Before the #EmploymentTribunals I resort to my Fight4justice campaign to protect myself. I am still waiting for closures and to get a job. Solicitor Arwen Makin tried tricking me not to Appeal the #UURICA_LE. When I asked her to put in writing, she LIED. Mark Essex tried intimidate me over the telephone and all this exacerbated my Disabilities.
Andy Garwood accompanied me to the Appeal Hearings. But turns up with his 2 long hands. His excuse to everything is I was not the one who attended the Disciplinary… Why did he bother to come?
I am not going to make the same mistake I done with UNISON by resigning. You want this matter settled and I go away, go look back at the #Grievance. Then move forward to my letter detailing my payments for representing myself at the #EmploymentTribunals that end on the 3rd March 2017.
