The Judge was insensitive and rude throughout the proceeding as can be evidence from the following 1. 4. Showing the Judge the email from the BSB www.barstandardsboard.org.uk, he was very rude, acting as if I was wasting time, taking my documents to Court, and expecting him to read them. He keeps repeating you lost the ET/EAT.
5. When I was ordered to pay £17,000.00 I told the Judge if CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and http://www.courtenforcementservices.co.uk Ltd can collect my Husband’s money from Barrister https://www.ryanclement.com, I might consider paying the cost. He claimed that I have no say in the matter. Was I in Court like a Lamb to the Slaughter?
6. When I said I have not worked since 27/9/2015 when I resigned with the 2nd Nervous Breakdown, I have no money, so they can send me to JAIL. The Judge said in the same tone of voice LEYF Senior HR used on 27/3/2015 “There is no Debtor’s Jail for you to go”.
