This is the hearing of the Claimant’s committal application, dated 28 November 2023 (p. 50 – 59). The Claimant, Housing for Women, is represented by Mr Tristan Salter of Counsel. MM Response: Was Tristan Salter groomed by DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham who wanted to keep the case, but chicken out when I raised the HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment (pages 8-9). The Defendant, Ms Myers, appears in person, assisted by her McKenzie Friend, Theresa White. MM Response: Why Did DJ Beecham not allow the McKenzie Friend to talk in her Court? I knew nothing about McKenzie Friend and my this time the RANTING RAVING LUNATIC triggered my ATYPICAL PARKINSONYSM I was unable to function. There is before the Court a committal bundle of 616 pages. References to page numbers in this judgment are to the committal bundle. Instagram post threatening District Judge 5. 6. I mention at the very outset that the Court has been alerted to the fact that on Monday 17 March 2025, the Defendant posted a video on Instagram in which she said, “District Judge Beecham, I’m going to take you out. Bitch, District Judge Beecham, I’m going to take you out. And this is how I’m going to take you out, Motherfucker. [She shows her computer screen, which is displaying the notice of DJ Beecham’s appointment as a Judge] … Is Tristan Salter your man, bitch? Bitch Sara Elizabeth Beecham. … Bitch, I’m coming after you.” This hearing is to sentence the Defendant for six admitted breaches of an injunction order. The Court is not sentencing the Defendant for the video posted on Instagram on 17 March 2025. MM Response: The fact the DJ Beecham did not complete the case and sent a RANTING RAGING LUNATIC mentioning Winsome Duncan And DJ Sterlini are causes for concerns. At the time I was not aware of the name, but HHJ Richard Roberts imposed a Civil Restraint Order on me after DJ Swan strike out 5 Claims they were without merit, and I objected. If I die, my stories will serve future generations to avoid the pitfalls I have been down. Barrister Samantha Jones tried to take out ECRO, but did not succeed. However, this video is relevant to the issue of whether the injunction order should be extended in time and whether the groups of persons protected by the injunction should be widened to include all members of the Judiciary, all members of the legal profession and all HMCTS court staff. MM Response: We should therefore go back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust when I had the first nevous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD. As already stated, this hearing is for the purpose of considering the sentence for the Defendant’s admitted six breaches of the injunction. After Charles Hills & CO Stephen Agera abandoned me via email when I got to Court on the 19th December 2023. Barrister Angela Delbourg had told me that I must be WHITER than WHITE and she thought I would SHOUT at DJ Richard Hayes when she represented me. The Claimant is the owner of Flat 16, Alma Grove, London SE1 5PY (the Property). The Property was let to the Defendant pursuant to an assured tenancy agreement, which began on 1 December 2000 (p. 111 – 130). In the witness statement of Trina Philbert, Neighbourhood Officer at Housing for Women, dated 21 July 2023, she says (p. 132), “5. There have been multiple incidents of anti-social behaviour reported to the claimant and/or the police relating to the defendant in or around the property since May 2022. MM Response: When did Trina Philbert started working with H4W? Why did H4W wiped the Customer Portal of all my DATA after refusing me ACCESS? What roles if any did MERVELEE MYERS played during my time at H4W before Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert started working for H4W in 2022? The antisocial behaviour appears in the form of racist and threatening language against residents in or around the property and the claimant’s staff and posting slanderous and inflammatory material against other residents and the claimant’s employees.” MM Response: Why did MM started doing this? MM Response: Mervelee Myers was not made aware of this until after the injunction by DJ Sterlini. And that’s why I called HHJ Richard Roberts a RANTING RAVING LUNATIC because he mentioned Winsome Duncan and DJ Sterlini. Now who is Winsome Duncan and what role did DJ Sterlini played in the Case of Winsome Duncan. She stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent the Met Police and London Ambulance Service to section me from a malicious report I wrote on Facebook, I was feeling SUICIDAL. The Court ordered that: “MERVELEE MYERS Is forbidden (whether by herself or by instructing or encouraging or permitting any other person) from: 1. Causing nuisance, annoyance or distress to any person, or allowing any other visitor/s or occupant of Flat 16, Alma Grove, London, SC1 5PY (the Property) to cause a nuisance, annoyance or distress to any person of the following people: MM Response: MM was not GUILTY of this and this can be referenced online, but HMCTS with their agenda to SILENCE me was only interested in doing exactly this. a. Any person with a right (of whatever description) to reside at Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY (Alma Grove) or any lawful visitor to Alma Grove; and MM Response: Since I am the person who was a victim after H4W coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me. The Court should investigate how the tenant before me was treated. I have rights as a tenant at Alma Grove by my ENTITLEMENTS of affording H4W privileges to handing over my key for them to get copy. This key was then used to allow persons to gain entry to DISCRIMINATE against me. Ms Gilchrist a convicted Drink Driver has used to property do do business, some of which are/were ILLEGAL. All types of people visited Alma Grove at all hours of the day and night. b. Any member of the claimant, staff, agents or contractors; MM Response: Check Social Media to verify how I facilitated the Claimant staff, agents or contractors to understand that my RECORD will be viewed online even after am dEAD. c. Remove all posters from the communal areas of Alma Grove and from the windows of the Property. Paragraphs 1 to 7 of this order will remain in force until 12.00 noon on the 1st August 2024, unless before then this order is varied or revoked by a further order of the court” 11. 12. 13. By her order dated 9 July 2024, District Judge Beecham ordered: “2. The injunction order dated 01.08.2023 is extended on the same terms to the final determination of the penalty on the committal application or further order. MM Response: DJ Beecham is party to the DISCRIMINATION. 3. Personal service of this order is dispensed with, the defendant having been in court and having been informed that the injunction would be extended.” The Claimant has summarised the Defendant’s breaches of the injunction order in a schedule dated 28 November 2023 (p. 60 – 64). I have taken into account the following written evidence: i) ii) iii) Trina Philbert, a Neighbourhood Officer employed by the Claimant: a) b) c) d) First witness statement, dated 13 December 2023 (p. 100 – 108) and exhibit TP1 (p. 110 – 195); Second witness statement, dated 16 November 2023 (196 – 200) and exhibit TP2 (202 – 203); Sworn affidavit of Trina Philbert, dated 12 January 2024 (396 – 397); Second affidavit of Trina Philbert, undated and unsigned (408 – 415) and exhibit TF2 (416 – 463). MM Response: When did Trina Philbert started working with H4W. Narin Masera, Trainee Chartered Legal Executive at Devonshires Solicitors: a) b) c) Witness statement, dated 10 November 2023 (313 – 315) and exhibit NM1 (316 – 319); Sworn affidavit, dated 28 November 2023 (264 – 267) and exhibit NM1 (268 – 272). Second sworn affidavit, dated 30 May 2024 (399 – 401) and exhibit NM2 (402 – 407) Sworn affidavit of Samantha Gibbs, Housing Team Leader employed by the Claimant, dated 31 August 2023 (285 – 291). Double-click to enter the short title HHJ RICHARD ROBERTS Approved Judgment iv) 14. Witness statement of Stephen Agera, solicitor for the Defendant, dated 17 August 2023 (42 – 43). The Defendant has not herself filed any witness statement in the committal proceedings. 15. 16. The Defendant was born on 19 May 1959 and is now aged 65. In the committal bundle is a report from Dr Babtunde Oyedeji Oyebode, Responsible Officer and Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, dated 29 April 2024 (562 – 592). Dr Oyebode says in her report (578), “3.5 She has been reported to have suffered with anxiety and depression, for which she received counselling sessions with good effect. She is currently on no treatment.” 3.6 She has been assessed on several occasions by various services, including secondary mental health services, and has not been accepted for treatment, as her condition has not been deemed serious enough to require care by secondary mental health services. I note that she is awaiting referral to IAPT from the entry in the GP record of 11 January 2024. 3.7 I consider that this is appropriate, as she appears to have benefitted from counselling for her anxiety and depression in the past. The Defendant was bereaved of her late husband, Mr Tomlinson, who passed away aged 101 on 8 April 2024. The Defendant was married to Mr Tomlinson for 10 years and had been his sole carer. Dr Oyebode was asked, “3.25 whether in your professional opinion the burden for caring for her late husband played any role or contributed to the behaviours she is alleged to have displayed during the relevant?” Dr Oyebode replied: “3.26 I consider that the burden of caring for her late husband would have played a role, indeed compounded the behaviour she is alleged to have displayed during the relevant, in view of her history of experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression in the past.” Allegation 1 17. Allegation 1 (p. 62) states that the Defendant breached paragraphs 5 and 6 of the injunction order on 3 August 2023 by posting a video on Youtube whereby the Defendant named both the Claimant and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and referred to both as “#criminals”. At Exhibit SG1 to the witness statement of Samantha Gibbs, dated 31 August 2023 there is a screenshot of the Defendant’s posts on social media (p. 303 – 304), showing the post: “#fight4justice #expose @housingforwomen8227 & @devonshires @metpolice-uk #criminals.” Double-click to enter the short title HHJ RICHARD ROBERTS Approved Judgment Allegation 2 18. Allegation 2 (62) states that the Defendant breached paragraphs 5 and 6 of the injunction order on 6 August 2023 by posting on WordPress, “Trolls Scammers Target Mervelee Myers TikTok Join List of Systemic Discrimination District Judge Sterlini Presided Over Housing For Women Terror Cells Of Devonshires Solicitors”. Screenshots of this post are at page 305. Allegation 3 19. Allegation 3 (62) states that the Defendant breached paragraphs 5 and 6 of the injunction order on 7 August 2023 by posting WordPress, “District Judge Sterlini To Be Party To Systemic Discrimination At Clerkenwell Shoreditch Involve In CCMCC Winsome Duncan Scam Housing For Women Devonshires Solicitors LLP Terrorism Deborah Agnes Gilchrist An Alcoholic Turn Drugs Abuser For Whom Beg The Police To Get Help For Each Time She Makes Malicious Allegations Against Me The World Must Know UK Is Racist Society Target BAME People Label US Violent Criminals Need ERT Whilst Husband And I Traumatised By Hate Crimes 7/8/23.” There is a screenshot of the Defendant’s blog post at page 308. Allegation 4 20. Allegation 4 (62-63) states that the Defendant breached paragraphs 1, 5 and 6 of the injunction order on 31 August 2023 by failing to remove the video on TikTok whereby the Defendant names Michael Lewis, a solicitor of Devonshires LLP. In the video, the Defendant refers to Mr Lewis as “a Cunt”. A screenshot of the video is at page 311. Allegation 5 21. Allegation 5 (63) states that the Defendant breached paragraphs 1, 5 and 6 of the injunction order on 31 August 2023 by failing to remove the video on Youtube and/or TikTok whereby the Defendant posts the contact details of Narin Masera (a Trainee Chartered Legal Executive of Devonshires Solicitors LLP) which include Ms Masera’s name, direct dial and email address. There is a screenshot of the video at page 312, which gives Ms Masera’s contact details and then says, “so Housing for Women the TERRORISM CELL is getting Devonshires involved their Hate Crime Against MM.” Allegation 6 22. 23. Allegation 6 (63) states that the Defendant breached paragraphs 1, 4 and 5 of the injunction order on 7 November 2023 by posting a video on YouTube in which she named Ms Masera and referred to her as “a terrorist”, “a bully”, “a racist”, “a coward”, “a gutless excuse for a female”, a “bitch” and a “cunt”.” Ms Masera is a Trainee Chartered Legal Executive at Devonshires. She has provided a witness statement, dated 28 November 2023 (264 – 267), in which she says at paragraphs 5 and 6 that on 7 November 2023 the Defendant called her on her direct dial. Ms Masera did not answer. The Defendant left her a voicemail, which stated, “Hi Devonshires Solicitors Narin Masera Double-click to enter the short title HHJ RICHARD ROBERTS Approved Judgment This is Mervelee Myers The reference is NZM/HOU16/258 I am calling about your terrorist activities against me from the time I received a letter and just in case this is going over I am doing a live yeah I am doing a live Narin Masera Terrorist Narin Masera I’m doing a live before I am due to go for my whatever it is flu” 24. 25. 26. In her witness statement, Ms Masera says, “7. Following this, I received an e-mail from the Defendant timed 12.29pm on the same date, the subject of which was “Narin Masera the Terrorist”. Within the body of the e-mail is a link to a YouTube video. … 8. The video that the defendant has uploaded to YouTube is entitled “My #views #defamation 100” and within the video the defendant can be seen calling me, repeating my name and referring to me as a terrorist, a bully, a racist, a coward, “a gutless excuse for a female”, a “bitch” and a “cunt”. … 9. This is not the first time the defendant has behaved in this manner towards me, details of the previous incident can be seen at paragraph 7 (xix) of the witness statement of Trina Philbert dated 21 July 2023 and exhibit “TP1”. 10. After listening to the Defendant’s voicemail and receiving the Defendant’s e-mail on 7 November 2023, I felt upset and concerned that the Defendant continued to publicly broadcast untrue and malicious lies about me by posting these on social media platforms. The Defendant’s behaviour is causing me significant stress as to be labelled as a “terrorist” is deeply concerning and is not something I take lightly. As such, I reported this to the Police on 7 November 2023 and the reference is CAD 319 9/07Nov23.” Trina Philbert says in her first witness statement, dated 13 December 2023 (108), “13. The Defendant’s behaviour is having a widespread and detrimental effect on those individuals targeted and the Claimant’s staff members.” The order of DJ Beecham, dated 9 July 2024, (which has not been included in bundle), includes the following recitals: “UPON the Defendant attending and admitting all the allegations in the contempt application and service of the injunction dated 01.08.2023 on 03.08.2023 Double-click to enter the short title HHJ RICHARD ROBERTS Approved Judgment AND UPON the court adjourning to give the Defendant opportunity to show compliance with the injunction order and adduce further medical evidence on penalty AND UPON the parties submitting and the court accepting that the initial view on penalty is that the breaches fall within category B3 of the CJC Anti-Social behaviour and the Civil courts Report, with the range of penalty being adjourn consideration to 1 month custody AND UPON the court taking into account that good behaviour will be a mitigating factor and any relevant medical evidence may be mitigation and further breaches will be aggravating factors and the court noting the challenging circumstances with which the Defendant has had to contend in the recent past such as the bereavements suffered, will be relevant mitigation AND UPON the Claimant making an unopposed oral application to extend the injunction order dated 01.08.2023 AND UPON the Defendant confirming orally that she understands the injunction shall continue” Decision 27. 28. 29. 30. 31. Mr Salter referred the Court to the leading case of Lovett v Wigan Borough Council [2022] EWCA Civ 1631. Regarding the issues of harm and culpability, I have had regard to paragraphs 46 to 57 of the judgment of Birss LJ. I find that the Defendant’s culpability falls within band B of the Sentencing Council’s guideline grid. I find that the harm caused by the Defendant falls within Category 3 of the grid. I accept the evidence of Ms Masera in her witness statement (266), dated 28 November 2023, at paragraph 10 that the Defendant’s behaviour is deeply concerning and is causing her significant stress. She felt upset. She reported the matter to the police. I also take into account that Ms Philbert says in her first witness statement, dated 13 December 2023, at paragraph 13 (108) that the Defendant’s behaviour is having a widespread and detrimental effect on those individuals targeted and the Claimant’s staff members. The starting point for B3 is adjourned consideration and the category range is adjourned consideration to 1 month. I find that the Defendant’s culpability is aggravated by the fact that there are six breaches of the injunction order. I find that a further aggravating factor is that the Defendant was advised on two occasions by District Judge Beecham of the importance of compliance with the injunction: i) By an order dated 9 July 2024, District Judge Beecham included the recital, Double-click to enter the short title HHJ RICHARD ROBERTS Approved Judgment “AND UPON the court adjourning to give the Defendant opportunity to show compliance with the injunction order and adduce further medical evidence on penalty” ii) 32. District Judge Beecham reiterated to the Defendant the importance of the Defendant showing compliance with the injunction order in her order of 18 September 2024, where she said in the recital: “AND UPON the court explaining to the Defendant the importance of compliance with the injunction dated 01.08.23 as extended by the order dated 12.06.2024 and explaining that the injunction remains in force on the same terms until 20.01.2025 or such other date as penalty is determined or further order.” Despite this, I am told by Mr Salter, and accept, that there have been further breaches of the injunction order. 33. 34. 35. On the other hand, I find that there are the following factors which mitigate the Defendant’s culpability: i) ii) iii) iv) At the hearing on 9 July 2024, the Defendant pleaded guilty to the 6 allegations in the contempt application. Whilst the plea of guilty was not at the first hearing and the evidence for the allegations was very strong, bearing in mind the existence of the video footage on social media, I nevertheless give the Defendant credit for her plea of guilty, which has saved witnesses from being required to attend Court. The Defendant repeatedly said in her oral submissions to the Court today that she needed help. I bear in mind that the Defendant is vulnerable because of her anxiety and depression. I also bear in mind that Dr Oyebode said in his report: “3.26 I consider that the burden of caring for her late husband would have played a role, indeed compounded the behaviour she is alleged to have displayed during the relevant, in view of her history of experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression in the past.” The Defendant has not previously received a custodial sentence. Having regard to all the circumstances, including the seriousness of the six breaches of the injunction order and the fact that the Defendant has continued to breach the injunction order despite District Judge Beecham explaining to the Defendant on two occasions that the Court was adjourning sentencing to give the Defendant an opportunity to show compliance with the injunction order, I find that the custody threshold is passed and a sentence of imprisonment is appropriate. I bear in mind that the Court must impose the shortest period of imprisonment which properly reflects the seriousness of the contempt. I have also stood back and considered the totality of the evidence. Double-click to enter the short title HHJ RICHARD ROBERTS Approved Judgment 36. 37. 38. I conclude that the appropriate period of custody, having regard to all the circumstances, including the aggravating and mitigating factors is one month, concurrent on each of the 6 charges. I must next consider whether the sentence should be suspended. I find that whether the custodial sentence should be immediate or suspended is finely balanced. However, having regard to the Defendant’s vulnerability and the fact that she has not received a term of imprisonment, immediate or suspended in the past, I find that the just and proportionate sentence is to suspend the sentence on condition that the Defendant complies with the injunction order dated 1 August 2023 and any variations, including that set out below, for a period of two years from today’s date, ending at 4pm on 19 March 2027 or on further order of the Court. Allegations 2 and 3 involve the Defendant naming and making offensive comments about a District Judge. As recently as 17 March 2025, the Defendant posted on social media a video in which she made threatening and abusive comments about another District Judge. Having regard to the this, I order that paragraph 1 of the injunction order is amended to include a new paragraph 1(e): “(1)(e) All members of the judiciary, all members of the legal profession, and all HMCTS court staff. ” Right of appeal 39. Costs 40. 41. 42. 43. I advise the Defendant that she has an automatic right of appeal to the Court of Appeal. She does not need to request permission to appeal. An appeal must be made within 21 days of today. I find that costs should follow the event, pursuant to CPR 44.2(2). The Defendant has served an N260 statement of costs, dated 6 March 2025, totalling £21,814.80. I find that the hourly rates are far below the guideline rates, and that the time sought for the work carried out is reasonable. I conclude that the sum sought is both proportionate and reasonable. I order that the Defendant pay the sum of £21,814.80, not to be enforced without an assessment of the Defendant’s ability to pay under s.26 LASPO 2012, the assessment to include the determination of the period in which the Defendant had costs protection. Finally, I warn the Defendant that the consequences of breaching the injunction order are likely to be very serious and include the activation of the suspended sentence. The injunction order will remain in force for two years from today’s date until 4pm on 19 March 2027. I emphasize to the Defendant that she must not cause nuisance, annoyance or distress to any of the persons mentioned at paragraph 1(a) to (e) of the injunction order.

I note you have not responded to my initial email below, but I have been notified that the MPS Complaints Resolution Unit have received further notice of an email which you have sent to the Commissioner’s Office on 01/04/2025.  This is to be considered within the complaint reference PC/1514/25 rather than duplicating efforts.

Please note, I will only be dealing with complaints that relate to officers, staff, contractors or volunteers exercising police functions on behalf of the MPS.  I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS.  I am also unable to re-investigate concerns of yours that have already been answered by previous complaints.  I have therefore reviewed your complaints history in order to ascertain what, if any concerns within your submission, have already been answered.

I understand that a recent complaint made by you under reference PC/2268/24 which you were provided with an outcome report on 07/02/2025 is currently with the IOPC for an appeal.  This complaint was made on 03/03/2024 which you have again mentioned in your email to the Commissioner’s Office. This complaint dealt with numerous ASB reports and a number of police reports prior to February 2025.  It would not be right for me to comment on any part of that investigation that is under appeal at present.

23. London Ambulance Service arrived at my home.Claimed they were sent by the Police. I was told that it was a good thing I opened the door or they would have FORCEDENTRY. Refer to the THREATS by the POLICE who Ms Gilchrist called on 3/1/2025 I was celebrating my brother’s birthday.If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body.ASB dealt with via PC/2268/24.
24. London Ambulance Service given entry to spend hours outside my door trying to gain entry. ASB with Debbie Gichristas Met Police and London Ambulance Service use my MENTAL HEALTH to get DRUGS from the SUPPLIER at Alma GroveIf this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body.ASB dealt with via PC/2268/24.
25. Met Police acted unprofessionally 18/1/2025 get the London Ambulance Service to threaten me that I wasSCREAMING and SHOUTING when the Police came because I told them I know my RIGHTS inside of my HOME.This appears to be a new complaint not previously addressed.
26.ROBERT LEWSLEY is dragging his feet about the complaints of 2 Female Officers who visited my home on 9/8/2024 abouta Twitter RACISM post.This refers to previous complaint handled on PC/8743/24. Please use appropriate methods as directed, if you do not agree with previous complaint handling.  
27. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing theDISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED they will IMPRISON and EVICTME. My problems started at http://www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia and I spent 11 years trying toget my life back together. But the Met Police is working with the A-Z of Abusers to cover their tracks from the time theyrefused to act about the verbal threats of Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. But turned up to SECTION mefrom a MALICIOUS REPORT I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. If the patterns of MALICIOUS REPORTS areconsidered you can understand why the Police is involved in trying to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret HornLecture on 30/11/2020. What they are failing to understand is that I write for therapy when my father was stricken withParkinson’s. I created Community HUBS on Social Media, my own website, and can be seen on platforms across theinternet to the world. Although my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, images and CPPDP have been harvested to make mea VOICELESS VULNERABLE VICTIM. I am getting recognition for my book. I have therefore found one concern from your initial complaint submission that I understand is new and not addressed already by previous complaints including but not limited to PC/2268/24, PC/8721/24, PC/8735/24 or PC/8745/24.  I have also reviewed one attachment you sent to the Commissioner’s Office named ‘Myers Mervelee – Chronology of police Harassment in Conspiracy’ and have identified three further dates you mention police involvement that I do not believe have been addressed by complaint PC/2268/24.  I have decided to summarise all of these dates in to your concern summary as they are very similar in nature, which is as follows:

1.       I am dissatisfied with the police response on 03/01/2025, 18/01/2025, 20/01/2025 and 30/01/2025

Please respond within 7 days, by 14/04/2025, confirming that you agree the above concern addresses your entire (new) complaint and that you wish for me to investigate this as such? If I do not hear from you I will investigate based on my understanding as outlined above.

I have no intention for you to TRIGGER ME… I responded to your email under DURESS using the REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS, so as not to miss your 7 days deadline in case I get the Atypical Parkinsonism and unable to WRITE and function to my normal schedule.  I will, therefore, not be getting into anymore dialogue than is absolutely necessary. Today is the date I lost my HUSBAND, and I would appreciate if you gave me the chance to GRIEVE for him and my MOTHER who I lost 11 years ago and has not been given the time to grieve.

Hopefully you’ll have had an email when you registered letting you know I would be in touch. Laura and I are the Volunteer Managers for this event, so will be your main point of contact. We are also your local Volunteer Champions and therefore if you have anything you’d like to discuss, please feel free to reach out. 

WHAT’S NEXT? 

You’ll hear from us around 9 weeks prior to the event with more information on your role including arrival/departure times and everything you will need to know to be prepared for event day. If you would like to change anything about your shift time or role, please do let us know.   

On the day you will be briefed on arrival, and supported by a great team 😊 I promise you will meet lots of lovely people and will be making a huge difference. 

A quick note you will also receive regular update emails from our volunteering department, which are sent to all those who’ve signed up to support Shine Night Walk. 

Can I bring a friend? 

Of course, anyone is welcome, so if you know anyone else that might like to volunteer at Shine, please urge them to register online and join our team.   

We also value the support of groups such as running groups or work colleagues etc.  These groups can volunteer together, as marshal points, pit stop on the course, set up crew, handing out medals at the finish line and many more roles.  If you are a member of a group that would like to be involved, please get in touch!

I note you have not responded to my initial email below, but I have been notified that the MPS Complaints Resolution Unit have received further notice of an email which you have sent to the Commissioner’s Office on 01/04/2025.  This is to be considered within the complaint reference PC/1514/25 rather than duplicating efforts. MM Updates: Since the Commissioner signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE at “A New Met for London” launch I deemed it appropriate to involve the Commissioner’s Office directly in the matter of how I am denied my ENTITLEMENTS and FREEDOM to DIE SLOWLY of TORTURE whilst the London Ambulance Service is sent out that am BURNING THE PLACE.  

Please note, I will only be dealing with complaints that relate to officers, staff, contractors or volunteers exercising police functions on behalf of the MPS.  MM Update: I must bring to your attention that if these COMPLAINTS were dealt with from the time, I arranged the MEETING with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth at the Southwark Police Station we would not be here now addressing a CRIME Number. I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS.  MM Update: Where the MPS Officers are directly involved, then am positive that under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and GDPR and Charter of Rights I am entitled to have the CONCERNS investigated. I am also unable to re-investigate concerns of yours that have already been answered by previous complaints.  MM Updates: Not when MOPAC Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb continued to DISCRIMINATE in their RESPONSE causing MPS to treat me like a CRIMINAL (3rd January 2025 YouTube). I have therefore reviewed your complaints history in order to ascertain what, if any concerns within your submission, have already been answered. MM Updates: Let me correct any MISTAKES you have made. 

I understand that a recent complaint made by you under reference PC/2268/24 which you were provided with an outcome report on 07/02/2025 is currently with the IOPC for an appeal.  MM Updates: Raquell Lovekin did not give me time to respond.  Good Morning Mrs Myers,

 Please can I ask you to stop sending emails that you are sending to the police, I am also sure other government bodies feel the same, MM Response: Any other Government body feeling the same can be mindful of the fact that a member of Keir Starmer Government was arrested by the MPS and has been barred from the Labour Party. Keir Starmer did the same to DIANE ABBOTT for her views on RACISM. But she later exposed him for having his pants down. Let’s the RAPE/MURDER of SARAH EVERARD for a moment. But the emails you send have links that would not be suitable for any department to be able to click due to the high risk of internet safety. MM Updates: MPS should be more concerned about the CHILDREN at www.leyf.org.uk and young people at the UEL here Richard Harty the Dean of School panic called my mobile on 27 September 2021 and kicked me out of UEL.

 Please also note that your complaint appeal is with the IOPC and they are reviewing it, there will be no responses from me to any of the emails you send beyond this email. MM Response: Thanks very much. Now the IOPC must look into why they failed to address the previous CONCERNS. Were they waiting for the MPS and LAS to SUCCEED in SECTIONING, MURDERING and KIDNAPPING me between 30th October 2017 to 24 March 2025 turning up that they get report I was BURNING the place, posted on INSTAGRAM?

This complaint was made on 03/03/2024 which you have again mentioned in your email to the Commissioner’s Office. This complaint dealt with numerous ASB reports and a number of police reports prior to February 2025.  It would not be right for me to comment on any part of that investigation that is under appeal at present. MM Updates: Fair enough, but it should not have taken years and the MPS party to me made HOMELESS and saddled with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE because of MPS NEGLIGENCE.

I have gone through your complaint submission and have addressed each point as follows.  Please see below the table for the actions I will be taking. MM Updates: I will correct any MISTAKES.

2. Failed to visit Alma Grove in May 2022 when Ms Gilchrist broke the glass again.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. If the MPS had not failed MM we would not be here now. I must let you be aware that I raised CONCERNS with the IOPC from Winsome Duncan sent the MPS and LAS to section me 30/10/2017. This must be addressed
3. Takes over an hour to arrive on Christmas eve 2022 when I had to barricade myself in my house.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. My brother was at the end of the phone with me from USA.  The Safer Neighbourhood Team have not visited yet, but MPS keep sending letters and visiting on behalf of Ms Gilchrist.
4. Raided my home on 26 January 2023 from Ms Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Reasons Ms Gilchrist called the MPS on 3/1/2025 (YouTube). Because MPS failed to act. She told me that the MPS is working with her to get me EVICTED and threatened to call the MPS to take me to JAIL after the Court case when I was given SUSPENDED SENTENCE.
5. Attendance at Croydon Magistrates Court 3 times about reports I breach Community Order 14th and 15th December 2022.This does not relate to a complaint in relation to the MPS. MM Updates: Yes, it does. The result of Debbie Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT and MPS visit on 26/1/2023.  
6. Housing for Women claims neighbour call Police to Alma Grove 3 February when HUSBAND and I got SEPARATED after interview at Walworth Police Station.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. YES, it does. Had to go to WPS for INTERVIEW result of MPS visit 26/1/2023.
7. The MALICIOUS REPORT for INTERVIEW at Walworth Police Station 3/2/2023I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Reasons for H4W Unlawful Injunction made me HOMELESS. MPS still INVESTIGATING according to PC Chana on another visit to my home. When Joe Hooper a (MAN) in a Women’s Refuge TERRORISING me and MPS come out to support them.
8. Samantha Gibbs visit to Alma Grove with MALE tried to ASSAULT me at door 12/1/2023.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. This was used in H4W EVIDENCE to EVICT me. She is on Long-Term-Sick-Leave, whilst am here living like a PRISONER. Debbie Gilchrist come to my door asking me to open so she MURDER me for them to say I COMMIT SUICIDE.  
9. Failure by Police to act about 6 ASB call out 27 February 2023.   10. 6 Police Officers came to my house on 27/2/2023 about video on YouTube with battering RAM.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. This is another BOOK dedicated to the MPS from the STRONG JAMAICAN WOMAN whose IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE Sir Mark Rowley signed at A New Met for London launch. 11. My Husband was in the Hospital, and this could be verified from online DEFENSIVE PRACTICE.This does not relate to a complaint in relation to the MPS. YES, it does. It was PUBLIC that my Husband was in the Hospital. He ended up in the Hospital on the 9th March 2024 after his birthday because Trevor Anthony Tomlinson ASSAULTED me. Reference Simone.Kidd@met.police.uk re 11/4/24 Crime Ref: 01/67016/24 in case MPS think they can get away with GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.  Ms Gilchrist told him I was ABUSING his father. SCOTLAND YARD is involved according to the MPS. How come they are not aware of my CONTRIBUTIONS to SAFEGUARDING the VULNERABLE. MPS failed to attend for 6 COMPLAINTS on the 27th February 2023, but showed up around a video that was not made in the UK.   Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement for H4W must be evidenced.  
12. Meet Nigel Pearce at Elim House after HMCTS DJ Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Reference YOUTUBE.This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. YES, it is because Nigel Pearce failed to follow up on CONCERNS raised and BLOCKED me out on Social Media to help me clear my name that am not a VIOLENT NUISANCE. YES, it is because MPS continued trying to SECTION, MURDER, KIDNAP me. Reference YouTube Live Broadcasting for the EVIDENCE. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS. 14. Seb Adjei-Addoh at Lib Dems Social in Southwark 18/10/2023.This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. YES, I reminded him about asking to VOLUNTEER. If I was allowed to volunteer Housing for Women could not get away with coercing Debbie Gilchrist to target me and my HUSBAND to cause his untimely death.    
15. Robbed in Peckham 19/10/2023. The Police dragging their feet whilst I am the target of MALICIOUS REPORTS.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Updates: Reference YouTube for how am holding MPS accountable as a WRITER and FREELANCER. PC/08721/24 last time I was sent an email, it stated the case was sent to the IOPC. What is the IOPC doing about this? 3034363/23 a Caucasian WOMAN was arrested days after the incident in Peckham. The Case has been passed from PC Herman to PC Gayfaire. In the meantime MPS has colluded with H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper and the Alma Grove HATE MOB to allow DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham to EVICT me with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE. If MPS had acted this would not be the outcome. Therefore MPS will be held accountable for my HOMELESSNESS and under THREATS from Debbie Gilchrist.   
16. Met Police visited my home on 25/10/2023 and left HUSBAND going into HYPO. Was lucky to get home from Tony Cealy’s training THEATRE of OPPRESSED to help him.I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Mimi Owusu calling my Mobile & House Phones 24/7 to TRIGGER me. Sometimes its my Home Phone Number showing on my phone and private on Mobile/Home Phone. H4W claims they picked up the BED she sent to my home. 8/8/23 Mimi Owusu contacted me via email as Cary Grant. She uses MALE & FEMALE names for her SCAMMING.

Dr Phil Gregory unannounced visit to Alma Grove 21/11/2024 after I was on Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20/11/2024.If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MPS must investigate Dr Phil Gregory the same way they are prepared to GASLIGHT Me and send LAS to my home that am SHOUTING after I called them out about Debbie Gilchrist & Joe Hooper ASB. One PC came and left because I had YouTube Live Broadcasting on. Dr Phil Gregory get YouTube to remove EVIDENCE of him calling me on the mobile and admitting his Medical Report is not FACTUAL. 22. Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina unannounced visit to Alma Grove on 22/01/2025 after MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. I was asked not to record and am still waiting for the letter about how I was on their visit and an invitation for a MEETING.If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MPS sent LAS to my home after they left. I was not getting any Medical Treatment from any of these INDIVIDUALS. I don’t have a GP because I refused to take RESPIREDONE.   
23. London Ambulance Service arrived at my home. Claimed they were sent by the Police. I was told that it was a good thing I opened the door or they would have FORCED ENTRY. Refer to the THREATS by the POLICE who Ms Gilchrist called on 3/1/2025 I was celebrating my brother’s birthday.If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MM Updates: MPS sent the LAS, they are party to the DISCRIMINATION and failure to act from 30th October 2017 when they came with LAS to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan MALICIOUS REPORT. 27. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing the DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED, they will IMPRISON and EVICT ME. What they are failing to understand is that I write for therapy when my father was stricken with Parkinson’s. H4W UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. 7. HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, SRA, BSB, HMPPS, CCMCC, HMPPS, CLCC, DBS involvement in the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE. 8. Why a DISABLED NHS Pensioner is without a GP.  

Please respond within 7 days, by 14/04/2025, confirming that you agree the above concern addresses your entire (new) complaint and that you wish for me to investigate this as such? If I do not hear from you, I will investigate based on my understanding as outlined above. MM Response: Let me remind you of my RIGHTS as a DISABLED person to REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS. But since DJ Sarah Elizabeth Beecham needed an Equality Assessor Emua Ali to help her breach the Equality Act in favour of H4W, I doubt very much you know what REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT is. Therefore, I am IMPRISONED at 16 Alma Grove and RESPONDING and will be sharing in the PUBLIC DOMAIN as my RIGHTS to FREEDOM of SPEECH to clear my name from the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.

Media volunteer newsletter – April 2025 Dear Media Volunteer,April is bowel cancer awareness month and as such, a particularly busy time of year for MVL.

Between the Bowelbabe Fund, Bobby Moore Fund and more recent focus on bowel cancer created by the likes of the inspirational Dame Deborah James, it’s an area where we increasingly rely on media volunteers with experiences of bowel cancer to share their stories. Media volunteers like Ellie (pictured with her fiancé Rory and dog Alfie), who was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer but, happily, is now living cancer free.

The 28-year-old from Peterborough has spoken to the media for us, recently been filmed as part of our work with our Partnerships team and, just last week, appeared in front of hundreds of Cancer Research UK staff as part of a panel at an internal meeting discussing progress around bowel cancer treatment.

Away from bowel cancer, we’ve also asked media volunteers to share their stories for a blog about radiotherapy treatment and also had young people with a cancer experience included in an article for our Digital News webpages. Please be advised that I have not been well and have been recovering after the funeral and 2 court appearances on your behalf last week.

I found the second judge sympathetic and reasonable the first Judge was rather hostile to all of us.

May I have your permission to approach Southwark Council and escalate a Needs Assessment urgently on your behalf given what you have communicated to me verbally on Thursday and also after both court hearings and your distressed state today.

Please respond in the affirmative in writing and furnish me with your historic GP details name, Practice and telephone number and also please remind me of your housing provider for the time being.

I sympathasise at the lack of support inthe community. Unfortunately there are not enough good people doing volunteering and support in the collective community.

Hi Mervelee we spoke yesterday and I spent a couple of hours drafting the letter and undertaking research for you having spoken to you and obtained your consent to make a safeguarding referral on your behalf. I can appreciate that this is very difficult for you. I have received the long email yesterday asking me about the legal document and responded that Anthony is helping you with that and has been for 2 years. I also undertook further research on your behalf in Southwark and sent it to you. i am sorry to learn that you are so overwhelmed but it will be normal for anyone in your circumstances. please consider going in person and requesting help, a support worker from Southwark Council will be assigned to you and the Mayor and 2 other Councillors were emailed yesterday. i would encourage you to find a church near you and do your best to try to help yourself as much as you can. i have spent at least another hour today drafting an email to Anthony updating him following the court hearing and responding to you. I can appreciate it is very difficult for you but although I have sympathy and compassion for you I cannot give you much more of my time and attention . I am also helping somebody else in another Borough and need to return to supporting them. Its difficult but you are a person of faith Mervelee and 4 people came to help you on Thursday. i dont know what support you are gettign via your youtbue channel and the freedom movement please think about engaging with them directly also and start expanding your network dear. i will try to call you again but need to prioritise somebody else who is equally overwhelmed with no family in the UK

Please be advised that I met the above cited individual last week when I attended at Court with her for an eviction hearing at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court on 20th March 2025 brought by Southwark Housing for Women, followed by a committal process.

In the second case of a committal hearing the Judge awarded a two year suspended custodial sentence of Mrs Mervelee Myers.

Please be advised that as an advocate in the community with significant experience of representing vulnerable individuals and communities I have experience representing the vulnerable who find themselves, homeless, dispossessed, not in receipt of benefits and advocating on their behalf mostly to a raft of disparate Councils as well as representations to the DWP for benefits / reinstatement of benefits and representations for access to health services and referrals.

Please be advised that I have volunteered for decades and also volunteer directly with refugees and indirectly (via Haringey Council historically) and am also recognised as a Family Mosaic Community Champion. I have also volunteered for Victim Support to give emotional and practical support for victims and witnesses of crime.

Please be advised that I met Mrs Myers and took a brief history from her last Thursday 20th March 2025 where she advised that she has no current GP and is unable to elicit the NHS for assistance, despite significant health problems, including but not limited to blood pressure problems, Parkinson’s and anxiety and panic attacks.

She also advised me that she has suffered discrimination and harassment and multiple safeguarding failings whilst resident at the above property.

Having decades of experience as a volunteer I am concerned for the well-being of Mrs Myers who I believe is suffering from historic and recent trauma and may suffer from cognitive impairment and is very overwhelmed. Mrs Myers advises me that she does not have a support worker If you could kindly expedite the relevant referral urgently to Adult Social Services I would be obliged wherein Mrs Myers may be able to expand on her challenges and limited circumstances.

I would be most obliged if you would be kindly enough to arrange a Needs Assessment urgently for this vulnerable individual at your earliest convenience and involve the appropriate Councillors for support including but not limited to Councillor Evelyn Akoto, Cabinet Member for Health and Well being and also Councillor Sam Dalton, Deputy Cabinet Member for Supported Housing.
