will get the straitjacket for me. OP abuse me to get.
So there Google you are welcome to continue your discrimination in shutting out my voice. I have been at it the past 5 years. You are not going to stop me now.
