Now Have Your Say

I, Mervelee Ionie Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson must take this opportunity in having my say about the “Systematic Discrimination” that Nationwide Building Society is involved in and the way they have contributed to exacerbating the PTSD experienced by my husband Mr. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and me.

Vote today in our AGM

I must turn this around so Nationwide is aware that I refuse to accept the TOKENISM contained herein. I do not feel that I am being treated fairly by Nationwide in line with the STATEMENT “As a building society, we are owned by our members – those customers who bank, save or have a mortgage with us. That includes you, which is why you have a vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Please find attached my arguments in my complaint to the FOS.

 How to vote

Dates are important to me and the 19th July is my brother’s birthday. Considering what Nationwide has done to me since the 28th April 2023 when I went to the Brixton Branch to do a transfer, I find this email DISTURBING and another THREAT to my mental and physical health considering the breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. In advising me to go to Simply go to nationwide.co.uk/agmvote or click on the Vote now button and use the voting (security) codes below to access our voting site: is a trigger after my experiences with Barclays and Santander.

If you’re happy with all the resolutions and candidates, you can use the quick vote option and it only takes a couple of minutes.

Voting at our AGM is run by an independent organisation called Civica Election Services, which is why you’ll see their name on the voting site as well as ours.

I think before Nationwide sent me this email they should have paid attention to the ongoing issues they created when they decided to target me. How can I be happy with the resolutions and candidates if the staff in the Brixton Branch colluded to DEFAME my NAME and CHARACTER? So, why should I be interested in giving people POWER to DESTROY me using my DISABILITIES in making me a VULNERABLE, VOICELESS, VICTIM why I have invested in my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site. I have been set up by staff in the Brixton Branch to Jennifer Thomas who passed me unto Jayne Finch. If I was to do a research would I come up with the findings that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES have plans to target the ELDERLY?

What you’re voting on and why
You are voting on the people who are standing for election or re-election to Nationwide’s Board. At the voting site, you will find information about their skills and experience.

I will be voting on the people standing for election or re-election to Nationwide’s Board, but if my treatment by Nationwide since 28/4/2023, what guarantee do I have about the integrity of these seeking election base on 31 years of “Systematic Discrimination” against me. Let me refer Nationwide to my platforms to find information about my skills and experiences as “The Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”.

Your vote is also a way of telling us how you think your Society is doing. Our Review of the year, which you can also find on our voting site, tells you how we’ve performed. Let Mervelee Myers give Nationwide an incite into who is Mervelee Myers, who they have DEFAMED. I have received 100,000+ 100,000 views on my Google Maps. I have not seen the results lately, so am not sure if Google is up to no good again. Because the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service are in the pockets of my former employers at www.leyf.org.uk for more.       Nationwide values your membership and rewards members in various ways, notably by consistently providing market competitive savings and mortgage products. If DEFAMATION of my CHARACTER is how Nationwide values my membership, I don’t know about anything else.       This year, our financial strength has allowed us to go further.     The Board has declared our first ever distribution which we have named ‘The Nationwide Fairer Share’. £100 is being credited as interest to every eligible member’s current account this June. More details on eligibility can be found here. For your information Mr. Tomlinson’s Solicitor was sent a letter stating “Mr. Tomlinson has a Small Illusion that one day he can be a Property Tycoon”. Does the letter sent to DEFAME my CHARACTER not ring a bell? So, Nationwide is giving US £100.00 whilst at the same time “Without Prejudice” trying to denying us our RIGHTS of having peace of mind our MONEY is safe with Nationwide.     Only a mutual can reward members in this way. I am sceptical about this reward. Was Nationwide aware that my husband was celebrating his 100th birthday on International Women’s Day? In the future, the Board will annually consider whether our financial performance and capital strength justify further distributions. Whilst there can be no certainty of future distributions, your Board’s desire is that The Nationwide Fairer Share rewards eligible members in the future. I am sceptical about this because Nationwide threatens to deny me my rights and DEFAMED my NAME. As part of our enduring commitment to deliver value to our members, in May this year we also introduced the Nationwide Fairer Share Bond, a fixed rate savings account available to eligible existing members. How ironic that Nationwide set about targeting me in May.
If you want to attend our AGM     This year our AGM will be held online. You will be able to join the meeting at our online AGM site and do all the things you would have been able to do if we had been holding a physical meeting. You’ll be able to ask questions by text or video as well as vote. The meeting will start at 11am on 19 July 2023. You can log on from 10:30am. On the day, simply: Nationwide having triggered my PTSD have left me unable to function as normal. Therefore, I am getting to the crux of the matter going public, so I don’t experience the 9 years of “Systematic Discrimination” I have been going through since the death of my mother with dementia. I will not be a participant with Nationwide threats hanging over me. I will not give Nationwide another minute of my time to further DEFAME my NAME and CHARACTER.   go to nationwide.co.uk/agmliveenter meeting code 30204then enter your two-part voting (security) codes at the top of this email.      You can find more information in our Notice of AGM, which is available here.

Looking after your money

At Nationwide, we’re committed to keeping your money safe. And as well as the security you get from us, you’re also protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Let Nationwide prove this.

It means you’re covered for any money you have in your eligible Nationwide accounts (up to £85,000) if we can’t meet our financial commitments or stop trading. Nationwide tried “Without Prejudice” to deny me access to my MONEY. Just wondering if this is another Usain Bolt’s case. Is Nationwide in the process of stopping trading?

You can find out more about who and what’s covered and how you can claim here.

Please read the FSCS Information Sheet and Exclusions List by clicking the button below.

Let me hope Nationwide who MERVELEE MYERS is for future dealings. I am expecting an APOLOGY and COMPENSATION from Nationwide whenever they are ready.

Kindest regards
