 Dear Universal Credit & DWP

Mervelee Myers is telling the Health Advisory Service that was asked by the Department for Work and Pensions to assess how my health condition or disability affects my ability to work that they are in breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics Section 60. For there to be no ambiguity about why I am addressing this assessment. Refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for the second miscarriages of justice by the judge and panel colluded with LEYF Abusers Rings. The Reviews were online during the ET/EAT. 8 years after I wrote to LEYF the UC and DWP can send for me to do assessment after sending me Capability for Work Questionnaire. Who are they trying to fool?  The MP refused to help me and after I was made a victim by ET Judgement that the Panel took 1-5 months to copy and paste the Respondent’s “Summary”. I have spent the past 8 years defending myself from the career criminals at HMCTS, CPS, CJS, CCMCC, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, MOPAC, DBS, HMPPS, CLCC, and cohorts in the pockets of LEYF abusers.

The Department for Work and Pensions Decision Maker is party to the scammers who targeted me from I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS in 2015. My documents were sat in the Job Centre, whilst I was attending the office. I was given Emergency Benefits. Can the UC & DWP explain why I was sent letters in the name of Mervelee Abanobi to trick me into sending information to scam me? The same person contacted me via telephone after the UC & DWP scammers let me get the money I did not know about then tried to get back the money by fraudulent means. When this did not work my BENEFITS were stopped and I was contacted via telephone. Those involved used data supplied about my Health Condition and Disabilities to target me and tried wipe out the data in my UC Journal. Let me make it clear that the DWP Decision Maker should not be assessing me after 8 years for me to receive the right amount of Universal Credit. I have been defrauded the past 8 years by I have spent the past 8 years defending myself from the career criminals at HMCTS, CPS, CJS, CCMCC, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, MOPAC, DBS, HMPPS, CLCC, and cohorts in the pockets of LEYF abusers.

Triggers of PTSD

I will be at Marylebone Assessment Centre on the 10:00 am on Tuesday 25th October 2022. But let me put on record that this arrangement is in breach of the Laws and Legislations and Codes of Practices and Conducts. Considering that I filled a Capability for Work Questionnaire this is not acceptable. I am the carer for my 99-year-old husband. I will have to travel for 2 hours to get to the venue. The venue is in the area where I used to work for London Early Years Foundation. This is trigger for me and I know this to be fact when I was on a Zoom training for volunteering. The name Mary Currie crops up and although I completed the training, I was affected later Kings NHS Foundation Trust.

 I would be grateful if you could let me know how exactly you would like my assistance with this matter, and what would be your ideal outcome from my involvement in your case. For example, would you like me to write to Nexus Health Group on your behalf? MM Arguments: Since I am the carer of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, I am only expecting you to act in the capacity of his MP. If I am unable to carry out my role as his carer both MPs should be acting to get Nexus Health Group to act. I was working at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust  https://careers.kch.nhs.uk  and after the death of my brother allegations used to trigger my PTSD. The GP refused to give me a “Medical Report” for the Employment Tribunal. Dr. Richard Holder of Nexus Health Group also refuse to give me a Medical Report after the Police www.met.police.uk  came to my home to murder me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. I was beaten black and blue and taken half naked and bare feet out of my home to Walworth Police Station. Threats to Trigger PTSD

I will attend the ASSESSMENT but let me state that this is a threat. Where has the UC & DWP been the past 8 years?  Refer to the above when my BENEFITS were stopped, and I ended in debt. What good reasons did the SCAMMERS at UC & DWP used to stop the benefits? Here you have put in writing that this ASSESSMENT is just a SHAM. The UC/DWP are CRIMINALS because I am paid to be carer for my husband from the time, I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS and stopped from working. Can UC/DWP get real because they are party to LEYF and Richard Harty of the UEL www.uel.ac.uk PAEDOPHILE RINGS that kicked me out of university. Let’s deal with the fact I was always CAPABLE of WORKING until the LEYF PERVERTS strike.

What Needs to be Done

I contacted the relevant parties and recorded. With my conditions and disabilities in addition to carer for my elderly husband why am I sent this kind of letter. Why were no decisions made to consider a Telephone Assessment?

This is a deliberate ploy to trigger me.

I was Barred from using my Journal Previously

The UC/DWP tried wiping my Journal. I am the victim of Systematic Discrimination buried under paperwork that I can’t find time to address important matters.

Anyone who knows me know how I manage and control my disabilities that are being used to trigger my PTSD.

I have underlying health conditions one of which is diabetes. So, why not make sure I am seen when you ask me to attend and not have to wait.

Why continue with the THREATS? Let me make it known that as a result of the discrimination I developed an “Eating Disorder”. Therefore, I will need to know the person doing the assessment is not a QUACK. The ASSESSMENT is not already prepared in ADVANCE. As a result, I am requesting that the assessment be recorded in line with all the Rules of Laws.

 I consider this assessment to be another of the plots when attempts were made on my life from the www.met.police.uk were sent to my home on the malicious report of Winsome Duncan www.peachespublications.co.uk and Barrister Ryan Clement https://www.ryanclement.com who groomed her. But Judgement was passed for Ryan Clement to pay back my husband’s money.

I am not sure if I can get a friend to accompany me. But I will bring the DBS stating I am a CRIMINAL need Emotional Regulation Treatment. The Disclosure & Barring Service www.gov.uk/dbs Certificate Number: 001800124857 Time and Talents Association Mental Health Requirement.

The Kids Network 001797791534. Since I did not get the MENTAL HEALTH REQUIREMENT, I will not be going into any workplace to be the victim of the SYSTEMS provoked into committing a CRIMINAL Act like my brother who did and waited in the Church for the Police.

Since LEYF told ICO www.ico.org.uk that they have no data for me when I applied for Subject Access Request, I will not be triggered by the dictates in Leaflet AL1C. This is just another of the entrapment.

I will need to have the Qualifications of the Healthcare Professional who will assess me. I am expecting the assessment to be recorded in line with the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes. I need the transcript in written and recorded format.

I am expecting to receive 8 years back payment from the DWP and Universal Credit that are party to the Systematic Discrimination after the death of my mother. I was offered a SENCO job by Smart Teachers www.smartteachers.co.uk to the value of £46-55,000.00 and this is the rate am expecting to be paid going back to 2015.

Again, I believe this is a trap it’s 8 years Mervelee Myers is in this situation. When I did not become HCT Group www.hctgroup.org Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. My husband and me are 600,000 elderly persons in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less.

I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF the last place I worked before I was denied my RIGHTS.

The #Writer in me will have to take this opportunity to focus a little bit on the importance of #FamilyRelativeAwareness. I was very sceptical at one time when #MamaLou used to name her #Family & I used to join in to say Mama the #RelationshipstopatU, but don’t reach us? So b4 further ado, Mama claim the #PringleasFamily. This was borne out in the ways she helped to take care of her #YoungerCousin Ms OLGA PRINGLE-Grant. I guess my own awareness became evident when my #Grandma was sick & the #CousinLambert I called Cuz all my life turn up to ask for #AuntElsie. I will leave the rest of this story for my Memoirs.

So going back to the passing of #MamaCousin, I was aware of Diane as a #YoungerVersion of her #BigSister Girlie Pringle Judith Brissett at #TownheadPrimarySchool. But later on one of the things that caused her to stand out was the fact that she joined the Jamaica Constabulary Force & made a #Career out of her chosen calling. I can recall my #PoliceBreda at the time Texchus Nembhard saying some nice things about Women in the Force. But most importantly for me, she was one of the #1stWomen from my #Localities that I know to become a #PoliceWoamn. I set high stores by such #Merits as Diane Pringle broke the mould & choose another #CareerPath that some would not consider the norms.

Diane Pringle must be applauded for becoming an #Icon4EqualOpportunity & the #Rights4Equality!

We grew up, we have been involved in #Transitions & some of us have not seen or heard of each other until the advent of #SocialMedia & Facebook in particular. So today it is with a sad heart that I write this little tribute as a #Token2zAccomplishment of a Young Lady from Our Neck of the Woods whom I admired for her #StrengthofCharacter. RIP Diane Pringle, U have done Ur #DutiesonEarth. God has taken only the #Best2Serve in his Jamaica Constabulary Force. The #Family love U, but God loves U best of all. Sleep on & take Ur rest. Working on meeting with U in the #Sweetbye & Bye. On behalf of my #MamasFamily!

This is to inform those responsible at the Southwark Health Ambassador continuing the Systematic Discrimination of Mervelee Myers that I will be attending this “Coffee Morning” as a RESEARCHER. The purpose of my RESEARCH is to establish how Southwark Council colluded with the Judiciary of England and Wales in the discrimination of Mervelee Myers when I worked at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer.

Since Southwark Health Ambassador failed to contact me since they sent threatening letter inviting me to the “Meeting”, I will make sure the world knows about AKEEMA PAUL. And why I was removed from the WhatsApp Group. Then Southwark Council will answer questions about the role the SEND Section played in the impact on my Mental and Physical Health from 2008.

As for Cancer Awareness training refer to my involvement in Fundraising from my brother died with Colon Cancer. In a nutshell refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more. I will tell the world about Akeema Paul’s behaviour and compare to the GP Practice. Refer to https://www.facebook.com/groups/RattyNembhard for my 18 Facebook Pages to understand why Southwark Health Ambassadors will issue me with a “Public Apology”.

Refer to my online Profile for how I have been an INFLUENCER. But AKEEMA Paul and Isabella Hester think they are GOD removing me from the WhatsApp Group. The world will know about them and Ginett Hogan and all the DISCRIMINATORS at Southwark Health Ambassadors.

Now the world must know about the HMCTS and CPS and CJS roles in covering up www.leyf.org.uk and www.uel.ac.uk the ABUSERS Rings of June O’Sullivan and Richard Harty Men in Childcare. Why Mervelee Myers is a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Then www.gov.uk/dbs will be exposed with Ofsted for turning a blind eye to the discrimination of children. Young people and vulnerable adults. You can get copies of my PUBLICATIONS about my “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”. Who is responsible for Mervelee Myers Mental Health? My DBS said I am under Mental Health Requirements. Who is administering that?

8 years after I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS to cover up LEYF PAEDOPHILE RINGS by Richard Harty Men in Childcare I was sent Capability for Work Questionnaire. Now am to go for ASSESSMENT after what DWP and Universal Credit did to me. Stopping my benefits and trying to wipe my Journal of all data. Then www.hfw.org.uk targeted me via my RACIST neighbour. What has Southwark Council done after I contacted them?

The catalogue of DISCRIMINATION after the death of my MPOTHER with DEMENTIA will be part of my RESEARCH.

Join us for an informal coffee morning at the Community Southwark office. The session will be a space to get to know fellow Ambassadors, raise any concerns or feedback from your communities, and answer any questions you may have. We will aim to have these meetings monthly.

We are offering a training that will equip you with the skills and confidence to have conversations about cancer and health with people in your community.
We are particularly interested in hearing from you are interested in developing skills to support community research activities including engaging with and carrying out insight work with communities and strengthening ability to communicate health-related information.

Deadline: Wednesday 19 October   Ambassadors needed to decide to grant recipients    We are looking for an Ambassador to help decide who should receive the “Addressing health inequalities through increasing cancer screening uptake” grant programme funding.  The Ambassador will sit on a scoring panel, alongside individuals from Southwark Council and South East London Cancer Alliance.

Please note, to be on the scoring panel you must NOT have applied for the grant or have connection to any organisation who has applied for the grant.  The role should not involve more than 10 hours work, but availability over the next 2-3 weeks will be required.

Cost of Living: Support and Services in Southwark   26 October, 2pm-3pm, online
Southwark Council is hosting an online information session for staff and volunteers working with individuals and families that are likely to be heavily impacted by the cost of living crisis. Join this session to find out more about the support available to the people you are working with. Information will include:  Finding the right advice and support Southwark’s Local Support Team Food initiatives Fuel/ energy schemes Charitable grants The session will be led by Chloe Harvey, External Opportunities Lead for the Children’s & Adults Directorate, Rebecca Harkes, Public Health Policy Officer, Freya Tracey, Public Health Intelligence Analyst, Eugene Nixon, Head of Strategy & Compliance. Citizen’s Advice Southwark will also join the session. 
  Background: 
The cost of living has been increasing across the UK since early 2021 and in April 2022, inflation reached its highest recorded level. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) estimates that it is now higher than at any time since around 1982, affecting the affordability of goods and services for households. Low-income households spend a larger proportion than average on energy and food so will be more affected by price increases. Approximately 21% of Southwark’s population live in communities ranked within the most deprived nationally.

Book your place here.   COVID-19 Updates   Autumn Booster Update   The NHS director of vaccinations and screening Steve Russell said: “There is no room for complacency in keeping Covid-19 on the backfoot, and this autumn booster will help protect those most at risk.” Please encourage those eligible to come forward and get their booster as soon as possible. 

The autumn COVID-19 booster is now being offered to the following groups: people aged 50 and over carers pregnant women the severely immunosuppressed (able to self-declare and attend walk-in sites) frontline health and care workers Those who are eligible will be able to book their vaccination through the national book system or phoning 119, as long as it has been 3 months since their last dose. 

In many places, you will able to get the flu and COVID jab at the same time.   COVID-19 Vaccine Information     NHS South East London ICS are currently offering COVID-19 vaccinations as follows:  Everyone aged 5 and over can get a 1st and 2nd dose 16+, and some children aged 12 to 15, can get a booster dose. 5+ who had a severely weakened immune system when they had their first 2 doses, will be offered a 3rd dose before any booster doses. Over 50s, carers, pregnant women, and frontline health and care workers can now book their autumn booster (see above section) How to book a Covid-19 vaccine: Book your vaccine online Find a walk-in clinic (local list via NHS SEL ICS website) Information about the Covid-19 vaccine: NHS vaccination webpages A set of COVID-19 vaccination resources for children and young people are available in a variety of languages, Braille and Easy Read.   Events & Involvement   Black History Month events in Southwark  
Southwark Presents has developed a programme of events and workshops throughout the month. The team have worked with a range of wonderful individuals and organisations to make sure there’s a local event for everyone in the borough and something for people of all ages and interests. A few are listed below, but please make sure to visit the website here!
  ONE Picture My Story – photo display, Nunhead and Ca,berwell Library (1-31 October, 10am-6pm): a collection of oral history stories, reminiscences, thoughts and photographs from Southwark’s Black heritage communities gathered during 2021 and 2022. The project is a collaboration between Southwark Archives, SYRUP and the London College of Communication.  ‘Faith, Hope & Glory’, Southwark Heritage Centre & Walworth Library (20 October, 6pm-7pm): Richard Reddie, the author whose books include ‘Abolition’, ‘Black Muslims in Britain’ and ‘Martin Luther King Jr: History maker’, shares insights from his recent book: ‘Race for Justice’, an inspirational book which showcases the efforts of practitioners who have worked at a grassroots level, across a variety of denominations, to champion race and inclusion. For Coloured Girls (The Saphire Community Group), Peckham Levels (30 October, 6pm-9pm): Join for a night to inspire and uplift young black women. We aim to talk about passions and dreams while giving advice.   NHS SE London webinar for children’s vaccines   Parents and carers of children aged 1-9 can learn more about the importance of vaccinations and have their questions answered at special webinars hosted by some of south east London’s leading NHS consultants and public health experts this month.

We are at the start of our journey as Integrated Care System in south east London and as such, it is a great time to get involved and help to shape our future work. 
The individuals appointed will have an important role in contributing to provide assurance on engagement in projects and programmes which are carried out on behalf of the system across south east London.
