Neil King And Neil Hart LEYF

Red Card: Just to say… Reverse of Card: Hand Written Note: To Mervelee We really appreciated that you came to Tea with EMT and that you shared your reflections on what ‘we’ do well and how we can be even better. Many thanks Neil Hart + Neil King. March 2014.

MM Analysis 2019: Let me give a brief outline of what took place at this EMT at Luton Street Community Nursery. Present were Luton Street, Mickey Star and Lisson Green. This Meeting was conducted in utter chaos with the staff from the other 2 settings slagging off the managers. I had to take a stance and ask them to take the debates back to their setting as the EMT was not the place for airing their dirty linen in public.

Therefore, it was a surprise when the manager of Lisson Green, who I meet at First Aid training and knew about my disability. Did not expect me to have a break when OFSTED visited. But even more surprisingly Alison Stokes was the Operations Manager. She wrote to invite me to Investigation after the second suspension on the 22/9/2015 by Neil King. Who tried to bully, harass and intimidate me into writing a resignation on the spot. By trying to bribe me with print outs from https://www.facebook.com.

Alison Stokes did not last long in her new post. This should explain why she left LEYF and returned. Like what would happen to others later on. Neil King also became a casualty of LEYF and fall on his own sword. More about these terrorists at https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site.

The world need to wake up to what the UK Government is allowing to happen to vulnerable employees in toxic workplaces. It’s time for Government or Parliament to know what action people who have been discriminated against need taken. Don’t tell me that https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards is staff with anyone with any sense.
