Luton Street Community Nursery Sounding Board 01/11/2013

2 of my Key Children are in this photo on the 15/11/2013. I usually do all the creative work and document evidence in my 3 Roles as EYFS Co-ordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator.

All Nurseries: COT June O’Sullivan, Rashid Iqbal and Jenny Mason – Karen Walker Resigned.

Dear Colleagues. Thank you to those who came last night and represented their nurseries which included:

  • Bessborough
  • Carlton Hill
  • Fitzrovia – (MM Updates: Where Maria Goncalves started harass, bullying and intimidating me. When she found out I am an OU graduate).
  • Luton St – (MM Updates 2019: Mervelee Myers)
  • Henry Fawcett
  • Marsham St
  • House of Commons – (MM Updates: Where I was sent to be colonised. I was not good enough to work there when I applied in 2010).
  • Furze
  • Ford Road
  • Wellgate now known as Marks Gate
  • Mary Wynne Finch (Unannounced visit to BIB on the 30/1/2015 after terrorising me at the New Year Staff Party on the 23/1/2015. I was the only BIB staff present when June O’Sullivan invested with the MBE. She was on the Panel of the Disciplinary Appeal Herring).
  • Dearbala and Tina and Maria (Dearbhala left after she was overlooked for the post she acted in after Karen Walker on the spot resignation. Tina had stepped down from Area Manager to Manager in 2013. Maria Freeman who joined Maria Goncalves to discriminate against me at Fitzrovia. Always saying unkind things about me).

It was a great meeting and thank you for the enthusiastic and informed contributions. We agreed a number of things and this involves the WHOLE organisation not just those at the meeting.

  • 1. We have begun to develop the LEYF Reading Approach including a phonics approach and a reading guidance for parents and staff – (MM Updates: See qualifications & training)
  • 2. We have identified a set of core LEYF books to ensure this happens at the nurseries (See Nursery World FORUM on https://www.linkedin.com. I started making Homemade Books at the nursery. They were shown to http://skynews.com/ on the 5th September 2011. June O’Sullivan took one of my book saying she was going to develop it up as “Teaching and Learning Tool” for the organisation)
  • 3. We agreed that activities to support the learning and communication which will lead to emergent readers will be built into the weekly routine activities (Go back to my contributions at Luton Street. And also why I was working with http://communityplaythings.co.uk/ after visiting there for a training)
  • 4. We will introduce “Helicoptor time” (I done all kinds of training and managed to get all of Luton Street to do the Picture Exchange Communication Systems [PECS] despite Maria Goncalves stopping me doing so at Fitzrovia)
  • 5. All nurseries will review their reading and writing areas and ensure they have all the items listed in the draft document sent last week.
  • 6. The PP presentation can be used at staff meetings to ensure we are providing the best spaces
  • 7. We will draft a simple questionnaire for parents to check what they would like.

I will be in touch

Thanks again. June

Best Wishes. June. June O’Sullivan MBE. Chief Executive. London Early Years Foundation.
