Good deeds don’t stop happening at any time, once there is a need. Therefore as Franciis of Assisis 1181-1226 state in the Things they say borrowed from the Daily Express Sunday Magazine “For it is in giving that we receive”.
I have been giving all my life because that’s the way I was raised, to help those in need. Therefore it should be no surprise to anyone that my son’s Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister are brought up with the same sort of principles I was taught. I know it is a surprise to some who my sons are. I have been away from Jamaica since 1992, too long. But I have not lost track with what’s happening out there. I get waylaid however over the past 3+ years, because of circumstances over which I have no control. But I am still trying my best to keep in contact and don’t lose touch.
That’s why I am challenging LEYF Nurseries, the establishments and systems to go back and examine the facts and come up with the truths. The truths that caused LEYF to collude with Voice: the union for education professionals, Advising London, Bates Wells & Braithwraite London, Connex Education, #LizRoberts editor of Nursery World Magazine, #TutuAdebiyi of HCT Group, Darvell School part of Community Playthings UK, and when I remember them they will be named no doubt about it.
The Department for Work and Pensions – DWP, HMRC and London Borough of Southwark SEND Section as well as the Local Educational Authorities and some #Charities that think I am going to come beg them anything that don’t rightfully belonging to me.
Do they think any careless gal could influence their children to be who my sons have become? I left them at a formidible years in their transitional developments, but I did not just grab the opportunity I was given and not make plans for their future.
That’s why I can sit back and be here supporting their visions, born from dreams of my parents and bredas. Of being part of the Jamaican society that is ready to join hands and heart to make our country a better place for everyone regardsless of Political Party Affiliations. I am not dealing with party politics when it comes to meeting the needs of those who need help. So please support this worthy cause.
Lets see if the Employment Appeal Tribunal have gotten any further with the truths on LEYF websites from #JyotiSharma, #IngridCuruvijaTownsend and #JuliaElizabethGould? But why #IsabellaGlen take her Pension and ran and the Employment tribunal failed to put her as a witness in the summing up of the judgement. Why did #RashidIqbal resigned but turned up at the Employment Tribunal to pervert the course of justice? Why did #HildaMiller also resigned, 3 of the 7 witnesses who are pathological liars and groomed to be terrorists.

Unfortunately for Beverly Thomas (Miss Bev), who lives inRedHill, she will not be celebrating. She loss all her belongings in a fire that destroyed her house, last Friday December 22, 2017.
I am asking for your assistance in getting back Miss Bev on her feet, let us show her, we care. We are planning a fundraising event for Friday, February 02, 2018. Let us join hands and hearts for this worthy cause.
The money I am raising will go towards buying resources and helping to pay fees. I have not worked since the 27th September 2015 when I have to resign from my job owing to suffering a Nervous Breakdown. The former employers LEYF Nurseries are responsible for this state of affairs. I worked with them from 1st September 2009 to when I was forced to resign.
I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Facilitator. But after coming back from burying my Mother and transferred to BIB on the 23rd July 2014, the discrimination started. I have my Fight4justice, MyJAMAICA, My Professional Development Portfolio, Mervelee Myers Supporters, Merveleeconsultancy, EMINEMBHARDfamily, et al to help me share my stories about why I want to get my SEND Teacher Qualifications, in preparations for returning home to Jamaica. My sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister are my inspirations. How could I raise 2 such young men and be the person that I have been labelled as #UURICA_LE by LEYF after my ordeals at BIB, HOC and New Cross. But the Employment Tribunal Law can give employers the right to destroy my Mental and Physical Health and Emotional Wellbeing. This is despite the Judges Court Management Orders stipulate I must provide Medical Reports. But what did they do, take 5 months to give me a judgement and posted it online to nail down the coffin with me alive in it. Good luck to those of you still prepared to judge others, because of their own conscious or cubconscious biases.

Done another of my Christian Duties in Honour of my MOTHER who died last year at 90 years after suffering Dementia in the latter stages of Life.
As promised I cooked & go asks Tess if she’d like Dinner. She was more than grateful saying “I like West Indian Food, Sod Fish & Chips”. Now I’ll have to make sure I do my Duty as a Neighbour & Look out for her in Honour of All those who Rallied Around Mama in her Times of Need.
I still can’t come to terms with how much MNDN health has deteriorated since the last time I saw & spoke with her. Imagine taken up with All the Institutional & Corporate Psychopaths done to me 23rd July 2014 – 22nd September 2015. But am still not freed from them yet…?
I swear on my Mother’s Life that I won’t let them stop me from doing all the good I can for the Young, Old & Vulnerable in need like MNDN.
I can’t help but remember the Vibrant Lady who was TESS. We shared more than just being Madcap alike.
As my Old Folks used to say “Flesh is Failure, Wo/man is like a Fading Flower, In the Morning U are Fresh & Green & in the Evening U Withered Away….”

Just done my Christian & Christmas Duties in Honour of my Beloved Parents & Grandparents who brought me up to Share my Good Fortune with the Less Fortunate.
I was sat at the Computer doing my work when I hear Music Playing outside. Looked thru the window & 2 blokes playing Accordions. Went out because brings back Memories of PAPA who played his Flutina. Older Bloke says he is Romanian & that’s all he can Communicate. Young Bloke tells me he is 15 & showing me with his Fingers & Fist. I trying to Communicate with Makaton & Signing!
Asked permission to take photos & gave each sum cash. Tom said I must not give away Money because I am not working. But to see the joys on their Faces was Enough for me & they Sung & Played for their Money.
1 for Papa’s Memory indeed. Wish I had Archives of my History, but we never knew the values of those things back then?
Just finding time to njoy some of the things that are important to me these past year+.

On this blessed Christmas Day, I must 1st give God the praises 4 all His Tender Mercies the past 56 Christmases I’ve lived thru. Life goes on & I am thankful.

My WORK 1999-2015 meant I had to join in celebrating ALL Festivals re “my Job Description” & I always delivered to the BOMA.
Since I was brought up CHRISTIAN, therefore my focus is to celebrate CHRISTMAS like I did from Childhood. Today I set aside this Day to celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ, the Baby Child Born in a Manager.
I had thoughts of writing a piece for how I celebrated Christmas back then. But like most things blown out of the window because my Life has been taken over in “My Fight4Justice”. That’s why I’ve changed the focus of my SM campaign for a while.
As the Fight goes on, I am in the Foreground still preparing my Documents.
I can’t be bothered with too much of the “Airs & Graces”. When U come from “Humble Beginnings” like my Family did, then U know exactly what Mervelee Myers aka RATTY NEMBHARD is about!

Today I must say a Big Heartfelt Congratulations to my Husband 4 being my Rock all these Years. He knows me inside out & although he’d like to make a few Alterations, he already knows it is futile. He claims that I spend more time on the computer than what I do at Work. But I have to convince him that time on the Computer is my Own Work where I get my Fulfilment at this stage of my life. So despite the Grumbles he still does whatever he can to help me out. What more could I ask for indeed…? Love U Mass TOM.
