I, MERVELEE MYERS do not need to listen to this, but I must leave comments so the world is prepared for what’s coming next and how I intend to END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE based on the ITV News Queen Camilla Documentary featuring Housing For Women that was allowed to taint the name of the Monarchy. I am saying this because my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON received his 100 birthday card from the King and Queen and during the time that the documentary was being made my husband and I experienced “Multiple Discrimination” at the hands of the neighbour who was coerced by Housing For Women. Now that my husband is dead my MENTAL capacity is questioned.

I am the victim of HMCTS miscarriages of justice reason I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I had the first nervous breakdown working at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery.

The second nervous breakdown at http://www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia. I spent the last 10 years having my RIGHTS denied and exhausting the ET/EAT and CCMCC. Only to become the target of those that used my vulnerability of having disabilities against me. Then to my surprise I received a POSSESSION letter from Devonshires Solicitors LLP in July 2023.

I will start with District Judge Beecham whose decision to stick with this case gave me the lifeline to be able to have my voice heard. Because once again I have been sold out by the Legal Representation. In addition I am yet to collect the judgement from Barrister Ryan Clement.

The Admistration of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson’s estate cannot be granted by the court using an outdated WILL from 2012 when there is/was a new WILL dated 17th July 2023. Trevor

Anthony Tomlinson of the Property Address has knowingly or unknowly being made an Executor using an outdated WILL.

I am not aware of the gross value of the estate in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. But since Trevor Anthony Tomlinson get Lloyds Bank to contact me and Lloyds Bank is treating me like a CRIMINAL, I might have to consider applying my rights as the wife of AET to execute his final WISH that the estate be sold and shared 3 ways.

I am only interseted in getting back my money I spent. For my husband to have a Head Stone erected from the estate. I need money from the estate to continue with my husband’s brother care and help with his funeral. These are my husband’s wishes as he left money in the WILL Trevor used to gain probate for Melzie Tomlinson.
