I joined LEYF www.leyf.org.uk in September 2009 at Fitzrovia Community Nursery. By then I was doing training to be the SENCO as this was my speciality resulting from my interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Because of my own personal experiences, I enhanced knowledge and expertise to help in promoting inclusion. But I was forced to transfer to Luton Street Community Nursery because of bullying, harassment and intimidation from the Interim Manager, Maria Goncalves. She was joined by the Area Manager Maria Freeman. I was rescued by a former colleague from my first job in the Early Years Sesctor who spoke up about my professionalism.
I am saying this because it was brought up as evidence during the Employment Tribunal case by Area Manager Hilda Miller. There are reviews on LEYF website about the Modern Slavery practices whilst the ET case was in progress. But of note is what has happened to Joelle Lax and others, who worked for LEYF.
That’s why I will not let www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk get away with making me the victim with the defamation of my character. And destroying the 26+ years of my life in the UK.
