Housing for Women overhauls processes and safeguards after resident incorrectly told she owed over £10,000 in rent

The Housing Ombudsman ordered an independent review of Housing for Women’s rent recovery practice following a significant failing in its approach to rent arrears and account management. Improvements made by the landlord include its record keeping, complaint handling and staff training.

The landlord incorrectly told a resident they owed over £10,000 in missed rent payments.

It changed the amount to £2,000 following a challenge from the resident and said it would be taking legal action.

Two days after Christmas, the resident received a notice seeking possession, a legal notice from the court to be evicted from their home. The resident came to the Ombudsman for help when the landlord did not respond to a complaint made to it.

The resident described the landlord’s actions as leaving them “struggling to cope.” The landlord ignored evidence to show the resident had in fact made the missing payments and requests to access their online rent portal. Instead, it continued to take legal action which further affected the resident’s mental health.

The Ombudsman can order a landlord to review its practices where it believes other residents may be affected by a failing in its service provision or process.

We also used our powers to investigate a complaint without a final response, after attempts to engage with the landlord were ignored and the landlord did not comply with a notice of complaint handling failure.

Since the review, the landlord has put in place new processes, safeguards, and staff training to improve the way it manages arrears and complaint handling. The landlord has now revised its complaints procedure to comply with the Complaint Handling Code and adopt a more empathetic approach.

The Ombudsman’s Spotlight report on attitudes, rights and respect cited the tone of communication with residents as a major factor that can affect the service the resident receives. Throughout contact with the resident, the landlord’s tone was dismissive and unsympathetic of the resident’s lived experiences. Nor was there evidence that the landlord offered support or reassurance and ignored requests to supply information.

The landlord said multiple failings were down to a single staff member that was being performance managed at this time, eventually leading to dismissal. The landlord also set out that lack of senior management oversight and understanding by finance teams of the rent process played a part in its service failure.

Richard Blakeway, Housing Ombudsman, said: “Throughout this case the landlord took an adversarial and heavy-handed stance towards the resident, despite her regularly expressing the impact of legal threats were having on her well-being.

“There can be an inherent imbalance of power between resident and landlord, and this case exemplifies it, very nearly leading to a family being unfairly evicted.

“Landlords have to do their job and residents have obligations to fulfil too, but the landlord’s handing was fundamentally flawed, and the complaint is littered with missed opportunities to reflect with a dismissive attitude, including of the Ombudsman, from the outset.

“Even were its actions right, landlords should consider how to adopt the right tone given the life-changing impact that eviction could have.

“I know many landlords would take an empathetic, person-centred approach, and others should learn from this experience. I also welcome the extensive changes the landlord has made to its record keeping and practice against the Complaint Handling Code following this review.

“As rent charges are made for the new financial year, this case shows the importance of regular reviews of rent arrears management. It also highlights the need for landlord staff to put themselves in the place of a resident, show empathy and provide support when working with a resident in arrears, or at risk of losing their home. This has never been more important given the current cost of living challenges and demand for affordable housing.

“We hope landlords can take learning from this to assess if their current procedures provide the right support to its residents and have adapted to financial pressures affecting the sector.”

In all cases where the Ombudsman issues a wider order, it provides the landlord an opportunity to share a learning statement.

Following a severe maladministration order related to our failure to manage a tenants rent account and respond to the resident’s subsequent complaint. An internal review was completed, and the following issues were identified:

we did not take int account the resident’s vulnerability
there was no senior management oversight of the case
we repeatedly failed to the resident’s complaints

To ensure that this doesn’t happen in the future we have put in placed the following policies, procedures, and processes.

developed and implemented a new complaints policy and procedure that meets the Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code
developed and implemented a new compensation policy that gives staff clear guidance on when compensation should be offered
introduced new response templates for compliant responses, ensuring that staff have clear guidance on how a compliant should be responded to
ensured all staff have received training on the complaints policies and processes
introduced reporting and monitoring of all complaints ensuring that there is senior management and Board oversight of complaints, and these are being responded to within the Ombudsman’s published timescales
updated our rent arrears procedure to ensure it covers vulnerable residents and implemented additional steps within the procedure when managing arrears where we know the resident has a vulnerability – our procedure has also been updated to ensure that the Head of Housing & Customer Service must approve the serving of a Notice of Seeking Possession before it is served
our Head of Housing & Customer Service and Head of Finance meet on a quarterly basis to ensure that rent payments have been posted to the correct account

We are confident that the lessons learnt from this case have made our policies and processes more robust and ensured we have introduced effective monitoring of complaints and arrears management, ensuring that our approach to complaint handling and arrears management is robust and puts the customer first.

3rd January 2025 Metropolitan Police CAD 2358/03/Jany25 2924AS and 2499AS assaulted me at the entrance to 16 Alma Grove. Evidence on YouTube Live Broadcasting and videos uploaded. Reference invasion of my home by Met Police 30th October 2017 to 3rd January 2025 to carry out hate crimes breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. The invasion of my home constitutes malicious reports from individuals and organisations targeted me the past 10 years. The Medical Review dated 1 November 2024 is the Medical Gaslighting of Dr Phil Gregory. The use by the Defendant Counsel that Mervelee Myers has an unspecified non-organic psychosis breaches the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. I was assessed on the 15th April 2024 and that is the assessment to be used in court. Who provided the written information for antipsychotic medication? I do not have a diagnosis for PSYCHOSIS.

2. Incident in Garden

Ms Gilchrist coerced by Housing for Women to target MM from Samantha Gibbs joined the Organisation in April 2022 and invited me to ASB meeting in May. Ms Gilchrist said she is filming me in the Garden for her defence. I reported Mr Joe Hooper online to her employers. End Gender Based Violence. Garden Incidents recorded and uploaded to YouTube. DJ Beecham is party to Defendant’s Counsel gross professional misconduct in saying Mervelee Myers is willing to engage with treatment and take the medication prescribed. Who prescribed the medication when I do not have a GP? Can the Defendant’s Counsel provide the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024 to clarify if there was no PSYCHOSIS diagnosis. I have been asking for support for Ms Gilchrist since she came in and broke the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 3th December 2021.

Barrister Samantha Jones was given a Reference by Judge Freer to be on the Grenfell Tower Panel Inquiry. I averted a Grenfell at Alma Grove and stopped Gas Pipes going through my flat upstairs. HMCTS miscarriages of justice. WOOKY or LITIGATION.

4. Letter from Maudsley NHS – Mervelee Myers don’t have a GP

Letter dated 27 December 2024 is another lie and follows patterns of unprofessionalism to continue with Medical Gaslighting I do not have “Mental Capacity”. I have appointment for the Dentist on the 9th January 2025. Reference MOPAC report of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb. Police sent to murder me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to Ms Gilchrist called Police on 3rd January 2025. The Court has continued to breach Mervelee Myers RIGHTS from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had the first nervous breakdown. I repeat I do not have a diagnosis of PSYCHOSIS. I represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunal when the Court claimed I made up DISABILITIES.

5. HMCTS DJ Beecham Equality Act Assessor – Understanding Statutory Assessment

Mervelee Myers consider myself to be an Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave based on my Personal Experiences that I shared online to help other. I have given my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE to the Defendant’s Counsel and this MUST be used in evidence. The following: 1: Qualification & Training. 2: RADAR-CNS. 3. Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper. SENCO job offer. 4: Book signed by Sir Mark Rowley at “A New Met for London” launch. 5: Kicked out of UEL by Richard Harty after he panicked and call mobile. Met Police who came to my house on 3rd January 2025 is not aware of the Equality Act. Attempts made to SCTION, MURDER, KIDNAP me between 30th October 2017. I was beaten in my house on 30th November 2020.

6. J I Solicitors I confided in Dr Phil Gregory that I was not getting Proper Legal Representation

I was TRAUMATISED to close my YouTube channels by the Solicitors who I have the evidence to prove that he wants me to be evicted and imprisoned and label with PSYCHOSIS. Reasons why he must produce the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024. Since I was advised to accept the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION during the time I was having one CRISIS after another when I was told the court will not allow me to speak. I have not had any consultation with the Barrister. Since my husband died and I have time to be going through the FILES, I realised I was not aware of some of the Court Orders. The Solicitor refuses to accept any of my arguments with the EVIDENCE I find. The fact I represented myself before and did not get justice made me decide to listen to the Solicitors and Barrister. But I realise I am being treated the same way I was left to be made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Devonshires Solicitors LLP

coerced Stephen Agera to abandon me with an email when I got to court. I have no TRUST in my COUNSEL. By the Court questioning whether I have WOOKEY or LITIGATION capacity based on Dr Phil Gregory MEDICAL GASLIGHTING MISOGYNY diagnosis of PSYCHOSIS I will bring EVIDENCE to the court proving that there is a PLOT to SILENCE me. YouTube Cyberbullies trying to strike my CHANNELS. Allow STALKERS and TROLLS Mimi Owusu and Debbie Gilchrist to target me.

7. Wookey or Litigation – DJ Bell Psychiatric Assessment

DJ Bell Psychiatric Assessment is only one to be admitted into evidence which I did on 15th April 2024. It states I can INSTRUCT my Legal Team, but I am not allowed to. This is the same patterns of behaviour and way I was treated when Barrister Ryan Clement groomed Winsome Duncan to find VULNERABLE BLACK PEOPLE for them to SCAM. I am willing to have the Equality Act assessment to strengthen my EVIDENCE that Housing for Women breach the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977.

8. Wookey Assessment breaches my RIGHTS not to be DISCRIMINATED against – Use of HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistics to deny ENTITLEMENTS and ENTRAP me

I am not aware why Dr Phil Gregory got involved and Devonshires Solicitors LLP are saying he is my psychiatrist. I think I am in urgent need of a GP than a psychiatrist currently. Dr Phil Gregory adapted the same patterns of behaviour like all those trying to SILENCE me. I have been pushed over the edge to commit SUICIDE statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600,000 older people say they leave their home once per week or less. Since my husband died, making up the DISCRIMINATION. 1. I was to be harmed at Winsome Duncan 40th birthday party for them to say I commit SUICIDE. 2. Referral by Police to Mental Health Service. 3. Mimi Owusu 12 pages WITNESS STATEMENT for Housing for Women April – July 2023. I am now a PRISONER barricading myself inside. I am provoked DAILY for them to say I am MAD BIPOLAR PSYCHOSIS. The Court is in breach of my RIGHTS as a DISABLED NHS Pensioner without a GP because of Dr Phil Gregory and COHORTS PLOTS to ENTRAP me to stop the truths coming out about UEL Richard Harty MIC and LEYF June O’Sullivan Drag Queen Storytellers. The Court MUST take the following as EVIDENCE: 1. 18 Facebook pages account. 2: YouTube Channels. 3. Google My Business. 4. WordPress. 5. BioSite/Fight4justice. 6. LinkedIn 3 Accounts stolen, first with 69 Publications. 7. Website created from scratch stolen by Guy Lawfull and Mark Upton. 8. Silverlock Medical Centre made me INACTIVE PATIENT.

10. Dr Phil Gregory Medical Gaslighting

Mervelee Myers raised concerns about Dr Phil Gregory, and he failed to address them. 1. Instead, I have been made INACTIVE PATIENT and without a GP. 2. The Defendant’s Counsel is party to the DISCRIMINATION. 3. DJ Order dated 18th December 2024, but the Court is to receive response by the 14th. 4. Reasons the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL because I was not aware of them. 5. Dr Phil Gregory called my mobile from a PRIVATE number and when I detected the THREATS like I did Richard Harty, I decided to record. 6. Dr Phil Gregory used YouTube PRIVACY to remove the video. But it is still on YouTube because I have more than one channels, and this must be EVIDENCE. 7. Dr Gregory abused his “Professional Code of Practice” when he invited himself to my home telling me that no one was doing me anything it is in my HEAD. 8. Dr Gregory and the Nurse showed up at my home unannounced on the 21st November 2024. 9. Why did Dr Gregory come to my home? Was this to inject or SECTION me? 10. I was visible on the Housing Ombudsman Service Zoom on the 20th November 2024. 11. Since had threats from Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust defending Dr Gregory.

I want to address this matter based on the fact that DJ Beecham did not preside over the case that was conducted by the MALE Member of HMCTS because of what I said to her after she gave the JUDGEMENT. For there to be no doubt in this matter, I told her that if I ended up becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment, she is RESPONSIBLE. I will therefore state the facts about why DJ Beecham is responsible and her failure to accept my ARGUMENTS from she decided that she wanted to keep the CASE. I am now stating that DJ Beecham had an ulterior motive for keeping the case that is linked to her appointment as a DISTRICT JUDGE in 2019.

Housing for Women Customer Panel 2019 –

1. MM Minute Taker for Housing for Women Customer Scrutiny Panel In 2019 – 2024 Dr Phil Gregory visited 16 Alma Grove unannounced on the 21st November the day after I was on a ZOOM meeting with the Housing Ombudsman Service. The fact that I was with Lloyd Parker, might have been the only reason that he and the nurse did carry out their PLANS against me. He wanted me to stop recording the interview I was doing with Lloyd Parker. Yesterday I was with a supporter when I was called by Lloyd Parker who has sent me THREATS to visit my home today 24 March 2025.

2. MM sent a report to H4W detailing Debbie Gilchrist catalogue of HATE CRIMES against me April 2019 – H4W wiped the Customer Portal of my DATA in 2022 after my COMPLAINTS reached stage 2 of the Complaints Procedure.

3. Customer Panel disbanded by CEO Zaiba Qureshi in 2020 – I am sent invitation by email for opportunity to be a member of the Customer Panel in 2024. Regards must be given to ITV News DOCUMENTARY with Queen Camilla on my brother Ervin Nembhard birthday as this is linked to the date of my PROTEST at BIB www.leyf.org.uk Nursery. Because DJ Beecham insisted that she will not deal with any other ISSUES except the H4W. On the 20 March 2025 DJ Beecham refuse anyone speaking on my behalf despite the fact that she was AWARE of my STATE of MIND from the time she decided she wanted to keep the case. Based on information that are proven fact of breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics by DJ Beecham and the Equality Act assessor Emua Ali on the 7^th and 17^th March 2025. MM is stating that DJ Beecham is/was party to the DISCRIMINATION in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service dating back to my employment at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008. I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with COLON CANCER.

4. Metropolitan Police visited Alma Grove 30 October 2020 – The Metropolitan visited my home under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn lecture on the 30 October 2020 to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE. I was on the telephone with my son Valdin Legister when Debbie Gilchrist came in DRUNK and started VERBALLY ABUSING me. She stood at my door shouting for me to open the door so she can MURDER ME so they say I commit SUICIDE. This is the reason that DJ Beecham was unable to continue with the other case. Because SUICIDE was used by Winsome Duncan, who was groomed by barrister Ryan Clement to send the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service to my home on the 30 October 2017 to SECTION ME. That I wrote on Facebook that I was feeling SUICIDAL. The fact that the MALE judge who was RANTING and RAVING mentioned certain NAMES must be taken into EVIDENCE about the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE after bereavement and losses. This can be referenced IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that DJ Beecham refused a copy. The fact that I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS must be evidenced. For why DJ Beecham refused to allow anyone to SPEAK in her COURT. But failed to finish the case when I made her RESPONSIBLE if I can no longer stop myself becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. Because my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less.

5. SENCO job offer for £46 – 55,000.00 in 2021 – I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS to work from 2015 when I resigned with the second nervous breakdown https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more. I am still getting job offer from colleges as recently as February although I have not been able to secure a job. I was put on BENIFITS and sent to do CAPABILITY FOR WORK ASSESSMENT despite my QUALIFICATIONS.

6. Richard Harty called my mobile 27 September 2021 – I was KICKED out of UEL and this became the patterns of EXCLUSION leaving me ISOLATED from the time I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. DJ Beecham insisting she will not deal with any other ISSUES breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.

7. 27 September 2021 BARCLAYS BANK – This is the second time BARCLAYS BANK taken my money. The first time I begged the South London Press to publish my story on the 28 May 2004. The second time the money was taken at the counter and when I went to sort the matter I was locked in the BANK for over an hour waiting for the Metropolitan Police whilst my account was closed.During 2004 I had to report concerns to the CRB about practices to do with SAFEGUARDING at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I had an abnormal pap smear and was treated for the next 5 years. In 2025 have HPV virus that can lead to CANCER. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER does not have a GP.

8. Visit to Decima Road Surgery 27 September 2021 – I did not get the DISABILITY FORM that Dr Joanna Pennack should have corrected and in 2025 I have been removed by 3 GP Practices between 6th December 2024 because I refused to take RESPIREDONE to stop me FUNCTIONING after the death of my HUSBAND.

9. Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB meeting May 2022 – Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. By this time, I complained to Housing for Women and the Housing Ombudsman Service about the DISREPAIR. Dr Phil Gregory was witness to the disrepair and CMN Hawah Oweh made a report to H4W on my behalf after my visit to Marina House. I was a participant in University of Huddersfield DAMP and MOULD that must be EVIDENCED. Samantha Gibbs is on long-term-sick-leave after she coerced Ms Gilchrist instructed by H4W.

10. Trina Philbert and Candy Smith visit to Alma Grove June 2022 – Candy Smith interviewed my husband on behalf of Southwark Adult Social Care and decided to mediate with H4W on my behalf. She and Trina Philbert visited in June 2022.

11. SONGSTREET APP 2022 – I am the COMPOSER of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET APP. I recorded the song at Raw Material Robsart Street from where I ran to the Brixton Police Station in the summer of 2000 for rescue from DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. The 100 birthday CARD from the King and Queen will be EVIDENCE of H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS CPS CJS breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. And DJ Beecham roles in the DEFAMATION and GASLIGHTENING to left me feeling SUICIDAL.

Summary

I was expected to commit SUICIDE as an HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. When I did not commit suicide my HUSBAND and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. We became the victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS INJUNCTIONS where I was gagged in breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices. After the death of my HUSBAND I was EXCLUDED, HARASSED, BULLIED, INTIMIDATED by the Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service, HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I am also a VICTIM of the social media CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS and Mimi Owusu calling my Home Phone and Mobile 24/7.

I am a victim of the Banks and Building Societies making my life a living hell as I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015. I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the 24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.

It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Because I have given both parties copies of my book, IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. That was signed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” in Brixton on the 2^nd September 2023, a month after I was labelled a violent nuisance by DJ Sterlini on the 1^st August 2023. I want the Solicitor and Barrister to take notes of the fact that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE is being used by Westminster HUB to motivate TENANTS to challenge the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service. During the time when I considered myself VULNERABLE after the death of my husband, I was coerced into accepting Barrister Miranda Grell’s representation. She would only take my case if I agreed to accept, I had breached the injunction that was decided behind my back. Barrister Grell even went as far as telling us about her own “Personal Experiences” and why she trained to be a BARRISTER. I can’t understand why Barrister Grell has decided to entrap me. The attitude of the Solicitor leaves much to be desired, and concerns have been raised about his unprofessional conducts with Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Dr Phil Gregory and the NHS. I confided in Dr Phil Gregory that I was not getting proper representations before realising that Dr Phil Gregory was in the plots to DESTROY me to cover up the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. Let me put on record when I find out that Sola Obajuluwa was not working in my favour. After I buried my husband and had the time to go through the BUNDLES from the Court and Devonshires Solicitors. I found the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini and realising I was not informed about them, I decided to take the EVIDENCE with the SENCO job offer from Smart Teachers to be EVIDENCED. I was told that the Court could do as they please and my Witness Statement was already prepared. Representing myself at Employment Tribunals and Small Claims Court, and ECRO, I was confused. That’s when I started looking at the patterns of how I have been treated by the Legal System from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Although the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15^th April 2024 stated I can instruct my “Legal Team” I was treated with disrespect. The Solicitor actually asked for the report to be rewritten and no EVIDENCE I provided was taken into consideration. I was in SHOCK when the Solicitor contacted me on behalf of Dr Phil Gregory after his unannoinced visit to my home on the 21st November 2024. His coercive control demanding that I removed YouTube EVIDENCE triggered me and this nearly pushed me over the edge. The Solicitor blames me for not having a GP, when I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT on the 6th December 2024. I don’t understand why the Solicitor gave the Court Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Report as this is DEFAMATION. But let me make it known that the Solicitor has been colluding with Devonshires Solicitors LLP for me to take RESPIREDONE so they can make MONEY out of me.

Across towns and cities, bunting decorates the streets, shops are full of memorabilia and fancy dress, and Britons have an extra public holiday on Monday to mark the occasion.

What do you think of King Charles?

Well, I think he’s alright. But, I think the way that he treats Meghan and Harry is disgraceful. I don’t know, but I think there is some sort of bias or racial discrimination there.

My father came up here to visit me in 1984, I took him to Buckingham Palace and he was overjoyed. I was so happy to see him happy, however, I’m 82 now. I don’t feel the same as him about royalty. I don’t believe anyone is better than me, so I treat people with due respect. So, if I saw the king, I would treat him with the respect that he deserves.

What do you think about Caribbean nations removing the monarch as the head of state?

I think the Caribbean should have their own thing. Have something to celebrate their heritage. England has the heritage of the royal family.

No. I have no interest whatsoever. Watching them waste millions of pounds, yet refuse to support or do anything by way of reparations. It’s amazing how they’ve come up with that money so quickly.

What do you think of King Charles?

He, from what I understand recently, is having a look into the history around the slave trade. So with regards to King Charles, it will be interesting to see more about who he is and what he’s about. However, I’m 70-30 where he’s concerned, because of some of the racist dialogue that has come out over the years.

What do you think of the monarchy?

Their history is based on colonialism, racism, slavery, corruption. There’s not much positive I can really say, unfortunately.

What do you think about Caribbean nations removing the monarch as the head of state?

We have to cut ties. How we became a monarch state in the first place wasn’t because we volunteered ourselves. For us as a people back in the Caribbean, it’s important that we do become independent from the monarchy. I think it’s important that we also tell them to take their military forces out of our countries. You have no business being there.

If I’m being totally honest with you, no. No, because it doesn’t really interest me.

What do you think of King Charles?

He wants to be in tune with the younger generation. He wants to be more modern, but I don’t know if he really has much power or weight [as his mother]. Because of her silence and her anonymity, that gave her more mystique – if there were problems, she always kept her mouth shut and dealt with it in a dignified way.

It’s a different generation now. King Charles is moving into a new era. I don’t know if he has the same kind of gravitas or the same kind of respect that the queen commanded.

What do you think of the monarchy?

My parents are from the Caribbean. They came over in the sixties and I still remember the problems that the British caused for what would be my grandparents or my great grandparents.

[My parents] came over here full of life and they wanted to embrace this country, the motherland. But when they got here, they faced a lot of hardship.

I’m not really in favour of the monarch, also because of slavery – a lot of money is still being made from the slavery period … I’m not really a royalist, if I’m totally honest.

What do you think about Caribbean nations removing the monarch as the head of state?

I think the generations that are coming up behind us, which would be like our nephews or our younger brothers, even though they’re scattered in different parts of the Caribbean Islands, they feel the pain that we went through. They want to cut the ties, they no longer want to be dictated to, you know, “Our country: new rules, new school.”

Let us sort our problems out for ourselves. The problem with the British Empire … they took and they raided and they plundered. The younger generation is little bit more educated on the history that was hidden.

No.

What do you think of King Charles?

I don’t recognise them. I don’t respect them. I have nothing good. As far as I’m concerned, they don’t exist.

What do you think of the monarchy?

I don’t think about the monarchy because the monarchy is not there for poor people like us. I think it’s a waste of time. They steal all the properties and just sit there in the tower with all these golds, all the riches, all these diamonds. If they give it back to some of these countries, they wouldn’t be poor and starving. What are you doing with it? You can’t take it with you. The queen is dead. What did she take with her? Nothing.

What do you think about Caribbean nations removing the monarch as the head of state?

Well, they should have done that a long time ago. Why are they there? What are they doing for the country every time they turn up what they do? Nothing.

‘Whenever I hear the term commonwealth, I often think the wealth was not common’

There’s a degree of curiosity on my part. I’m not necessarily going to watch it avidly. But it’s possible I will watch some aspects of it.

What do you think of King Charles?

When I was growing up, he was just like a playboy guy, you know, just gets all the women. I didn’t really have an opinion really about him beyond that if I’m honest.

But that started to change when he married Diana – and I watched the wedding. The breakdown of that marriage and how he appeared to treat her, that was something I didn’t like.

He represented perhaps a pernicious aspect of the royal family.

What do you think of the monarchy?

There’s a mixture of curiosity, as well as the criticism of the monarchy and what that institution is, and what it represents.

In terms of their involvement in the Caribbean and in Africa, and what they represent as an upper-class institution – they undoubtedly represent colonialism, slavery. What I would consider some of the most heinous acts have been perpetrated on Africa and the Caribbean.

What do you think about Caribbean nations removing the monarch as the head of state?

Whenever I hear the term commonwealth, I often think the wealth was not common. It’s an organisation that stems from slavery, colonialism, neocolonialism.

“Uncle knows what’s best for you, we know what’s best for you ‘natives, you come under this umbrella and we tell you what’s best for you. And when we visit you, you dance and you sing for us, and we continue the ravages of colonialism but in a different form.”

‘Yes, I’ll definitely be watching’

Will you be watching the coronation?

Of course, definitely. You grow up in a certain way, and those are the things you look forward to. So yes, I’ll definitely be watching.

What do you think of King Charles?

Well, me personally, I am respectful of all the elders but my husband would say Charles is ageing and having a younger person might have been more beneficial. We have to prepare the future generation for taking up leadership and managing and doing the work that the older generation once used to do.

What do you think about Caribbean nations removing the monarch as the head of state?

Well, it has been done already by Barbados. I come from Jamaica, and they are thinking about it, but my view is, are they ready? Barbados made their preparations and they are out. But in my country, there’s so much happening in my country at the moment in terms of leadership, crime and all that.

‘I like Prince Charles. He does a lot of good’

Yes.

I like Prince Charles. He does a lot of good. I can’t bite the hand that feeds me. I phoned my sister and she said those things [like state security] that are in England are not in Jamaica.

I like them, because I was in Jamaica when the queen of England came here and she drove around and waved to everybody.

When the queen of England used to run Jamaica, it was better.

I write to you with deep regret, as I have long been grateful for the assistance that both my late husband and I have received from your charity. I also wish to express my sincere intention to always conduct myself in a polite and respectful manner, despite the distressing situation that has arisen regarding my neighbour, Deborah Agnes-Gilchrist, and the purported injunction allegedly issued against me.

However, I am now gravely concerned about a series of court proceedings that appear to be taking place in my name without any lawful basis or verification. This matter is exacerbated by the fact that neither the court staff, the local authority, the police, the solicitors involved, nor yourself—as the purported claimant—have been able to provide any substantive evidence of these alleged proceedings.

Furthermore, it is deeply distressing that these false claims are being repeatedly referenced by authority figures and medical personnel as if they were legitimate, despite a clear lack of verification.

Evidence of Fraudulent Proceedings

On 27th January 2023, Croydon Magistrates’ Court confirmed that a false Community Order (Case No. 2200933233) had been recorded in my name. The court explicitly stated that:

· No information was laid before the court.

· No Sealed Order exists.

· No Case Management Records exist.

· Proceedings were formally discontinued, and an investigation was opened.

To date, I have never been lawfully served with any court-issued proceedings, and the court itself has failed to verify the existence of any such proceedings. This raises serious concerns of fraudulent misrepresentation and potential criminal conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Formal Request for Disclosure

Under the principles established in R v Weir [2016] EWCA Crim 2170, which affirms the requirement for proper legal procedures in criminal and civil cases, I now make a lawful demand for the immediate disclosure of the following:

1. A copy of the Sealed Order of Injunction, along with the original Information that was laid before the court to obtain it.

2. A copy of the receipt for the court fee paid to issue the alleged possession proceedings.

Personal Liability for Fraudulent Conduct

As the CEO of Housing For Women, you hold personal and corporate accountability under the Companies Act 2006 and are legally responsible for ensuring that your organisation does not engage in fraudulent conduct.

I need your help in publishing my story in the Westminster HUB Newsletter to get people to attend the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch on the 17^th and 10^th March 2025 for POSSESSION and COMMITTAL based on the unlawful injunction with CONTEMPT of COURT to silence and gag me. Whilst am the prisoner of my neighbour Debbie Gilchrist who is given permission to continue the GASLIGHTING with the HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I want it known that I was not aware of the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge on the 24^th July and DJ Swan on the 26^th July and DJ Sterlini on the 1^st August 2023 when I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. I am aware of DJ Sterlini because he was on correspondence I received when DJ Zimmell and DJ Rand strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan who stole my manuscript. I have not received my money from the judgement with Barrister Ryan Clement, who groomed Winsome Duncan to find vulnerable black people for them to scam.

In order for the public to understand, I have been abandoned by J I SOLLICITORS of 1-3 Atwell Road, London, SE15 4TW Sola Obajuluwa and Counsel barrister Miranda Grell who went to Court on the 9^th December 2024 to make out I do not have CAPACITY. I represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals and various Small Claims Court hearings. HMCTS miscarriages of justice are documented and the patterns of systemic discrimination are similar in the cases with the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System.

Why should Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, and Debbie Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs, who was employed in April 2022 get away by HMCTS DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Pigram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo unprofessional conducts. In the case of DJ Hayes, Barrister Angela Delbourg a WHITE Female telling me I MUST be WHITER than WHITE before DJ Hayes. And after court told me that she was SCARED I would shout at the judge. In the case of DJ Pigram, he threatened to remove Debbie Thomas from the court and stated my HUSBAND was supporting me. Yet DJ Piagram did not see the 100 year old man who was CONFUSED and TRAUMATISED. In the case of DJ Bell I was in SHOCK finding out this is a FEMALE as her name appeared on 7 claims she sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge including Barrister Ryan Clement that JUDGEMENT was passed. Barrister Miranda Grell was in AWE of her but I just viewed her as another CORRUPT judge. She requests that I do Psychiatric Assessment which I attended on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my HUSBAND. As for DJ Naidoo I was not at his/her Court on the 20^th December 2023, I had an appointment at the Decima Street Surgery for a Medical Review. I was already STRESSED turning up at court on the 19^th to be informed that Stephen Agera from Charles Hills & CO sent email to be removed as my solicitor.

My intellectual Property, Copyright, Images and CPPDP harvested by social media. The http://www.myvision.org.uk website I created from scratch in 2012 stolen by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton. I can be found online advocating, so why should I be threatened by CONTEMPT of COURT when I was the minute taker of the Customer Scrutiny Panel. Thats how Ms H Presley found me online when Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf.

Maybe DJ Beecham can explain when she became aware of the need for the EQUALITY ASSESSOR and why the GASLIGHTING claiming I don’t have CAPACITY is allowed. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER do not have a GP.

If permitted the hope is that more members of the public attend hearings this year, to understand what is happening in real time and also so judges and others realise we are all keeping a close eye on the process of justice. Perhaps the imbalances of power might shift or at best less abuses of process.

Please find the updated time and case number below for information, which is going to be at the RCJ also via Microsoft Teams. The MS Teams log in password has not yet been updated and should be available later this evening. Once shared a second email will go out.

Unfortunately, as you will see this is her 6^th attempt at appointing counsel and appeal. The fact that her previous solicitor, allegedly, weaponised her disability for the hearing to be held at the COP just demonstrates how easily processes can be abused, by counsel that collude together in order to act in bad faith.

Dear participant,

I hope you are well. Thank you very much for taking part in the RAPSODI/PD Frontline Study. I am reaching out to you today, as we are recruiting participants for an in-person study with us at University College London Hospital.

It’s an MRI study based at University College Hospital investigating small bowel motility in Parkinson’s Disease. During your visit, we will complete a few short questionnaires and a short motor examination. You will then have your first MRI scan which will take a maximum of 15 minutes. You will then drink some liquid slowly over an hour before your second scan. This drink contains mannitol, a sugar that is not absorbed by the small bowel. Although this does not taste particularly pleasant, it is a safe medicine and will help us to visualise the small intestine during your scan. You will be then scanned again for around 15 minutes.

As the scans take place early in the morning (around 8-9am), we can cover for an overnight stay at a nearby hotel if the journey to London would be too long in the morning, as well as travel costs. You would be asked not to take any Parkinson’s meds in the morning, and to come on an empty stomach (i.e. only water in the morning).

This study is suitable for participants with no contraindications for MRI scans (i.e. no metal in their body), with or without Parkinson’s, who are either not on Levodopa or on 4 or less doses per day. Please find the Information Sheet attached here.
