How Mervelee Myers is been taken for a Fool by those Associated with LEYF
Do you actually believe your own hype? My response to Dawn Newton’s email invitation. My reason for this response is the fact that Ms. Newton worked at www.leyf.org.uk and left under dubious circumstances like others from 2013 when Karen Walker resigned on the spot after carrying out training for the organization. I joined Charity Meetup in 2016 when I was at the lowest ebb of my life. I thought I would be able to get back into doing what I love best. But it didn’t happen and I began to doubt myself when I was repeatedly rejected. Matters came to a head in December 2018 when I realised I was actually barred from commenting on Charity Meetup Facebook Page. I come to the conclusion that no one else will be using me to build their brands.
Charity Meetup is back! Our event topic is Fundraising Possibilities.
When I attended the first Charity Meetup in Holborn in 2016. Please notice I am the only black person in this photo. Later on, you will understand why I am feeling peeved.
Here’s another photo that I am the only black person in. This was taken in 2011. All who are in this photo have gone on to excel. I mentored 2 of the persons at Luton Street. The manager, Julie Weise when she was doing her Foundation Degree. Tania Silva when she was doing her Leadership and Management Training. I graduated from www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies on 2 May 2009. Penny Tassoni was made an MBE like June O’Sullivan. Wait for the next installment in the story, please.
22 January 2014 I said my final goodbyes to my mother before her 90th birthday. What is making it hard for me to trust https://www.facebook.com and other social media platforms is the fact that my life is/was an “Open Book”. What the establishments, systems and individuals have done to me ruined my career and destroying the 26+ years I spent in the UK. I attended my grandson’s graduation in July 2014 after Mama’s funeral.
