You will of course know exactly who you are if you happen to receive the following from me. This is the response to the email that ended up in my inbox, proving my GOD is on the case: It has been edited for obvious reasons. Dear ValThere is every possibilities we don’t know each other. However, I think this correspondence was forwarded to me in error for a purpose. God is working in a mysterious way to uncover Winsome Duncan as a #scammer. She is an evil person and must be stopped at all costs. All she does is go around looking for vulnerable people to scam. I am not sure who, else apart from her Employment Barrister is involved. It’s up to you how you intend to use this information that I am sending you. She used the sensitive confidential information from my book. Then she tried rewriting my book using her own life stories. I don’t know what she has done with my original manuscript. On the 27th March 23015 at HOC, I told #DilysEpton that if I was a dog at BIB, the RSPCA London South East Branch would have rescued me. Of course she turned up her snobbish nose and said in her posh accent “Mervelee, that’s not what they say about you”? My story is in the public domain, because I write to DE on the 14th March about my Mental Heath Conditions that were triggered at BIB. But #HildaMiller sent me to HOC to be colonised. Well the Employment tribunal have lots of questions to answer: Why did Judge Martin struke out my Racism repeatedly when it was sent back for review by Judge Baron? Message to those #Naysayers who have been thrawling through my Facebook with their #UlteriorMotives. They must remember that I already told them, I don’t have #Secrets & if there are any, I KEEP THEM TO MYSELF! Anything more than one person knows is not a #SECRET? My #SocialMedia is my #GiftofHistory for the #FutureGenerations. Can LEYF Nurseries not acknowledge how I used my #Qualifications, #CPPDP to promote their organisation? Now I have gone into #LEYFWebsite & done my #Research, just in case they are unaware. How many of the #Managers were my #FormerColleagues at #LutonStreet? Did my #2Son Mr Valdin Legister not endorse #LutonStreetTeam in 2011. That was the years they said I was not good enough to fill the post of #LeadEarlyYearsPractitioner despite been the only shortlisted staff from the organisation. Maybe it’s time to review & update the #Contract into the #RulesofLaw governing the EYFS, Ofsted, the Equality Act 2010, Data Protection Act 1998, Human Rights Act 1998, et al…?

Daily Express Page 10: ‘Take criminals or lose our aids’. This is interesting for more ways than one. I wrote 1 of 4 #OpenLetter to the UK government & received a reply from PM David Cameron. I was advised to opt fro a #CareerChange… I have since had to contact PM Theresa May about the ongoing saga of the Benefits system & I am not getting anywhere in a hurry. So I am putting everything on hold until #2017January when I take up my #ADVOCACY with my Fight4justice campaign. I told them already I am capble of wearing #DifferentHats?
Page 12: Killer drivers will be sent to prison for life. There are many ways in which one’s life can be destroyed. LEYF Nurseries have done since #23rdJuly2014. I have to be on top of my game so the conspirators & collaborators in the #Establishment & #System don’t bring me down to their levels.
They are trying to make out I am a #CRIMINAL! Then I have to deal with those from #YARD that are trying to use Reverse-psychology to nail my #Coffinshut. Page 6: Brazil’s tears as bodies of tragic team returned. Not that I am putting myself on the same scales as this tragic incident…? However I would like to make some comparisons. After returning from burying my #Mother in July 2014, I was transferred to BIB LEYF Nurseries. My story is all over #SocialMedia, yet they tried to #GAG me so I could not get my side of the matter out there in the #PublicDomain! Now I would like those who are more learned in their different Free Legal Advice UK to give me some help in understanding the thinking of others who are #Biased & refusing to accept that we all have our own conscious or unconscious Prejudices that cause us to #DISCRIMINATE!

Since today might be my last b4 I have to take a Facebook break, I have heard a voice telling me to make the most of my opportunites. Once more I would like to acknowledge the fact of my #Achievements with my Fight4justice campaign against LEYF Nurseries with the support I have been given by #SocialMedia & Facebook for Windows in particularly. After today, I will be focussing on doing my #Highlights!
I am still considered a #RespectableProfessional & I will make sure there are no doubts about this fact. So whoever is intent with their Reverse-psychology, I will endeavor to do my #Research after!

Good morning Facebook? The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness there of… The world and they that dwell there in…
I am mindful of my blessings for many reasons and this came into play last night. My Tomm was watching the Snooker Live Pro on the TV & I was busy on the computer. I could hear him willing #RannyOSullivan on… Went to the kitchen to tidy up & came back & my Tom was #Jubilant… He had his disappointment early when despite me telling him not to just back a horse to #Win, he did & lost all his money. The horse placed #2nd. To be honest that is minior to TOM because he #Gambles!!!
In bed he said he had a #Dream in the week that he won “Three Hundred & Fity Thousand Pounds”. I asked him where that is going to come from & he siad must be the #Lottery. I saiud to him ok, we will watch this #Dream.
But strangely enough I woke this morning & the 1st thing that came to my mind was what happened at my #AuntieMelliehome when I visited JA for my #2Son Mr Valdin Legister wedding in 2014. On the day my #Cuz Mr Hayden Salmon took me out by the #SpanishTownHighway, I don’t know if he remembers his parting conversation to me…? This is exactly what came back to me this morning. Us #NEMBHARD are #CHRISTIANS regardless of the #Denomination we choose to #Worship. That’s why this morning I am up & deciding to let the Lord do Thy will & leads me wherever He wants me to follow?
My Fight4justice must ensure LEYF Nurseries, the #Establishment & #Systems do not get away with Social Injustices & Inequalities summed up in the Equality Act 2010 as #DISCRIMINATION!

For those of U whose BD I’ve missed- Happy belated! & 4 those whom I will surely be missing take a bow on my b1/2 on the day? I am 1 Tired Wreck, but I am still Soldiering on>>> Have 2 work right up til my travels, but if my Ghana Sis Madonna can do it, so will I, even if I am abt 2 Drop? Yesterday was 1 Interesting & Productive day & I got the opps 2 be Challenged from I left my home until I got back indoors… So BTU 2 all my colleagues at LEYF-LS – Suzanne, Michelle Hoofong, et al who supported me all the way! With Ur help I was empowered to brighten 1 LEL on the day she celebrated her 83rd BD.
I am sure my CEO who is an advocate of Multi-Intergenerational would be more than plzed about the work WE continue to do at LS to make this a Reality? Lets hope Eileen Parker whom I sometimes escorted home when I see her at the BS at Alscot Rd really appreciated the card the children made 4 her? Next time I see her am sure she will tell me even if when I talk she says “I CAN’T HEAR U, I AM DEAF…” So it was from 1 end of the MIG process of the ELDERLY to the very YOUNG! Changes of any kinds do have an IMPACT on the VO as well as the VY, so these groups just don’t do things differently because they want to make OUR life a Living Nightmare? The morale of the story WE are never too OLD to LEARN?
