To Whom It May Concern

This is my EVIDENCE for K05EC530 about the role of Dr Phil Gregory gross professional misconduct in the case that resulted in his behaviour towards me in Mervelee Myers having access to NHS care. In the words of Nye Bevan, the founder of the NHS “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”.

I, must therefore use the death of JIMMY CARTER to highlight the story of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON and MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON ten (10) years Systemic Discrimination” after the death of my mother with dementia and go back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD coming up to his birthday on the 3rd January 2025.

I will therefore highlight the fact of how Mervelee Myers became a victim of the Legal System by answering YouTube breaching my RIGHTS whilst making money from my CONTENTS. Which Community is YouTube making safe? It might sound strange, but after YouTube removed another of my videos after Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain when he called my mobile and I recorded him. Let me say that I think Dr Phil Gregory is mixed up with Richard Harty Men in Childcare abusers operating out of the HOC LEYF Nurseries from 2010 when the Equality Act became law. I come to this conclusion after examining the patterns of behaviours of those involved in the latest episodes to deny my FREEDOM after the death of my husband on BYRON ward Kings College Hospital. The first Community that YouTube is making SAFE is the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of Richard Harty MIC and June O’Sullivan Drag Queen Story Tellers. The evidence has been removed by YouTube.

Why has YouTube limited some of their more POWERFUL FEATURES to MERVELEE MYERS CHANNELS? It’s simple to cover up the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of Richard Harty MIC. I did the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. On the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015, I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton I am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE. In 2024 District Judge Beecham is seeking Equality Act Assessor for the 7 March 2024 unlawful injunction to IMPRISON and EVICT me from the home I got because of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Let me prepare the world for my next book MERVELEE MYERS END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE IN SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE UK. As a Content Creator with two (2) Channels I am entitled not to be discriminated against. The fact that despite the CYBERBULLYING and attempts to take away my channels with MALICIOUS ALLEGATIONS and YouTube giving TROLLS access to target me, I am still holding on to my channels. YouTube is playing the same games as other social media platforms that have denied me access to my contents.

Channel History: Let me share my story about the social media that have harvested my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and CPPDP to make BRANDS. Facebook Groups 18 Pages Account were created from the summer of 2009 as “Community HUB” creating legacies from the foundations laid. 1. My Own Business Agenda Writer Likes 22 Foll 24. 2. In 2023 Facebook DISABLED my account claiming it was not AUTHENTIC. The same happened to my accounts with LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and my Website I created from scratch was stolen in 2012. The fact that as a single person who has worked tirelessly to provide the WORLD with information based on my self-styled “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave” I am going to claim that DJ Beecham be given this information by Counsel for the DEFENDANT as part of the EVIDENCE for the Equality Act Assessor whose report will be used for my RESEARCH about Richard Harty MIC that became the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of LEYF and the UEL. I will go into more details.

Community Guildelines: I am sure by now YouTube is aware of my INTENSIONS because I was explicit in my LIVE yesterday.

How this Impact my Channel: The fact that I have 2 Channels with 6:13K and 1:08K Subscribers that YouTube is monetizing speaks volumes about YouTube breaching my RIGHTS and SILENCING my voice to cover for the A-Z of ABUSERS targeting me online. Once Dr Phil Gregory reported me after I made his private call to my mobile public, YouTube started what is outlined below.

What YouTube did not realising is that I was monitoring the CYBERBULLYING via the emails sent to me, allowing trolls to target me, removing contents. This increased as soon as Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain to YouTube.

HOW TO RESTORE ACCESS TO ADVANCED FEATURES: How about YouTube stop CYBRBLLYING me and restore my videos with 28K and 13K and the video I paid ยฃ2440.00 to share my stories amongst others. How about YouTube start paying me from advertising on my CONTENTS that are relevant to current issues of MENTAL HEALTH and SEND. What more Positive Channel History do I need than getting 700K views on the video of my husband NEGLECTED in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Other contributors became CELEBRETIES on my channel as a result of engaging with the subject of ELDER ABUSE.

Community Guidelines: Sorry YouTube your Community Guidelines protect the A-Z of ABUSERS including Richard Harty PAEDOPHILE RINGS. And I am still trying to work out who Dr Phil Gregory is working for. If YouTube wants to know am putting a list together for my BOOK to be launched on my husband’s birthday for International Women’s Day. I want the world to understand that Ending Gender Based Violence works either way. Women abuse Men too because my neighbour who Housing for Women coerced has turned his respectable partner into a WOMAN HATING RACIST TERRORIST targeting me since 2022 when Zaiba Qureshi take over as CEO and employed Samantha Gibbs to do the dirty work as ASB targeting tenants who raised concerns. The same happened when June O’Sullivan became the CEO of Westminster Children Society changed to LEYF to dominate males and females.

Provide Video or ID Verification for Quicker Access: How about YouTube go find me online participating in RESEARCH with Dr Faith Matcham RADAR-CNS Kings College London for a start. Now I address DJ Beecham and Defendant’s Counsel saying I gave the Solicitor the link for the research, but he has no interest in using my information to resolve this matter. He is more interested in getting me IMPRISON and EVICTED as a MAD person. I will say no more about this at this time except ask Counsel to release the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024 to the Equality Act Assessor. Because I can be heard on the video recording that YouTube removed that I will be using Dr Phil Gregory report for RESEARCH. Dr Phil Gregory is not my psychiatrist as Devonshires Solicitors LLP alluded in their email to Counsel. Dr Phil Gregory failed to respond to the concerns raised.

Another area of concerns is Dr Phil Gregory and the Nurse unannounced visit to my home on the 21st November, the day after I was on the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel Zoom. I will end by saying in addition to my YouTube Channels that is all I am struggling to hold on to. I have Word Press and https://bio.site/fight4justice working on. As the author of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was signed at the launch of “A New Met for London” I will advise that Counsel for the Defendant make it available to DJ Beecham and the Equality Act Assessor.

I can point others to websites where I can be VERIFIED. Instead of THREATENING me to remove EVIDENCE from social media I have one question for Housing for Women. Who was the Minute Taker for the Customer Scrutiny Panel disbanded in 2020. How did I get on Housing Ombudsman Service Resident Panel?

Queen Camilla Tainted by Housing for Women: I will be using the 100-birthday card sent to my husband to highlight the fact of why DJ Beecham can use this opportunity to make changes to the miscarriages of justice I experienced starting at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust where I am now a Pensioner. Please explain why I do not have a GP for the third time. I can change the NARRATIVE and HISTORY of the UK as the face of ITV News page 1 for Windrush 70 and Composer of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET to name a few of my CREDENTIALS.

Kind regards

I, MERVELEE MYERS do not need to listen to this, but I must leave comments so the world is prepared for what’s coming next and how I intend to END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE based on the ITV News Queen Camilla Documentary featuring Housing For Women that was allowed to taint the name of the Monarchy. I am saying this because my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON received his 100 birthday card from the King and Queen and during the time that the documentary was being made my husband and I experienced “Multiple Discrimination” at the hands of the neighbour who was coerced by Housing For Women. Now that my husband is dead my MENTAL capacity is questioned.

I am the victim of HMCTS miscarriages of justice reason I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I had the first nervous breakdown working at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery.

The second nervous breakdown at http://www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia. I spent the last 10 years having my RIGHTS denied and exhausting the ET/EAT and CCMCC. Only to become the target of those that used my vulnerability of having disabilities against me. Then to my surprise I received a POSSESSION letter from Devonshires Solicitors LLP in July 2023.

I will end by saying the world will be informed about HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC HMPPS CLCC DBS relating to K05EC530 because any of the above mentioned that are party to the Systemic Discrimination will be published. I will start with District Judge Beecham whose decision to stick with this case gave me the lifeline to be able to have my voice heard. Because once again I have been sold out by the Legal Representation. In addition I am yet to collect the judgement from Barrister Ryan Clement.

I, Mervelee Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson of “Sound Mind” of 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY widow of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson of 19 Wilson Road Camberwell London SE5 8PB Died on 8th April 2024 domiciled in England and Wales.

The Last Will and Testament of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson (An official copy of which is available from Amphlett Lissimore Greystoke House 80-86 Westow Street London SE19 3AF T: 02087715254 E: contact@allaw.co.uk W: http://www.allaw.co.uk) is the only proven and registered before Esther Omishore Trainee Solicitor and Becky O’Connel Probate Assistate.

The Admistration of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson’s estate cannot be granted by the court using an outdated WILL from 2012 when there is/was a new WILL dated 17th July 2023. Trevor

Anthony Tomlinson of the Property Address has knowingly or unknowly being made an Executor using an outdated WILL.

I am not aware of the gross value of the estate in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. But since Trevor Anthony Tomlinson get Lloyds Bank to contact me and Lloyds Bank is treating me like a CRIMINAL, I might have to consider applying my rights as the wife of AET to execute his final WISH that the estate be sold and shared 3 ways.

I am only interseted in getting back my money I spent. For my husband to have a Head Stone erected from the estate. I need money from the estate to continue with my husband’s brother care and help with his funeral. These are my husband’s wishes as he left money in the WILL Trevor used to gain probate for Melzie Tomlinson.

This an urgent message about one of your employees by the name of Joe Hooper who is residing at 16A Alma Grove London SE1 5PY with his partner Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. Because Mr Hooper acted like a gentleman with respect for me from the time he moved here, until 2022 when he joined his partner in the hate crimes against me and my elderly husband. I believe in giving everyone a chance to redeem themselves. Before I go public, I am giving his employers the opprtunity to safeguard their company from being associated with someone who has changed beyond recognition. Therefore, I would advise someone to talk to Mr Hooper and get back to me. I am reporting about the Gross Professional Misconduct on the 5th December 2024 when I arrived for the appointment to have my Medical Review about my Blood Test and what transpires afer. This must be considered part of the Complaints I am intending making and going PUBLIC to shame the NHS into not ever treating another human being the way Mervelee Myers and ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON were/are being treated from the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. Now a pensioner who raised concerns about witness my husband sliding out of bed, I was manhandled by the RACIST security Nurse Betty called. Gayle Lewis took 6 months to respond to my concerns. Then a Dr Phil Gregory appeared trying to entrap me with RESPIREDONE. I was called to the surgery and refused to take the medication because I discussed the matter over the phone when Dr Gregory called me from a private number sounding like Richard Harty which was a trigger for me. He visited my home on 21st November unannounced with the Nurse. Now a disabled pensioner do not have a GP again. Nye Bevan who founded the NHS in 1954 must be turning in his grave. Looking at what the NHS has become is a CRYING SHAME and DISGRACE in 2024 in the Mother Country. Queen Camilla has been tainted by Housing For Women and the book is coming for International Women’s Day and husband’s DOB after the kangaroo court on 7 March 2025โ€ฆ

I WAS KICKED OUT ON 5TH DECEMBER WHEN I ATTENDED FOR MY DIABETES REVIEW. THIS IS A CRYNG SHAME ON THE NHS FOUNDED BY NYE BEVAN IN 1948. I arrived at the Surgery on the 5th December for the appointment arranged for me for my Diabetes review. I tried signing in and after a few attempts went to speak to someone at Reception who asked if I was sure I have an appointed. She checked and said I was an INACTIVE PATIENT. I told her I am a new patient, she went away and came back saying I was no longer registered at the Surgery. I was in excruciating pains because my back was acting up as well as the ASB behaviour from the neighbour and others in my Road. I pleaded with the person to no avail. Another person came out to talk to me. As stated above I keep a “Defensive Practice” so some of the information is on record.
Because of my treatment I decided to give up some of my RIGHTS if it is even that as a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER I can at least get Medical Aid when needed. But to be treated this way by the Surgery because I refused to take the RESPIREDONE that Dr Phil Gregory is forcing me to take after his MEDICAL GASLIGHTING, STALKING me via private number call to my mobile, turning up at my home unannounced with his Nurse. Then getting YouTube to remove my video and Maudsley NHS to write me threatening letter. I would appreciate feedback about this matter. Because this will be used in my RESEARCH about GENDER BASED VIOLENCE. K05EC530 claims that I have an unspecified non-organic psychosis so I am wondering if the Surgery is involved with making this diagnosis. Because I am not aware of this on my Medical Reports before. Is the Surgery also responsible for prescribing any other medication other than the ATROVASTATIN and METFORMIN. I am not aware of any diagnosis of psychosis that may impact on whether I am considered to have or not have litigation and/or wookey capacity. I do not trust the Defendant’s Counsel and would be grateful to know what information from my Medical Report was shared with Dr Gregory or any other individuals or organisation intent on using my MENTAL HEALTH to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to make me unable to function. The question who was looking after my husband who died age 101 years and 1 month on BYRON ward at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. A word of advice to those trying to destroy me. Refer to Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham for why the Equality Act Assessor will be providing evidence for my book END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE in Housing for Women Property in UK. Queen Camilla has been tainted by H4W involvement in ITV Documentary. Because my husband was traumatised by Ms Gilchrist who was coerced by H4W to target us. I would be grateful if the Surgery could address these concerns ASAP so I can move on 10 years after my MOTHER died with DEMENTIA. Someone has to STAND UP SPEAK OUT about the treatment of WINDRUSH GENERATION. I do copy to safeguard my copyright and intellectual property.

Housing for Women champions female empowerment by providing and promoting affordable homes for women and gender-specific support services.

Since 1934, we have been working to build a more equal society for women, a world where everyone has a safe roof over their head regardless of circumstance, where violence against women is no longer tolerated. Our organisationโ€™s roots go back to the suffragette movement. Housing for Women carries on in the footsteps of these early womenโ€™s rights campaigners, working with some of the most marginalised groups in the UK, such as trafficked womenwomen leaving prison and older women at risk of loneliness and isolation. Empowering women and challenging inequality are at the core of everything we do.

For over 40 years Housing for Women has been supporting women and children in London escaping domestic violence and abuse, empowering women to overcome trauma, rebuild their lives free from fear, and regain their independence.

Housing for Womenโ€™s roots go back to the suffragette movement

Founded in 1934, Housing for Women began as an employment bureau, providing informed help and advice to unemployed women looking for work in the 1930s Depression. The organisation expanded in our early years into providing accommodation, opening our first communal hostel for women in 1937. We later became a registered charity and a registered housing association, acquiring and building accommodation for women with families as well as single working women in London.

One of our earliest properties was gifted to us by the family of the artist and suffragette, Georgina Brackenbury. Previously, the building was used as a safe house for suffragettes fighting for the right to vote and is now home to some of our residents.

The property earned the nickname, โ€˜Mouse Castleโ€™, from being used to shelter hunger-striking suffragettes following their release from prison under the governmentโ€™s notorious โ€˜Cat and Mouseโ€™ Act. Georgina Brackenbury painted a famous painting of Emmeline Pankhurst, a leader of the British suffragette movement, which still hangs in the National Gallery.

Today, empowering women and challenging inequality is still at the core of everything we do. Housing for Women carries on in the footsteps of these early womenโ€™s rights campaigners, working with some of the most marginalised groups in the UK, including survivors of abusetrafficked women and women leaving prison.

Helping women to gain independence has always been important to us, and we remain committed to helping women into work through offering training grants and supporting education and training.

For a walk through our history, you can view the slideshow below

A more detailed history of Housing for Women’s early years can be found in the book A Place of Her Own, published in 1983, which can be read online.

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) can
make life unpleasant and lead to an
increase in serious crimes. It also
causes residents to feel fearful in their
estates and neighbourhoods.
Addressing ASB is time-consuming and
often involves collaboration with agencies
like the Police and Courts to secure legal
outcomes.
Last year, our tenants reported 27 serious
(Category One) cases of ASB to us, along
with noise nuisance issues and aggressive
behaviour. 17 of these cases were closed,
with one tenant rehoused.
Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said:
We are committed to ensuring
every resident feels safe and
supported. By addressing
anti-social behaviour, we aim to build
inclusive communities where everyone

To Whom It May Concern

Listen to Dr Phil Gregory before he came to my house with his African Nurse on 21st November 2024. He claims he was concerned about my WELFARE. He tried forcing me to turn off the recording I was doing. Made mention about Policies and Procedures and Confidentiality. Well, I did not sign any confidentiality, and I was never given any P&P. I chased him out of my house without crossing over my BANNER. I don’t do PHYSICAL only VERBAL and knows what tone of voice to use with people like Dr Phil Gregory who is very much like Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper.

The fact I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20th November 2024 is proof that Dr Phil Gregory might be working across the board from www.leyf.org.uk to Housing for Women based on the email from Devonshires Solicitors LLP to my Solicitors. On reflections it seems as if Devonshires Solicitors LLP are using the same underhand tactics used on Stephen Agera to resign on this Solicitors “Without Prejudice”.

Let me make it clear that Dr Phil Gregory is NOT MERVELEE MYERS PSYCHIATRIST according to Devonshires Solicitors LLP. I was not prescribed any medication and is not on treatment. For the letter dated 18 December 2024 to say that the DEFENDANT is indicating that she is willing to engage with TREATMENT is as FALSE as Dr Phil Gregory’s REPORT. I was given information about RESPIREDONE and asked to see my GP. The Solicitor is aware I am without a GP, so who prescribed the MEDICATION?

I must advise the Solicitors to RELEASE my Medical FILE to the Court so DJ Beecham can see my ENGAGEMENTS with TREATMENT for my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments from I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety on the 18 July 2006. Because the fact I was sent POSSESSION letter in July 2024 will have bearings on the case on 7 May 2025. I called Narin Masera on 17th July date husband signed his last WILL. https://youtu.be/F5kQOYWYSPQ?si=QRHZkqS3Ct2TfpLS

I would appreciate in the future if I am consulted before making me a SCAPEGOAT. Because Dr Phil Gregory went to YouTube using PRIVACY to remove my video when he called covering his TRACKS. Well let Dr Phil Gregory know he sounds like Richard Harty and I will be publishing my RESEARCH about him in 2025.

Domestic Abuse Services
For over 40 years,
Housing for Women has
been supporting women
and children in London
escaping domestic
violence and abuse.
Housing for Women appears
in ITV Documentary about
domestic abuse
Housing for Women was pleased to be featured in an
ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by HRH Queen
Camilla. The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th
November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates
working to end this crisis.
During her visit to one of our refuges, Queen
Camilla met with a survivor who was rebuilding
her life with the organisationโ€™s support. The
Queen also spoke with our team about the
vital services they delivered to help women
escape violence and abuse.
Zaiba Qureshi, Chief Executive of Housing for
Women, said: โ€œWe were very pleased to
contribute to this crucial conversation and
to have HM Queen Camilla visit our refuge
services. Domestic abuse is an issue that
affects many, and it was essential that
survivor voices were amplified and given
a platform to be heard. We hoped this
documentary would raise awareness and
give courage to those experiencing abuse
to seek help.โ€
You can still catch the documentary on ITVX.

One year on: how Touchstone
Property Services has
supported our residents
As part of our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services to our
customers, Housing for Women partnered with Touchstone Property Services in
December 2023 to manage our rental income. Weโ€™re pleased to share that after a
year of working together, weโ€™ve seen great results in supporting our residents and
managing rental income.
Hereโ€™s what weโ€™ve achieved together:
Better rent
collection
Since December 2023, the number
of tenants in arrears has dropped by
41, and arrears have been reduced
by ยฃ93,000. This is thanks to
Touchstoneโ€™s proactive support for
our tenants.
Growing
the team
Touchstone has added an Income
Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide
even more support to residents. If
you have any questions about your
account, you can call Lucy directly
on 01225 259274. You can also
email h4w@touchstoneresi.co.uk.
Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing,
said:
Weโ€™re proud of
partnership with
Touchstone and
the positive
impact it has made for our
customers and our team.
Together, weโ€™re working
to keep homes safe and
affordable for women in need.
If you have any questions or
need help, please reach out
to Touchstone or our Housing
Team.
Staying
connected
Touchstone has responded to
4,840 contacts from residents
and made 7,158 calls, texts, and
emails to offer help, reminders, and
support for timely rent payments.
You said, we did!
Our action
We heard your concerns about anti-social
behaviour at one of our properties, which included
issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and
excessive noise.
In response, we acted quickly, working with the
Police and residents in the property to manage
the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence
needed to take the matter to court.
In November, we were granted possession of the flat
in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has
stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone
in need of a home, giving them the chance to
contribute positively to the community.
This outcome was only possible thanks to the
fantastic joint working between residents, our team,
and the police. It shows what we can achieve when
we all work together in partnership.

know what we are doing well, please call our

Managing your finances during the Festive Season
Paying by direct debit can be a
simple and reliable choice, but
you can also choose other methods
such as standing order, online
banking, or PayPoint.
We understand that the festive
season can be an expensive time for
everyone. With the extra demands
on your budget, itโ€™s important to
plan ahead and ensure you can pay
your rent and service charge on time.
Missing your rent payments could
result in added costs and even legal
action, which no one wants to face
in the New Year.

12 Keeping you informed Domestic Abuse Services For over 40 years, Housing for Women has been supporting women and children in London escaping domestic violence and abuse. Housing for Women appears in ITV Documentary about domestic abuse. Housing for Women was pleased to be featured in an
ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by HRH Queen Camilla. The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates working to end this crisis. MM Response: H4W will be exposed in Mervelee Myers RESEARCH. During her visit to one of our refuges, Queen Camilla met with a survivor who was rebuilding her life with the organisationโ€™s support. MM Response: If Queen Camilla is not careful she will be known as the QUEEN who supported H4W with destroying the lives of WOMEN who raised legitimate complaints about DISCRIMINATION. The Queen also spoke with our team about the vital services they delivered to help women
escape violence and abuse. Zaiba Qureshi, Chief Executive of Housing for
Women, said: โ€œWe were very pleased to contribute to this crucial conversation and to have HM Queen Camilla visit our refuge services. Domestic abuse is an issue that affects many, and it was essential that survivor voices were amplified and given a platform to be heard. We hoped this documentary would raise awareness and give courage to those experiencing abuse to seek help.โ€
You can still catch the documentary on ITVX.

One year on: how Touchstone
Property Services has supported our residents. As part of our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services to our customers, Housing for Women partnered with Touchstone Property Services in December 2023 to manage our rental income. Weโ€™re pleased to share that after a year of working together, weโ€™ve seen great results in supporting our residents and managing rental income.
Hereโ€™s what weโ€™ve achieved together:
Better rent
collection
Since December 2023, the number of tenants in arrears has dropped by
41, and arrears have been reduced by ยฃ93,000. This is thanks to
Touchstoneโ€™s proactive support for our tenants.
Growing the team Touchstone has added an Income
Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide even more support to residents. If
you have any questions about your account, you can call Lucy directly
on 01225 259274. You can also email h4w@touchstoneresi.co.uk.
Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said: Weโ€™re proud of partnership with Touchstone and the positive impact it has made for our customers and our team. Together, weโ€™re working to keep homes safe and affordable for women in need.
If you have any questions or need help, please reach out to Touchstone or our Housing Team.
Staying connected Touchstone has responded to 4,840 contacts from residents and made 7,158 calls, texts, and emails to offer help, reminders, and
support for timely rent payments.
You said, we did!
Our action
We heard your concerns about anti-social behaviour at one of our properties, which included issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and excessive noise. In response, we acted quickly, working with the Police and residents in the property to manage the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence needed to take the matter to court. In November, we were granted possession of the flat in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone in need of a home, giving them the chance to
contribute positively to the community. This outcome was only possible thanks to the fantastic joint working between residents, our team, and the police. It shows what we can achieve when we all work together in partnership. If you want to give us feedback or let us know what we are doing well, please call our
Customer Service Team on 020 7501 6120.

Carolyn McCarthy, Team Leader at Ealing DVLA said It was fantastic
to host another One-Stop-Shop event, offering local women vital advice and support. These events are always incredibly popular, showing the demand for

Managing your finances during the Festive Season
Paying by direct debit can be a simple and reliable choice, but you can also choose other methods such as standing order, online ranking, or PayPoint.
We understand that the festive season can be an expensive time for everyone. With the extra demands on your budget, itโ€™s important to plan ahead and ensure you can pay your rent and service charge on time. Missing your rent payments could result in added costs and even legal action, which no one wants to face in the New Year. For more information on how to pay your rent, visit our website by scanning the QR code below. Christmas: a time for togetherness, but support is here if you need it Christmas is a time we often associate with joy, celebration, and spending time with loved ones. But for many, the festive season can also bring added pressures. The strain of managing finances, expectations, and family dynamics can feel overwhelming. Sadly, for some people, this time of year becomes even more challenging due to the risk
of domestic violence and abuse. We often see an increase in women and children reaching out for support during the festive period. If you or someone you know needs help, please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out. For more information, call our Ealing Referral and Advice line on 020 4513 9678 or email referrals_edva@h4w.

MM wants those involved to listen keenly to Dr Phil Gregory as he ties himself up in knots… Those involved with Dr Phil Gregory Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny must take the time to analyse what he was saying. Let me emphasise that I was contacted by telephone and then letter by Dr Gregory to meet him at Marina House where I visited before for assessments. For those not in the know I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS put on BENEFITS that came with me having to do CAPABILTY for WORK ASSESSMENTS whenever required. I never missed any appointments.

After the meeting with Dr Gregory at Marina House he invited himself to my home and after giving him the documents from the SOLICITORS, he changed accusing me of making up things. Well, I guess he thinks I made up everything that happened from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.

I can pat myself on the back knowing that my recording will prove that Dr Phil Gregory is working with individuals and entire organisations including “Without Prejudice” those who are taking money to entrap me with RESPIREDONE. Reasons I don’t have a GP. I would advise anyone planning to trick me to look at how I survived one TRAGEDY after another.

I set up another website to share stories in addition to Amazon Self-Publishing, Word Press and going back LIVE BROADCASTING in the new year. Shame on those who allowed SATAN to take control of their lives. I will not back down children. Young people and vulnerable adults must be protected.

I will use my husband’s money what’s left from SCAMMING to use his birthday card from the King and Queen to celebrate his birthday and International Women’s Day a day after the Kangaroo Court presided over by DJ Beecham. I can make all go VIRAL and MAKE my HUSBAND MEMORABLE.

REFER TO

The Medical Review dated 1 November 2024 cannot be used because this is the IMAGINATION of Dr Phil Gregory who “Without Prejudice” must have been paid to make this diagnosis of an unspecified non-organic psychosis and the written medication prescribed is not for me. District Judge Bell requested a “Psychiatric Assessment” which Counsel for the Defendant arranged for Mervelee Myers. I attended the appointment on the 15th April 2024 and the ASSESSMENT was presented to COUNSEL and the BARRISTER. The solicitor ask the Psychiatrist to rewrite the ASSESSMENT.

Like how I was tricked into accepting the unlawful injunction with the argument that I need Legal Representatives to speak for me because the COURT will not allow me time to do so. I will not allow another Legal Team to make me a VICTIM again. I do not need to engage with the TREATMENT for RESPIREDONE because I do not have non-organic psychosis. The solicitor has done nothing to help me prove that am VICTIM of Housing For Women..

Upon the Court noting that the Defendant’s diagnosis of psyhosis may impact on whether she is considered to have or not have litigation and/or WOOKEY CAPACITY And UPON the Defendant’s Counsel indicating a capacity and WOOKEY Assessment will be sought and the Court noting the assessment should be at the earliest available opportunity. Let Merelee Myers put on record that this is breach of the HUMAN RIGHTS ACT and all laws legislation codes of practices and conduct. The Counsel for the Defendant is working with Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to deny my ENTITLEMENTS. In establishing whether I am GUILTY of K05EC530 the Court must consider why Counsel for the Defendant discarded the Psychiatric Assessment of their chosen Psychiatrist in favour of Dr Phil Gregory whose report is not FACTUAL. It is obvious that the Defendant’s Counsel is not trying to help me, but is intent on proving that am MAD. Therefore, we have to take what happened from the letter of POSSESSION sent

“Wookey Capacity” is a term used in legal context to describe a person’s specific capacity, particularly when they are suffering from a mental illness. It’s used in cases where the court is considering whether to make an injunction against someone who is hoarding…

The Court will not make an injunction if there is evidence that the person lacks the capacity to comply with the terms of the order…

The Court should not grant an injunction if the person is incapable of understanding what they are doing or that it is wrong…

The Court should consider whether the person can understand the terms of the injunction, what they are doing when they breach it, and that it would be wrong to do so…

“Wookey Capacity” is different from “litigation capacity” which is the ability to Understand information relevant to the litigation, Retain that information, Evaluate the information, and Communicate a decision.

A litigation mental capacity assessment is used to determine if someone has the mental capacity to take legal action

1. The trial of the possession claim listed on 13 December 2024 shall be adjourned to 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day to DJ Beecham, with a time estimate of one day. How insensitive a day before my husband’s DOB. The Strong Jamaican Woman whose book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE will celebrate husband on International Women’s Day with #EndGenderBasedViolence in Housing For Women Properties. The ITV Documentary with Queen Camilla will be referenced with my husband’s 100 Birthday CARD signed by the King and Queen. The world will be informed about how PTSD impacted on our QUALITY of life after we got married at Peckham Registrar and the death of my mother with dementia. The fact that the POSSESSION letter dated 13 July 2023 has an impact on why I called the number on the letter on the 17th July 2023 forms part of my arguments about breaches of the Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977. When am done with HMCTS criminals needing ERT, the violent nuisancesโ€ฆ.

2. Parties to file dates to avoid by 4pm 16 December 2024 for the period up until July 2025. The letter is dated 18 December 2024. Was this why the Solicitors keep calling my phone to TRICK me again claiming I was given INSTRUCTIONS? The Solicitor and Barrister have not consulted with me about this case. Each time I take relevant documents to his Office, he told me the DEFENCE is already submitted. So, how is Dr Phil Gregory Medical Gaslighting Report part of Mervelee Myers DEFENCE? Dr Phil Gregory is not my Psychiatrist. Who employed him?

First following the decision in Wookey v Wookey (1991) 3 WLR, an injunction should not be granted against a person who is incapable of understanding its terms or understanding what they were doing or that it was wrong by reason of incapacity. Considering I called the number on the POSSESSION letter dated 13 July 2023 to try and resolve the issue is testament to representing myself at the Employment Tribunal with KINGS without having any legal knowledge.

3. By 23 December 2024 the parties shall set out 3. By 23 December 2024 the parties shall set out in a joint summary, agreed if possible, the issues upon which the assesor’s input is required, to be referred to DJ Beecham immediately upon receipt https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=_vcnZ7w-qbhn0Lca. Mervelee Myers put on record the roles of HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC HMPPS CLCC DBS in the miscarriages of justice and disability discrimination from Kings College NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. Because am already online where I made my life “An Open Book” to help others by sharing how I survived “Childhood Traumas” of DISABILITY and POVERTY. I will therefore DEMAND that DJ Beecham take off the BLINDFOLD and #endgenderbasedviolence by her colleagues who targeted MERVELEE MYERS covering for the A-Z of ABUSERS. I have to consider pulishing my RESEARCH about http://www.leyf.org.uk where CEO June O’Sullivan sanctions the discrimination labelling me UURICA-LE after the death of my mother with dementia…

4. The Court shall appoint an Equality Act assesor for the trial. The following directions shall apply to the appointment of the assessor… Mervelee Myers must refeence HCT Group Impact Report 2016 where my photo is across from the statistics of 1. 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment 2. 600,000 older persons in the UK say they leave their homes once per week or less. If DJ Beecham is not updated about who MERVELEE MYERS is, I will tell her that HMCTS miscarriages of justice and disability discrimination will be referenced. I have no information about the ET with Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust except Judge Baron recognised me at the “Preliminary Hearing” with John Fenton March 2016. He sent my RACISM claim back and Judge Martin strike it out again. I do not mind a TRIAL with any appointed Equality Act assessor, but if they are anything like Dr Phil Gregory HMCTS is doomed to be exposed. Because I have had my ENTITLEMENTS taken, put on BENEFITS…

4A. Within 14 days of the Court fixing a trial date, the Court shall contact the Regional Employment Judge of the Central London Employment Tribunal, Victory House 30-34 Kings Way, London WC2B 6EX londoncentralethmcts.gsi.gov.uk to obtain details of assessors able to be present at trial. An appropriate assessor shall be appointed by the Court and the costs of the assessor shall be met by the Court and in accordance with the judicial remuneration rates at https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/750338/judicial-fees-2018-19.pdf.

Maybe its time Mervelee Myers is paid based on my QUALIFICATIONS TRAININGS EXPERIENCES at the rates of ยฃ58,000.00 the NDA that Judge Hidlebrand tried to stitch me up during the Telephone Conciliation with the CON MAN John Fenton who Barrister Samantha Gibbs got to represent LEYF as a solicitor. I was offerred ยฃ46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers for SENCO job in 2021 before Richard Harty called my phone…

The Court will notify the parties of the name of the proposed assessor, the matter in respect of which the assistance of the assessor will be sought and of the proposed assessor’s qualifications not less than 21 days before the making of the appointment.

Considering recent developments where I am not registered with a GP despite I am an NHS Pensioner with “Multiple Disabilities” let me introduce Nye Bevan the founder of the NHS 1948. No Soiety Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means.

I was refused Medical Aid by Silverlock Medical Centre on 5th December 2024 where I had an appointment for my Diabetes Review. SMC is located at Verney Road where 4 members of the same BLACK FAMILY were murdered inside their home by someone they knew. I am only able to escape the plots of DEBBIE GILCHRIST who was coerced by H4W. She locked me out on the 23rd October 2023 and only got access because I was accompanied home by Paul Morgan.

4C. Any party seeking to object to the appointment of the proposed assesor must do so within 7 days of receipt of the notification in paragraph (b) and such objection will be taken into account by the Court in decidng whether or not to make the appoinntment.

Let Mervelee Myers reference myself as “An Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave so DJ Beecham is forewarned that I will have to be gven time to question the assesor. Because I was TRICKED by Counsel that I will not be given time by the Court to share my story of 23 years of Debbie Gilchrist hate crimes coerced by Samantha Gibbs when she joined H4W in April and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May 2022. Counsel has not engaged with me in preparing for Court. Based on my experiences of representing myself at HMCTS, I am convinced I am a VICTIM of the LEGAL SYSTEMS to stop me revealing the TRUTHS about the A-Z of ABUSERS including UEL Richard Harty MIC mastermind and LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan Drag Queen…

5. The Claimant has permission to file and serve any updating evidence 21 days before the trial. As Housing Ombudsman Services Resident Panel member Mervelee Myers will exercise my RIGHTS by demanding that HOS has been served with a Claim.

I am calling on HMCTS to address the Judgement for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay me the amount owing. HMCTS must review all my claims that DJ Bell sent to CLCC including Ryan Clement.

All new claims that have made must be dealt with. We need to consider the Grenfell Tower Inquiry because Barrister Samantha Jones was given a reference by Judge Freer to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.

The fact that H4W was featured in ITV Documentary with Queen Camilla to was done over a year, I call on DJ Beecham to investigate the role of Devonshires Soliitors LLP in the number of H4W tenants isued with unlawful injnction and are gagged by contempt of court with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION.

HMCTS must examine the roles of Housing For Women Devonshires Solicitors LLP in this matter. To start with the POSSESSION letter of July 2023 that I tried to address on the 17th via a telephone call to Narin Mesera. The WILL dated 17th July 2023 signed by my husband will be key factor.

Dear Mervelee,

For this festive issue we’re sharing two updates from teams that youโ€™ve helped this winter; how you shaped this yearโ€™s Christmas Thanking Campaign and how you influenced our Winter Cash Appeal.

We’ll see you on Tuesday 7 January for our first newsletter of 2025 and wish you a restful festive break.

Best wishes,Jozie on behalf of the Patient Involvement TeamVisit our opportunities page to see the latest ways to get involved

Help shape our new inclusion web pageWeโ€™ve created a new web page to provide information on equality, inclusion and diversity in involvement, and to support people affected by cancer to get involved in our work.

We’d like your feedback to help us make the page clear and informative so that people who are unsure about getting involved in our work feel more confident.Look at our new (DRAFT) web pageShare your feedback

Our final Christmas Thanking Card โ€“ designed with people affected by cancerShaping our Christmas Thanking CampaignChristmas is a nice time to reflect on the importance of our supporters and how we thank them for their loyalty over the past 12 months. Our Loyalty and Cultivation team worked with our Online Cancer Insight Panel to help develop a โ€˜Christmas Thanking Campaignโ€™ which includes, thanking cards, emails, SMS, telemarketing and social media posts.

You shared valuable feedback, which helped us make our communications more accessible and engaging to our supporters. Hereโ€™s a summary of how our panelโ€™s insight made a difference:

THANKING CARDS
You liked the different personal stories, types of cancer being mentioned and positive messaging in the card, but felt that we used too much text. You liked the bright colourful designs but felt the card wasnโ€™t very Christmassy.

We created three versions of our thanking cards including different patient stories. We ensured that the messaging in the cards is positive whilst ensuring that we are acknowledging how the festive season can be difficult for many who are closely affected by cancer. Our in-house designers continued to reflect our theme of unwrapping scientific discoveries and powering breakthroughs thanks to our supporters and introduced more festive elements to the card. Weโ€™ve worked carefully to ensure that it is inclusive of those who celebrate Christmas and those who donโ€™t.

THANKING EMAILS
You liked how we recognised your support and shared that youโ€™d like to see more detail about new groundbreaking progress. You felt the content was too long and youโ€™d like it to feel more festive.

Weโ€™ve shortened the copy to ensure the emails are user-friendly and easy to digest. Weโ€™ve also included festive emojis in the email subject lines, ensured our graphics incorporate classic festive themes and included new discoveries in science research within the researcher article sections. Weโ€™re sending personalised versions of the email tailored to how the individual supports Cancer Research UK. For example, we now have a version for our regular monthly donors, for those giving to restricted funds (bowel, lung and children and young people’s cancers) and for those supporting the BowelBabe Fund.

Thank you again for all your thoughtful contributions. Here at Cancer Research UK, this is what matters most, hearing directly from those affected by cancer to make our branding and messaging as powerful as possible.

Warmest wishes from everyone at Cancer Research UK.

A person looking through a microscope2024 Winter Cash AppealInfluencing the look and feel of our campaignThe Individual Giving team worked closely with our Online Cancer Insight Panel to develop our 2024 Winter Cash Appeal. The appeal is sent out via email to 900,000 existing Cancer Research UK supporters with the aim to inspire our supporters to make a one-off donation to fund our life-saving research. If opt-ed in, you may have received these emails earlier this month!

As the emails were sent to many people and at a time of year that can be sensitive to people affected by cancer, we wanted to gather feedback from patients and loved ones, to ensure our communications felt appropriate with the right tone of voice.

Your feedback helped shape our appeal content in several ways:IMPROVED THE IMAGERY
You wanted a better-quality graphic at the start of the email. We updated the graphic at the top of email and reviewed imagery to ensure they were high quality.
HELPED TO IMPROVE OUR PATIENT CASE STUDIES
You wanted a photo to go with the case study, to make it more personable. We added in a photo of a media volunteer to accompany the story.
MADE IT FEEL RELATABLE TO EVERYDAY LIFE
You suggested linking the amount to what youโ€™d spend on coffee, takeaway pizza or a bottle of wine, something which is every day and considered almost incidental spend. Weโ€™re testing linking the amount to a takeaway as suggested in a variation of this appeal.MADE IT FEEL MORE PERSONAL
You asked if we could ensure people who have donated after the first email only receive a thank you and not another ask because people may feel less valued if asked for money again one week later. We have ensured that everyone who donates as part of the first email is excluded from an additional ask.The feedback received was greatly appreciated. We sent out the emails at the start of December and hope those of you who are opted into our email communications enjoyed receiving these.

Dear Jeremy Faunt

Re: The Late Mr Arnold Tomlinson

I write further to our recorded conversation on Monday and thank you for speaking to me in terms of the circumstances of the late Mr Tomlinsonโ€™s estate.

Further to our conversation I would like to advise you that I told you I need a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Lloyds Bank caused by Andrew Craigs letter and the tone of the conversation wherein you continued inferring what was in the letter. Therefore, your flimsy apology is not accepted.

You donโ€™t understand nothing, you are in on the act of DEFAMING my name. I did not make only one payment. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?

Yes, you blinking well know it is ACCUSATORY and if I donโ€™t get the PUBLIC APOLOGY Lloyds Bank will not hear the last of this matter. Lloyds Bank will be in my book Mervelee Myers The Strong Jamaican Women End Gender Based Violence At Housing For Women Properties UK Society.

I donโ€™t need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I donโ€™t give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his fatherโ€™s ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomasโ€™ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.

As discussed, I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husbandโ€™s funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.

Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.

I must advise Lloyds if they know whatโ€™s best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.

How can one paltry sum of ยฃ4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husbandโ€™s funeral.

Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.

Account name: Mr Arnold Tomlinson Sort Code: 309879 Account number: 6045260 Reference: bcr760028.

Thank you for stopping PESTERING me. You can go online to find this. I will also be using it for a PODCAST.

Yours faithfully

Mervelee Myers FD (Open)

Bereaved Widow.

Each one unlocks a piece of the puzzle in our journey towards a cure.1. We launched a project to revolutionise the way dementia is diagnosed. Weโ€™re working on validating a blood test for diagnosing Alzheimerโ€™s disease that can be used within the NHS.
2. The first two treatments to tackle the root cause of Alzheimerโ€™s disease were approved for licencing in Great Britain. But frustratingly, they are not being made available in the NHS. Now, we remain focused on getting new treatments to the people that need them, as quickly as possible.

Dear Mervelee,
I am so grateful to everyone who has donated to Dementia UKโ€™s Christmas appeal after reading about how I supported Janet and her children, following her husband Ben’s diagnosis of dementia in his 50s.
Every pound donated helps more families access life-changing specialist dementia support this Christmas and beyond. So far, Dementia UK supporters have donated over ยฃ50,000, meaning we can be there for more families when they need us most.
But we canโ€™t stop now. Families facing dementia need our support more than ever. This Christmas might be the first since their loved oneโ€™s diagnosis, or family members might notice a big change since they last spent time together. Whatever their situation, many will be left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and alone.
Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m asking you once more for your help.Your donation, no matter the size, will give more families the perfect gift of expert dementia support this Christmas. Can I count on you to help us reach our target?Donate todayPeople living with dementia and their families often say that speaking to a specialist Admiral Nurse showed them the way forward through very dark times.
It is expected that 40,000 carers will contact Dementia UK’s national Helpline next year. A donation from you today will help us reach our target of raising ยฃ75,000 โ€“ enough to cover calls to our free national Dementia Helpline for two weeks so that every carer that calls can talk to an Admiral Nurse like me, for free.Thank you for making sure that no one faces dementia alone.

Hey,

Hope youโ€™re well

Getting in touch as it’s been just over one year since you applied to take part in Impact on Urban Healthโ€™s Parent Panel pilot. Hereโ€™s the application form to jog your memory

As someone who expressed an interest in this work, we wanted to get in touch to let you know that the pilot has now been completed and to share with you this end-of-pilot report in Spanish and English. It shares a little about what we did and what we learned.

We presented this report to the Impact on Urban Health team last week and it was really well received with a lot of thanks and appreciation for everyone whoโ€™s been involved from those who designed the panel, to those who applied to be involved.

As youโ€™ll see, there is a lot in that report for the team to digest. As an immediate next step, weโ€™re having a follow-up conversation with the Impact on Urban Health team in the new year.

For a look behind the scenes, check out our blogs about the panel including this one with videos from those involved.

Finally, as a reminder, weโ€™ll delete your details within 3 months of the end of this project (March 2025). Unless you shared that youโ€™d like us to inform you of other ways to be involved in this project. If you did ask to be kept updated, weโ€™ll be in touch with any opportunities that arise in 2025.

If you have any questions or feedback on the report please do let us know. Otherwise, thanks again for your interest in this work. Wishing you a lovely end to the year.

Thanks. Tayo

Dear Mervelee,

Thanks to you, 2024 has been an unforgettable year for our charity. This is especially important during Christmas and New Year, when many will be out celebrating in the city and our teams will be relied on to respond when and where they are needed most.

Team members like Chief Fire Officer John Power and Dr Anne Weaver, who marked workplace anniversaries this year, have dedicated decades to ensuring London is looked after in its moments of greatest need. For 30 years and 20 years respectively, their commitment has made all the difference. Alongside their colleagues they have been there for London โ€“ and because supporters like you have been there for us, we have been able to keep flying.

Thank you for your continued generosity which helps John, Anne and every member of our service be there for our patients. As 2024 draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on an extraordinary year of creativity, community, and collaboration. Thanks to everybody who has supported our work throughout the year, whether that’s as an artist, a participant, an audience member, a funder or one of the National Lottery players on whom our funders depend – thank you all! THE MOUTH OF THE GODS: 2024 THE MOUTH OF THE GODS has been heart of our work this year, and the response has been incredible!

Here are just a few things that the reviewers had to say:”Border Crossings are well known for their innovative cross-cultural productions, and in this venture they have truly excelled themselves…. a supremely inventive cultural collage” Plays to See *****“an inventive project that turns the stuffy inaccessibility of classically renditioned opera on its head” The Reviews Hub *****“one of the most unique and special experiences Iโ€™ve had this year” Salterton Arts Review ****“The delicacy and linguistic richness of instruments, drums, voices, married with the European and Indigenous dance steps makes this a profound experience.” South London Community MattersClick here for full reviewsWe were particularly excited to welcome Indigenous soprano Edith Ramos Guerra to the UK for the first time: her extraordinary central performance brought the spirit of the Andes to the heart of London. If you’re following our journey on social media, you will know just how integral London’s Latin American communities have been in shaping THE MOUTH OF THE GODS. Our film documentary is now being edited and will be screened in February 2025. This screening will be a celebration of everything achieved so far, offering a chance to look back at the full process, from museum visits and dance workshops to final rehearsals and performances. Stay tuned as we share more about this in the new year!

Check out and share the trailer below in case you missed it! SUPPLIANTS OF SYRIA Another exciting project this year was the development of SUPPLIANTS OF SYRIA. During January we worked with British and Irish actors to respond to the material we’d found in Turkey during 2023. The film version of the piece has been screened in Tunisia and Turkey, with the refugee participants themselves present to see their work at ร‡ukurova University. In the last couple of weeks, the project has once again become incredibly relevant to the news headlines, with the overthrow of the Assad regime. Click here to see our Artistic Director’s blog on the latest developments. Looking Ahead to 2025 Next year is set to be even more exciting! With new collaborations and projects already underway, we canโ€™t wait to share whatโ€™s in store. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements at the start of 2025!The coming year also marks a very special milestone for us: 30 years of Border Crossings.
Itโ€™s a moment to celebrate, reflect, and envision the future alongside our incredible partners and creative communities. A moment to recognise how much has been achieved through our intercultural performance work, and how much remains to be done. The need for our work is not only ever present but ever growing.

Thank you for giving your time Mervelee, As we approach the end of the year, we want to say a huge thank you for everything you do to make our progress possible. Our brilliant team of events volunteers support more than 400 events up and down the country each year. From marshalling in local parks for Race for Life, to lighting up city streets on Shine Night Walks, your energy and passion power our events. Every hour you give makes a real impact for people affected by cancer.

Here’s what happened with the time you gave:

More than 200 volunteers were at the heart of our 2024 sports fundraising events. Their support meant that 17,800 participants raised a total of more than ยฃ8m.

Events volunteers gave their time to support more than 313,000 participants across all our events this year to raise over ยฃ40m.

This fundraising means we can continue our work to bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.

Together we are beating cancer.
Laura Parsisson,

Head of Volunteering.

A big thank you this festive seasonAt Cancer Research UK, we think itโ€™s the little things that matter most โ€“ the significant moments we can easily take for granted. They are so precious, especially in the festive season and especially for people affected by cancer.

Every year, thousands of incredible people give their time to support our life-saving research. And itโ€™s thanks to research that people affected by cancer can have more time for more of the little things, this festive season and beyond.

Michelle Mitchell, our Chief Executive, has recorded a special video message to thank you for your incredible contributions this year.

Wendy’s storyDedicated events volunteer, Wendy, has supported at Kings Lynn Race for Life for the past 15 years.โ€œI first took part in Race for Life many years ago when I worked for Mars as the community champion. After becoming a runner, and having been sponsored for another 10k race, I didnโ€™t feel like people would sponsor me again, so I started volunteering. I dragged my two daughters along to help too and some work colleagues. And so, the habit became!โ€

Wendy acts as an incredible ambassador and brings a group of family and friends along to help at the event each year.

โ€œThis year was just the same as usual – about 15 of us came and covered all the marshal points, and even covered some admin too.โ€

This year, Wendy was awarded an Honorary Fellowship at our annual Flame of Hope Awards in honour of her remarkable contribution to volunteering at Race for Life events.

To get into the festive spirit, why not take a few minutes to read some of our other volunteersโ€™ favourite memories from 2024?

Equality, diversity and inclusionEquality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) matters to Cancer Research UK because it plays a vital role in achieving our vision of a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer. We believe we can make the greatest progress for people affected by cancer by making sure that the impact of our research is felt equally by everyone, that our expert information is accessible to all, and that everyone who works or volunteers at CRUK feels that they belong.

Our first EDI strategy, published in 2021, was a good starting point, but we know we have more to do. Thatโ€™s why weโ€™ve published our refreshed EDI strategy, which sets out how weโ€™ll keep making progress over the next five years.

Head to the Volunteer Hub to read more and hear how volunteers have been involved in refreshing the strategy.
