How LEYF Was Allowed To Get Away With The Discrimination Aided By The ET & EAT Leaving Me A Victim
The following is an email from Winsome Duncan of www.peachespublications.co.uk after the Telephone Mediation conducted by the scmereferrals@gsi.gov.uk today was not able to come to a conclusion. This sordid affair only came about because of www.leyf.org.uk was given the go-ahead by https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisons/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 made me a victim with the hate crime.
This is the scammer who confiscated my manuscript. Spent my money on her 40th birthday, where she intended to harm me on the 27/10/2017. Because I was unwell and unable to attend, she sends the Police to my home to do her dirty work. It took me 2 weeks to get through to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report-fraud-about-you after they refused to act on my concerns. Since I am waiting on the outcome from the investigations, I will cease commenting until then.
Winsome Duncan introduces me to https://www.ryanclement.com/ for the expressed purpose of scamming me. Barrister Ryan Clement used his status to groom Ms. Duncan, whom he met on the internet to find vulnerable people for him to scam. He told me he found her struggling to set up her business. Ms. Duncan has been using my data fraudulently to make it seem as if I am a party to their illegal activities. This can be verified from her introduction to www.enablementinternational.com & Princess@enablementinternational.com.
I informed Facebook and other relevant authorities including the Metropolitan Police about Ms. Duncan’s illegal activities that are also of concerns in line with the Rule of Law, but because of http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding negligence. I am once again left to be a victim. I was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. Now that the ET presided over another miscarriage of justice, I used data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk to be referred to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/record-retention-and-disposition-schedules.
I will end by saying https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards makes it clear why www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk have a case proving that the ET and EAT did not operate Modern Slavery practices in the Courts from 15/3/20016?

I’m not sure if you receive these before as part of your package but i thought i’d resend them for your perusal in moving forward.
Let me give Ms. Duncan a lesson in doing what she charged me money to do. Since we are going to the Small Claims Court. This will be taken in evidence as Ms. Duncan seems to be having a meltdown? Why is Ms. Duncan not sure if I received whatever it is she is referring to? Since she is sure she did not breach the Engagement Agreement, why is she resending whatever?
Is Ms Duncan now telling me that she is sending me the attached after she published her Book using my Data? Should that attachment not be part of the Package in advance?
