Firstly, thank you for continuing the Systematic Discrimination after the death of my mother, Perline Louise Chambers-Nembhard with dementia. I am writing this in response to the £100.00 Nationwide Fairer Share Payment because “Without Prejudice” this is a BRIBE to cover up the DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER by persons with ulterior motives. I am raising concerns on behalf of myself and husband Mr. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, who at 100 years old has been TRAUMATISED to the point where we are both VICTIMS. If I am not careful we will both die an excruciating DEATH of SLOW TORTURE I reported to my former EMPLOYERS www.leyf.org.uk on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14th March 2015. In order to get my arguments across to Nationwide that I intend to take the matter further, yesterday was my “Wedding Anniversary” and I am DEPRESSED and not FUNCTIONING. The only thing I can do is WRITE like I did for THERAPY from my FATHER was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.
I find it ironic that after I came into Nationwide on the 28th April 2023 to conduct business, I was sent a SURVEY which I did and returned. Because I did not have any issues with Nationwide on the 28/4/2023 I want Nationwide to produce my response to the SURVEY to clarify their reasons for their ACTIONS against me with the letter dated the 10th May 2023.
How can Nationwide be so insensitive thanking me for continuing to be a member who banks, borrows or save with them, when they did not consider the implications of the ALLEGATIONS they made against me. Yes, I do know Nationwide is not a BANK, it is a BUILDING SOCIETY. But I do not see Nationwide doing anything differently from Barclays and Santander. In fact Nationwide has stooped lower than the lowest in making allegations and threats against me. If I was not determined to get to the bottom of the matter, Nationwide would not be offering this measly sum as a BRIBE. This only proves that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES target the VULNERABLE. The differently Nationwide did is/was to TRIGGER me with the letter, making allegations. This is/was a DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER causing my husband and to be made unable to function.
In case Nationwide needs to do due diligence about who is Mervelee Myers, I would advise them to do their RESEARCH from when my husband and I have SAVINGS together. Since, I have never received any incentives from Nationwide over the years we had our savings, why is it only now I am offered Nationwide Fairer Share Payment? Therefore, I must come to the conclusion that Nationwide has taken the profits for themselves.
I must come to the conclusion that Nationwide has been taking the profits and since decided that because I am vulnerable and the next of kin of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, they would make allegations and threaten to close my account to push me over the edge. Firstly, when I went in the branch to do business, the teller was trying to get me to transfer money to an account that did not exist.
The reasons I have to take out a joint account with my husband is because of what Barclays did to me and close my account whilst I was locked inside for over an hour, waiting for Police to arrive. Since I told Nationwide verbally, if not in writing about the IMPACT of Barclays actions on my mental and physical impairments, I find it strange that Nationwide has employed the same tactics. But unlike Barclays that took my £1000.00 at the counter, hoping I did not realise. Then set out to make me out to be a thief, then the FOS joined in to push me over the edge. It seems that Nationwide went and did the RESEARCH and decided to DESTROY me to take mine and my husband’s SAVINGS. Making ALLEGATIONS and threats to close my account. Just for the records I ask the person I spoke to on the 15/5/2023 if the THREATS to close MERVELEE MYERS account extend to all JOINT ACCOUNTS with my husband and she refused to address the matter. Instead she was playing on my husband’s VULNERABILITY of being TRIGGERED and accompanying me to sort the matter out.
I went into Nationwide to seek advice about Santander trying to take my husband’s money, not allowing him to use his pin and restricting him access to his money and threatening him. I find it strange that after the money was transferred to Nationwide and some of the money was put in a SAVINGS ACCOUNT, Nationwide set out to target me with ALLEGATIONS and THREATS. How much PROFITS has Nationwide got from me and my HUSBAND. This seems like another USAIN BOLT case. Only I am in the UK and Usain Bolt is in Jamaica.
About your payment
As stated above this is a BRIBE to cover the fact that Nationwide used ALLEGATIONS to THREATEN to close my account knowing I am the next of kin of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, who at 100 years old need support. More than likely Nationwide is using my VULNERABILITY to get rid of me like has been done via two (2) miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales to do with https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions-ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more.
I am not delighted that Nationwide think they can fob me off with £100.00 and failed to address my concerns in the letter that TRIGGERED me. How very SAD that Nationwide did not consider to offer me the £100.00 when they last checked on the 31 March that MERVELEE MYERS is a member eligible for the Nationwide Fairer Share Payment? But sent me a SURVEY on 2nd May 2023 about my experience in the branch. Because I did not have any negative experience on the 28th April 2023 I filled the SURVEY accordingly. I guess Nationwide plotted the ALLEGATIONS and was testing my reactions before sending the THREATS.
As far as I am concerned I couldn’t care less if Nationwide pay me £100.00 between 13 and 30th of June. Because if I didn’t challenge Nationwide CRIMINALITY, I would not have any account to pay it into. The same way Barclays closed my account and left my life in disarray, picking up the pieces. But it did not end there. Emma Martin-Hamilton of the FOS get Trustpilot and YouTube to target me. But the straw that breaks the camel’s back is getting PC Edward Allen of the Peckham Police to be cyberbullying, harassing and bullying me via telephone. Sending me email I called him a BATTY BOY. This is no different from going into Nationwide on the 15/5/2023 and hearing that FEMALE saying she was the person who filed the report with the ALLEGATIONS. Therefore, I will put on record that my brother died age 37 years old in jail because of his SEXUALITY. I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover for UEL Richard Harty MIC PAEDOPHILE RINGS operating out of HOC Nursery. Nationwide will compensate me so I can set up JEVON NEMBHARD foundation to help SAFEGUARD children, young people and vulnerable adults around the world from DISCRIMINATION.
How you’ll get your payment
I don’t intend to do anything, am waiting for Nationwide to address my concerns and not do what has been done by those involved in the SYSTEMATIC DISCRIMINATION against me and my husband.
Here is the proof that Nationwide cannot hide. The THREATS to close my account with ALLEGATIONS defaming my name and character did not end in me not having an account. So, the young lady who tried to get me to transfer money in an account that does not exist was trained to target VUULNERABLE people at the counter, like Barclays did to me twice and Santander to my husband. What does Nationwide mean about just so I know…? This was the reason I asked the lady on the 15/5/2023 what will happen with other accounts. Even the account in question is a joint account.
I am not interested in anything else than settling my concerns about the ALLEGATIONS and THREATS to close my account. And giving my IMAGES to other members of staff.
Taurus: Furthering your education will pay off in unexpected ways. You could be recruited by a company that is famous for treating its employees well. This job will involve lots of travel. It will be good for you to get occasional changes of scenery.
Evaluation: I am not wasting any more of my precious time. That means I will further my education on my terms.
All I want is to go back home to Jamaica. But I have to wait for my duties to be done.

The BLAC Awards, the Royal Air Force and all the attendees on the night made history on Sunday 30 October 2022 – a first in 103 years! You can read here a copy of the beautiful email which we received from the RAF. Thanks to BLAC Awards CEO, Imanii Zenawi and Garfield Robinson for taking me under their wings and helping me to regain my passion in finding my purpose. Mention to Neil Mukherjee who I found online seeking writers for his Spring Windrush Event in Oxford. Thanks to all the persons at the event who welcome me with open arms. My song is on APP SONGSTREETS, an immersive audio walk-through the streets and culture of Brixton with Border Crossings. Launched 11 April 2023 at Windrush Square, I am listed as the Composer for ‘Brixton Market’. Working in partnership with Jessie Lloyd from Australia, I was introduced to the project by Mr. Tony Cealy of ‘Black History Walks’. Mr. Cealy was the trainer of “Theatre of the Oppressed” which I participated in volunteering with Pembroke House. I became a member of Cardboard Citizens after knocking on doors on the Aylesbury Estate, and I was sponsored by Cardboard Citizens to do “Introduction to Acting” at Morley College. I am also a member of Mr. Cealy’s Windrush Playback Stories.

We want to encourage people from all walks of life to contribute to creating the legacies. As we have had the foundations laid by the pioneers in their field, and more importantly from our ancestors. My multiple identities make it important for me to accept my uniqueness, inherited from my ancestors from whichever continents they were born, and to count my blessings for being born in Jamaica where it takes a village to raise a child. I can forewarn the reader that this child’s “Personal Experiences” of childhood traumas did not make me the ideal child to be raised. I can say with pride that my “Personal Challenges” from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease helped to shape my life into the person I am today. This is the primary reason I am ready to find my purpose as a member of the BLAC Awards team. I am looking forward to learning new skills and the empowerment to help others who might have been on journeys throughout their lives. I can give my testimony that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and my Mental and Physical Impairments did not define me, however, I must use my voice to help the voiceless who are made voiceless, vulnerable victims by systematic discrimination. He came back wearing the shoes left on right. When I point it out, he said it happen when he get his feet check. Have to be sensitive.

On Monday 15th May 2023, I take my 100-year-old husband and my 77-year-old brother who is here on holiday with me to the Brixton branch of Nationwide. I was called over by an Asian teller, who was a recent trainee. I told her I needed to speak to a Senior person and she asked what it was about. I replied I will discuss the matter with the Senior Person. She said they were all on break. I asked how long is the break, she replied 1 hour. I called my husband to come and sit down. BARCLAYS DEFRAUDED MM 2004 SCAM ME 2021 Let Mervelee Myers put Barclays on record for targetting vulnerable elderly women. I am the target of Barclays twice as can be accessed online from 2004 when I begged the South London Press to publish my story. Back in 2004, I had to challenge the FOS to get compensation.
In 2021 when Barclays scammed me for taking my money inside the branch, I was made a victim by the actions of the Police who came 1 hour after the bank was closed with me and the staff waiting for the Police to arrive. Whilst I was locked in the bank, Barclays was closing my account. I think Barclays think they could trigger me and call the Police to MURDER me. Because what they did after is indications of the trends of the banks and building society I am dealing with at the moment. In 2004 when I thought Barclays and the FOS worked together to target customers, without any clear fact. The fact is present this time that the FOS worked with Barclays to scam me.
Please take note of the name EMMA MARTIN-HAMILTON because she is a member of the banks and FOS scamming rings. Emma Martin-Hamilton got Trustpilot and YouTube to cyber bully me. However, the latest recruit of Emma Martin-Hamilton is PC Edward Allen of the Peckham Police Station who called me twice on her behalf. The first time he sent me an email I called him a BATTY BOY. Without Prejudice I am going to say to call me to a meeting on Monday 23 May 2022 at 11: 00 AM to discuss allegations of anti-social behaviour in the form of verbal abuse and harassment is the continuation of the discrimination by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service TERRORISM of me and my husband.
I am now putting on record that Housing for Women is guilty of breaching the contract I signed in 2000 when I was rescued from domestic violence and moved here. I will address some relevant points with dates in line with Subject Access and Data Protection Act. About the defamation of my character, the libellous and use of confidential data to make allegations against me.
The Collins Pocket Dictionary defines the meaning of antisocial 1. Avoiding the company of other people. 2 (of behaviour) harmful to society. Let me sum up the meaning in line with Debbie Gilchrist. The last time I saw her was the 13/12/2021 when threatened me after breaking the glass. When I called the Emergency Services, they could hear the commotions happening via the phone. That’s why they sent the Police in a hurry. The Police passed the person who smashed the glass to come to my door. Then accused me of locking out. Both the Police and Debbie Gilchrist were the ones responsible for antisocial behaviours each time the Police visited my home.
Let me state categorically that I have been in receipt of verbal abuse from Debbie Gilchrist from I moved here. I have also received abuse in writing from Housing for Women and during telephone conversations. Especially when dealing with Suzette Alexis since she joined Housing for Women. As for harassment let me address this in terms of this letter.
I have done GDPR training and is within my rights to video record to safeguard myself and 99-year-old husband from the abuse at 16 Alma Grove from Debbie Gilchrist. Now I want H4W to provide proof of Mervelee Myers blocking access to the communal garden that leads to the communal refuse bin from I moved here in 2000. If the evidence is not produced H4W must pay me for defamation of character. Can H4W produce evidence of what they consider offensive language that I used to another resident.
There will be no meeting because these allegations are libellous, false and in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The alternative is that H4W arrange a face-to-face meeting at Alma Grove so I can provide the evidence in writing, and on recordings with the materials I removed after the workman completed building the new gate.
In line with the meaning of “Antisocial” by destroying the garden again, Debbie Gilchrist was using the information about my “Mental Health” to provoke me to trigger my PTSD. As the evidence will prove I did not come out of my house during the time Debbie Gilchrist tried to use “Coercive Control” to get me to change my behaviours towards her. On the matter of discrimination of the “Protected Characteristics” Debbie set out to provoke me and my husband and all time when she destroyed the garden. First time she did it on a Sunday when I was at church. My husband said he was sat at the window, she looked at him and went ahead.
On the matter of threats to my husband and myself before by her and her previous men friends, I reported the matter to H4W to be kept on record.
Let me provide H4W with some pertinent information that will be used in my case of Hate Crimes against H4W and Debbie Gilchrist. When I will name the Metropolitan Police, Officers involved in visiting my home on 13/12/2021 and walked past the person who broken the glass to come to my door, they will be named with those I raised concerns with via the telephone. Also, the PC I spoke to from Peckham Police Station. Where safeguarding is concerned, I contacted my husband’s GP Surgery for them to add me as “Next of Kin” when the Police had to break into his home. Whenever, I call for support the Emergency Services send the Police to try trick me so they can SECTION me.
I would like H4W to check the record who was the “Minute Taker” for the Panel that was formed and why was it abandoned? I heard some STORIES about H4W discriminatory practices that will cause the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkins to ask questions. I meet her after coming back from Jamaica and saying my final goodbyes to my mother. Want to know more access my websites and YouTube.
I will have other letters proving that H4W has joined the SYSTEMS targeting me. For example, sneaking in with the key I gave to get access to put letters on my mats tells me am not safe in my home anymore. The death of four generations from one family in Bermondsey is a “Red Flag” that with situations as they are, I can be ambushed by Debbie or anyone H4W sent to my home. Because of the false “Criminal Record” needing Emotional Regulation Treatment anyone can get away with MURDERING me and getting away with it.
Let me bring this date to the attention of H4W with the email 09 November 2016 Re: Broken Electrical Lighting Casing as an example of my proof that H4W breached the contract I signed Therefore, H4W motto of Housing for Women improves lives by providing social housing and services to women facing challenging circumstances. Has passed its sell by date and no longer relevant in line with this invite to meeting.
I was the person who averted a “Grenfell Tower” happening here and all I had to do after to secure the Properties of TESS and myself. You might want to ask Debbie for copy of her recording when I was at the back garden, and she is threatening me if I wanted her to come downstairs. If that is not antisocial behaviour in the form of verbal abuse and harassment, I don’t know what is. When she made allegations, I was in my front room looking out. This time I was in the garden when she opened the window and started provoking me. Then asking if I want her to come downstairs. What was she planning on coming downstairs to do? Break into my home to discriminate against me, I suppose and blame it on me being a CRIMINAL needing ERT?
Can H4W send me copies of their updated Policies and Procedures, please in line with the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Because I no longer feel safe in the home I was given, fleeing DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in 2000. Now my husband is TRUAMATISED and lost control and ATTACKED me and was about to smash up the place. H4W is responsible for NEGLIGENCE in keeping me safe from discrimination.

We met this lady yesterday – a very resourceful lady – Doreen Cunningham, who collects plastic bottles from all around the community, then makes a little money from recycling the bottles via a truck which visits her. She told us she can make upwards of $15,000 a time, depending on the weight – and this practice has allowed her to buy goats and chickens, as well as allowing her to generally maintain herself from day-to-day. Others have seen her collecting the plastic and branded her as “mad”. #TeamProsperity thinks this is more “genius” than “mad”, that’s for sure.

Taurus: Indulge your love of luxury. This is a wonderful time to splash out on clothes, jewelry and toiletries. Some people will call you extravagant. Don’t be bothered by criticism. You have no intention of changing your lifestyle to win their approval.
Evaluation: My love of luxury is making sure my family and friends are ok. This stems from the changes that occur in my life when my Father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. I have still not recover from the childhood truamas. Then I have had 2 miscarriage of justice by the Employment Tribunal after 2 nervous breakdown. I have no need to splash out on anything like that. My family come first and I am giving back via charities and volunteering.
I don’t give a toss about people. That’s why I went to the interview at the DWP and tell them exactly what I am about. Maybe they digesting my questionnaire before #MsBarbaraClarke can write the letter. Now why are they wiping out my existence in the UK, until LEYF Nurseries start the processes of discrimination, using my vulnerability of having disabilities against me? The #DWP, #EmploymentTribunal, #HMRC and by the way Ms Clarke didn’t know what this is. Unions #Voice and #UNISON are culpable in robbing their members. As for #MartinBunch of Bates Wells Braithwaite I will make sure the world know how some of the Legal Entity operate. #CapsticksofWimbledon done the same to me. Hence the reason I was part of Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper recommended to ACAS. There are others to be named in due course.

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your email after visiting the Brixton Branch of Nationwide on the 15/5/2023 and make it known I called a few times after returning from the DENTIST and the telephone was not answered except a recorded message. The new Asian Teller questioned me and her behaviour indicated she recognised me. We got separated after we attended an interview at the Walworth Police Station because of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist plots to get POLICE to MURDER me. What did Nationwide expect that when some Asian young person who was just trained to DISCRIMINATE against VULNERABLE Elder Persons LIED I would walk out? Next time please do the RESEARCH before issuing my PROFILE to would be PERSONS who can put a price on my HEAD. My husband have enough SAVINGS to warrant Nationwide getting rid of me.
All I can say about the person who came out to talk to us is she is full of CONTRADICTIONS. She claimed she was the one who reported me. I wish she could have heard herself making a BLINKING FOOL of HERSELF. I might be tempted to get Nationwide to pay for a DOCUMENTARY to DECOLONISE the MOTHER COUNTRY not to be the MURDER CUNT£ targeting 100 year old CUSTOMERS for their SAVINGS. Well the person who reported me admitted she was the one who verified am a regular customer when I was pleading because I had changed bag and did not have my PASSPORT. I am writing to you with regards to the letter I recently received from your branch claiming that I was behaving inappropriately and swearing at your staff. Firstly, I would like to express my frustration with the situation as it was not reflective of my usual behaviour and I feel that you/your staff could have handled the matter a little differently.
I would also like to request a copy of the CCTV footage as proof of what I am being accused of. I understand that CCTV footage is recorded for the safety and security of your staff and customers and I hope that it will provide clarity on what actually happened on the day in question.
Furthermore, I would like to suggest that your staff, including yourself, go on a diversity course to understand how some people from other cultures may react to certain situations. As a person from a different culture, I believed, and still believe that the situation was not handled in a culturally sensitive way and I hope that you/your staff can receive further training to better handle these situations.
Lastly, I would like to bring to your attention that I am a vulnerable adult, and I have proof of this. Without Prejudice I must say that based on mine and my husband’s experiences with Barclays twice and Santander recently I have to come to the conclusion that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES have set out deliberately to target us because of our vulnerability. The patterns used by Barclays and Santander are similar to what Nationwide is doing. Here are some of the facts to verify my arguments. My money was taken in a similar fashion when I went in to transfer money to an account which I sent money to. It seems as if the person dealing with me was new to the job. The black person ask for help from her white colleague and they were joined by a brown colleague from the back of the premises. When none of them could help me carry out the transactions I explained I would leave the money in safe keeping in my account until I return to sort the matter out. I told them how STRESSED I was from getting the phone call from Richard Harty of the UEL. I had to go back to the GP because my Disability Form was not filled correctly. This was the only reason I went into that Barclays branch and not the one in Walworth Road where the staff know of my DISABILITIES and help me. After I begged the staff to help me because I left my passport the lady sat next to her intervene and told her to carry out the transaction without the passport. I had recently transferred money into a SAVINGS ACCOUNT which was done by her. I was never served by this staff before. Her attitude to me was demeaning, but the REDFLAGS was raised when she said there was no account and if I wanted to continue with the transaction. If there is no account why did she expect me to continue. I told her no, the person I was sending the money to lives local so I would try and get her to come in with me. When we got back she was free but told me that I must wait for someone else.
If I behaved so disgracefully as to warrant such a letter, why was I allowed to re-enter the bank a short while later? I would appreciate a response to this question.
I became SUSPICIOUS when I got a letter from Nationwide to do the SURVEY. Let Nationwide produce the response to the survey. Because I made no mention about anything in the letter, I think that’s why Nationwide is acting this way. Here are more facts to back up my arguments that Nationwide DEFAMED my CHARACTER. I took out a JOINT CURRENT ACCOUNT with my HUSBAND after Barclays closed my account. I have spoken about my ordeals whenever I go in the branch and encountered any difficulties. Whenever I am triggered I do not function and I cannot always rely on my own WRITING at times. I have a CHRONIC ANXIETY DIAGNOSIS from 2006 to do my Health and Social Care examination with the Open University. I went into the Nationwide to seek advice about transferring money to the account after Santander targeted my husband. Nationwide must REVEAL how many accounts MERVELEE MYERS and ARNOLD TOMLINSON have with them. Am I to understand that by threatening to close my account this is not clear evidence that Nationwide intends to STEAL OUR MONEY. As for threatening to make my PROFILE available to staff is breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conduct and practices. Might I refer Nationwide to the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights. In light of the Systematic Discrimination I experienced twice after bereavement and losses and Nationwide plots during the time I am on another journey losing my brother to CANCER, I must ask Nationwide nicely to issue me with a WRITTEN APOLOGY and COMPENSATION based on the SURVEY and letter. Failure to do so will lead to further actions on behalf of MERVELEE MYERS and ARNOLD TOMLINSON.
I hope that we can resolve this matter in a timely and respectful manner and that we can work together to ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.

I am now putting on record that Housing for Women is guilty of breaching the contract I signed in 2000 when I was rescued from domestic violence and moved here. I will address some relevant points with dates in line with Subject Access and Data Protection Act. About the defamation of my character, the libellous and use of confidential data to make allegations against me.
The Collins Pocket Dictionary defines the meaning of antisocial 1. Avoiding the company of other people. 2 (of behaviour) harmful to society. Let me sum up the meaning in line with Debbie Gilchrist. The last time I saw her was the 13/12/2021 when threatened me after breaking the glass. When I called the Emergency Services, they could hear the commotions happening via the phone. That’s why they sent the Police in a hurry. The Police passed the person who smashed the glass to come to my door. Then accused me of locking out. Both the Police and Debbie Gilchrist were the ones responsible for antisocial behaviours each time the Police visited my home.
Let me state categorically that I have been in receipt of verbal abuse from Debbie Gilchrist from I moved here. I have also received abuse in writing from Housing for Women and during telephone conversations. Especially when dealing with Suzette Alexis since she joined Housing for Women. As for harassment let me address this in terms of this letter.
I have done GDPR training and is within my rights to video record to safeguard myself and 99-year-old husband from the abuse at 16 Alma Grove from Debbie Gilchrist. Now I want H4W to provide proof of Mervelee Myers blocking access to the communal garden that leads to the communal refuse bin from I moved here in 2000. If the evidence is not produced H4W must pay me for defamation of character. Can H4W produce evidence of what they consider offensive language that I used to another resident.
There will be no meeting because these allegations are libellous, false and in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The alternative is that H4W arrange a face-to-face meeting at Alma Grove so I can provide the evidence in writing, and on recordings with the materials I removed after the workman completed building the new gate.
In line with the meaning of “Antisocial” by destroying the garden again, Debbie Gilchrist was using the information about my “Mental Health” to provoke me to trigger my PTSD. As the evidence will prove I did not come out of my house during the time Debbie Gilchrist tried to use “Coercive Control” to get me to change my behaviours towards her. On the matter of discrimination of the “Protected Characteristics” Debbie set out to provoke me and my husband and all time when she destroyed the garden. First time she did it on a Sunday when I was at church. My husband said he was sat at the window, she looked at him and went ahead.
On the matter of threats to my husband and myself before by her and her previous men friends, I reported the matter to H4W to be kept on record.
Let me provide H4W with some pertinent information that will be used in my case of Hate Crimes against H4W and Debbie Gilchrist. When I will name the Metropolitan Police, Officers involved in visiting my home on 13/12/2021 and walked past the person who broken the glass to come to my door, they will be named with those I raised concerns with via the telephone. Also, the PC I spoke to from Peckham Police Station. Where safeguarding is concerned, I contacted my husband’s GP Surgery for them to add me as “Next of Kin” when the Police had to break into his home. Whenever, I call for support the Emergency Services send the Police to try trick me so they can SECTION me.
I would like H4W to check the record who was the “Minute Taker” for the Panel that was formed and why was it abandoned? I heard some STORIES about H4W discriminatory practices that will cause the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkins to ask questions. I meet her after coming back from Jamaica and saying my final goodbyes to my mother. Want to know more access my websites and YouTube.
I will have other letters proving that H4W has joined the SYSTEMS targeting me. For example, sneaking in with the key I gave to get access to put letters on my mats tells me am not safe in my home anymore. The death of four generations from one family in Bermondsey is a “Red Flag” that with situations as they are, I can be ambushed by Debbie or anyone H4W sent to my home. Because of the false “Criminal Record” needing Emotional Regulation Treatment anyone can get away with MURDERING me and getting away with it.
Let me bring this date to the attention of H4W with the email 09 November 2016 Re: Broken Electrical Lighting Casing as an example of my proof that H4W breached the contract I signed Therefore, H4W motto of Housing for Women improves lives by providing social housing and services to women facing challenging circumstances. Has passed its sell by date and no longer relevant in line with this invite to meeting.

You might want to ask Debbie for copy of her recording when I was at the back garden, and she is threatening me if I wanted her to come downstairs. If that is not antisocial behaviour in the form of verbal abuse and harassment, I don’t know what is. When she made allegations, I was in my front room looking out. This time I was in the garden when she opened the window and started provoking me. Then asking if I want her to come downstairs. What was she planning on coming downstairs to do? Break into my home to discriminate against me, I suppose and blame it on me being a CRIMINAL needing ERT?
Can H4W send me copies of their updated Policies and Procedures, please in line with the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Because I no longer feel safe in the home I was given, fleeing DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in 2000. Now my husband is TRUAMATISED and lost control and ATTACKED me and was about to smash up the place. H4W is responsible for NEGLIGENCE in keeping me safe from discrimination.
I am letting my #commonsense take precedence over vanity. Therefore my long thumbnail just went. I prefer celebrating my 59th birthday without nursing an injury that’s avoidable.
