Dear Universal Credit & DWP
Mervelee Myers is telling the Health Advisory Service that was asked by the Department for Work and Pensions to assess how my health condition or disability affects my ability to work that they are in breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics Section 60. For there to be no ambiguity about why I am addressing this assessment. Refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for the second miscarriages of justice by the judge and panel colluded with LEYF Abusers Rings. The Reviews were online during the ET/EAT. 8 years after I wrote to LEYF the UC and DWP can send for me to do assessment after sending me Capability for Work Questionnaire. Who are they trying to fool? The MP refused to help me and after I was made a victim by ET Judgement that the Panel took 1-5 months to copy and paste the Respondent’s “Summary”. I have spent the past 8 years defending myself from the career criminals at HMCTS, CPS, CJS, CCMCC, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, MOPAC, DBS, HMPPS, CLCC, and cohorts in the pockets of LEYF abusers.
The Department for Work and Pensions Decision Maker is party to the scammers who targeted me from I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS in 2015. My documents were sat in the Job Centre, whilst I was attending the office. I was given Emergency Benefits. Can the UC & DWP explain why I was sent letters in the name of Mervelee Abanobi to trick me into sending information to scam me? The same person contacted me via telephone after the UC & DWP scammers let me get the money I did not know about then tried to get back the money by fraudulent means. When this did not work my BENEFITS were stopped and I was contacted via telephone. Those involved used data supplied about my Health Condition and Disabilities to target me and tried wipe out the data in my UC Journal. Let me make it clear that the DWP Decision Maker should not be assessing me after 8 years for me to receive the right amount of Universal Credit. I have been defrauded the past 8 years by I have spent the past 8 years defending myself from the career criminals at HMCTS, CPS, CJS, CCMCC, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, MOPAC, DBS, HMPPS, CLCC, and cohorts in the pockets of LEYF abusers.
Triggers of PTSD
I will be at Marylebone Assessment Centre on the 10:00 am on Tuesday 25th October 2022. But let me put on record that this arrangement is in breach of the Laws and Legislations and Codes of Practices and Conducts. Considering that I filled a Capability for Work Questionnaire this is not acceptable. I am the carer for my 99-year-old husband. I will have to travel for 2 hours to get to the venue. The venue is in the area where I used to work for London Early Years Foundation. This is trigger for me and I know this to be fact when I was on a Zoom training for volunteering. The name Mary Currie crops up and although I completed the training, I was affected later Kings NHS Foundation Trust.
I would be grateful if you could let me know how exactly you would like my assistance with this matter, and what would be your ideal outcome from my involvement in your case. For example, would you like me to write to Nexus Health Group on your behalf? MM Arguments: Since I am the carer of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, I am only expecting you to act in the capacity of his MP. If I am unable to carry out my role as his carer both MPs should be acting to get Nexus Health Group to act. The GP refused to give me a “Medical Report” for the Employment Tribunal. Dr. Richard Holder of Nexus Health Group also refuse to give me a Medical Report after the Police www.met.police.uk came to my home to murder me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. I was beaten black and blue and taken half naked and bare feet out of my home to Walworth Police Station. Threats to Trigger PTSD
I will attend the ASSESSMENT but let me state that this is a threat. Where has the UC & DWP been the past 8 years? Refer to the above when my BENEFITS were stopped, and I ended in debt. What good reasons did the SCAMMERS at UC & DWP used to stop the benefits? Here you have put in writing that this ASSESSMENT is just a SHAM. The UC/DWP are CRIMINALS because I am paid to be carer for my husband from the time, I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS and stopped from working. Can UC/DWP get real because they are party to LEYF and Richard Harty of the UEL www.uel.ac.uk PAEDOPHILE RINGS that kicked me out of university. Let’s deal with the fact I was always CAPABLE of WORKING until the LEYF PERVERTS strike.
What Needs to be Done
I contacted the relevant parties and recorded. With my conditions and disabilities in addition to carer for my elderly husband why am I sent this kind of letter. Why were no decisions made to consider a Telephone Assessment?
This is a deliberate ploy to trigger me.
I was Barred from using my Journal Previously
The UC/DWP tried wiping my Journal. I am the victim of Systematic Discrimination buried under paperwork that I can’t find time to address important matters.
Anyone who knows me know how I manage and control my disabilities that are being used to trigger my PTSD.
I have underlying health conditions one of which is diabetes. So, why not make sure I am seen when you ask me to attend and not have to wait.
Why continue with the THREATS? Let me make it known that as a result of the discrimination I developed an “Eating Disorder”. Therefore, I will need to know the person doing the assessment is not a QUACK. The ASSESSMENT is not already prepared in ADVANCE. As a result, I am requesting that the assessment be recorded in line with all the Rules of Laws.
I consider this assessment to be another of the plots when attempts were made on my life from the www.met.police.uk were sent to my home on the malicious report of Winsome Duncan www.peachespublications.co.uk and Barrister Ryan Clement https://www.ryanclement.com who groomed her. But Judgement was passed for Ryan Clement to pay back my husband’s money.

The Kids Network 001797791534. Since I did not get the MENTAL HEALTH REQUIREMENT, I will not be going into any workplace to be the victim of the SYSTEMS provoked into committing a CRIMINAL Act like my brother who did and waited in the Church for the Police.
MM Arguments: I have reached breaking point and my stories are in cyberspace as I have had to invest in safeguarding my husband and me from the TERRORISM against us resulting in us being TRAUMATISED. I have contacted members of the “Political Class” about how my husband and me are the targets of individuals and organizations after the death of my mother. Therefore, the Powers involved should be aware of my situation after 8 years. This is because only one Member of Parliament can make representations on behalf of a constituent at any given time, and I understand that while your husband’s address is in my constituency, your address falls in the constituency of Neil Coyle MP. MM Arguments: How about acting on my husband’s behalf in this matter? I have spoken directly to persons who are wanting to represent constituents, but no one will act.
Since LEYF told ICO www.ico.org.uk that they have no data for me when I applied for Subject Access Request, I will not be triggered by the dictates in Leaflet AL1C. This is just another of the entrapment.

Someone at the DWP and Universal Credit tried to WIPE my Journal after sending me letter addressed to Mervelee Abanobi. This person targeted me via telephone too.
I will need to have the Qualifications of the Healthcare Professional who will assess me. I am expecting the assessment to be recorded in line with the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes. I need the transcript in written and recorded format.
Imagine going through my paperwork and coming across the letter dated 21st October 2009 when I applied to be on the “Understanding Statutory Assessment” www.camden.gov.uk for why the person doing the assessment must prove they are not QUACKS.
I am expecting to receive 8 years back payment from the DWP and Universal Credit that are party to the Systematic Discrimination after the death of my mother.
