Dear Mr. Paul Kernaghan

 Your complaint

Good morning!

In response to your letter dated 1 April 2019, I will take you through every words, sentence, and paragraph that’s relevant to my case.  I will make it plain from the beginning “Without Prejudice” that I have no intention of apologising for anything I write about the Judicial Ombudsman. Because I am dealing with the ‘fact’. Let me first write the meaning from the Collins Pocket Dictionary www.collins.co.uk I keep by my computer. And if need be, I will do the same for any other words I find challenging? Meaning of “Fact” 1. N – Event or thing known to have happened or existed. 2. Provide truth. “Fact of Life” Inescapable, often unpleasant, truth. “Facts of Life” Details of sex and reproduction. “Factual” Adjective.

Resulting from the meaning of ‘Fact’ and the way how my disabilities were triggered into PTSD that I reverted to Passive Aggressive Behaviours, I will be using my Mother Tongue ‘Patois – Patwa’ to translate. For no other reasons than the breaching of my Human Rights and the Data Protection Act when www.leyf.org.uk set out to deny me my entitlements.

Paragraph 1 Website: I am happy you have taken note of my intention about https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site and you clearly understand the fact about why I have to do so to protect myself from (vultures back home known as John Crows) like my former employers? In due course, I might have to name some of the vultures from the Judiciary Of England & Wales, without prejudice?

Paragraph 1 Derogatory: Meaning – ‘Derogatory’ Adjective Intentionally offensive. As I am wont to say everything is down to interpretation and if you think that some contents of my correspondence are derogatory in nature, I would suggest you go back to the meaning of the word fact? Then I would be grateful if you respond and make it clear why you came to the conclusion about my correspondence? I will tell you so you don’t have to interrupt your pursuits of discriminating against vulnerable, disabled, black women with your biases.  By the way, this is breaching the Rule of Law and abusing the Power of Your Authority.

Paragraph 2 Your Remit: Once more going back to the word fact, I am stating that you are not fit for purpose in your remit in dealing with the fact. I will state categorically that what you have done is cover up for the continuing discrimination by the Employment Tribunal Services in neglecting their duty and presiding over another miscarriage of justice against Mervelee Myers. Paragraph 2 Mrs. Justice Simler: Suffice it to say at a more convenient time after finishing my research, I will address the matter of whether the process by which she handled my complaint was in line with the Employment Tribunal Law? Want to know what my trump card is on that matter? In one of her interviews, she mentions about UNISON overturning the Government Law for employees to be charged a fee to bring employers to the Employment Tribunal. Well, I was a Member of http://unison.org.uk when I had my first brush with discrimination at the ET.

Paragraph 2 His Honour Judge (HHR) Shanks: I have done my research and find out that this Judge is a horrible, offensive oaf of an excuse for a man. So since you mentioned my correspondence is derogatory in nature. Here’s the proof of why we say (Kettle a cuss Pot Black). Because that’s exactly what both Mrs. Justice Simler and Judge Shanks have been during their presiding at the EAT with my case. If you want to see the fact for me saying this http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding is there for your perusal. Because I should not have had to encounter these two people Simler and Shanks who are so removed from what’s happening to real people.

Paragraph 2 Concerns: If the ET had not operated as a terrorist cell from the time when I represented myself. I would not now be directed to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/record-retention-and-disposition-schedules. By any chance have you heard about the Windrush Generation Stories? You will be surprised where I am popping up in the media from I was on http://skynews.com/ representing LEYF on the 5th September 2011.

Paragraph 2 Tribunal Proceedings: You have absolutely no need to do any such thing. You are so blinking wrapped up in putting a lid on the stench at the Judicial Ombudsman that you are failing to see the fact written boldly about the discrimination on the grounds of the Equality Act 2010 ‘Protected Characteristics’ in the documents I presented. But I can direct your attention to data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk to the Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act 117119 that I obtained on the 10 April 2018. Is it any wonder that the Judicial Ombudsman is covering up what’s going on with the Modern Slavery thriving in the UK?

Paragraph 2 Judicial Office Holders: Do you think I am surprised about the fact that you will be using the President of the Employment Tribunal Brian Doyle as the scapegoat to cover up for Mrs. Justice Simler’s handling of the complaint against Judge Shanks. So who is acting like the Mafia here? If the London South Employment Tribunal was not negligent in presiding over another miscarriage of justice, I would not have the misfortune of meeting those two corrupted members of the Judiciary Of England & Wales, Mrs. Justice Simler, and Judge Shanks. I do not have any titles and I am not prestigious enough. But I am one hell of a credible witness. Check out www.ico.org.uk Data Protection Act Section 7.

Paragraph 3 Additional Concerns: Mr. Kernaghan even if I raised any additional concerns about Mrs. Justice Simler’s handling of my complaints, you have already closed your mind to them. That’s why I have to be complaining left right and centre about institutional discrimination in the UK. But if you think I am not going to get justice here is where I am with the MDmailbox-.complaints@met.police.uk. Paragraph 3 Handling of Complaints: When I am finished with publicising how the Judicial Ombudsman is operating Modern Slavery practices in breach of the Rule of Law, you will know exactly why I have been steadfast with my Fight4justice campaign. That’s why I am making sure the www.sra.org.uk will be held accountable for saying it is ok for www.bwbllp.com and www.personnelconsultancy.com can use my disabilities to discriminate against me.

Paragraph 3 Further Investigation: Please don’t worry your head about any further investigation on my behalf. The fact is already out in cyberspace as I am making my presence felt all over the internet https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/get-involved/events. I will make sure the world knows about the obnoxious Judge Shanks who can claim I made up my disabilities. And the Justice Simler who send my case back to the EAT with caveats to stop the truth coming out.

Paragraph 3 Finding of Maladministration: This is why I am an advocate of inclusion, making sure that the ET and EAT never do what they have done to cause me to seek counseling from www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark. By the time I am finished putting the fact out for decent, honest and knowledgeable people to analyze about the discrimination that is allowed in the Employment Tribunal Services, the world will know who are the exploiters of vulnerable employees? Not to worry, I have enough information to get the perpetrators sent to jail for perverting the course of justice.

Paragraph 3 Disappointment: Mr. Kernaghan rest assured your realisation when you accept that the Judicial Ombudsman is not fit for purpose will be your disappointment and not mine. Because https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards clearly stated on 31/10/2017 that my petition included confidential, libelous, false, or defamatory information or a reference to a case which is active in the UK courts. The rejection of my petition pointed out that it’s not clear what action I’d like the Government or Parliament to take. Well, rest assured I will make sure the world knows how the Employment Tribunal Services is colluding with employers to deny employers our entitlement.

Paragraph 3 Assurance: Please don’t be disrespectful of my knowledge as an expert authority on subjects from cradle to grave by telling me about your assurance about my consideration re the handling of my complaint. Might I point you in the direction of www.7br.co.uk and why Ms. Samantha Jones decided to manufacture the contagious disease to get the ET case adjourned? Paragraph 3 Handling of Complaint: Mr. Kernaghan, you are living in cloud coco land and delusional. Might I suggest a session with some NHS Professionals to find out why you have the need to be abusing your Power of Authority at the Judicial Ombudsman? Psychopath comes to mind like the MBE June O’Sullivan of LEYF. Because they claim not to have any data for me after I worked with them from 01/09/2009.  All you need to know is that I contacted the PM Theresa May with my Open Letter. I am spirited enough to knock her from page 1 of www.itv.co.uk at the Windrush 70 Service at Westminster Abbey on the 22 July 2018. So www.itv.com/news/2018-11-0 might just give you a clue about how the not so prestigious people live.

Paragraph 3 Points Raised Carefully: From my dealings with the Employment Services leading to the Judicial Ombudsman, I must state the fact that the Employment Tribunal Law is up for review. If you don’t believe me go read the reviews at www.leyf.org.uk. Just an example of why the ET & EAT is not capable of doing anything about the points raised, much more to do anything carefully. I am afraid you might throw a wobble and start acting like the petulant person reading your letter is telling me that you are? I am sorry if my blunt and outright summary of your character left you feeling a wee bit disappointed? But it’s the fact and it doesn’t take working from the confines of my not prestigious home to let you know the fact. He learned his tricks to scam vulnerable people at the ET and EAT.

Paragraph 4 Dealings with the Employment Tribunal: My dealings with the Employment stinks to high Heaven and will cause the best Christian with Holy Intentions to curse bad words (cuss bad wuds). But guess what, I am only here at this stage of my recovery after the Occupational Health Doctor from www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations. It started when my Father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. That’s why I am doing www.ancestrydna.co.uk/privacy to know more about my history.

Paragraph 4 Your Officials: Let me inform you that I have already heard from the official and I even phoned yesterday 10/04/2019 and was given his number. Fact is I am not that interested in any of your officials. Because I am of the honest opinion that Adam Jones must be feeling like a Real Plonker. He has been given the difficult job to make someone the scapegoat for Mrs. Justice Simler and Judge Shanks? I already know who has copped the can for the role of scapegoat. He is the President of the Employment Tribunal Judge Brian Doyle. I am not sorry for him in the least because if he had done his job in the first place. Instead of treating me like an idiot like LEYF, he would not be in this predicament.  But I do understand his plight as one of my son was used as a scapegoat by www.jamaicaobserver.com/westernnews/ writer.

Summary

All you need to do is go back through my ET and EAT to find out why I am sticking to my charities in helping to bring about the changes necessary to promote the inclusion that is needed to get the people at the head of organisations in the establishments and systems to come off their high horses and see those who are struggling along.

Let me leave with some of my horoscopes for this week Thursday 11/4/2019 Taurus Not everything is as it seems. Devious people are coming out of the woodwork. Someone has been deceiving you and coming to terms with this will be difficult. If you’re uncertain, adopt a wait and see policy before making a decision.

I will leave Mr. Paul Kernaghan CBE, QPM to go do his research about why I am doing everything in honour of my father. Because the www.voicetheunion.org.uk Rep Darren Mahon informed me he did his research about Parkinson’s disease and could get me a Package. But he mysteriously disappeared after the Disciplinary Hearing.

Maybe you can decide for yourself what LEYF meant by labeling me uncooperative, unprofessional, rude, intimidating, confrontational, aggressive and lacking empathy after offering me the Long Service Award in October 2014. This was after returning from burying my mother, whom I said my final goodbyes to in January 2014. I diagnosed her Dementia and is a Dementia Friend who is supporting www.alzheimers.org.uk/getinvolved.

The Charities that I supported are empowering me to stay active and living a healthier lifestyle into my old age. Honestly, I pity your lack of knowledge about the issues impacting on the people for whom you should be helping to provide a world where discrimination is not tolerated. Do I care a drat if you think my letter is derogatory? It is factual and only offensive to those who are willing to act unprofessionally and corrupt for whatever reasons. To deny me of my entitlements. I informed the Senior HR of LEYF about my childhood and that work keep me going when she visited me at the prestigious HOC on the 27/03/2015.
