This is exactly my story with LEYF Nurseries. I joined on the 1.9.2009 at #FitroviaCommunityNursery. Before long I was transferred to #LutonStreet because of the #InterimManager who could not deal with the fact I was a graduate of the The Open University.
My time at #LutonStreet from April 2010 – 22.7.2014 were the best years of my working life in the UK with any organisations. Little did I know what was in store for me at #BIB, then #HOC and finally at #NewCross.
The RIH, but my Fight4justice will ensure my stories are told as I take up #Advocacy! Thats why when the #Establishment come tell me that #LEYF have to make sure I did not say anything to ruin their #Business, I told them where to stick thier #Blood, #Sweat, #TearsDuttyMONEY.
I have seen off the Director of HR & Organisational Development, #NEILKING. Noticed that #AlisonStokes has been demoted back to manager and is no longer Operations Manager. #MarionBreslin resigned in February 2016 soon after I was forced out of New Cross.
My Fight4justice is for all whom LEYF Nurseries discriminated against over the years. This is inclusive of #Employees, #Children & #Parents!

Now this is the kind of life I am used to. My #Papa was sick for 10+ years and I have to learn about #Caring4Sick from an early. That is in addition to caring for my younger siblings and other extended families.
Then my #Grandma took sick and both died a month apart in 1980. Now anyone who have not merely been interested about trying to find the #Dirt to try #Blemish my life chances life LEYF Nurseries will be aware of my story.

I will carry on doing what I know I am good at with my Fight4justice campaign. I am a Carers UK and knows exactly what life is all about. Believe it or not I was responsible for the #MultigenerationalWorkingApproach with LEYF Nurseries until I transferred to BIB. Despite the #CEOJuneOSullivan sanctioning my #CPPDP in writing, BIB have a different agenda and the #AreaManagerHildaMiller decided BIB did not have to do anything that was part of the #Ethos, #CoreValues & #DNA from Luton Street.

I refuse to say much about this matter except that I will be using my Fight4justice campaign to call for another Leveson Enquiry from the Centre for Inquiry UK in how the Early Years Service is been delivered in the EYFS and Ofsted. It is time for LEYF Nurseries to be called to give an account to what they have done to breach the Human Rights Act 1998, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010. International Laws, Home Country Legislations, Codes of Practices & Conducts.
It’s no use others bury their heads in the sand and pretend they were not warned about the scales of #Discrimination in workplaces in the #EarlyYearsSector in particular. I have myn #DefensivePractice which will be part of my Fight4justice campaign. So if none of the recipients want to acknowledge the #OpenLetters, it will be my words against theirs. This time I have most of what I need to share in #BlacknWhite!
The #Lies and #Allegations will be seen for what they are. Only then will I think my #Mama will be allowed to RIP after what LEYF Nurseries done to me since 23.7.2014?

Daily Express Page 7: Cleese tribute to ‘wonderful’ Sachs – Mr Sachs is said to have died in a London Care Home of Vascular dementia after four years. Now this for me is to go do more #Research about the different types of Dementia. It is stated that John Sachs said his father used Manuel’s moustace to hide behind because he did not want to be recognised.
Then I noticed another thing about me and it is that my spellings is not as good as I once thought it was? For the first time, I noticed how to spell moustace. It is not spelt the way I pronounce it as “mouthstash”. It took me all this time to realise.
I done Dyslexia training for the first time a couple months ago. But I have been aware of the different types of Dyslexia Centers from I was working at King’s College Hospital. So now I am of the opinion after the training that I have more than #1formsofDyslexia namely Dyscalculia, Dysorientation & a little Dyspraxia UK thrown in for good measures. As proof of my #Dyslexia, I am still to remember where I use the wrong hand to put the #TrainingCertificate.
I guess it will show itself once I am through with the main purpose for my Fight4justice campaign?
I have an interest in this story because of my #Mother and an area of concerns I have re #MultigenerationalWorkingPartnerships. Meeting this #ElderlyLady in East Street Market have given me much food for thoughts. I must have experience Dementia Friends without knowing from a young age. However with knowledge comes power and I have to give thanks for the opportunities I have had since living in the UK. I studied with the The Open University, and is a force to be reckon with. That’s why I refuse to give LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishment the satisfactions of destroying my life. The life that my #Mother worked like a #Man in order to see her children make something of our lives.
Mama had #Dementia which I diagnosed. I lived her dementia with her even when I was not home, because my #Family made sure I had a telephone conversation every weekend without fail with her. But the most poignant memories I have is the time I spent with her during the time I was in Jamaica for my #1Son Mr Valdin Legister & Naheel Julene Brown Legister wedding.
I helped Mama rediscovered the life she once knew, even if she didn’t remember and recognise her #1Daughter. Then I went back to bury Mama, came back, got transferred to BIB, LEYF Nurseries, where my life was turned into a living hell.
Therefore LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishmsnt must be heald accountable with my Fight4justice campaign. Some are pretending that they were not informed, or that I did not seek their support to stop the #Discriminations. But time is the master in all we do?

I am taking a different approach to how I interact on Facebook as of now. I will not therefore be sticking to any one formatt, but whatever happens to take my fancy daily. Today I will start with reviewing the Daily Express to see if I have anything in common with #FeaturedStories?

Page 1&3: Please Don’t Go LEN – Meeting up with a former colleague when I was coming from the East Street market led me to realise the significance of this story. I worked with briefly this Afriacan Lady at #PeckhamSettlement from January – July 2009. We greeted each other and stopped to chat as is the norms with people of our generations with similiar cultural backgrounds. She could not believe anything that I was telling me about what happened to me at #BIB, #HOC and #NewCross LEYF Nurseries with the #Establishment and the #System conspiring and colluding to making my life a living hell.
The lady stopping to chat, sharing of her experiences that are similiar to mine and reassuring me… help with restoring my faith in the human beings that continue to let me down when I needed their support the most.
Telling me it was a good thing I left when I did, she related how she had to stand her grounds and demands her rights not to be discriminated against. She eventually left with her #RundantPay that they did not want to give her.

The #Moral of the story is “some will support you, but some wont”. Take it from someone who has been in a few scrapes where I believed that no matter the outcome, I am going to stick to my principles. I have had to face some consequences over the years. I would advice you all never to depend on anyone, no matter who to come to your defence when you reach rock bottom. You can make your maker and knows who will be at your side when the time comes?
When one is a celebrity and living in the public eye, then that is a totally different experience all together. Some of my experiences in the UK since 2004 have not left me with much faith in the #Establishment, #System or even the #HumanSpecies. So good on all those who are rallying around and saying ‘Please Don’t Go LEN’!

A river cuts through a rock, not because of its power but its persistence. On Monday November 28, Kevin Murray was voted as Councillor of the Friendship Division with 1063 votes. I mention my name because I am just one part of the big picture that contributed and will contribute to the success and upliftment of the Friendship Division.

It has been said that one is to be strong when they are weak, brave when scared and humble when victorious and tonight, I will enforce that principle. I will enforce this principle because success in the Friendship Division will only be had with the continued support of you the community members whether JLP or PNP because this is one Friendship Division.

I want to pause everything and thank God for His forever guiding hand which has led me through this process. I am forever grateful for the strength He gave to me and my team. Thank you voters for deciding to be PROACTIVE. We could not have done this without you. It is your confidence in me that has put me in this position and for us to bring home the C.U.P!! This C.U.P I speak of, is the Community Upliftment Programme. The plan that will make the Friendship Division the model division. The division that others will strive to be like. The division leading the change. The Prosperity Division!

A big shout out to my team!! Words cannot express my gratitude but we did it!! To the members of the PNP, this is your division too. I humbly ask that you not sit back hoping for me to fail but let’s join hands for a better division. I don’t want you to see colour but see prosperity.

Page 3: Just the job! Old soldier Joe finds work – I am still out in the cold since I was forced to resign from LEYF Nurseries to save my life. It’s not for want of trying. I even went back & done studies, but nothing is working for me. I come in & called my son Kevin Murray to offer my commiserations about the JLP loss in Westmoreland BUY Election! There is hope yet for a Brighter Tomorrow as the JLP did make sum inroads in the votes! The same old usual thing happened from when my Granny said Westmoreland deh backa a Cow Tail & the People prefer vote for Party rather than Personality & Policies? I know to write my own #script. I went out and exercise the ghost of the past 4+ years imposed by Leyf Day Nursery – #LEYF. With God in the vessel, I can smile at the storms. Even when I can’t swim? Son I got rid of the #angst Facebook set out to give me this morning, like 2 years ago. I track down Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach. She is refusing to go on the Judge Rinder show. I will show her it would have been best to get it over and done with. Congratulations son. You know your POM is right there in your corner. Will be cutting my eyes pass every single comments, as you know me already. Without the people giving you the #mandate, you would not have gotten the chance to serve and do the job you are passionate about. I pray for God to continue blessing and guiding you to continue. I was unable to copy my memories to elsewhere. Basically I was provoked from morning by Facebook for Android. Yet they #harvesting my data, hoping I will write stories for them to get people coming to their site. Anyone who are struggling with any form of disabilities will know that they are interlinked like the #EYFS 7 Prime and Specific areas. But don’t mention that to @leyfonline because they don’t have a clue. As for the #3JUDGES from the #employmenttribunals, they don’t have a clue about Disabilities Legislations and the Employment law. Got up this morning to the sad news about the death of that Australian Cricketer! Accidents like this can never be avoided & I feel for everyone involved in this sad situation! But more so for the bowler of that faithful ball that was to cause so much devastations? We see today, we don’t know what tomorrow will bring? May his soul RIP! Both are so young & I know it will take lots of the Support Network available to help the Young Bowler overcome his Anguish!

Teachers Were Once Revere But Now With Social Media Made Victim See LEYF

Life is funny. I hear everyone talking about how the teacher behaved, no one is commenting on the fact that all this started because this child decided to trouble another child, and prevent the other forty plus children in the class from benefiting from the lesson the teacher prepared.The child is now so scared because the teacher did not approach him or attack him physically, but sat at her desk and said a few words to vent her frustration at his consistent disruptive behavior. Whilst I will not comment on what’s wrong or right, I must say we have to be careful of the message we send to these children. It is interesting that most persons take all the time to highlight the short falls of the teacher but not many are lamenting on the disrespect and disregard of the teacher, nor identifying that her actions toward one student was in an effort to do good for all the other students. The saying is true that society is often ungrateful to it’s faithful servants. I would love to hear the views of the parent of the girl whose phone was allegedly stolen by the innocent victim, who was verbally assaulted by the teacher who had a momentary lapse of good judgement, a direct result of provocation. To the teacher I say hold your head high… We fall but we get up, be the sunrise after a dark night.

When you have abcess in the Wisdom Teeth and you can’t chew on one side. I have diabetes, so have to be careful. Liquid Dinner: Out of date Special Muesli, tambric, ginger and garlic. Blend with milk, vanilla and nutmeg. I swear to Almighty that I didn’t take out the Rum bottle from under the table. I have to go back to do Blood Test in January and I’m hoping to lose weight and get back in control to manage my health. Got another Lesson from the Young Ones! Child comes in on her BD with her 2 badges – #4 & Frozen. By the way I saw that film in JA from January curtsey of my #2son & his Family! She gives a RC about her badges, clothes & her hairstyle that is a Pony Tail! When she said “my hair is in a Pony Tail…” 1 of the little fellow took her literally & went behind her looking for the PT? Later whilst the LG & her friends are drawing portraits with crayons. I got a running commentary about Skin Tones & a History Lesson about why some Persons are the Complexion they get! So one’s mum is brown like some of her friends. She is a different colour from her Brown mum, because dad is White & she was born in Norway! They go to JA many times… So now I am assuming Mum has JA Heritage? The innocence of the Young who are not Burdened by PC & fear of speaking what comes Naturally to them – the Truth! Now we have to be on Our P’s & Q’s in case We say supn that might be deemed PC & out of fashion? God save me from SADBI!!!
