When I am going out, I know how to put myself together. I am in the process of empowering #MERVELEEMYERS to help with the #BreakingDownBarriers that stop me reaching my potentials.
I refuse to be a victim, because there was not much that could have been done to help me. However I develop resilience at an early age even before my Father #IS_NEMBHARD was struck down with Parkinson’s. I have my Teacher Ms Una Perry from Ground Road, a local girl to thank for that.
That’s why I am telling stories so LEYF Nurseries realise that with my Fight4justice campaign, I will expose the lies that they have been covering up when they lost sight of the vision of the #Pioneers who established Westminster Children Society.
I feel privileged to have been part of the Chelsea Football Club FOUNDATION Young Women’s Edge of the Box. My #Coach_WinsomeDuncan was the Keynote speaker. I was privileged to meet #FionaDavis, #NatalieBurns, #KirstyArmstrong and #AliciaLai.
I am chuff that one student ask if I am Winsome Duncan MOTHER, because I was getting on with my videos. Of course development of my #CPPDP.
During the Fire Alarm I get chatting to Kirsty who thinks I’m a Teacher. Points proven I’m a #CREDIBLE_WITNESS and I have been in more #PRESTIGIOUS_HOC than I care to go into now.

I am home watching the news on @itvnews. The focus is about #harveyweinstein. All these #women are coming forward about Sexual Discrimination over the years. Some are sorry they did nothing when they were told about what happened to the victims. My argument is that I have been seeking support before the widescale discrimination sanctioned by @leyfonline. But instead those from whom I sought justice affirm the Discrimination. Instead of being totally involved, I was only a backup, but why?

If anyone told me a few years ago that my life would have changed so dramatically, I would have said I’d be working at LEYF Nurseries until I get my #Pension_or_JA homebound. But GOD has a purpose for me, when I meet Winsome Duncan at a Gerry Robert.
The rest is history and as said, I will find my purpose.
I meet Claudette at another free training. Hopefully I get there before the sessions end today. But as JT Foxx Fan Page state I’m making the most of my opportunities.

The Employment Tribunal regulations claim I don’t have #disabilities, despite having a chronic anxiety diagnosis from 18th July 2006. #LEYFnCohorts claim they only have data I give them in the Employment Tribunal bundles. Now how come #hildamiller send me to the prestigious HOC on the 16th March 2015? Does this mean they breach of contract with the UK government departments re #safeguard?

The week gone has been 1 busy 1 in the life of Mervelee Myers-TOMLINSON aka Ratty NEMBHARD. I have been trying to sort out my disrupted Life… Getting the courage to make some decisions that are beginning to impact on my very existence have been liberating… When I pushed that send button I was Free At Last from the chains that Enslaved me since 2009. I promise myself never to do any such thing as signing away my life again.
Attended the Hasley funeral & met up with some persons from home – JA. Some could even reminisce on stories from my elder folks so I knew I was in the company of some Stalwarts from JA & Westmoreland in particular. Met a gentleman who knew Bertel Murray, et al, …
Attended Africa Day on the Square & it was pure unadulterated fun. 1 photographer told me I should be on stage. Ok I was my old, mad self so don’t be surprised if U see MUM around the place. The photographers took a shine to me.
2morro is another day & hopefully everything will fall into place. Then I can get my ticket to go see Oliver Samuels at Fairfield Hall Croydon re: Divorce Papers. Am getting used to gallivanting all over London & beyond by myself now.
Me, Myself & I is now my new Wo/Mantra! Time I get rid of those who are draining me of my vigour & vitality & get on with my Life. I’ll be doing some SSS over the next couple of months. I have no intentions of taking the baggage with me into the NY if God’s willing & spares my life!

#FactDay9: It’s World Mental Health Day. I have a diagnosis of chronic anxiety. I have represented myself at 2 Employment tribunals. So to penalise me for standing up to their cohorts at LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF, the HMRC, Department for Work and Pensions – DWP, Metropolitan Police Service, et al, I was made a victim.
I am not expecting anything at the Employment Appeals Tribunal. This is maybe Deductive Arguments v Non-deductive Arguments. But the UK is full of corruptions at the highest levels. I will tell you more later. Check my Fight4justice. Facebook Login Alerts don’t scare me. They tried trick me to close my account.

I am copying this from the Daily Express Minister to fight suicide.
Theresa May yesterday appointed what is thought to be the world’s first Minister for Suicide Prevention in a bid to cut the number of people taking their own lives.
Health minister Jackie Doyle-Price will lead the national drive to address the #stigma of mental health which stops people seeking help.
The PM said primary and secondary schools will carry out “wellbeing” assessments, with pupils given routine mental health checks.
Mental health issues among the young have #increased six-fold over the past two decades.
Ten percent of children have a diagnosable condition.
Around 4,500 people take their lives every year in England and suicide remains the leading cause of death among men under 45.
Mrs May has pledged £1.8million for the Samaritans’ helpline.

Speaking at a reception to mark World Mental Health Day today, she will say: “We can end the stigma that has forced too many suffer in #silence. We can prevent the #tragedy of suicide taking too many lives.”

I am a #graduate of Lambeth College 1999, and the Open University 2009. I have done so many trainings from 2001 to date, you have to see my portfolio. However I am the one #penalise for my knowledge. My CVs are on social media platforms. Yet the Employment Tribunal regulations make my #factsaboutme turn me into a victim. Because of the Terrorism by LEYF aided and abetted by Facebook and cohorts.

Each time I try to put my best forward, there is supn or sum1 deciding to put a spanner in di #Wheel fi stop mi Bicycle going the distance. Because remember I didn’t learn to drive for obvious reasons. So my #FIGHT4JUSTICE willcontinue for as long as is necessary. Instead of finishing off the #Work I started for my #Presentations, I am #STRESSED out all day, preparing Fucking #APPEAL fi Fuckery, because LEYF Nurseries have friends in high places? So wat di Fuck dem want mi fi guh duh now? Bruck dem Rassklaat Bank fi get money dat mi doan have? LEYF Nurseries tek wey dem Frigging #WORK from mi a year ago… I haven’t worked since because I am #Blacklisted & #Networked against from 2008 when I stood up for my #Rights not to be #DISCRIMINATED against. So I am more determined than ever to get justice for all the #VULNERABLEemployees whose lives have been blighted by the #CorporatePSYCHOPATHS.
