MM Response: Why did the TERRORIST RACIST MET POLICE wait until nearly a year to cntact me? The report attached with this letter outlines the actions I have taken to deal with your concerns and explains how I have considered each aspect of your complaint. I hope the report attached addresses your concerns but if you remain unsatisfied you may apply to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) for a review; full details of how to request a review and the timescales involved are contained within the report. MM Response: I will certainly be contacting the MURDERERS at the IOPC for a REVIEW and everything will be PUBLIC from Ratna Khanam was the Case Manager for my other COMPLAINTS sent to the IOPC. We are committed to developing a learning culture and your complaint has been fully documented and catalogued with the Directorate of Professional Standards as part of the Metropolitan Police’s organisational learning. On your original submission you have explained this is the Decriminalization of Mervelee Myers that you will describe as Colonisation in Reverse based on the nature of the discrimination and the time frame in which the discrimination occurred. The name PS 2450 AS Tanner, PC 2344AS Hunte, PC 2624AS Martinez, PC 1147AS Maddock and 2 other PCs whose names were not written down visited your home when you heard a knock on your door and there was no ringing of the buzzer. Upon inviting those in you were asked if you know Arnold Tomlinson. That’s when you realised that one of the PCs had a battering ram, because he puts it at the door to come inside. Since the incident was captured on YouTube LIVE. You would like YouTube to be used as evidence. The fact you called the Met Police 3 times about the kicking of your door must be part of your arguments that the actions of the 6 Police who came to your home with a battering ram are part of the systemic discrimination against you from you reporting Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement for verbal threats in October 2017. The Police claim this was none of their concerns but turned up at your home on the 30th of November 2017 to section you for a malicious report, you wrote on Facebook, that you were feeling SUICIDAL based on your participation with “A New Met for London” that can be verified online. You are giving the Met Police the opportunity to redeem themselves by revisiting your complaints to IOPC and MOPAC and how your complaints were dealt with.

Your husband who is TRAUMATISED by the discrimination is dying and it would be good if he can have reassurance from the Met Police that you will be safeguard before he dies. If this matter is not addressed and resolved satisfactorily, you will continue sharing your stories until they are picked up by the international media. 3 Official Your concerns The concerns listed below set out the nature of your complaint, which we have yet to agree however I emailed you dated 4/2/2025 and your response did not make any sense, so I have continued with the allegation I think is correct, but on the whole I am unclear: MM Response: You have contradicted yourself with this statement. I was asked to submit EVIDENCE 7 days of the EMAIL and today the 7th you came up with an outcome. The fact that the Police waited almost a year to respond is DISCRIMINATION. •

Concern 1 – Discrimination against you by 6 officers when they attended your address. Actions taken to address your complaint I have taken the following steps to address your concerns, which I consider to be both reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances, to address the matters described above. Where I have not pursued a particular line of enquiry, this is because I believe this would not be reasonable or proportionate, taking into consideration all of the circumstances. To address all aspects of your complaint I have taken the following actions: • I have reviewed your initial complaint submission. • I have emailed you to confirm your complaint, however I have not received a coherent response. MM Response: You will be charged for DEFAMATION and why did the Met Police waited nearly a year to contact me? • I have emailed you to get further information regarding the discrimination aspect of your complaint but you have not provided me with any further credible information I can use for my complaint handling. MM Response: You are obviously illiterate??? You emailed me and asked for informatipn to be submitted in a time frame. Do you think I have nothing else to do except answer STUPID QUESTIONS you concocted to cover up the HATE CRIMES against me especially since the death of my HUSBAND?

• I have reviewed police indices to establish why officers attended in March 2024. This includes 6 CADS (Calls to police) by you: 5481/26Feb24 – ASB Call by you 6297/27Feb24 – ASB Call by you 2825/27Feb24 – ASB Call by you 6569/27Feb24 – Police Scotland saw a video of you streaming threatening officers. MM Response: Are you telling me Police Scotland saw a video of me streaming THREATENING OFFICERS. What kind of OFFICERS are they? Did Police Scotland see any other videos of me and POLICE? If Police Scotland did not see any, ask POLICE SCOTLAND to sign up for FREE TRAINING about how not to DISCRIMINATE against the face of ITV News Windrush 70. E1272/28Feb24 – ASB Call by you 4990/1Mar24 – ASB Call by you – This seems to be the call you are complaining about. MM Response: Sorry STUPID I am not in no mood for your IGNORANCE and GASLIGHTING• I have reviewed a crime report whereby you have been named as a suspect for Harassment 01/67016/24 • MM Response: Go ahead and DEFAME my NAME as each time the Met Police does this the more FAMOUS I will become like IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that Sir Mark Rowley endorsed at A New Met for London lanch on the 2nd September 2023. I have reviewed adult safety concerns on two records called Merlin: 24PAC005902 – Officers worried about your mental health 24PAC047671 – on the 27th Feb 2024, Officers worried about your mental health after Police Scotland called re a video you were streaming on you tube that an elderly female was tied up in the bedroom. MM Response: It seems that the entire Met Police need their HEADS examined. Because the 27th February 2024, I was STRESSED out trying to get the bed for my HUSBAND to return home to DIE. Any SENSIBLE PERSON would have made the difference about an uploaded video and one that I was LIVE STREAMING. They would seen that the ENVRONMENT where the elderly lady is/was, was different from the UK. And where would I get this elderly lady to tie up? Upon police arrival it was noted that you said you were filming them live on you tube and did not know why they were there. • I have considered the IOPC Discrimination procedures of asking officer for an account, however I do not deem this reasonable and proportionate given the communication I have received from you. MM Response: But you stated I did not send you any information, so where did you get this from. The fact that you sent the REPORT back before the 7 days you asked me to give you information is relevant to the covering up of the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY by those with something to hide and AXE to GRIND.

4 Official 5 Official • I have considered the IOPC Discrimination procedures of conducting comparable data checks, however I do not deem this reasonable and proportionate given that your circumstances are that you are poorly and you need to receive medical care. MM Response: You will be charged for breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. You will be responsible for the attempts to SECTION MURDER KIDNAP me between 30 October 2017 to 22 January 2025 for why I am POORLY according to you. Maybe you are aware why I am not receiving MEDICAL CARE. “No society can legitimately call itself civilise if a SICK person is DENIED Medical AID because of lack of means” Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948. Your circumstances would also prove difficult to compare. MM Response: You are correct because I am sure an IDIOT like you would not know that I am an NHS Pensioner with REFERENCES from parents that will make those DISCRIMINATING against me hold their HEADS in SHAME. • You name the officers in your complaint, however they do not match any specific date, times and actions taken by those who did attend on certain days. MM Response: Maybe you need to get Police Scotland to go through YouTube to pinpoint the OFFICERS who attend my home and are catured on LIVE. A case in point is the 3rd January 2025. I do not feel it is fair to name these officers when I do not have more specific information from you to be able to identify which ones you alleged to have done something. MM Response: You make me FUCKING ANGRY and you will be exposed as who you are…

Officer(s) Members of Staff Identified Unknown Our consideration (Our Determination) Your complaint has been recorded but I have decided to take no further action. MM Response: Am not bothered because you will be judged by the world and not MERVELEE MYERS.

Rationale After reviewing your complaint submission, your subsequent emails and also conducting a search for any police dealings you have had in the past, I have noted many calls by you for ASB and Nuisance Neighbours, I also note that you are a suspect for harassment against your neighbours and you have a crime report on for an incident involving your step son, whose father, your husband sadly passed away, please accept my sincerest condolences. MM Response: How about you check my engagement with Nigel Pearce at Elim House in August 2023? I have noted that you feel you are being discriminated against, you have not provided me with any information other than GP medical records that you would like everyone to keep due to medical negligence. MM Response: Here is the PROOF that you need to be admitted to an INSTITUTION for treatment. I note that this is born from your mental health issues, however I feel this is due to you feeling like you are not getting the medical help you require. MM Response: The Met Police will pay for your DISCRIMINATION. I do not feel confident in being able to address this matter without any further information from you, for example the responses to my questions. MM Response: How about you cut the CRAP? I also feel it would be unfair of me to address this with the named officers due to this reason. MM Response: I refuse to engage with an ASSHOLE like you. I can confirm that when police have attended to your calls, they have created welfare reports which are transferred to partner agencies in order that the best care can be provided to you. MM Resonse: Thanks for providing me with the information needed to take the PARTNER AGENCIES to the world to know about the WINDRUSH SCANDAL.

It seems your GP is aware you are poorly as per your screen shots of your medical record and you sent me a sickness note, explaining you were not fit for work due to stress. MM Response: There is no doubt you are SICKER than my neighbour Deborah Agnes Gilchrist.

6 Official While I appreciate that you have been poorly with your mental health, this is not a police matter, this is a medical matter and as such, I would urge to you seek help from the relevant medical areas. MM Response: I will recommend that you be treated for DELUSIONS of GRANDEUR. For continuity following on from your complaint handling, I will pass your details to the mental health liaison officer in your area, who will then be aware of your declining mental health. MM Response: Keep it up. I am really sorry that you are going through a tough time. MM Response: Seems as if you get PERVESE PLEASURE like http://www.leyf.org.uk CEO June O’Sullivan the PAEDOPHILE mastermind of Richard Harty MIC who wants to be remembered as a DISRUPTIVE INFLUENCE.

Our Guide To Your Complaint What will this guide tell you? This guide explains the principles of our complaints system, how we handle complaints, and the possible outcomes. What can I complain about? If you think you have been treated unfairly by the police or the standard of service you received was unacceptable you have the right to make a complaint. A complaint can be made about the conduct of any person serving with the police, i.e. a police officer, police staff member, special constable, designated volunteer or a person contracted to provide services to the Met Police. You can also complain about how a police force is run. For example, you can complain about force-wide crime initiatives, the organisation of policing resources and general policing standards. There is no time limit for making a complaint. However, if you complain about something that happened more than 12 months ago, you should explain why you didn’t complain sooner. Who can make a complaint? You can make a complaint if: · You were directly affected by the behaviour of our police officers, special constables, members of police staff, volunteers or contractors. · Witnessed an incident – for example, you were present when an incident took place or were close enough to see or hear the incident (you cannot claim to have witnessed an incident if you have seen it on television or social media). · Have been adversely affected by the conduct or matter complained about – this means that the actions of the police have indirectly affected you, for example you have suffered any form of loss, damage, distress or inconvenience as a result of the matter complained about, or you have been put in danger or otherwise put at risk of being adversely affected. 1 You could be acting on behalf of someone in any of the people listed above – for example, a family member, friend, legal representative or any other person of their choosing. You may be able to make a complaint if you are a parent or guardian. Persons serving with the police force cannot make a complaint about incidents and officers in their own force. This does not mean they are unable to raise concerns, there are other ways to do this such as internal conduct investigations and the staff resolution process. This just means that they will not have the statutory rights of a complainant. What can you expect when you complain? For example, if police actions result in a member of the public being seriously injured or dying: · while in custody · after they’ve had contact with the police · as a result of a police shooting · in a road accident involving the police We can also refer incidents to the IOPC if we have concerns, for instance about the conduct of our officers or staff. The IOPC can direct us to record incidents and then ‘call them in’. The IOPC may choose to investigate these cases themselves, independently of us. Further information regarding referrals to the IOPC can be found in the IOPC’s Statutory Guidance. How often will I be updated? Keeping you informed is one of our key priorities; our updates should be regular and meaningful. Our first update will be provided promptly, in writing, and, at the latest, within four weeks of the start of the handling of your complaint. Further updates will be provided at least every four weeks. How long will my complaint take to deal with? We aim to deal with complaints in timely a manner, however there is no time limit on how long we will take to deal with your complaint. The person dealing with your complaint should be able to tell you how long it is likely to take. 3 Who will be involved in dealing with my complaint? This depends on how your complaint will be handled. Learning from complaints helps to improve the way we do things and stop the same thing from happening again. As well as learning from individual cases, we use information from our complaints system to monitor performance and identify potential learning for us as an organisation. 4 What if I am still unhappy? If we were dealing with your concerns through early resolution and you aren’t happy, we will record your complaint and appoint a complaint handler. If you are still unhappy after we have handled your complaint, you can ask for a review. Reviews are dealt with by either the Independent Officer for Police Conduct (IOPC) or the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). The report we send you when we have finished dealing with your complaint tells you the review body for your complaint. You need to apply within 28 days or your application won’t be accepted, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay. The review will consider whether or not the handling of your complaint was reasonable and proportionate. Did you know? · The police complaints process has no means by which to deal with financial claims for compensation against the Met. Money cannot be awarded via the complaints procedure, regardless of the outcome. I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the 24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.

It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. We’ll be screening the film for project participants in April, and putting it online after that. If you weren’t able to make it to the show (or even if you were!), this will be a chance to experience the opera in a different form.

Dear Mervelee,

Thanks so much for reaching out. We really appreciate it.

In our research we’re doing interviews with residents and others who have experience of living with and/or responding to damp and mould problems. We’re asking people about its impacts and about what has and hasn’t worked in addressing these problems as well as what they feel needs to change so such issues are dealt with better.

It’s usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.

The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As it’s a university led project, we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.

How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build. But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.

Funding for protected research time

Applications are now open for the Centre for Translational Medicine (CTM) Research Partnership Catalyst Award.

The scheme offers one day a week (20% FTE/two PA) of protected research time for up to 24 months for postdoctoral health professionals at the consultant or senior practitioner stage of their career.

The scheme is open to any research experienced consultant or senior health professional not currently undertaking any substantial research activity. Individuals currently employed at one of the King’s Health Partners NHS Trusts (Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, or South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust) are eligible and welcome to apply.

Endorsed by 76 medical organisations around the world, The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology Commission sets out a new diagnostic model of obesity based on objective measures of illness at the individual level and introduces two novel categories of obesity – clinical obesity and pre-clinical obesity. Jane, Alison and I have been friends for over 60 years. We do everything together, including supporting one another through cancer treatment. My treatment is ongoing, but thanks to the work of Cancer Research UK, I’m able to lead a full, active life, and Jane and Alison are still right beside me.

As a person who has been representing former employers at consultations, I have had to represent myself at Employment Tribunals where I was denied my rights after experiencing bereavement and losses. I would appreciate if more people like me can be given a chance to be the voice of the voiceless who are oppressed. If I remember correctly different areas were addressed.
I asked the Metropolitan Police to help me become a volunteer to support the “A New Met For London” in bringing back trust by the BAME Community. Despite my participation with Nigel Pearce and colleagues at Elim House in July at an event by Southwark Law Centre. My Intellectual Property and Images was stolen by the organizer of the event. I was driven out of Elim House when I was invited there for an event.
I met Sir Mark Rowley at the launch and he signed my book. Yet am having Police Officers coming to my house, captured on LIVE continuing the discrimination started when Police refused to act on my concerns about verbal threats from Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan, he groomed. To sectioned me from a malicious report on Facebook.
The fact that the Police failed to act about my door been kicked 3 times. But showed up at my door after forcing entry to the communal door to knock at my door… My husband is dying and not getting any peace. Am fed up with life because of the Housing Association that failed to address my concerns over 22 years and threatening me with IMPRISONMENT EVICTION and CONTEMPT of COURT for speaking my TRUTHS.

There was no ringing of the buzzer. Upon inviting them in when I was asked if I know Arnold Tomlinson. That’s when I realised that one of the PCs had a battering ram. Because he puts it at the door to come inside. Since the incident was captured on YouTube LIVE. I would like YouTube to be used as evidence.

The fact I called the Met Police 3 times about the kicking of my door must be part of my arguments that the actions of the 6 Police who came to my home with a battering ram are part of the systemic discrimination against me from I reported Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement verbal threats in October 2017. The Police claim this was none of their concerns but turned up at my home on the 30th of November 2017 to section me from a malicious report, I wrote on Facebook, that I was feeling SUICIDAL. I am giving the Met Police the opportunity to redeem themselves by revisiting my complaints to IOPC and MOPAC and how my complaints were dealt with.

My husband who is TRAUMATISED by the discrimination is dying and it would be good if he can have reassurance from the Met Police that I will be safeguard before he dies. Good morning Mrs Myers,

Regarding your complaint made on 10^th September 2024 regarding a visit from two officers on 09^th August 2024. You have informed me that the officers on this occasion have visited you in relation to a social media post on twitter.

From reading your complaint form, I understand that you have raised issues that have been addressed in previously complaints, but on this occasion are specifically complaining about the visit on 09^th August 2024, though you do not specify exactly what you are dissatisfied with, regarding those two specific female officers.

With the information available to me, I have been unable to locate any records of police attending your address on this occasion. You have also been unable to share with me the footage that you have recorded, using axon.evidence.com which is the system we use for obtaining digital evidence in a secure and safe format. I am unfortunately unable to access your YouTube links on Metropolitan Police computer systems. I have also reviewed your 12 page document, which does not assist me with identifying who visited you or the reason for their visit.

As I am unable to find any record of this incident, I will unfortunately be unable to determine the level of service that you have received on this occasion. I do however sincerely apologise for any upset or distress that this visit has caused you.

I am sorry that on this occasion the service that you have received has fallen below the standards that you have come to expect. Thank you again for raising your concerns with us.

MM Response: I will not be arguing with you about where the footages are on my phone or elsewhere. I uploaded the video via email that you can access via YouTube. I say this because MI5 sent me job offer via email knowing I would not be able to submit the application. Another ploy by the Metropolitan Police to frustrate and waste my time. I have received your complaint, made online on 10th September 2024. I have logged your complaint under the following reference: PC/08743/24.

I am sorry to learn of your experience and thank you for taking the time to contact us. MM Response: I will address this with the same amount of seriousness that has been put on my complaint. Why I am under threats to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED via threats of Contempt of Court because of the failures of the Metropolitan Police to safeguard me and my husband who was traumatised from the racist, terrorist Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs. Samantha Gibbs joined Housing for Women in April 2022 and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May. I have proof on YouTube Live of the times I called for support and the RACIST IGNORANT Members of the Metropolitan Police come here to join in the hate crimes.

I am aware that you have made multiple complaints in quick succession. I have received three of these today and will address each one independently. This is complaint 3 of 3. MM Response: Whose fault is it that I have to raise these complaints?

From reviewing your complaint form, I understand that you are complaining regarding two female officers who have visited you on 09th August 2024, regarding a twitter post. I have been unable to locate any records or body worn camera footage from this incident. MM Response: There goes my argument that I am the target of the STUPIDIEST member of the Metropolitan Police thinking they dealing with an idiot. If I am to send you a link, are you willing to share with me the footage that you have which captures the issues that you are complaining about? MM Response: If you send me the link I will try my best to honour your request, but I doubt I will have much time. Based on the fact I am busy trying to get my life back after 10 years of Systemic Discrimination including the Metropolitan Police. I must suggest you subscribe to my YouTube to see my work with the Metropolitan Police. To say I committed SUICIDE on the 30th November 2020.

I also note that you have mentioned issues relating back to 30th October 2017. MM Response: You are very observant, and this will be the basis of my exposure of the Metropolitan Police GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY. I am aware that you have another ongoing complaint which is recorded under the following reference: PC/2268/24 which is being processed by the Central South (AS) Professional Standards Unit. Have these issues already been raised in relation to PC/02268/24 or are you making a new complaint? MM Response: I refuse to waste my precious time over any matters that the Metropolitan Police should have addressed from 2017. If this is new, please provide me with as much information as possible to help me fully understand your concerns. MM Response: Please reference A New Met for London and the videos of Sir Mark Rowley signing my book and me asking to volunteer. For your information I try and capture the Metropolitan Police visits and calls. Because I don’t know what they will do next. Dear Ms. Myers,

My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Patient Complaint Officer at King’s College Hospital. My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at King’s forward through the formal complaints process. The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team. If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this.

I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint.

To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to.

· Complainant arrived to witness Mr. Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this

· Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place

· Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately

· Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building – she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket.

· Was safeguarding in place for complainant’s husband

To ensure we understand the key points within your complaint that you would like answered and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place, I want to ensure that I have accurately presented your key concerns. It would also be helpful to understand the outcome you are seeking. Typical outcomes from raising a complaint would be:

• An official explanation in the form of a written response.

• An apology for a poor experience.

• Process improvements to help ensure a similar occurrence does not happen in the future.

• Potential retraining for staff, if identified through the course of the investigation.

I would be grateful if you could confirm this is a fair reflection of your concerns for our investigation. If this is not correct, or you have additional issues you would like us to investigate, then please contact me to confirm these points.

Mervelee Myers must address this matter after my grandson’s Kevin Murray JNR 20th birthday as the WRITER who writes for therapy after my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease or as I knew then “He was sick with his nerves”. Because I spent the past 10 years after the death of my mother with dementia writing to clear my name from DEFAMATION, I try to be concise and use pointers to get some of those involved to accept why I am staying within the guidelines of the rules of laws to share my stories of 32 years of “Systemic Discrimination” to the world. Therefore, threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT by HMCTS District Judges Sterlini, Richard Hayes, Pigram, Naidoo and Bell at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch will make me part of the Windrush Oral History Resources as the wife of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON.

Approaching “Black History Month 2024” I will use Ms Lou’s “Colonisation in Reverse to Decriminalise Mervelee Myers” and demand those involved to be named. In order to achieve this, I will use Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. As a participant of research and the person who conducted the “A Voice of a Child project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan at Luton Street Community Nursery in August 2010. I was privileged to meet professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram at Middlesex University on the 19th September 2015. Because yesterday I was in the presence of a lady who received her MBE from Prince now King Charles 6 years ago. On my way home I witness the plaque dedicated to William Wilberforce and the Clapham Sect… As a person who invested in my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site starting on Facebook before transferring to Google, I intend to share my stories to the world like how my FACE represented ITV News coverage of Windrush 70.

I will recommend that IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was endorsed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London”. Dedicated to a Strong Jamaican Woman a month after District Judge add a “Violent Nuisance” to the labels of “Unprofessional, Uncooperative, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive and Lacking Empathy after I fronted Ofsted at BIB Nursery and overturned the poor Ofsted ratings. A head teacher committed SUICIDE since I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS and laws are changed. But still I am left trying to get justice from https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 that made me a victim from it was posted online. The “Cycle of Gaslighting” started with the allegations at BIB after the death of my mother with dementia.

Because I refused to give up my Fight4justice campaign when I refused LEYF £58,000.00 NDA to cover up HMCTS involvement in the miscarriages of justice at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. I was left to represent myself again with LEYF. After exhausting the Legal System and investing in sharing my stories and having my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP harvested by social media. I was pushed over the edge to become HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. In denying me my RIGHTS I was given BENEFITS to strip me of my DIGNITY having to attend CAPABILITY for WORK ASSESSMENT in order to receive my entitlements. But as if this was not enough, I became the target of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services for becoming a SUICIDE Statistic. That was when my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. The “Cultural Ambassador, Social Butterfly” was excluded. The MISOGYNY started in full as my “Mental Health” was used to marginalised me from 30^th October 2017 when the Metropolitan Police refused to act about “Verbal Threats” from Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. On 30th November 2020 Holly Sweeney P255654 led Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P255842 to my home to MURDER me to say I commit SUICIDE. Have a read of the MOPAC response to understand how I was made a “Criminal Needing Emotional Regulation treatment at the Croydon Magistrates Court.

If you are wondering what’s the relevance of this I would like you to understanding my arguments are based on DJ Pigram instructions at Court when the issues involved in Housing for Women actions with Devonshires Solicitors LLP pushed my husband over the edge. He was to spend his transition worried about the fact DJ Sterlini labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” and none of the other District Judges ere prepared to look at the evidence. The fact that was asking the PUBLIC for support especially during July 2023 when Narin Masera contacted me about POSSESSION of the property I lived in because of “Domestic Violence” is the reality of “No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish”.

The following is to be read to give an insight into how I have been let down by HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, DBS, CCMCC, HMPPS, MOPAC, CLCC, FOS, HOS, LEA… I have written “Open Letters” to Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, individuals, organisations to help me resolve the matter of the “Systemic Discrimination” only to end up being denied my RIGHTS to Medical Treatment by a petulant Dr. Joanna Pennack of Nexus Health Group. Please accept this letter as a FORMAL COMPLAINT for 23 years of Housing for Women breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and the Tenancy Agreements, I signed throughout the time I am living at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY December 2000 to date.

This COMPLAINT is in addition to REF: 20240000273.

I am requesting a Subject Access Request from H4W to replace the data wiped from the Customer Portal after I became a target of H4W when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed in April and May 2022.

I will therefore list the Complaint from today’s date to the times I raised concerns to the Housing Ombudsman Services and MP Neil Coyle who contacted H4W twice on my behalf.

Areas of Concerns – MCP Contractors

I would like MCP Contractors to be included in this COMPLAINT based on the handling of the matter by the person/female I spoke to on the 23 September 2024. When I spoke to the person from H4W earlier I was advised that MCP should have contacted me to do the repairs. I was told the matter would be escalated. When I did not hear from MCP I called and the person who already knows about the “Lady with the Toilet Seat” was so offensive I will be raising a separate COMPLAINT based on the shoddy work that was done and MCP insisting I am responsible for the toilet. Despite getting confirmation from H4W that the issues must be sorted by MCP.

Trauma from Mobile Phone Falling in Toilet

Because of MCP and H4W both my visitor and I are TRAUMATISED from her mobile phone falling in the toilet. We had to go get it fixed at the “Phone Shop” paying money I can hardly afford. I will be seeking compensation. There is no toilet seat, and the toilet is left uncovered. Since my visitor arrives the water is not filling up to flush the toilet. We have to use container to pour water in to flush it.

I will use the following to briefly address the matter of why I have to seek the COURT to address the Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny and breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics by the failure of Dr. Joanna Pennnack in filling the DISABILITY form correctly when I was accepted by the University of East London. Nexus Health Group has been given every chance to correct the MISCONDUCT but instead chosen to deny me access to treatment. As the face of ITV News page 1 coverage Windrush 70 Mervelee Myers must use “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilized If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means” Nye Bevan Founder of the NHS 1948. Am positive the NHS have more to lose if the stories from 2003-2008 at Kings when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother was to surface? But to neglect 101 year old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON on BYRON Ward and assaulted me after removing me from his bedside is another matter. In response to your request for a letter with more information, please see below. I am a GP working at the surgery Mervelee is registered at. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. MM Response: I have no memory of those consultations. However, 2017 was one of the most difficult year for me and the GP Practice should have been aware. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, MM Response: Working as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator am appalled at Dr. Pennack having the nerves to admit that the SURGER allocated her only 20 minutes to write a report that can determine if am IMPRISONED and EVICTED after the death of my 101 year old husband.

I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. MM Response: You have no reason to make any decisions about been as thorough as you like. All you had to do is put information together from DATA in the system. You ask for specific mental health conditions – she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). MM Response: Where do you get this information from about 2018? My Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was July 2006 for my Health and Social Examination with the Open University. The only exam I had to do because I chose courses to be able to achieve because of my IMPAIRMENTS.

There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood MM Response: I will have to find out more about this as I have no memory of this. Hence, I contacted you after you put the Aids Test in without being honest what your thoughts were when I visited you about Weight Loss noticed by the Professionals at appointment at the Hospital. (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery – if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. MM Response: Here we go again. Did I not say that my father and uncle had Parkinson’s? I developed “TRAUMAS” as a result of Disabilities and Poverty, but because I do not have a “Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s I cannot claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY. What you claim colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood is none other than the signs and symptoms of my “Atypical PARKINSONISM”. That is hard to diagnose and treat. I don’t need a diagnosis to say if I eat or not. My mother had the same condition.

You mentioned ‘disability issues’ – I am not quite sure what you are asking? MM Response: Shame on you Dr. Pennack.

She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis has affected her. MM Response: I did have Physio, and I do lots of walking. With aging come the exacerbation of any conditions. Sometimes my feet are swollen and painful and my toes dropped, and reason am visiting the hospital and was asked to make appointment for review. There are times when my hands crumble and I cannot use them.

There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled. MM Response: Controlled as all my other CONDITIONS until I am pushed over the edge and triggered. Reasons Nexus Health Group will be exposed with NHS England and Maudsley NHS and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Southwark Council Adult Social Care and Southwark Health Ambassador and Housing for Women and Housing Ombudsman Service and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Others will be listed.

It is such a SHAME that it has come to this after the support I was given over the years to live a normal and fulfilling life until Dr. Joanna Pennack and Nexus Health Group decided to use Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny against me.

From reviewing your complaint form, I understand that you are complaining regarding two female officers who have visited you on 09^th August 2024, regarding a twitter post. I have been unable to locate any records or body worn camera footage from this incident. MM Response: There goes my argument that I am the target of the STUPIDIEST member of the Metropolitan Police thinking they dealing with an idiot. If I am to send you a link, are you willing to share with me the footage that you have which captures the issues that you are complaining about? MM Response: If you send me the link I will try my best to honour your request, but I doubt I will have much time. Based on the fact I am busy trying to get my life back after 10 years of Systemic Discrimination including the Metropolitan Police. I must suggest you subscribe to my YouTube to see my work with the Metropolitan Police. I was invited to the launch of A New Met for London by Nigel Pearce who I meet at Elim House Peckham https://youtu.be/FOGwwIMgl9E?si=h21Re9P_MzkH2adE. Please also share any references that you have which related to this specific incident. MM Response: No, I did not get any reference from the 2 Half Idiots who came. Now the Metropolitan Police must explain why there was no footage from the Body Worn Camera. When Holly Sweeney P255654 bring her THUGS Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P255842 tried to murder me under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture. To say I committed SUICIDE on the 30^th November 2020.

I also note that you have mentioned issues relating back to 30^th October 2017. MM Response: You are very observant, and this will be the basis of my exposure of the Metropolitan Police GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY. I am aware that you have another ongoing complaint which is recorded under the following reference: PC/2268/24 which is being processed by the Central South (AS) Professional Standards Unit. Have these issues already been raised in relation to PC/02268/24 or are you making a new complaint? MM Response: I refuse to waste my precious time over any matters that the Metropolitan Police should have addressed from 2017. If this is new, please provide me with as much information as possible to help me fully understand your concerns. MM Response: Please reference A New Met for London and the videos of Sir Mark Rowley signing my book and me asking to volunteer. For your information I try and capture the Metropolitan Police visits and calls. Because I don’t know what they will do next. Ideally, times, dates, locations, references and names of officers involved. Antisocial behaviour is a broad term used to describe nuisance and disorder that can make people’s lives a misery. It includes anything from vandalism, noisy and abusive neighbours to rowdiness.

You have the right to live peacefully in your home and we will investigate all complaints made by or against our residents.

In an emergency, such as when someone is injured, being threatened or in danger, always call 999

When it’s not an emergency, you should report it to us online.

Report antisocial behaviour

You can also:

contact Southwark Antisocial Behaviour Unit by telephone 020 7525 5777 (find out about call charges) or email us
call Southwark Police on 101 (24 hours), or you can report it online
contact your landlord, as they also have powers to tackle antisocial behaviour if you’re a tenant of a registered social landlord or housing association
council tenants and homeowners can report antisocial behaviour directly to their resident services officer

If you’re being disturbed by noise

You can report noise disturbances to our noise and nuisance team any time of the day either online or by calling 020 7525 5777 (find out about call charges). They’ll visit you to assess the problem and take steps to deal with it.

Response times

All reports of antisocial behaviour to Southwark Council are put into one of three categories.

Category one

You will be contacted the next working day if you report:

offensive and hate related graffiti
racial, homophobic, or any hate-related harassment
threat or use of physical violence

Category two

You will be contacted within three working days if you report:

rowdy behaviour
vandalism and damage to property
large groups congregating

Category three

You will be contacted within five working days if you report:

noisy neighbours
street drinking and begging
litter, rubbish, flytipping
misuse of motorised vehicles
neighbour disputes

I CALLED FOR SUPPORT ON THE 8TH AUGUST 2024 AFTER MY DOOR WAS KICKED BY JOE HOOPER AS SOON AS MY SON LEFT TO GO TO THE BARBER. AS PER USUAL WITH THE MET POLICE TREATING ME LIKE A CRIMINAL I HAD TO WAIT FOR AGES BEFORE ANYONE SHOWED UP. A MALE PC ENTERED MY HOME WANTING TO LEAVE THE DOOR ON THE LATCH FOR HIS COLLEAGUE TO COME IN. I TOLD HIM I WOULD LEAVE THE DOOR ON THE LATCH. I USE A DEFENSIVE PRACTICE SINCE THE TIME HOLLY SWEENEY LED HER THUGS TO MURDER ME UNDER COVER OF LEYF MARGARET HORN LECTURE. THE CATALOGUE OF HATE CRIMES ARE LISTED AND WILL BE USED TO CONVICT SIR MARK ROWLEY AND SEB ADJEI-ADDOH AND NIGEL PEARCE THUGS WHO ARE DOCUMENTED AT THE LAUNCH OF A NEW MET FOR LONDON.
THE MALE PC WHO ACTED LIKE THE BULLY HE WAS ENDED INTIMIDATING MY SON WHO WAS HERE VISITING. HE LEFT TO GO BACK OUTSIDE AND CAME IN WITH A FEMALE OFFICER. SHE WENT TO MY BEDROOM TO QUESTION MY SON WHILST THE OBNOXIOUS EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING CAME BACK TO TELL ME ABOUT HIS FINDINGS FROM THE MOBS NOW LIVING IN ALMA GROVE. WHEN THE FEMALE CAME TO JOIN HIM THEY WERE CHATTING CRAP SO I LET THEM CONTINUE. BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST ADDING TO THE EVIDENCE I HAVE BEEN GATHERING FROM 30TH NOVEMBER 2020 WHEN HOLLY SWEENEY LED HER THUGS TO MURDER ME.
AFTER THE TERRORISTS HATERS LEFT I QUESTIONED MY SON. I WAS NOT SHOCKED ABOUT THE ALLEGATIONS THAT WERE MADE. BUT THE WORLD WILL KNOW ABOUT THE MET POLICE ATTEMPTS TO SECTION MURDER KIDNAP ME FROM WINSOME DUNCAN AND BARRISTER RYAN CLEMENT MALICIOUS REPORT I WROTE ON FACEBOOK I WAS FEELING SUICIDAL FROM 30TH OCTOBER 2017 TO 9TH AUGUST 2024 WHEN 2 FEMALES CAME TO MY HOUSE AS A RESULT OF A TWITTER POST. I DID RECORD THE RACIST HATERS.

MERVELEE MYERS AND ARNOLD TOMLINSON WERE ROBBED IN PECKHAM OCTOBER 2023. THE REFERENCE IS 3034363-23. I HAD INFORMATION FROM PC HERMAN UP TO THE POINT WHERE SOMEONE WAS ARRESTED. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING AFTER BECAUSE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES LEADING UP TO THE DEATH OF MY HUSBAND.

MERVELEE MYERS AND ARNOLD TOMLINSON WERE ROBBED IN PECKHAM OCTOBER 2023. THE REFERENCE IS 3034363-23. I HAD INFORMATION FROM PC HERMAN UP TO THE POINT WHERE SOMEONE WAS ARRESTED. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING AFTER BECAUSE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES LEADING UP TO THE DEATH OF MY HUSBAND. I AM BACK ON THE CASE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED BY SOCIETY WHERE MINE AND MY HUSBAND’S CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOT VALUED. ON 9TH AUGUST 2024 MY SON KEVIN DONOVAN MURRAY’S 48TH BIRTHDAY I WAS HOME WHEN I SAW 2 FEMALE POLICE OFFICERS LOITERING OUTSIDE MY WINDOW. MY NEIGHBOUR DEBORAH AGNES GILCHRIST AND HER PARTNER WERE AT THE DOOR BY THE TIME MY DOORBELL RANG. SINCE THIS IS THE REGULAR PATTERN FOR MY DOORBELL TO BE RUNG AND I NOTICED THE POLICE LOITERING AROUND MY WINDOW I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG. WHEN MY SON ASKED IF I WOULD LET THEM IN I WENT TO MY DOOR. BECAUSE I KNOW HOW THESE RACIST TERRORIST POLICE WILL ACT AROUND ME I AM NOT GIVING THEM ANY REASONS TO FORCE THEIR WAY INTO MY HOME.
THE VISIT WAS ABOUT A TWITTER POST. BUT THEY DID NOT KNOW I WAS RECORDING THEM. THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF HOW I GO ABOUT CAPTURING EVIDENCE TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD HOW THE METROPOLITAN POLICE SET OUT TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ME.
THE WORLD WILL KNOW ABOUT THE MISOGYNY OF WOMEN BY THE METROPOLITAN POLICE. HOW THEY TRY TO SECTION MURDER KIDNAP ME BETWEEN 30TH OCTOBER 2017 – 9TH AUGUST 2024.

HE KEEPS SHOUTING OBSCENITIES THAT HE IS NOT SCARED OF KEVIN.
I WAS IN MY HOME WHILST THE MOB IN ALMA GROVE WAS GATHERING OUTSIDE NUMBER 14 COLIN’S RESIDENT. AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF COLIN’S HOUSEHOLD, BARBARA WAS THERE STIRRING UP THE SHIT. THE NEXT THING I NOTICE JOE HOOPER WAS OUTSIDE THE WINDOW SHOUTING FOR KEVIN TO COME OUTSIDE FOR HIM TO SORT OUT THE MATTER. THE MOB WAS OUT THERE STROKING THE FLAMES. BY THE TIME THE POLICE SHOWED UP ONE MALE CAME IN TRYING TO KOTCH MY DOOR OPEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD LEAVE IT ON THE LATCH. THIS MAN WAS SO OBNOXIOUS SHOWING HIS MISOGYNISTIC ATTITUDES ACTING AS IF HE IS SUPERIOR.
HIS VISIT WAS RECORDED. HE WENT BACK OUTSIDE TO HIS COLLEGUE WHO WAS INTERVIEWING THE MOB. HE CAME BACK IN WITH HER AND SHE WENT TO QUESTION MY SON IN MY BEDROOM WHILST HIS CAME BACK TO DISRESPECT ME ABOUT WHAT THE MOB SAID ABOUT ME.
LATER I ASKED MY SON WHAT WAS SHE ASKING HIM. THE NEIGHBOURS MALICIOUS REPORTS ABOUT MY SON. THEY REPORTED MY SON WAS LEAVING HOME EVERYDAY AND WAS HE WORKING. LET ME TELL THE MET POLICE THAT THEIR VISIT WAS NOT ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURS DISCRIMINATION BUT CONTINUING THE HATE CRIMES AGAINST ME.
