This is my EVIDENCE for K05EC530 about the role of Dr Phil Gregory gross professional misconduct in the case that resulted in his behaviour towards me in Mervelee Myers having access to NHS care. It might sound strange, but after YouTube removed another of my videos after Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain when he called my mobile and I recorded him. Let me say that I think Dr Phil Gregory is mixed up with Richard Harty Men in Childcare abusers operating out of the HOC LEYF Nurseries from 2010 when the Equality Act became law. I come to this conclusion after examining the patterns of behaviours of those involved in the latest episodes to deny my FREEDOM after the death of my husband on BYRON ward Kings College Hospital. In 2023 Facebook DISABLED my account claiming it was not AUTHENTIC. The same happened to my accounts with LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and my Website I created from scratch was stolen in 2012. The fact that as a single person who has worked tirelessly to provide the WORLD with information based on my self-styled “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave” I am going to claim that DJ Beecham be given this information by Counsel for the DEFENDANT as part of the EVIDENCE for the Equality Act Assessor whose report will be used for my RESEARCH about Richard Harty MIC that became the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of LEYF and the UEL. How this Impact my Channel: The fact that I have 2 Channels with 6:13K and 1:08K Subscribers that YouTube is monetizing speaks volumes about YouTube breaching my RIGHTS and SILENCING my voice to cover for the A-Z of ABUSERS targeting me online. Once Dr Phil Gregory reported me after I made his private call to my mobile public, YouTube started what is outlined below.
What YouTube did not realising is that I was monitoring the CYBERBULLYING via the emails sent to me, allowing trolls to target me, removing contents. This increased as soon as Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain to YouTube.
HOW TO RESTORE ACCESS TO ADVANCED FEATURES: How about YouTube stop CYBRBLLYING me and restore my videos with 28K and 13K and the video I paid ยฃ2440.00 to share my stories amongst others. How about YouTube start paying me from advertising on my CONTENTS that are relevant to current issues of MENTAL HEALTH and SEND. What more Positive Channel History do I need than getting 700K views on the video of my husband NEGLECTED in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Other contributors became CELEBRETIES on my channel as a result of engaging with the subject of ELDER ABUSE.
Community Guidelines: Sorry YouTube your Community Guidelines protect the A-Z of ABUSERS including Richard Harty PAEDOPHILE RINGS. And I am still trying to work out who Dr Phil Gregory is working for. If YouTube wants to know am putting a list together for my BOOK to be launched on my husband’s birthday for International Women’s Day. I want the world to understand that Ending Gender Based Violence works either way. Women abuse Men too because my neighbour who Housing for Women coerced has turned his respectable partner into a WOMAN HATING RACIST TERRORIST targeting me since 2022 when Zaiba Qureshi take over as CEO and employed Samantha Gibbs to do the dirty work as ASB targeting tenants who raised concerns. WORK of any kinds keep me occupied & going www.leyf.org.uk was told this on 27/3/2015 at HOC Nursery.
There is a Mighty God who reigns. I have a testimony to give about this Famous Foot & I took the foto at Conference & told Winnie I am going to write about this. What happened to me on Tuesday going into Friday was certainly a Miracle. Who could it be but my Lord Jesus. God is delivering His messages to me in certain mysterious of ways & I am going to heed to His callings www.adwords.google.com. My brother Ashter Serener Urella NEMBHARD was the 5th child of my parents Ivan Sandyman and Perline Louise Nembhard. Ashter who was born into a poor working class family was destined to have a few 1st enlisted to his name in his short but packed life. His life was filled with some recognisable achievements and outcomes for which the accolades of the orchestrations were his and his alone. Although his life was cut short, it was packed to the hilt from birth to death with stories that all of his family can be truly proud of. On the 15th August 2014 when he would be celebrating his 58th birthday if his life was not cut short at the tender age of 37. I am more than proud to salute the memory of my beloved brother.

What does 1 do when 1 do not have much time to play or work with. For the 1st time in the longest of while I am logging behind with some things that used to be done like a swift breeze passing thru… But aint giving up.
Was so good to meet up with some persons from my neck of the woods – TOWNHEAD at Ms Molly Trout son’s 9nite. Oh by the way I only knew this son as JUST. The 1 who had the building in the Yard tightly locked down. Understand Just was a tailor & had everything stored in the cabin.
Big shout to the following: Joan Bernard, Andrea Brown, Ann-Marie Pinkney, Bailey Foster & Ms Buntin Dwayne Smith – felt more than proud that the Young Man still remembers me.
Then I met some new persons: Mr King Tomlinson from Solas & all the fellow Westmoreland persons. Ms Molly daughter Ms Ivy whom I only knew by name. Of course there were other Jamaicans & West Indians presents who knew Mass JUST.
I intend to take up Mass Frank Murdoch on his invitations to come back & visit. Black History Month is round the corner. More ammunitions in my armoury.

Finished in my Kitchen. Dinner was FLG with sum veg from me back garden! Wow what a good thing I acquired sum of the CAPITALS which makes Me an Asset to ME? Last week I wrote about my Young Man who offered me 10P. Well today he offers me 2p, so I stop to chat. He don’t even understand when I ask “What’s your name”, in English. Since today 22.9.2016 is 1 year since LEYF decided to strip me of every shed of my Dignity & take away their WORK, think I should reflect on my life on Social Media today of all days. I have got my WS pretty much how I want it & will get down to the editing once I am more settled & relaxed. I need to do more Research to define the Comparators. I got only part of the ITV Tonight Programme & will have to go to www.itv.com/tonight to find out more. If my memory serves me right, some people are prone to get the wrong end of the story when it comes to MM. So there was a time when I made mention of #ASHTERDaughter mother Rose & someone without reading & understanding decided to accuse me of spreading gossip & rumour on Facebook. By now U might be aware how that one ended. Then there was the case of my own who thinks I should not put my own on SM? That didn’t end too good either. Then there was the case of the IMF bloke & the Maid & that didn’t end any better either. Again there was the case of my own – But I don’t have nothing to hide & has always been open & honest about my Mental Health Issues even b4 I have the knowledge to understand www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk. Left to right back row: Mr Walton aka Brother Wally. Used to live across the Road from the Townhead Baptist Church. On the same side of the Road as Latey Mac. What else do I know about Breda Wally? He used to work at the Frome Market. He might have been a Teacher of some sort? Mass Balis said he used to operate a shop down by Mr Dennison. That’s how the short man in the front come in. He is/was Mr Walton’s friend. But I doubt if I learned who his family is/was.
Back row middle: Mrs Daught, is/was the sister of Father Mercy of the Townhead Baptist Church. I know that she had a shop right before Truro Gate. That’s where Joan Reid has her business at present. I only learned that Ms Daught and Mr Mercy are siblings when I posted this phot online. And Wyndham Dennison told me she is/was his Auntie.
Back row is Uncle Mel to many and the father of the Dennison clans. Yes he is the uncle of Jasmine Dennison-Swaby and grand uncle of your school mate Conrad Christie aka Steve, SABU. What else can I say about Mr Dennison that his children have not made known?

The man on the right remains a mystery to me. Except that Balis said he is/was Breda Wally friend. He used to work in the shop that Breda Wally operated at the Dennison.
Family, I think the only connection between the Dennison & Nembhard have to be with #Politics only. Don’t know if the younger generation might unite us in the Love Triangle? But who knows…? The biggest link is the Townhead Baptist Church of course. And I actually learned who the #Photographer is/was. Mass Papa Allen from near the Church. Wanted to do a story, but got side tracked.

Happy 4th wedding anniversary to Naheel Julene Brown Legister and Valdin Legister. I am sticking by man, until death do us part. But I am hoping, GOD will give me a better deck of card than my MOTHER? She sacrifice her life, her #LOVE as long as others were given the tender loving care that GOD made her special to serve. RIP Mama Lou. In 2 days time I celebrate BYRON 66th birthday. He only make it to 56 years old.
I was 19 years old when this taken with a 2nd child on the way. I am happy with my life after the choices I made from then on. I have no regrets, except a tiny niggling that I didn’t have my own #Daughter. But GOD bless me with 2 daughter’s in law from Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister. I have had some great relationships with others associated with my son VAL. I have been in relationships with some exceptional blokes. They know themselves. The relationships might not always been harmonious and we went on our separate ways. I am thankful for the role you play in mine and my son’s life. It’s 2018 and I am looking forward to making the changes to achieving my goals. But I know I have to take it one day at a time. Otherwise it will be wasted like yesterday when all the hard work I put in disappeared with the click of a mouse.

2014 has been an AWESOME year in my Life! I have been counting my Blessings & giving thanks to the Almighty Father for keeping me throughout the year that was. I have had reasons to reflect on 50+ years of my life & realise that as the Scripture rightly espoused “Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strengths…” I am a firm believer in the Teachings of Almighty God whom my Fore parents & Parents b4 me served. So when the going gets rough, I have no other alternative, but to call upon God’s mercies & grace. I am moving forward into 2015 with the belief that faith can move mountains & all obstacles placed in my way to turn me away from my GOALS. I am dedicating myself to focus on the People & things that are important to me & hopefully should be able to bring some evidence to prove why I am taking the views that I will be sharing? Now that I have celebrated my#2son Valdin Legister anniversary, I will be starting with the January People going down the line & the way they influenced me or changed my intake about Life?

My Primary Duty at this time in my Life is to be there 100% for my Husband? I look at this pic & see a Younger Version of Tom in the Young Man with the shaven Head? My heart goes out to the young lady, I understand what youโre dealing with. Itโs very hard to fight the establishment because they think theyโre the experts in our life. I live in the Northwest and I come across some good people white people who take they job as privilege to work and learn from black and ethnic people. I have worked with gangs drugs and substance misuses and I have changed many young black men life by encouraging back into education and training. My manager used to asked me what I do to the family, she said they listened to you and worked well with you. I am asking you not to get down hearted or upbeat with the establishment because I can truly say most of organisations is institutional racist. Itโs very hard to proved but I one day change going to come.

Now I’ll have to make sure I do my Duty as a Neighbour & Look out for her in Honour of All those who Rallied Around Mama in her Times of Need.I still can’t come to terms with how much MNDN health has deteriorated since the last time I saw & spoke with her. Imagine taken up with All the Institutional & Corporate Psychopaths done to me 23rd July 2014 – 22nd September 2015. But am still not freed from them yet…? I was sat at the Computer doing my work when I hear Music Playing outside. Looked thru the window & 2 blokes playing Accordions. Went out because brings back Memories of PAPA who played his Flutina. Older Bloke says he is Romanian & that’s all he can Communicate. Young Bloke tells me he is 15 & showing me with his Fingers & Fist. I trying to Communicate with Makaton & Signing!
Asked permission to take photos & gave each sum cash. Tom said I must not give away Money because I am not working. But to see the joys on their Faces was Enough for me & they Sung & Played for their Money.

Since I was brought up CHRISTIAN, therefore my focus is to celebrate CHRISTMAS like I did from Childhood. Today I set aside this Day to celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ, the Baby Child Born in a Manager.
I had thoughts of writing a piece for how I celebrated Christmas back then. But like most things blown out of the window because my Life has been taken over in “My Fight4Justice”. That’s why I’ve changed the focus of my SM campaign for a while.
As the Fight goes on, I am in the Foreground still preparing my Documents.

All I want for Christmas is my 2 Front Teeth… Christmas a Come, mi wawn mi Lama… My breda Balis told me that part of our Family Christmas Rituals was on Christmas Day WE all had a bottle of Aerated Water, no sharing this time. Thank you so much for participating in the workshops to discuss whether Hate Crime categories should be expanded to include homelessness. I wanted to give you a quick update, and to let you know that Crisis have heard the audio recordings and the testimonies, and have decided to prepare a response to the Law Review consultation that:
Calls for the Hate Crime categories to be expanded to include homelessness
Highlights the further work that will be needed to make a difference, including building trust with the police, and building awareness and understanding of the issue and rights that people experiencing such crimes would have under the law.
The consultation response wonโt be submitted until mid January, as Crisis are taking advice on how the legal case can be best made in their response to the Law Commission, and to develop recommendations on the work that would be needed for any change in the law to make a real difference.
Above all, there is a recognition that the kinds of abuse and experiences that were discussed in the workshops are unacceptable, and a change in the law would be a step to recognise this.
We will keep you updated on how this progresses. Thank you so much for being involved in these sessions which covered such difficult experiences – itโs great that your views have clearly informed the position that Crisis will take on this issue.

Let me get to the nitty gritty of why I am pissed off with the Employment Tribunals Laws and Legislations and all manner of evil that they used to keep strong minded people who don’t put up with crap in their place. When Mr AETomlinson came to this UK in 1956, he was his own boss in Jamaica. He owned property and doing his own business. But once he came here and have ambitions to make supn of himself that was another story. He got knocked down several times but he rise to the challenges each time. Until once when he reached rock bottom and applied for a Mortgage, he was greeted with “Mr Tomlinson, you have a small illusion that one day you can become a Property Tycoon”? Surfice it to say, he went and got the loan for the mortgage at the highest rates. That’s why when people come to me with their stupid advice, I honestly don’t want to know. From my ex-husband Mr Myers pulled the rug from under my feet and I was homeless, I was in the Refuge until I got this place. I am not moving into anybody’s place again for niether love nor money. When I get back to Jamaica God’s willing, I am going back to my Comfort Zone, my Yard a GaGa Street. That’s why I will be forever telling stories about the evil that is LEYF Nurseries. My 2 #husbands past and present. I never deal with Toy Boys, give me my Sugar Daddy any day. But the honest truths was I was always searching for my Father who I lost to Parkinson’s. I have finally come to terms with losing my Papa, but not yet my Mama.
Now I have to tell the story about why today has had such a profound effects on me. When Mr T and I got together, he wanted to do so much for me. Starting my own business, encouraging me to learn to drive to buy me a car, etc, etc… But I could do none of those things because of my DNA and the childhood traumas that affected my transitional developments from the time my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s Disease. So yes there are lots of things I will never be able to do that others take as the norms. Throughout my ordeals at BIB, HOC and New Cross LEYF Nurseries, the incident that affected me the most was what #MarionBreslin done to me one day. When I was at Luton Street I have a Contingency Plan, part of the Reasonable adjustments to help me carry out normal day to day activities. That means I asked for flexible working to help me to be able to work full time and being my husband’s carer. All this was removed with my transfer. During the height of the time when my childhood traumas was triggered into PTSD, Tom was having hypos every day. This morning in particylar, I was on the early shift and I just manged to get Tom out of the hypo and give him his breakfast. I rushed out to get to work on time, because already the noose was tightening around my neck. I could not even get time out to attend NHS Appointments.
