The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities. Section 60 of the Equality Act At present I am under acute STRESS as a carer for my 97 year old husband. And dealing with the DISCRIMINATION of the past 6 years is taking a toll on my HEALTH. The past six years have been a hellish nightmare.
