Re: Mervelee Myers

Mervelee Myers has an excellent punctuality record. Her absence record is also very good. Mervelee is very rarely off sick. In the past year, Mervelee’s total sickness for the year has been 12 days. Mervelee is a very reliable member of staff.

Mervelee has undertaken an Open University course of which she has gained extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Frame work. She has used all knowledge gained to empower herself at work and was always willing to use her knowledge gained towards the improvement of the standard of care provided for the children in the nursery. She was always willing to share her knowledge with her team members.

Mervelee’s planning was excellent and she always ensured that her plasnning was inclusive for all the children as well as the children she was planning for. Individual Learning Plans were adhered to and followed through. Children’s reviews were always on time.

Mervelee worked alongside four other members of staff in the open plan and endeavoured at all times to share the knowledge she has with her co-workers.

She participated in, and attended all staff meetings. She attended all courses that were provided within the setting:- Common Assessment Framework, Inclusion, Early Years Education and Special Educational Needs.

Mervelee built excellent relationships with the parents and worked very well with them. To conclude, Mervelee is confident, reliable, dependable member of staff who possesses many of the qualities needed to work alongside children.

Yours Truly, Signature. Gloria Desbonnes.
