Good afternoon Ms Myers

I have tried to contact by telephone on several occasions to no avail but thank you for acknowledging the missed call. MM Response: If I did not pay for advice I would have fallen in the trap. https://youtu.be/Nc0mYQqa6HU?si=Q4s4XblfjX92EmM0

In the meantime I have sent you two letters as well as an attendance note of the hearing on 9th December 2024 attended by Ms Grell, barrister. MM Response: I will have to check Ms Grell online.
Contrary to what you state in your email below the hearing was not in fact either a sentencing hearing but rather a hearing listed to determine the appointment of an Equality Act assessor for the intended possession trial listed on 13 December. MM Response: Why was there need to appoint Equality Assessor?
It transpired that the possession trial on 13 December 2024 and committal/sentencing hearing on 20 January 2025 were both vacated, which forms the content of the letters sent to you. MM Response: What does this mean? I have had cases VACATED before and no explanations. .

Please see attached Notice of hearing in the injunction proceedings now listed on 10 March 2025 at 10:00am. MM Response: I got a letter dated 18 December 2024 from the court saying 7 March. Let me hope someone is not trying to stitch me up like Dr Phil Gregory who turn up at my home on 21 November 2024 with the African Nurse in tow?

Furthermore, I understand that Dr Gregory has now been replaced with a new consultant. MM Response: Dr Gregory should not be mentioned when it comes to Mervelee Myers. Maybe you can explain what his role is and who employed him. Please let me know if you have been contacted and if you will engage with the newly appointed consultant. I am waiting for Dr Gregory to respond to the concerns raised. I got a threatening letter from the Maudsley NHS reminding me of the email you sent me from Devonsires Solicitors LLP after your telephone which sent me into meltdown. The telephone that is, not the email.

Thank you for your festive greetings and wishing that you the very best the same. MM Response: I have not had a proper Festive Celebrations since Ms Gilchrist caused me to barricade myself in Christmas eve 2022.

Kind regards

Mr Sola Obajuluwa

Subject: Grave Concerns Regarding Procedural Irregularities and Potential Criminal Breaches

Dear CEO

Further to your call on Friday, 7th December 2024, informing me of a “criminal trial” to take place at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court on Monday, 9th December 2024, I must raise serious concerns regarding procedural breaches and potential criminal misconduct.

Grave Procedural Concerns

  1. Failure of Proper Service:
I have not been served with any proceedings issued by the court, as required by Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) 6.3. The absence of service constitutes a breach of due process and undermines the fairness of the proceedings, in violation of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), which guarantees a right to a fair trial.
  2. Case Law:
  • Anufrijeva v Southwark LBC [2003] EWCA Civ 1406: Establishes that parties must be properly informed of proceedings affecting their rights. Failure to do so invalidates the legitimacy of any such proceedings.
  1. Jurisdictional Error:
It is procedurally and legally flawed to claim that a “criminal trial” can occur in a County Court, as County Courts do not have jurisdiction over criminal matters. This raises questions of judicial propriety and adherence to statutory functions.
  2. Case Law:
  • R v Manchester Crown Court, ex parte DPP [1993] 1 WLR 1524: Clarifies the specific jurisdictional boundaries of courts and the necessity of proper venue for proceedings.
  1. Questionable Claimant Identity:
The documents list the claimant as “H4W,” an entity that I cannot identify as a legal person or corporate body capable of initiating legal proceedings. Furthermore, I have no contractual relationship with this entity, rendering any claim invalid.
  2. Case Law:
  • MacFoy v United Africa Co Ltd [1961] 3 All ER 1169: A defective claim by an entity without standing is a nullity and cannot confer jurisdiction upon the court.
  1. Breaches of the Companies Act 2006:
Your company’s website lacks a registered address and company number, which are mandatory under Sections 82 and 1200 of the Companies Act 2006. These omissions constitute a criminal offence under Section 1112, which criminalizes the failure to comply with disclosure obligations.
  2. Negligence and Indemnity Insurance:
Given the potential for negligence, malpractice, and fraud in conspiracy, I request a copy of your company’s indemnity insurance certificate to verify coverage of at least £5,000,000, as required by Regulation 3 of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998.

Formal Requests

Pursuant to Rule 99 of the Magistrates’ Courts Rules 1999, I formally request:

  1. A copy of the Lay of Information, Issued by the court, to substantiate the basis for the alleged committal proceedings.
  2. A copy of your indemnity insurance certificate.
  3. Clear documentation evidencing the legitimacy of “H4W” as a legal entity capable of making claims.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to address the above concerns may constitute:

  • Fraud by false representation (Fraud Act 2006, Section 2), given the misrepresentation of the court’s jurisdiction and procedural validity.
  • Failure to disclose information (Fraud Act 2006, Section 3), particularly if material facts are knowingly withheld.
  • Abuse of process, as per Johnson v Gore Wood & Co [2002] 2 AC 1, where proceedings are used for an improper purpose.

I require your written response and all requested documents by return. Failure to respond adequately will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory and criminal enforcement authorities.

Yours faithfully

Mervelee Myers

To Whom It May Concern

Mervelee Myers must address this letter dated 27/12/2024 so the world know how those responsible for the systemic discrimination continuing to LIE. I did not get any appointment for psychiatrist Dr Peter Ocansey on the 19th December 2024 at 1:30 at the Maudsley Hospital. More over I don’t know why an appointment was made for me at the Maudsley. I muset therefore assume this is another cover up and trying to make out that I do not “Mental Capacity”.

I did not attend any appointment because I was not informed about it and I did not need one. By the way was it Dr Phil Gregory who made the appointment? He has a habit of calling my mobile on private number and then going crying to YouTube about his PRIVACY. He also got chased out of my house when he turned up unanounced with his African Nurse.

No, thank you, I don’t need to receive treatment under your service. I think from Dr Phil Gregory’s actions what to expect. I will not be making any appointment, instead I will be going public. I am not an idiot, I can see it, unlike Dr Phil Gregory who did not know I could get his report by email. You will not be hearing from me in that way, but how can you be discharging me from the service I was not a part of. I will also not be contacting you in the future for nothing. However, I will address the matter about referrals. There is no way I can benefit from your service.

I wish to address REFERRALS am aware of over the years, because I intend to get to the bottom of who is responsible for trying to turn me into a ZOMBIE. If I remember correctly there was a referral made by the Metropolitan Police Lulu of the Southwark Police Station in 2017 when I reported about Winsome Duncan sending the Police and Ambulance Services to section me on the 30th October 2017. From a malicious report I wrote on Facebook I was feeling suicidal.

I have a 12 page witness statement from Mimi Owusu the CEO of Blac Awards that Housing for Women relied on to label me a violent nuisance. Let me put on record who the violent NUISANCES are. I did not appear before a DJ Greenidge and had not knowledge of the Court Order. Neither did I know about DJ Swan. I was not aware of the Order that DJ Sterlini claim that I did not attend and label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on 1st August 2023. DJ Sterlini might be a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Because he was involved with striking out Winsome Duncan claim after it reached “Telephone Conciliation”. DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell name appeared on documents for Ms Duncan’s claim. The fact that there was the unlawful injunction that’s why I had to put up with hearing Barrister Angela Delbourg drumming in my head I have to be whiter than white. That is of course racism, after the hearing she said she spent the time worrying I was going to shout at the judge.

I got to court and had to be represented by a “Duty Solicitor” because Stephen Agera sent an email to be removed from the case. In the matter of DJ Pigram he was going to remove Debbie Thomas from the court. He said I can use what was relevant but I think he was not aware of how TRAUMATTISED my husband was when he said in his notes that I was supported by my husband. I was in shock when I realised the DJ Bell is female and not male. Barrister Miranda Grell was scared of her. I know the name because she sent 7 of my claims to CLCC ncluding Barrister Ryan Clement that judgement was passed. I am still waiting to be paid after I paid to find Ryan Clement with 15 Companies listed online. DJ Bell requested a Psychiatric Assessment which I attended the appointment on the 15th April 2024. That is the only assessment I know to be legitimate. I did not appear before a DJ Naidoo on the 21st December 2023 because I was not aware of this case. Furthermore, I had an appointment at Decima Street Surgery that I was requested to make to have a “Medical Review”. Yet the Order claimed I did not attend.

DJ Beecham has been conducting the case since, but I am not sure she is aware of matters that impacted on me during July 2023 when I was sent POSSESSION LETTER. Because I have not been having any consultation with Barrister Miranda Grell. I recall her once saying if you are a CRIMINAL I don’t need to know. It was revealed in court on the 4th April 2024 about Trina Philbert’s pregnancy. She later PROVOKED me after court to get a reaction. I doubt whether the court was informed about my husband in the hospital. I was not allowed to talk in court.

I have proven that the solicitor intends for me to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED. Why is counsel asking for Equality Act Assessment to prove if I have “Mental Capacity” when the Psychiatrist Report stated I can INSTRUCT my legal team.

We will get to the bottom of who got Dr Phil Gregory involved in this and the world will be informed. My TRUMP CARD is the 100 birthday card the King and Queen sent my husband. Who was caring for him and why did they waith for him to die before targeting me.

THE STRONG DISABLED JAMAICAN WOMAN ENDING GENDER BASED VIOLENCE IN SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE MOTHER COUNTRY

HOW TO CHALLENGE SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION IN SOCIETY

How Mervelee Myers, Challenging the Systemic Discrimination of Miscarriages of Justice Became a Victim of my Disabilities in the Mother Country. Mervelee Myers invested in my Fight4justice campaign from being DEPRESSED Dying Slowly of Torture after the Death of Perline Louise Chambers-Nembhard with Dementia to challenging the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service without having any legal training except the knowledge I gained working in the Early Years Sector, volunteering, fundraising and advocating on behalf of children, young people and vulnerable adults. My own personal experiences of overcoming childhood traumas and not accepting the labels of discrimination from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease is key to my survival. I resorted to writing to help me formulate the thoughts forming in the head of a confused teenager whose world was torn apart. On reflection I am positive my passion for “Creating Legacies to Free my MIND” from the harsh realities of how life can change from one day to the next began to take shape. As the author of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE signed by the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Sir Mark Rowley at A New Met for London launch, I will provide the reader with the catalogue of miscarriages of justice prompting me to get this book out for International Women’s Day and the celebration of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON birthday on the 8th March 2025. After the 7 March Kangaroo Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch where the District Judges colluded to label me a “Violent Nuisance” behind my back whilst I was having the CRISIS of bereavement, brother disabled and first high blood pressure needing ECG treatment at the hospital.

Mervelee Myers.

                                    DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to my husband; Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson who lived to be 101 years old and 1 month. I was privileged to spend the time from when we were introduced by his neighbor Mrs. Ethel Gleghorn, the summer of 2001 together at Alma Grove Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY. Although he had his own property at 19 Wilson Road Camberwell London SE5 8PB, he was willing to stay with me at my home because of my personal experiences of facing domestic violence leading to homelessness. This is one of the reasons why I am challenging Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, my Solicitors and Counsel, the HMCTS and the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service for my husband getting neglected on BYRON ward Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust after his son Trevor Anthony Tomlinson assaulted me in the room I had to rearrange to get my husband home from Guys and St Thomas Hospital for his transition. Because he changed the lock on his father’s home so he could not go there to end his days when he was discharged from hospital. The Met Police visited my home on the date I collected the equipment with battering ram because of a video I posted on YouTube about “Early Intervention is Key to SURVIVAL”. I am a “Content Creator who is not monetized by YouTube.

To my aunt Icylyn Powell aka Tilyn Nembhard age 91 years old, one of three children born on the 27 October to my Grandparents Irene Mills-Nembhard and Charles who had sixteen (16) children together. Grandpa Charles had five (5) more children outside of the partnership with Grandma. Auntie Tilyn must be recognized for contributions to Jamaica’s Independence and growing CAPITALS as a female entrepreneur whilst she is the only sibling of my father alive. I will share the accolades for creating the legacies freeing the future generations of my families from the “Mental Slavery of TRUAMAS” inflicted on us. Especially the FEMALES who bore their SUFFERING in SILENCE.

To Melzie Tomlinson 97 years old, who told me about my Great Grandmother Martha Crooks-Saunders. He is in transition.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Special thanks to my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON for his support and understanding and putting up with me despite having reservations when we were introduced. If I heeded his caution and insights into human nature, I would not be here now after his death at the age of 101 years old and 1 month challenging the “SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION” that can see me IMPRISONED and EVICTED by the Housing for Women that rescued me from Domestic Violence and Homelessness in 2000. Our relationship stood the test of time and that is why I am getting this out celebrating his birthdate and International Women’s Day 2025 after attending the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch for Claim Number: K05EC530 HOUSING FOR WOMEN 1st Claimant Ref NZM/HOU16/258. MERVELEE MYERS 1st Defendant Ref on the 7 March 2025. If those responsible for scheduling the Court dates can be so insensitive I will show the world how my husband and I were TRAUMATISED after the death of my mother with dementia, and we ended up losing ten (10) years of our lives being treated like CRIMINALS.

The fact my husband received a 100-birthday card from the King and Queen is key to sharing our stories about why he was TRAUMATISED and left to die without any DIGNITY. And as soon as he died, I became the target of those having something to hide. Because I did not become HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. We became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less.

From being the face of ITV News Windrush 70 celebrations in June 2018 I was excluded to become DEPRESSED to die slowly of TORTURE as I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015.

Considering Housing for Women boasting about their role in the ITV documentary let me start by sharing the fact that I was a participant in Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham and can be seen in the YouTube video online. This is only one of the research projects that I was a participant in.

              PREFACE

This is the story of how Mervelee Myers transitional journey from not allowing childhood traumas to stop me using the early intervention strategies of writing for therapy to make sense of my world of living with disabilities and poverty when my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. To learn that I must defend myself when others take advantage of me, or I will end up being the loser and suffering twice if I let fear of the bully keep me immobilize. My elder brother Balis Sylfrazier Alexander Nembhard teach me to fight when he realized I was getting beaten up by a gang of girls. He has always taken my side even against my brother who hurt me. But when I needed him most after the death of my husband, he accused me of my behaviors because I was dancing at my husband’s funeral, and Ms. Girlie disrespected me like she did at the 100 Birthday Party for TOM. My brother no longer talks to me and joined Ervin Julius Emster Nembhard in brainwashing my sons to abandon and reject me. He was the one who keeps telling me to remember I was born alone, and I am learning to be on my own.

I am comforted by the fact that I was able to dedicate my life to my husband from the time we were introduced, and he decided to come to my place because my experience of “Domestic Violence” means that I could not trust another person to go and live in their home. I always said anywhere I am living I must be responsible for the keys. I recalled my husband saying look how I begged you to come and live with me and you refused when Housing for Women started their campaign of DISCRIMINATION by coercing Debbie Gilchrist to target US.

To have my brother Ervin Nembhard saying I have no house in Jamaica after getting my family and friends to abandon me have taken tolls on me. But for Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to get Lloyds Bank to be treating me like a CRIMINAL is another story in why Mervelee Myers must #EndGenderBasedViolence before I leave the Mother Country by sharing our story of the ten (10) years of Systemic Discrimination that contributed to shortening my husband’s life. God blessed my husband with a long life and good health, and I am hoping God spare me long enough to get my stories out. No one deserved to be traumatized for supporting their partner like my husband was.

The Expert Authority Subjects Cradle to Grave

Mervelee Myers is “An Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave” based on my own personal experiences. This is an inspirational story of how Mervelee Myers triumphed over my battle with my hidden disabilities, which started during puberty. This is a story about how one brave woman overcome my chronic anxieties to take on the injustices at my workplaces and wider society. This heart-warming story encourages women worldwide to never give up on themselves. It inspires individuals to rise above adversity and achieve their Potential.

Housing for Women Newsletter Proof of Gender Based Violence Misogyny Gaslighting

18 December 2024 Housing for Women and Queen Camilla

Dear customer,

We’re excited to share the winter edition of Connect, your resident newsletter! MM Response: Really so once more MM is an H4W Customer? How excited will H4W be when they are exposed?

Attached, you’ll find the latest issue packed with updates, tips, and news, including:

  • Housing for Women featured in an ITV documentary on domestic abuse with Queen Camilla MM Response: Why is H4W and the Met Police not acting about Joe Hooper at Alma Grove?
  • Exciting news: Re Connect+ opens a second house! MM Response: Is this another TERRORCELL at Verney Road where four (4) members of a BLACK FAMILY were murdered by someone they knew or DEATH TRAP like Grenfell Tower?
  • Helpful Christmas and winter tips to make the season easier for you. MM Response: How about actions for Deborah Agnes Gilchrist and Joe Hooper at Alma Grove?

We hope you enjoy reading this edition. As always, if you have any feedback or suggestions, feel free to get in touch. MM Response: Please access wherever I post. Because Housing for Women will be exposed for turning into a TERROR CELL after Zaiba Qureshi took over as the CEO. This is the same pattern of behaviour that occurred after June O’Sullivan turn Westminster Children Society (WCS) into London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) after I joined the organisation September 2009.

Wishing you a safe and happy festive season! MM Response: If I was not careful, I would not still be here, I would be in prison and facing the streets or locked up in an INSTITUTION spaced out on RESPIREDON and unable to function. Am under attacks from the HATE MOB in Alma Grove.

Best wishes,
The Housing for Women Team

MM Response: H4W is just IGNORANT and BREACHING all LAWS LEGISLATIONS CODES of CONDUCTS and PRACTICES. All information and attachments included in this email are confidential and intended for the original recipient only, it may also be legally privileged. MM Response: Is that why H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP got HMCTS to gag TENANTS? Any review, retransmission, dissemination or other use of or acting in reliance upon this information, by persons or entities other than the intended recipient is prohibited. MM Response: Let’s hope H4W is aware they sent this to MM the VIOLENT NUISANCE? If you are not the intended recipient then please do not use or publish its contents, contact the sender and then delete. MM Response: Its mine so I will use it to help District Judge BEECHAM to start a PETITION to find out about the TENANTS affected by H4W and cohorts DISCRIMINATION. The sender does not accept liability for any errors or omissions. MM Response: No, they won’t be charged. Mervelee Myers’s Great Grand Parents were Land Barons. Mervelee Myers meeting the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin at the AGM in April 2014 revealed that my mother and her grandmother were related. I asked the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin including members of the “BAME Community” to mediate on my behalf and she refused. What does this say about my “Christian Faith”. I struggled with my Christian Faith from childhood after my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease and my world of being a carefree teenager changed to one of confusion. I could not understand how my father who lived his life to the teachings of the “Holy Bible” could be left to suffer. He lost his job because of his disabilities and his family was left in poverty. My mother had to take on the responsibilities of breadwinner that was my father’s role as well as her role as a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, niece, Godmother and informal carer. In her later life she spent time as a “Community Champion” spending time in the homes of the elderly people who needed care. My life mirrors that of my FEMALE members of the FAMILY who were left to pick up the pieces of our own families and friends. My stories were documented from I joined social media the summer of 2009 after coming back from Jamaica. Without realising the “Generational Curses” that the female members of my families experienced was started by my brother Ervin Julius Emster Nembhard. In his anger for not getting his own way when I tried intervening between him and his brother as the older sister resulted in him turning on me. Today is the 1 January 2025 the date my youngest son Valdin Allan Legister got married. I have been abandoned and rejected by families and friends. As I am coming to terms with losing a friend who told me during the last conversation, we had that I had given my uniform. Because I got pregnant before finishing Frome Secondary School. My son Kevin Murray is 48 years old and Conseta Violet Campbell died suddenly on Christmas eve 2024. This reminds me of having to barricade myself in from Deborah Agnes Gilchrist on Christmas eve 2022. My brother was on the mobile with me for over an hour before the Met Police arrived. I am still waiting for the “Safer Neighbourhood Team” and my brother refused to make a “witness Statement” for me. A group of women standing together

Housing for Women Limited is a Registered Social Landlord registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (No L0970); and is a charity registered with the Charity Commission (No 211351); and is a Private Company Limited by Guarantee registered in England and Wales (No 00420651). The registered office is at Sixth Floor, Blue Star House, 234-244 Stockwell Road, London SW9 9SP. MM Response: I ran away from 17 Denchworth House Robsart Street Stockwell London SW9 0BN bare feet in the drizzling rain in the SUMMER 2000. I returned to Raw Material Robsart Street in 2022 to record Brixton Market with Jessie Lloyd for Border Crossings SONGSTREET App. Mervelee Myers is listed as the “Composer”. This APP can be downloaded. Later I will go into details about why Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP have breached the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction act 1977 bringing K05EC530 against me when I was sent POSSESSION LETTER in July 2023. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 After hearing of the death of a person I grew up with in Jamaica I can’t help but wondering if she died of natural causes or take her own life. During one of our conversations, she told me about attempting suicides and that it was her family who got together taking care of her. I do not want to speculate, and I am praying that her life did not end in suicide. I want to use my own experiences to help others who may need someone to be there for them when they reach rock bottom or the end of their tether.

1 Winter Edition: MM Response: MM performed with the Elephant & Castle HUB Choir at the Globe Theatre Winter Festival in 2017.

2 ReConnect+ opens second house! MM Response: Why is H4W making Mervelee Myers and Ms H Presley homeless and CRIMINALS.
The newsletter for Housing for Women residents Winter 2024. MM Response: Why did H4W stop sending Mervelee Myers Information and blocking my emails after they started their campaign of HATE against me?

3 One year on: how Touchstone Property Services has supported our residents. MM Response: How about getting them to support me and Ms H Presley?

4 You said, we did! MM Response: As a member of Housing Ombudsman Service Resident Panel, I am holding Richard Blakeway responsible for H4W changing from providing “Safe Haven” for women and children fleeing domestic violence to coercive control of a substance abuser, alcoholic who spent time in prison for drink driving. This started after Ms Gilchrist broke the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 13 December 2021. In May 2022 I was invited to ASB meeting by Samantha Gibbs. Ms Gibbs is currently on long term sick leave.

5 Ealing team’s One -Stop-Shop success MM Response: MM will use my husband’s 100 birthday card from King Charles and Queen Camilla to share stories about the legacies I created from I joined social media. My success stories are documented online and H4W will be exposed for compromising the QUEEN in her role as “Head of the Commonwealth”.

6 Christmas and winter tips MM Response: The fact that Valdin Allan Legister was born on the 22 December 1979 to a traumatised mother is more than enough tips to expose H4W. Refer to General Form of Judgement Order presided over by DJ Beecham on 9 December 2024. H4W intention was for me to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED. The role my son is playing in my downfall has to be put down to the brainwashing from my brother in 2009.

8 Resident engagement and updates MM Response: MM have lots to say about this when the Equality Act Assessor is appointed.

9 Practical supports for tenants MM Response: How does this work.

10 Stay connected with Housing for Women MM Response: MM will.

12 Keeping you informed Domestic Abuse Services For over 40 years; Housing for Women has been supporting women and children in London escaping domestic violence and abuse. MM Response: Sorry to disagree but H4W has become the ABUSER since Zaiba Qureshi became the CEO and disbanded the Customer Scrutiny Panel in 2020. Housing for Women appears in ITV Documentary about domestic abuse. MM Response: Mervelee Myers was page 1 of ITV News for Windrush 70 in June 2018. Housing for Women was pleased to be featured in an ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by HRH Queen Camilla. MM Response: Queen Camilla will be asked to issue Mervelee Myers with a “Public Apology” and I will be using my husband’s 100 birthday card with King Charles and Queen Camilla to create a legacy for ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON for my MENTAL HEALTH & SEND ADVOCACY to be launched on my 66th birthday. The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates working to end this crisis. MM Response: H4W will be exposed in Mervelee Myers RESEARCH. Because this was my brother Ervin Julius Emster Nembhard DOB. When he was born on the 11November 1966, my father put him in my arms so my mother could rest from her ordeals of giving birth. During her visit to one of our refuges, Queen Camilla met with a survivor who was rebuilding her life with the organisation’s support. MM Response: If Queen Camilla is not careful, she will be known as the QUEEN who supported H4W with destroying the lives of WOMEN who raised legitimate concerns during SURVEYS before taking our concerns as complaints about DISCRIMINATION to the Housing Ombudsman Service. The Queen also spoke with our team about the vital services they delivered to help women escape violence and abuse. Zaiba Qureshi, Chief Executive of Housing for Women, said: “We were very pleased to contribute to this crucial conversation and to have HM Queen Camilla visit our refuge services. MM Response: As stated, before this woman is behaving like LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan who said in one of her interviews she wants to be remembered as a disruptive influence. Domestic abuse is an issue that affects many, and it was essential that survivor voices were amplified and given a platform to be heard. MM Response: Is this why H4W used Devonshires Solicitors LLP to gag me with unlawful injunction threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via Contempt of Court. We hoped this documentary would raise awareness and give courage to those experiencing abuse to seek help.” MM Response: I will make sure the world is informed about the role of H4W in this matter with a MUSICAL.
You can still catch the documentary on ITVX.
Her Majesty the Queen met with a survivor of domestic abuse at one of our refuges (ITV/Love Monday). MM Response: MM has been meeting with Ms H Presley. Hermoine Cameron who visited my home twice was advocating on my behalf online and that’s how Ms H Presley became aware of my plights.

ReConnect+ opens second house!
Great news! Our ReConnect+ team opened the project’s second house earlier this year. Lorraine Edwards, Deputy Manager at Reconnect+, said:
“Opening our second house is a significant step for ReConnect+. It enables
us to support even more women on their release from prison, providing a safe and stable environment as they rebuild their lives and work towards a brighter future. We’re committed to empowering women and reduce their reoffending through holistic support and a supportive home.” MM Response: Is this why H4W are targeting tenants Ms H Presley who found me online when Hermoine Cameron started advocating on my behalf? Let me explain more about my role as the minute taker in the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel that Hermoine Cameron and I were members of. This Panel was disbanded in 2020? So, they can turn us into criminals with unlawful injunctions via contempt of court, imprisonment and eviction then get money off us. For more information or to make a referral for ReConnect+, please call 020 7501 6120

ASHTER SERENER URELLA NEMBHARD

Mervelee Myers’ brother died in prison age 37+ years old.

Without an NHS GP is H4W intention for me to suffer and die without DIGNITY. Reasons HMCTS DJ Beecham proposed Equality Act Assessor will be used for RESEARCH purposes. Dr Phil Gregory will be investigated to know more about his role in this sordid affair. My brother died in jail with AIDS and for the first time I felt I could discuss SECRETS I keep hidden for many years that were part of my TRAUMAS with Dr Gregory. Now I will have to find out if he is mixed up with Richard Harty Men in Childcare and June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers jumping ship in the Early Years Sector. I have no proof my brother who was bi-sexual abused anyone. But Dr Phil Gregory came to my home on the 21 November 2024 with his Nurse. I can only assume his intentions were to forcibly give me medication.

2 / News 2 / News 2 / News Customer Hub 020 7501 6120 MM Response: MM reference my website that I created from scratch that was stolen by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton operating as Oxeyes in 2022.

3 One year on: how Touchstone Property Services has supported our residents. As part of our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services to our customers, Housing for Women partnered with Touchstone Property Services in December 2023 to manage our rental income. We’re pleased to share that after a year of working together, we’ve seen great results in supporting our residents and managing rental income. MM Response: HMCTS will be exposed for their roles in the “Systemic Discrimination” and miscarriages of justice against me. If they do not address my Small Claims with the URGENCY, what they are doing with mine and Ms H Presley’s cases that Devonshires Solicitors LLP brought against us. The Criminals needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and the Violent Nuisances will be on the Rogues Gallery List.
Here’s what we’ve achieved together: Better rent collection
Since December 2023, the number of tenants in arrears has dropped by
41, and arrears have been reduced by £93,000. This is thanks to
Touchstone’s proactive support for our tenants. Growing the team Touchstone has added an Income Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide even more support to residents. MM Response: MM was not contacted until I had to reach out because H4W did not send me information before the “Rent Increase” so I was back in AREARS. If you have any questions about your account, you can call Lucy directly on 01225 259274. Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said: We’re proud of partnership with Touchstone and the positive impact it has made for our customers and our team. Together, we’re working to keep homes safe and affordable for women in need. MM Response: I beg to differ as this is a LIE. I will ensure the world is made aware that Housing for Women has changed and using Devonshires Solicitors LLP to do the dirty work. The Housing Ombudsman Service is aware of the failings of H4W. So too Southwark Council and the Met Police. If you have any questions or need help, please reach out to Touchstone or our Housing Team. Staying connected Touchstone has responded to 4,840 contacts from residents and made 7,158 calls, texts, and emails to offer help, reminders, and support for timely rent payments.

Our action
We heard your concerns about anti-social behaviour at one of our properties, which included issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and excessive noise. In response, we acted quickly, working with the Police and residents in the property to manage the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence needed to take the matter to court. In November, we were granted possession of the flat in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone in need of a home, giving them the chance to contribute positively to the community. This outcome was only possible thanks to the fantastic joint working between residents, our team, and the police. It shows what we can achieve when we all work together in partnership. If you want to give us feedback or let us know what we are doing well, please call our Customer Service Team on 020 7501 6120. At Housing for Women, we take your feedback very seriously. Here’s how we have acted on it.

Housing For Women Gender Based Violence

Housing For Women Coercive Control of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist by Samantha Gibbs who started working in April 2022 led to MM invitation to ASB meeting in May. In June Trina Philbert who started working in May came to Alma Grove with Candy Smith from Southwark Adult Social Care. Candy Smith volunteered to mediate after visiting to interview my husband. After witnessing the DISREPAIR at the property that when she decided to mediate. Now Ms Gilchrist coerced her partner to target me especially since my husband died and I am on my own. There is also a HATE MOB operating in Alma Grove. The Metropolitan Police come to join them if they bother to turn up.

To Whom It May Concern

This is my EVIDENCE for K05EC530 about the role of Dr Phil Gregory gross professional misconduct in the case that resulted in his behaviour towards me in Mervelee Myers having access to NHS care. In the words of Nye Bevan, the founder of the NHS “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”.

I, must therefore use the death of JIMMY CARTER to highlight the story of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON and MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON ten (10) years Systemic Discrimination” after the death of my mother with dementia and go back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD coming up to his birthday on the 3rd January 2025.

I will therefore highlight the fact of how Mervelee Myers became a victim of the Legal System by answering YouTube breaching my RIGHTS whilst making money from my CONTENTS. Which Community is YouTube making safe? It might sound strange, but after YouTube removed another of my videos after Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain when he called my mobile and I recorded him. Let me say that I think Dr Phil Gregory is mixed up with Richard Harty Men in Childcare abusers operating out of the HOC LEYF Nurseries from 2010 when the Equality Act became law. I come to this conclusion after examining the patterns of behaviours of those involved in the latest episodes to deny my FREEDOM after the death of my husband on BYRON ward Kings College Hospital. The first Community that YouTube is making SAFE is the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of Richard Harty MIC and June O’Sullivan Drag Queen Story Tellers. The evidence has been removed by YouTube.

Why has YouTube limited some of their more POWERFUL FEATURES to MERVELEE MYERS CHANNELS? It’s simple to cover up the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of Richard Harty MIC. I did the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. On the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015, I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton I am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE. In 2024 District Judge Beecham is seeking Equality Act Assessor for the 7 March 2024 unlawful injunction to IMPRISON and EVICT me from the home I got because of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Let me prepare the world for my next book MERVELEE MYERS END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE IN SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE UK. As a Content Creator with two (2) Channels I am entitled not to be discriminated against. The fact that despite the CYBERBULLYING and attempts to take away my channels with MALICIOUS ALLEGATIONS and YouTube giving TROLLS access to target me, I am still holding on to my channels. YouTube is playing the same games as other social media platforms that have denied me access to my contents.

Channel History: Let me share my story about the social media that have harvested my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and CPPDP to make BRANDS. Facebook Groups 18 Pages Account were created from the summer of 2009 as “Community HUB” creating legacies from the foundations laid. 1. My Own Business Agenda Writer Likes 22 Foll 24. 2. In 2023 Facebook DISABLED my account claiming it was not AUTHENTIC. The same happened to my accounts with LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and my Website I created from scratch was stolen in 2012. The fact that as a single person who has worked tirelessly to provide the WORLD with information based on my self-styled “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave” I am going to claim that DJ Beecham be given this information by Counsel for the DEFENDANT as part of the EVIDENCE for the Equality Act Assessor whose report will be used for my RESEARCH about Richard Harty MIC that became the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of LEYF and the UEL. I will go into more details.

Community Guildelines: I am sure by now YouTube is aware of my INTENSIONS because I was explicit in my LIVE yesterday.

How this Impact my Channel: The fact that I have 2 Channels with 6:13K and 1:08K Subscribers that YouTube is monetizing speaks volumes about YouTube breaching my RIGHTS and SILENCING my voice to cover for the A-Z of ABUSERS targeting me online. Once Dr Phil Gregory reported me after I made his private call to my mobile public, YouTube started what is outlined below.

What YouTube did not realising is that I was monitoring the CYBERBULLYING via the emails sent to me, allowing trolls to target me, removing contents. This increased as soon as Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain to YouTube.

HOW TO RESTORE ACCESS TO ADVANCED FEATURES: How about YouTube stop CYBRBLLYING me and restore my videos with 28K and 13K and the video I paid £2440.00 to share my stories amongst others. How about YouTube start paying me from advertising on my CONTENTS that are relevant to current issues of MENTAL HEALTH and SEND. What more Positive Channel History do I need than getting 700K views on the video of my husband NEGLECTED in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Other contributors became CELEBRETIES on my channel as a result of engaging with the subject of ELDER ABUSE.

Community Guidelines: Sorry YouTube your Community Guidelines protect the A-Z of ABUSERS including Richard Harty PAEDOPHILE RINGS. And I am still trying to work out who Dr Phil Gregory is working for. If YouTube wants to know am putting a list together for my BOOK to be launched on my husband’s birthday for International Women’s Day. I want the world to understand that Ending Gender Based Violence works either way. Women abuse Men too because my neighbour who Housing for Women coerced has turned his respectable partner into a WOMAN HATING RACIST TERRORIST targeting me since 2022 when Zaiba Qureshi take over as CEO and employed Samantha Gibbs to do the dirty work as ASB targeting tenants who raised concerns. The same happened when June O’Sullivan became the CEO of Westminster Children Society changed to LEYF to dominate males and females.

Provide Video or ID Verification for Quicker Access: How about YouTube go find me online participating in RESEARCH with Dr Faith Matcham RADAR-CNS Kings College London for a start. Now I address DJ Beecham and Defendant’s Counsel saying I gave the Solicitor the link for the research, but he has no interest in using my information to resolve this matter. He is more interested in getting me IMPRISON and EVICTED as a MAD person. I will say no more about this at this time except ask Counsel to release the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024 to the Equality Act Assessor. Because I can be heard on the video recording that YouTube removed that I will be using Dr Phil Gregory report for RESEARCH. Dr Phil Gregory is not my psychiatrist as Devonshires Solicitors LLP alluded in their email to Counsel. Dr Phil Gregory failed to respond to the concerns raised.

Another area of concerns is Dr Phil Gregory and the Nurse unannounced visit to my home on the 21st November, the day after I was on the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel Zoom. I will end by saying in addition to my YouTube Channels that is all I am struggling to hold on to. I have Word Press and https://bio.site/fight4justice working on. As the author of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was signed at the launch of “A New Met for London” I will advise that Counsel for the Defendant make it available to DJ Beecham and the Equality Act Assessor.

I can point others to websites where I can be VERIFIED. Instead of THREATENING me to remove EVIDENCE from social media I have one question for Housing for Women. Who was the Minute Taker for the Customer Scrutiny Panel disbanded in 2020. How did I get on Housing Ombudsman Service Resident Panel?

Queen Camilla Tainted by Housing for Women: I will be using the 100-birthday card sent to my husband to highlight the fact of why DJ Beecham can use this opportunity to make changes to the miscarriages of justice I experienced starting at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust where I am now a Pensioner. Please explain why I do not have a GP for the third time. I can change the NARRATIVE and HISTORY of the UK as the face of ITV News page 1 for Windrush 70 and Composer of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET to name a few of my CREDENTIALS.

Kind regards

I, MERVELEE MYERS do not need to listen to this, but I must leave comments so the world is prepared for what’s coming next and how I intend to END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE based on the ITV News Queen Camilla Documentary featuring Housing For Women that was allowed to taint the name of the Monarchy. I am saying this because my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON received his 100 birthday card from the King and Queen and during the time that the documentary was being made my husband and I experienced “Multiple Discrimination” at the hands of the neighbour who was coerced by Housing For Women. Now that my husband is dead my MENTAL capacity is questioned.

I am the victim of HMCTS miscarriages of justice reason I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I had the first nervous breakdown working at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery.

The second nervous breakdown at http://www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia. I spent the last 10 years having my RIGHTS denied and exhausting the ET/EAT and CCMCC. Only to become the target of those that used my vulnerability of having disabilities against me. Then to my surprise I received a POSSESSION letter from Devonshires Solicitors LLP in July 2023.

I will end by saying the world will be informed about HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC HMPPS CLCC DBS relating to K05EC530 because any of the above mentioned that are party to the Systemic Discrimination will be published. I will start with District Judge Beecham whose decision to stick with this case gave me the lifeline to be able to have my voice heard. Because once again I have been sold out by the Legal Representation. In addition I am yet to collect the judgement from Barrister Ryan Clement.

Dear Mrs Myers, we’ve received your complaint and we’ll be in touch soon. To resolve this for you, we’ll look at the information we have and ask for more details if we need them. I, Mervelee Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson of “Sound Mind” of 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY widow of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson of 19 Wilson Road Camberwell London SE5 8PB Died on 8th April 2024 domiciled in England and Wales.

The Last Will and Testament of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson (An official copy of which is available from Amphlett Lissimore Greystoke House 80-86 Westow Street London SE19 3AF T: 02087715254 E: contact@allaw.co.uk W: http://www.allaw.co.uk) is the only proven and registered before Esther Omishore Trainee Solicitor and Becky O’Connel Probate Assistate.

The Admistration of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson’s estate cannot be granted by the court using an outdated WILL from 2012 when there is/was a new WILL dated 17th July 2023. Trevor

Anthony Tomlinson of the Property Address has knowingly or unknowly being made an Executor using an outdated WILL.

I am not aware of the gross value of the estate in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. But since Trevor Anthony Tomlinson get Lloyds Bank to contact me and Lloyds Bank is treating me like a CRIMINAL, I might have to consider applying my rights as the wife of AET to execute his final WISH that the estate be sold and shared 3 ways.

I am only interseted in getting back my money I spent. For my husband to have a Head Stone erected from the estate. I need money from the estate to continue with my husband’s brother care and help with his funeral. These are my husband’s wishes as he left money in the WILL Trevor used to gain probate for Melzie Tomlinson.

This an urgent message about one of your employees by the name of Joe Hooper who is residing at 16A Alma Grove London SE1 5PY with his partner Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. Because Mr Hooper acted like a gentleman with respect for me from the time he moved here, until 2022 when he joined his partner in the hate crimes against me and my elderly husband. I believe in giving everyone a chance to redeem themselves. Before I go public, I am giving his employers the opprtunity to safeguard their company from being associated with someone who has changed beyond recognition. Therefore, I would advise someone to talk to Mr Hooper and get back to me. I am reporting about the Gross Professional Misconduct on the 5th December 2024 when I arrived for the appointment to have my Medical Review about my Blood Test and what transpires afer. This must be considered part of the Complaints I am intending making and going PUBLIC to shame the NHS into not ever treating another human being the way Mervelee Myers and ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON were/are being treated from the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. Now a pensioner who raised concerns about witness my husband sliding out of bed, I was manhandled by the RACIST security Nurse Betty called. Gayle Lewis took 6 months to respond to my concerns. Then a Dr Phil Gregory appeared trying to entrap me with RESPIREDONE. I was called to the surgery and refused to take the medication because I discussed the matter over the phone when Dr Gregory called me from a private number sounding like Richard Harty which was a trigger for me. He visited my home on 21st November unannounced with the Nurse. Now a disabled pensioner do not have a GP again. Nye Bevan who founded the NHS in 1954 must be turning in his grave. Looking at what the NHS has become is a CRYING SHAME and DISGRACE in 2024 in the Mother Country. Queen Camilla has been tainted by Housing For Women and the book is coming for International Women’s Day and husband’s DOB after the kangaroo court on 7 March 2025…

I WAS KICKED OUT ON 5TH DECEMBER WHEN I ATTENDED FOR MY DIABETES REVIEW. THIS IS A CRYNG SHAME ON THE NHS FOUNDED BY NYE BEVAN IN 1948. I arrived at the Surgery on the 5th December for the appointment arranged for me for my Diabetes review. I tried signing in and after a few attempts went to speak to someone at Reception who asked if I was sure I have an appointed. She checked and said I was an INACTIVE PATIENT. I told her I am a new patient, she went away and came back saying I was no longer registered at the Surgery. I was in excruciating pains because my back was acting up as well as the ASB behaviour from the neighbour and others in my Road. I pleaded with the person to no avail. Another person came out to talk to me. As stated above I keep a “Defensive Practice” so some of the information is on record.
Because of my treatment I decided to give up some of my RIGHTS if it is even that as a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER I can at least get Medical Aid when needed. But to be treated this way by the Surgery because I refused to take the RESPIREDONE that Dr Phil Gregory is forcing me to take after his MEDICAL GASLIGHTING, STALKING me via private number call to my mobile, turning up at my home unannounced with his Nurse. Then getting YouTube to remove my video and Maudsley NHS to write me threatening letter. I would appreciate feedback about this matter. Because this will be used in my RESEARCH about GENDER BASED VIOLENCE. K05EC530 claims that I have an unspecified non-organic psychosis so I am wondering if the Surgery is involved with making this diagnosis. Because I am not aware of this on my Medical Reports before. Is the Surgery also responsible for prescribing any other medication other than the ATROVASTATIN and METFORMIN. I am not aware of any diagnosis of psychosis that may impact on whether I am considered to have or not have litigation and/or wookey capacity. I do not trust the Defendant’s Counsel and would be grateful to know what information from my Medical Report was shared with Dr Gregory or any other individuals or organisation intent on using my MENTAL HEALTH to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to make me unable to function. The question who was looking after my husband who died age 101 years and 1 month on BYRON ward at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. A word of advice to those trying to destroy me. Refer to Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham for why the Equality Act Assessor will be providing evidence for my book END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE in Housing for Women Property in UK. Queen Camilla has been tainted by H4W involvement in ITV Documentary. Because my husband was traumatised by Ms Gilchrist who was coerced by H4W to target us. I would be grateful if the Surgery could address these concerns ASAP so I can move on 10 years after my MOTHER died with DEMENTIA. Someone has to STAND UP SPEAK OUT about the treatment of WINDRUSH GENERATION. I do copy to safeguard my copyright and intellectual property.

Housing for Women champions female empowerment by providing and promoting affordable homes for women and gender-specific support services.

Since 1934, we have been working to build a more equal society for women, a world where everyone has a safe roof over their head regardless of circumstance, where violence against women is no longer tolerated. Our organisation’s roots go back to the suffragette movement. Housing for Women carries on in the footsteps of these early women’s rights campaigners, working with some of the most marginalised groups in the UK, such as trafficked womenwomen leaving prison and older women at risk of loneliness and isolation. Empowering women and challenging inequality are at the core of everything we do.

For over 40 years Housing for Women has been supporting women and children in London escaping domestic violence and abuse, empowering women to overcome trauma, rebuild their lives free from fear, and regain their independence.

Housing for Women’s roots go back to the suffragette movement

Founded in 1934, Housing for Women began as an employment bureau, providing informed help and advice to unemployed women looking for work in the 1930s Depression. The organisation expanded in our early years into providing accommodation, opening our first communal hostel for women in 1937. We later became a registered charity and a registered housing association, acquiring and building accommodation for women with families as well as single working women in London.

One of our earliest properties was gifted to us by the family of the artist and suffragette, Georgina Brackenbury. Previously, the building was used as a safe house for suffragettes fighting for the right to vote and is now home to some of our residents.

The property earned the nickname, ‘Mouse Castle’, from being used to shelter hunger-striking suffragettes following their release from prison under the government’s notorious ‘Cat and Mouse’ Act. Georgina Brackenbury painted a famous painting of Emmeline Pankhurst, a leader of the British suffragette movement, which still hangs in the National Gallery.

Today, empowering women and challenging inequality is still at the core of everything we do. Housing for Women carries on in the footsteps of these early women’s rights campaigners, working with some of the most marginalised groups in the UK, including survivors of abusetrafficked women and women leaving prison.

Helping women to gain independence has always been important to us, and we remain committed to helping women into work through offering training grants and supporting education and training.

A more detailed history of Housing for Women’s early years can be found in the book A Place of Her Own, published in 1983, which can be read online.

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) can
make life unpleasant and lead to an
increase in serious crimes. It also
causes residents to feel fearful in their
estates and neighbourhoods.
Addressing ASB is time-consuming and
often involves collaboration with agencies
like the Police and Courts to secure legal
outcomes.
Last year, our tenants reported 27 serious
(Category One) cases of ASB to us, along
with noise nuisance issues and aggressive
behaviour. 17 of these cases were closed,
with one tenant rehoused.
Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said:
We are committed to ensuring
every resident feels safe and
supported. By addressing
anti-social behaviour, we aim to build
inclusive communities where everyone

To Whom It May Concern

Listen to Dr Phil Gregory before he came to my house with his African Nurse on 21st November 2024. He claims he was concerned about my WELFARE. He tried forcing me to turn off the recording I was doing. Made mention about Policies and Procedures and Confidentiality. Well, I did not sign any confidentiality, and I was never given any P&P. I chased him out of my house without crossing over my BANNER. I don’t do PHYSICAL only VERBAL and knows what tone of voice to use with people like Dr Phil Gregory who is very much like Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper.

The fact I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20th November 2024 is proof that Dr Phil Gregory might be working across the board from www.leyf.org.uk to Housing for Women based on the email from Devonshires Solicitors LLP to my Solicitors. On reflections it seems as if Devonshires Solicitors LLP are using the same underhand tactics used on Stephen Agera to resign on this Solicitors “Without Prejudice”.

Let me make it clear that Dr Phil Gregory is NOT MERVELEE MYERS PSYCHIATRIST according to Devonshires Solicitors LLP. I was not prescribed any medication and is not on treatment. For the letter dated 18 December 2024 to say that the DEFENDANT is indicating that she is willing to engage with TREATMENT is as FALSE as Dr Phil Gregory’s REPORT. I was given information about RESPIREDONE and asked to see my GP. The Solicitor is aware I am without a GP, so who prescribed the MEDICATION?

I must advise the Solicitors to RELEASE my Medical FILE to the Court so DJ Beecham can see my ENGAGEMENTS with TREATMENT for my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments from I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety on the 18 July 2006. Domestic Abuse Services
For over 40 years,
Housing for Women has
been supporting women
and children in London
escaping domestic
violence and abuse.
Housing for Women appears
in ITV Documentary about
domestic abuse
Housing for Women was pleased to be featured in an
ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by HRH Queen
Camilla. The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th
November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates
working to end this crisis.
During her visit to one of our refuges, Queen
Camilla met with a survivor who was rebuilding
her life with the organisation’s support. The
Queen also spoke with our team about the
vital services they delivered to help women
escape violence and abuse.
Zaiba Qureshi, Chief Executive of Housing for
Women, said: “We were very pleased to
contribute to this crucial conversation and
to have HM Queen Camilla visit our refuge
services. Domestic abuse is an issue that
affects many, and it was essential that
survivor voices were amplified and given
a platform to be heard. We hoped this
documentary would raise awareness and
give courage to those experiencing abuse
to seek help.”
You can still catch the documentary on ITVX.

One year on: how Touchstone
Property Services has
supported our residents
As part of our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services to our
customers, Housing for Women partnered with Touchstone Property Services in
December 2023 to manage our rental income. We’re pleased to share that after a
year of working together, we’ve seen great results in supporting our residents and
managing rental income.
Here’s what we’ve achieved together:
Better rent
collection
Since December 2023, the number
of tenants in arrears has dropped by
41, and arrears have been reduced
by £93,000. This is thanks to
Touchstone’s proactive support for
our tenants.
Growing
the team
Touchstone has added an Income
Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide
even more support to residents. If
you have any questions about your
account, you can call Lucy directly
on 01225 259274. You can also
email h4w@touchstoneresi.co.uk.
Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing,
said:
We’re proud of
partnership with
Touchstone and
the positive
impact it has made for our
customers and our team.
Together, we’re working
to keep homes safe and
affordable for women in need.
If you have any questions or
need help, please reach out
to Touchstone or our Housing
Team.
Staying
connected
Touchstone has responded to
4,840 contacts from residents
and made 7,158 calls, texts, and
emails to offer help, reminders, and
support for timely rent payments.
You said, we did!
Our action
We heard your concerns about anti-social
behaviour at one of our properties, which included
issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and
excessive noise.
In response, we acted quickly, working with the
Police and residents in the property to manage
the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence
needed to take the matter to court.
In November, we were granted possession of the flat
in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has
stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone
in need of a home, giving them the chance to
contribute positively to the community.
This outcome was only possible thanks to the
fantastic joint working between residents, our team,
and the police. It shows what we can achieve when
we all work together in partnership.
If you want to give us feedback or let us
know what we are doing well, please call our
Customer Service Team on 020 7501 6120.
You can also email us at customer.service@

seriously. Here’s how we have acted on it.

Managing your finances during the Festive Season
Paying by direct debit can be a
simple and reliable choice, but
you can also choose other methods
such as standing order, online
banking, or PayPoint.
We understand that the festive
season can be an expensive time for
everyone. With the extra demands
on your budget, it’s important to
plan ahead and ensure you can pay
your rent and service charge on time.
Missing your rent payments could
result in added costs and even legal
action, which no one wants to face
in the New Year.

We often see an increase in women and children
reaching out for support during the festive period.

was disruptive and upsetting for tenantsYou said, we did!
Our action We heard your concerns about anti-social
behaviour at one of our properties, which included
issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and excessive noise.

Ealing team’s One-Stop-Shop success
In November, our Ealing Domestic Violence and Abuse team hosted another
fantastic One-Stop-Shop event, offering advice and support to women in the local area. The session welcomed a spokesperson from FORWARD, an African women-led women’s rights organisation working to end violence against women and girls. Carolyn McCarthy, Team Leader at Ealing DVLA said It was fantastic
to host another One-Stop-Shop event, offering local women vital advice and support. These events are always incredibly popular, showing the demand for
accessible, community focused services. We were honoured to have

Paying by direct debit can be a simple and reliable choice, but you can also choose other methods such as standing order, online ranking, or PayPoint.
We understand that the festive season can be an expensive time for everyone. With the extra demands on your budget, it’s important to plan ahead and ensure you can pay your rent and service charge on time. Missing your rent payments could result in added costs and even legal action, which no one wants to face in the New Year. MM wants those involved to listen keenly to Dr Phil Gregory as he ties himself up in knots… Those involved with Dr Phil Gregory Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny must take the time to analyse what he was saying. Let me emphasise that I was contacted by telephone and then letter by Dr Gregory to meet him at Marina House where I visited before for assessments. For those not in the know I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS put on BENEFITS that came with me having to do CAPABILTY for WORK ASSESSMENTS whenever required. I never missed any appointments.

After the meeting with Dr Gregory at Marina House he invited himself to my home and after giving him the documents from the SOLICITORS, he changed accusing me of making up things. Well, I guess he thinks I made up everything that happened from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.

I can pat myself on the back knowing that my recording will prove that Dr Phil Gregory is working with individuals and entire organisations including “Without Prejudice” those who are taking money to entrap me with RESPIREDONE. Reasons I don’t have a GP. I would advise anyone planning to trick me to look at how I survived one TRAGEDY after another.

I set up another website to share stories in addition to Amazon Self-Publishing, Word Press and going back LIVE BROADCASTING in the new year. Shame on those who allowed SATAN to take control of their lives. I will not back down children. Young people and vulnerable adults must be protected.

I will use my husband’s money what’s left from SCAMMING to use his birthday card from the King and Queen to celebrate his birthday and International Women’s Day a day after the Kangaroo Court presided over by DJ Beecham. I can make all go VIRAL and MAKE my HUSBAND MEMORABLE.

REFER TO

The Medical Review dated 1 November 2024 cannot be used because this is the IMAGINATION of Dr Phil Gregory who “Without Prejudice” must have been paid to make this diagnosis of an unspecified non-organic psychosis and the written medication prescribed is not for me. District Judge Bell requested a “Psychiatric Assessment” which Counsel for the Defendant arranged for Mervelee Myers. I attended the appointment on the 15th April 2024 and the ASSESSMENT was presented to COUNSEL and the BARRISTER. The solicitor ask the Psychiatrist to rewrite the ASSESSMENT.

Like how I was tricked into accepting the unlawful injunction with the argument that I need Legal Representatives to speak for me because the COURT will not allow me time to do so. I will not allow another Legal Team to make me a VICTIM again. I do not need to engage with the TREATMENT for RESPIREDONE because I do not have non-organic psychosis. The solicitor has done nothing to help me prove that am VICTIM of Housing For Women..

Upon the Court noting that the Defendant’s diagnosis of psyhosis may impact on whether she is considered to have or not have litigation and/or WOOKEY CAPACITY And UPON the Defendant’s Counsel indicating a capacity and WOOKEY Assessment will be sought and the Court noting the assessment should be at the earliest available opportunity. Let Merelee Myers put on record that this is breach of the HUMAN RIGHTS ACT and all laws legislation codes of practices and conduct. The Counsel for the Defendant is working with Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to deny my ENTITLEMENTS. In establishing whether I am GUILTY of K05EC530 the Court must consider why Counsel for the Defendant discarded the Psychiatric Assessment of their chosen Psychiatrist in favour of Dr Phil Gregory whose report is not FACTUAL. It is obvious that the Defendant’s Counsel is not trying to help me, but is intent on proving that am MAD. Therefore, we have to take what happened from the letter of POSSESSION sent

“Wookey Capacity” is a term used in legal context to describe a person’s specific capacity, particularly when they are suffering from a mental illness. It’s used in cases where the court is considering whether to make an injunction against someone who is hoarding…

The Court will not make an injunction if there is evidence that the person lacks the capacity to comply with the terms of the order…

The Court should not grant an injunction if the person is incapable of understanding what they are doing or that it is wrong…

The Court should consider whether the person can understand the terms of the injunction, what they are doing when they breach it, and that it would be wrong to do so…

“Wookey Capacity” is different from “litigation capacity” which is the ability to Understand information relevant to the litigation, Retain that information, Evaluate the information, and Communicate a decision.

A litigation mental capacity assessment is used to determine if someone has the mental capacity to take legal action

1. The trial of the possession claim listed on 13 December 2024 shall be adjourned to 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day to DJ Beecham, with a time estimate of one day. How insensitive a day before my husband’s DOB. The Strong Jamaican Woman whose book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE will celebrate husband on International Women’s Day with #EndGenderBasedViolence in Housing For Women Properties. The ITV Documentary with Queen Camilla will be referenced with my husband’s 100 Birthday CARD signed by the King and Queen. The world will be informed about how PTSD impacted on our QUALITY of life after we got married at Peckham Registrar and the death of my mother with dementia. The fact that the POSSESSION letter dated 13 July 2023 has an impact on why I called the number on the letter on the 17th July 2023 forms part of my arguments about breaches of the Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977. When am done with HMCTS criminals needing ERT, the violent nuisances….

2. Parties to file dates to avoid by 4pm 16 December 2024 for the period up until July 2025. The letter is dated 18 December 2024. Was this why the Solicitors keep calling my phone to TRICK me again claiming I was given INSTRUCTIONS? The Solicitor and Barrister have not consulted with me about this case. Each time I take relevant documents to his Office, he told me the DEFENCE is already submitted. So, how is Dr Phil Gregory Medical Gaslighting Report part of Mervelee Myers DEFENCE? Dr Phil Gregory is not my Psychiatrist. Who employed him?

First following the decision in Wookey v Wookey (1991) 3 WLR, an injunction should not be granted against a person who is incapable of understanding its terms or understanding what they were doing or that it was wrong by reason of incapacity. Considering I called the number on the POSSESSION letter dated 13 July 2023 to try and resolve the issue is testament to representing myself at the Employment Tribunal with KINGS without having any legal knowledge.

3. By 23 December 2024 the parties shall set out 3. By 23 December 2024 the parties shall set out in a joint summary, agreed if possible, the issues upon which the assesor’s input is required, to be referred to DJ Beecham immediately upon receipt https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=_vcnZ7w-qbhn0Lca. Mervelee Myers put on record the roles of HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC HMPPS CLCC DBS in the miscarriages of justice and disability discrimination from Kings College NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. Because am already online where I made my life “An Open Book” to help others by sharing how I survived “Childhood Traumas” of DISABILITY and POVERTY. I will therefore DEMAND that DJ Beecham take off the BLINDFOLD and #endgenderbasedviolence by her colleagues who targeted MERVELEE MYERS covering for the A-Z of ABUSERS. I have to consider pulishing my RESEARCH about http://www.leyf.org.uk where CEO June O’Sullivan sanctions the discrimination labelling me UURICA-LE after the death of my mother with dementia…

4. The Court shall appoint an Equality Act assesor for the trial. The following directions shall apply to the appointment of the assessor… Mervelee Myers must refeence HCT Group Impact Report 2016 where my photo is across from the statistics of 1. 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment 2. 600,000 older persons in the UK say they leave their homes once per week or less. If DJ Beecham is not updated about who MERVELEE MYERS is, I will tell her that HMCTS miscarriages of justice and disability discrimination will be referenced. I have no information about the ET with Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust except Judge Baron recognised me at the “Preliminary Hearing” with John Fenton March 2016. He sent my RACISM claim back and Judge Martin strike it out again. I do not mind a TRIAL with any appointed Equality Act assessor, but if they are anything like Dr Phil Gregory HMCTS is doomed to be exposed. Because I have had my ENTITLEMENTS taken, put on BENEFITS…

4A. Within 14 days of the Court fixing a trial date, the Court shall contact the Regional Employment Judge of the Central London Employment Tribunal, Victory House 30-34 Kings Way, London WC2B 6EX londoncentralethmcts.gsi.gov.uk to obtain details of assessors able to be present at trial. An appropriate assessor shall be appointed by the Court and the costs of the assessor shall be met by the Court and in accordance with the judicial remuneration rates at https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/750338/judicial-fees-2018-19.pdf.

Maybe its time Mervelee Myers is paid based on my QUALIFICATIONS TRAININGS EXPERIENCES at the rates of £58,000.00 the NDA that Judge Hidlebrand tried to stitch me up during the Telephone Conciliation with the CON MAN John Fenton who Barrister Samantha Gibbs got to represent LEYF as a solicitor. I was offerred £46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers for SENCO job in 2021 before Richard Harty called my phone…

The Court will notify the parties of the name of the proposed assessor, the matter in respect of which the assistance of the assessor will be sought and of the proposed assessor’s qualifications not less than 21 days before the making of the appointment.

Considering recent developments where I am not registered with a GP despite I am an NHS Pensioner with “Multiple Disabilities” let me introduce Nye Bevan the founder of the NHS 1948. No Soiety Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means.

I was refused Medical Aid by Silverlock Medical Centre on 5th December 2024 where I had an appointment for my Diabetes Review. SMC is located at Verney Road where 4 members of the same BLACK FAMILY were murdered inside their home by someone they knew. I am only able to escape the plots of DEBBIE GILCHRIST who was coerced by H4W. She locked me out on the 23rd October 2023 and only got access because I was accompanied home by Paul Morgan.

4C. Any party seeking to object to the appointment of the proposed assesor must do so within 7 days of receipt of the notification in paragraph (b) and such objection will be taken into account by the Court in decidng whether or not to make the appoinntment.

Let Mervelee Myers reference myself as “An Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave so DJ Beecham is forewarned that I will have to be gven time to question the assesor. Because I was TRICKED by Counsel that I will not be given time by the Court to share my story of 23 years of Debbie Gilchrist hate crimes coerced by Samantha Gibbs when she joined H4W in April and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May 2022. Counsel has not engaged with me in preparing for Court. Based on my experiences of representing myself at HMCTS, I am convinced I am a VICTIM of the LEGAL SYSTEMS to stop me revealing the TRUTHS about the A-Z of ABUSERS including UEL Richard Harty MIC mastermind and LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan Drag Queen…

I am calling on HMCTS to address the Judgement for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay me the amount owing. HMCTS must review all my claims that DJ Bell sent to CLCC including Ryan Clement.

All new claims that have made must be dealt with. We need to consider the Grenfell Tower Inquiry because Barrister Samantha Jones was given a reference by Judge Freer to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.
