Claim Reason for claim: 3.1. Dear Ms Myers, My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Patient Complaint Officer at Kingโs College Hospital. My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at Kingโs forward through the formal complaints process. MM Response: I will go back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Nursery 2003-2008 and the first nervous breakdown. After the death of my brother with colon cancer age 56 years old. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I was abandoned by UNISON, the NHS GP, LEA, LSB, the CAB, organisations and individuals that left me to be the victim of systemic discrimination. The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. MM Response: What is PALS waiting on and am I the only one who is DYSLEXIC? Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team. MM Response: It is now 28th Page 1 of 5 August 2024 so what is happening to the formal response? The patterns of MISOGYNY from the time I raised concerns at Kings about children with SEND can be tracked to why the Judiciary of England and Wales presided over the first miscarriages of justice when I was accused of making up disabilities and not a credible witness. If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this. MM Response: I will tell the world that the discrimination started at Kings 2003-2008 and 2024 when my husband was NEGLECTED on BYRON ward. I was assaulted on the 6th April 2024 when Nurse Betty called the racist security I assaulted staff. I was tired after attending the “Windrush Vigil” but it was my duty to visit my husband in the hospital. I ended up in A&E because I was manhandled by haters and the staff who were struggling to cope. I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint. MM Response: How many complaints have I raised since I contacted UNISON about the treatment at KINGS. To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to. MM Response: Mervelee Myers stories are documented online and as a result of the HATE CRIMES of me and my husband I got 700K views on one of the videos of my husband in the HOSPITAL. There is no way the MISOGYNY can be hidden anymore. The question is what does the BLACK persons failing their own believe in? โข Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this MM Response Nurse Betty is just a careless, overworked AFRICAN acting like those who sold our ANCESTORS into SLAVERY. โข Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place. MM Response: There is no question about the reasons I create contents. Refer to videos in Guys Hospital. โข Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately. MM Response: Fact. โข Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break). MM Response: Why did Gayle Lewis put emphasis on my broken finger nail? Did she think I was taken to A&E because of my BROKEN FINGER NAIL? Her from the building โ MM Response: Refer to the appointment on 21st August 2024 with the Mental Health Practitioner and the recommendations. She asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket. MM Response: I was expected to leave the hospital after I was tricked to leave my husband’s bedside without my coat with my keys in it. How was I to get back indoors without my keys and bus pass that were in my pocket. โข Was safeguarding in place for complainantโs husband. MM Response: Can KINGS answer the question? To ensure we understand the key points within your complaint that you would like answered and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place, I want to ensure that I have accurately presented your key concerns. MM Response: I consider Gayle Lewis to be biased and working under the MISOGYNISTIC laws of the Judiciary of England and Wales that have presided over the miscarriages of Page 2 of 5 justice after the death of my brother age 56 with colon cancer. My mother with dementia. Now after the CRISIS I went through during July 2023 I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Facing IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION gagged with Contempt of Court. Well Gayle Lewis will be exposed like all in the BAME community who discriminated against me and my husband. What does Gayle Lewis need to understand about my complaints? My husband was NEGLECTED and I was ASSAULTED by RACIST Security Nurse Betty called and lied about me. It would also be helpful to understand the outcome you are seeking. MM Response: Now the outcome I am seeking is relevant to what the NHS has done to deny me my ENTITLEMENTS. But now the NHS England is joining in the MISOGYNY colluding with Nexus Health Group. Let me quote Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. Typical outcomes from raising a complaint would be: โข An official explanation in the form of a written response. MM Response: What official written response is Gayle Lewis talking about? The NHS is not FIT For PURPOSE. โข An apology for a poor experience. MM Response: It’s too late now for an apology. โข Process improvements to help ensure a similar occurrence does not happen in the future. MM Response: This happened in 2008 at KINGS and in 2024 am hearing CRAP about improvement. โข Potential retraining for staff, if identified through the course of the investigation. MM Response: Those responsible will be named including the Nexus Health Group MISOGYNIST. I would be grateful if you could confirm this is a fair reflection of your concerns for our investigation. MM Response: How many times have I contacted Gayle Lewis about this matter? Spring Budget
On the 6th of March, Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt announced the Spring Budget 2024, which included changes to the tax rates, and some other changes that may impact benefits claimants.

Universal Credit Migration Notice
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is sending out notice letters to people on legacy benefits including Tax Credits. People claiming these benefits are being moved to Universal Credit, which the DWP wants to replace the older benefits such as ESA, Tax Credits, and more.
It is important to note that you don’t need to claim Universal Credit if you’ve only received a leaflet from DWP telling you to get ready for Universal Credit. Wait until you receive a letter with a deadline. If you’ve received a Universal Credit migration notice letter
If you have received a notice letter, make sure you read what is in the letter as it will have a deadline. Here are important things to know about deadlines: Deadlines are three months after the date the notice letter was sent Your legacy benefits will stop after this deadline Make a successful claim for Universal Credit by the deadline, but the timing of that claim can be important so that you can prevent gaps between claims We recommend you read our Universal Credit migration notice guide.

Report a missing Cost of Living Payment 2023/2024
The third instalment of the 2023/24 Cost of Living Payment was paid to households entitled to certain benefits during qualifying periods.
Most qualified people were paid between 6 February and 22 February 2024. Payments were made automatically.
If you think you should have had this payment but you cannot see it in your account, you can report the missing payment online.

People who get severe disability premium with their legacy benefits immediately before they move to Universal Credit, receive a transitional element in their Universal Credit to compensate for the loss of this premium.
From 14 February 2024 the amount of this element will increase if they also get other disability premiums prior to moving over to Universal Credit.
Claimants already getting the transitional severe disability premium element within their Universal Credit, could be eligible for backdated payments if they were also entitled other disability premiums prior to claiming Universal Credit.

Winter Fuel Payment deadline
Winter Fuel Payment is a one-off payment made during November and December to help with heating costs for people over State Pension age. Winter Fuel Payments are usually paid automatically if you are getting certain benefits.
Some people need to make a claim for this payment and applications should be sent and arrived by 31 March 2024.

The Department for Work and Pensions is reminding couples who may be eligible to Marriage Allowance. Some couples can save up to ยฃ252 a year on their tax bill by claiming Marriage Allowance.
To benefit from Marriage Allowance, the following circumstances must apply: the couple are married or in a civil partnership one person does not pay Income Tax because any income they have is below their tax-free Personal Allowance (usually ยฃ12,570) their partner pays Income Tax at the basic rate. A new benefit, Carer Support Payment, is replacing Carer’s Allowance in Scotland. Carer Support Payment is money for people in Scotland who provide regular care to someone who has a disability.
The initial applications are available only for people in Dundee City, Perth and Kinross, and Na h-Eileanan Siar (Western Isles) for now.
The transfer of existing Carer’s Allowance claims to Carer Support Payment for claimants who live in Scotland began on 26 February 2024. Claimants living in Scotland who currently get Carer’s Allowance do not need to take any action. Their claims will be transferred to Carer Support Payment between February 2024 and Spring 2025.

Turn2us March Information Newsletter Welcome to the March edition of the Information Newsletter from financial security charity Turn2us.
In this edition, we have outlined key information on the Spring Budget 2024 and the Universal Credit migration notices that many of you might have received, along with detailed steps you should take.
We have updates on new features added to our Benefits Calculator, an additional payment of disability premiums with Universal Credit, the deadline to claim Winter Fuel Payment, and how to report a missing Cost of Living Payment 2023/24.
Spring Budget
On the 6th of March, Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt announced the Spring Budget 2024, which included changes to the tax rates, and some other changes that may impact benefits claimants.

New features added to our Benefits Calculator
Our Benefits Calculator tells you about your benefits entitlement, the calculator now also tells how to access other financial assistance relevant to you, such as help with bills, health costs, help with raising a child, and more. Use the Benefits Calculator
Universal Credit Migration Notice
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is sending out notice letters to people on legacy benefits including Tax Credits. People claiming these benefits are being moved to Universal Credit, which the DWP wants to replace the older benefits such as ESA, Tax Credits, and more.
It is important to note that you don’t need to claim Universal Credit if you’ve only received a leaflet from DWP telling you to get ready for Universal Credit. Wait until you receive a letter with a deadline. If you’ve received a Universal Credit migration notice letter
If you have received a notice letter, make sure you read what is in the letter as it will have a deadline. Here are important things to know about deadlines: Deadlines are three months after the date the notice letter was sent Your legacy benefits will stop after this deadline Make a successful claim for Universal Credit by the deadline, but the timing of that claim can be important so that you can prevent gaps between claims We recommend you read our Universal Credit migration notice guide.

Report a missing Cost of Living Payment 2023/2024
The third instalment of the 2023/24 Cost of Living Payment was paid to households entitled to certain benefits during qualifying periods.
Most qualified people were paid between 6 February and 22 February 2024. Payments were made automatically.
If you think you should have had this payment but you cannot see it in your account, you can report the missing payment online.

People who get severe disability premium with their legacy benefits immediately before they move to Universal Credit, receive a transitional element in their Universal Credit to compensate for the loss of this premium.
From 14 February 2024 the amount of this element will increase if they also get other disability premiums prior to moving over to Universal Credit.
Claimants already getting the transitional severe disability premium element within their Universal Credit, could be eligible for backdated payments if they were also entitled other disability premiums prior to claiming Universal Credit.

Winter Fuel Payment deadline
Winter Fuel Payment is a one-off payment made during November and December to help with heating costs for people over State Pension age. Winter Fuel Payments are usually paid automatically if you are getting certain benefits.
Some people need to make a claim for this payment and applications should be sent and arrived by 31 March 2024.

The Department for Work and Pensions is reminding couples who may be eligible to Marriage Allowance. Some couples can save up to ยฃ252 a year on their tax bill by claiming Marriage Allowance.
To benefit from Marriage Allowance, the following circumstances must apply: the couple are married or in a civil partnership one person does not pay Income Tax because any income they have is below their tax-free Personal Allowance (usually ยฃ12,570) their partner pays Income Tax at the basic rate. A new benefit, Carer Support Payment, is replacing Carer’s Allowance in Scotland. Carer Support Payment is money for people in Scotland who provide regular care to someone who has a disability.
The initial applications are available only for people in Dundee City, Perth and Kinross, and Na h-Eileanan Siar (Western Isles) for now.
The transfer of existing Carer’s Allowance claims to Carer Support Payment for claimants who live in Scotland began on 26 February 2024. Claimants living in Scotland who currently get Carer’s Allowance do not need to take any action. Their claims will be transferred to Carer Support Payment between February 2024 and Spring 2025.

Dementia affects every person differently, but it also affects members of the same family differently too.
As part of our biggest ever awareness campaign, โWe live with dementiaโ, weโre shining a spotlight on children whose lives have been impacted by dementia through an exhibition of their artwork across the country.
Some of our artistic young supporters have shared their drawings to express their feelings about dementia, and how it has changed their relationships with family members living with the condition.
You can visit the outdoor live exhibition this week for free at Paternoster Square, City of London, London, EC4M 7DX. Or if you’re not in the area, see if you can spot the artwork across digital displays in Birmingham, Manchester and other parts of London.

One of the pictures on display is by Jack, aged nine, whose nanny was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia when she was 70. Jack used to enjoy baking and playing with his nanny. Nowadays he looks after her by helping her to tie her shoes as well as singing and drawing together.

I went into the Branch to do a transaction of paying for a Business Event and updating the amount I pay for rent. However, because of what Nationwide did to me when I went in on another occasion to do a transaction, I will put on record my thoughts to be published online. I went into the Branch to transfer money to an account at Santander. I will be brief as I have written elsewhere, and the way I was treated exacerbated my PTSD. I eventually left the Branch to get the person because the transaction did not go through. I returned with the person and the matter was dealt with. I got a request to do a survey, which I complied with. To my surprise I got a letter about my behaviour on the day.
I challenged the matter and the way Nationwide treated me left me SCARED of going into the Branch. Worse was to come as the person to whom I transferred the money took control of my life and I was not aware at the time. After accompanying me to speak to the manager and helping me to address the allegations. I was advised to do Power of Attorney. This person gained my confidence giving me a role on her http://www.blac.org.uk and I felt valued. I even gave her POA because I have no one else and someone to trust. Despite me not having any interests in my husband’s property, she was coercing me to get control. After 2 transactions into her account at Santander and during the POA she changed tactics.
During this time Mimi Owusu aka Imanii Zenawi including lots of other aliases encourage me to build a website and introduce me to Harrison. This person is one and the same of the aliases she is using. Eventually the person showed her true colours and between April to July 2023 I was scammed of ยฃ10,000.00 in two transactions from Nationwide to Santander.
I will hold Nationwide responsible for allowing me to be SCAMMED by the person they caused me to trust because of their treatment of me. Nationwide staff used allegations about my behaviour on the day the staff at the BRANCH tried to get me to send money to an account she said did not exists. This left me in the control of Mimi Owusu.
The 12 pages “Witness Statement” she wrote for Housing for Women set out the role of Nationwide in her taking advantage of my VULNERABILITY. This will be used as evidence against the BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES. The fact that I was forced to run into debt when Barclays closed my account and I had to turn to nationwide will count also.
I trusted Nationwide when Santander tried to SCAM my husband, seeking their advice, before transferring savings from Santander to Nationwide. But what did Nationwide do? Allowed Mimi Owusu to scam me of the money that was transferred and making allegations which left me scared of going in the branch. Since some of those involved are the young people I watched training am going to say they are trained to target VULNERABLE people in breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
Each time am asked to do SURVEY, it is used against me. Reasons Housing for Women is seeking EVICTION POSSESSION IMPRISONMENT whilst my husband is dying slowly of torture and so am I. Now let me see what allegations Nationwide will be using against me. Barclays Santander and Nationwide acting the same towards me and my husband. As a result of Santander INTENTIONS to SCAM us, we have been robbed of our passports marriage certificate other documents and the money my husband withdrew from the bank. The Financial Ombudsman Service not doing anything because Emma Martin-Hamilton colluded with Barclays. Then get YouTube and Trustpilot to cyberbullying me. After that she got PC Edward Allen to target me. If I live long enough I will publish my findings.
Thanks for your understanding, but since Nationwide helped Mimi Owusu to SCAM me and failed me and my husband I have no alternative to let the world know.

Whilst am waiting on Mr. Guy Lawfull to put his thoughts in an email back to me, I will do the same as writing is THERAPY for me. I was first approached via a telephone call that there was interest in my WEBSITE over a period of almost a year. It was the same person who kept calling and I was not interested. I started getting emails from the same person who was calling, but I was resolute. I got a phone call from two other persons one of whom is Guy Lawfull. After listening to his arguments a few times I decided to accept his offer to sell him the website. For there not to be any mistakes on my part I will add the information I have written in “My BLACK Book”. I did my part in taking care of the transfer with Guy on the line. I expected due curtsey to follow, and I got paid. When I eventually made contacts via messaging, I realized that once again my vulnerability was used against me in the response to my message about payment. Let me give an idea of how I have been taken advantage ofโฆ On 30/10/2017 the Metropolitan Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home to SECTION me from a malicious report l wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. After they refused to act on my reports about verbal threats from Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan. To know more about why am resolute in naming those involved in SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION including District Judge STERLINI who labels me a VIOLENT NUISANCE, please SUBSCRIBE to my Social Media. With all that was happening after the death of my mother, I had to prioritise so left the matter of the STOLEN WEBSITE on the back burner. Last year I clicked on my URL in a publication and the website came up. I browsed and left a message and sent an email for someone to contact me. I made contacts via other Social Media platforms and still no response. Having time on my hands I started making my online presence more user-friendly. The URL presented my WEBSITE again and I made contacts after making a detailed look at the SITE. I see that Guy Lawfull, the only person I know by name was on there. He called yesterday and as I told him, it was my MOTHER’S BIRTHDAY and I was EMOTIONAL. Imagine being made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover up what now turns out to be Richard Harty’s MIC Abusers Rings Drag Queen Storytellers. Richard Harty who panicked and called my phone and kicked me out of the UEL can be compared to Guy Lawfull who made a promise to purchase my WEBSITE and as soon as the transfer was made disappeared. All I can say I am willing to resolve this matter amicably. I have been under lots of pressure for the past 10 years. To be ambitious is to be great in mind, and soul, to want that which is worthwhile, and thrive/strive for it. To go on without looking back, reaching to that which gives satisfaction.
To be humanely ambitious is to take the world which is the province of man. To be ambitious is to offend God by rivalling him, in his infinite majesty.

I am writing on behalf of Mervelee Myers of 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY who I met at the Walworth Living Room, a subsidiary of Pembroke House.
I was working in partnership with Cardboard Citizens delivering the โTheatre of the Oppressedโ training. Mervelee was one the older female in the group.
I identified that she is/was a gifted and talented natural performer who was able to create the most amazing scenarios at the spur of the moment.
However, Mervelee preferred to stay in the background which seemed to be her comfort zone. I was sensitive towards Mervelee and her needs when she confided in me about her โChronic Anxietyโ which affected her without prior notice. Therefore, I used the prescribed techniques via the training to support her in maximising her potential as a performer. I encouraged her not to be overshadowed by her disabilities that affected her performance within the group.
Mervelee got back in touch with me about the Windrush Day Playback Storytelling at the Brixton Library. She attended and was a participant. She is involved with the 6 rehearsal sessions for the playback โTheatre PERFORMANCESโ.
Training is in progress and Mervelee is one of the stars of the performances. She is favourite with everyone who finds her โWicked Sense of Humourโ helps them to relax and be themselves.
I must say how much Mervelee has grown in confidence since the time I trained her at the Walworth Living Room in 2019. If you need more evidence of our engagement from 2019 and how she has taken on my advice and encouragement during training and making use of her natural talents.

The ORIGINS Festival will kick off 2023 by releasing a brand-new interactive app designed to take users on a journey through Brixton to uncover the songs, stories and memories of recent history.
The app is being created by award winning transformative public arts company Aswarm to be released in February 2023.

I am going out later to deliver my review of the NHS Professionals who helped me getting back to optimum health. I must say I can’t name everyone individually. But I am grateful for the support network provided by the NHS. I can find it in my heart to forgive #KINGSCOLLEGEHOSPITALNHSFOUNDATIONTRUST because I know they were given the wrong information about me.
I only realised this because of my experiences with LEYF Nurseries. Ms Margaret Ohuche, I hope my review will go some way in sharing with the world the specialist services provided by NHS Professionals. I am eternally grateful for your support during the sessions I attended. I was once proud to sing the praises of #LEYF and the opportunity I was given to develop my #CPPDP and #intellectualproperties… But because of the discrimination from the time I get back from burying my MOTHER and the #employmenttribunals handling of the matter. Just finished my 54 Page Thesis that my TEACHERS at Townhead Basic & Primary Schools would be proud of me. Although I did turn Rebel & stop go to Church because I never have the PF, my Parents instilled lots of Christian principles in me.

Need to send in my Happi-Clay-Shans 2 di PM fi tek up his charted fi Teach Henglish…? But I’ll go back to the heartlands of where I started mentoring that I was taught with City & Islington College in October 2009. So for all those whom I’ve taught since I’ve been in the UK… At LC, OU, writing References, mentoring students on placements, editing, doing projects, representing Company… U name it I have a piece of paper to show I’ve done it. Now wat do U call the fact dat I now have to go back to the same Islington College fi guh duh Level 2 as LSA? I call it teking di PISS, fi meet targets. Then dem chat bout Peeps who are on BENIFITS. Question is who are Responsible 4 the likes of me having to claim dem RC benefits in di fus place?
