Nearly 2 yrs ago I met Mr Walters in Brixton. He was telling me about some of his experiences on SS WINDRUSH! Lying in bed this morn I heard them announcing Important Dates in History. SS Windrush arrived in the UK on this date 24th May 1948 from JAMAICA! See I am a Go-Getter ensuring I am up to date with my History Lessons even when I may not be the Brightest Bulb in the package.
