The Claimant applies to have the following claims go to HEARING pursuant to the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics that DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham asked for Equality Act Assessor on the 9^th December 2024 when a HEARING was held behind my back. I have since been left without Legal Representations and confronted by the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that led to me almost becoming a STATISTIC of HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT that I used to challenge DJ Beecham on the 20 March 2025. She did not finish the CLAIM but instead left me in the hands of HHJ Richard Roberts to trigger my ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM leaving me unable to FUNCTION. Based on my experiences of REPRESENTING myself from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Hence, I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I will be relying on AWAABS’ LAW and my RESEARCH of DAMP & MOULD with The University of Huddersfield and being a member of the Housing Ombudsman RESIDENT PANEL to argue why the following should not be STRUCK OUT. Based on TIME and the fact that because of the continuing ASB at 16 Alma Grove, I will be basing my ARGUMENTS using prepared DOCUMENTS by the DEFENDANT. I will also be REFERENCING RELEVANT INFORMATION impacting on this case.

For CLARITY, the CLAIMANT wishes to make it clear that, in accordance with the EQUALITY ACT 2010 Protected Characteristics, the DEFENDANT did not filed Defences to any of the CLAIMS because they have already got HHJ Richard Roberts to issue a General Civil Restraint Order against me dated 31 January 2025. I was also to have been SECTIONED, MURDERED or KIDNAPPED by the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service that has been turning up at my HOME from the 30 October 2017 to 30 May 2025.

Background

The claims were issued by the CLAIMANT via the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (the Pilot).

The CLAIMANT is seeking that all five of the CLAIMS go to HEARING to prove that the DEFENDANT breached the Amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977. And this is a pattern of UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT by the DEFENDANT using Devonshires Solicitors LLP to target RESIDENTS who raise LEGITIMATE CONCERNS about our LANDLORDS. My COMPLAINTS reached Stage 2 of the procedures, and everything WIPED from the Customer Portal, and I was locked out. After I was threatened with EVICTION via telephone. The Housing Ombudsman Service was informed, and I have since taken a CLAIMS against them. The MP Neil Coyle had contacted Housing for Women twice on my behalf. I even contacted the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate on my behalf.

The role of HHJ Richard Roberts on the 20 March 2025 in triggering my ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM is important in why the CLAIMS must go to HEARING.

I only see the name DJ Swan on the CLAIMS after I buried my HUSBAND and was returning to some semblance of NORMALITY after the ORDEALS brought on by the POSSESSION LETTER during the CRISIS I experienced. I was not served with any ORDERS for Court after receiving the POSESSION LETTER, and if any were served to the SOLICITORS representing me I was never made aware of them. That’s why I challenged DJ Swan STRIKE Out the following:

By way of background, the DEFENDANT application for an injunction order in July 2023 that was made on 1 August 2023 in Claim No. K02CL827 for the period of a year in relation to MALICIOUS ALLEGATIONS of anti-social behaviour, including incidents whereby the CLAIMANT committed incidents of anti-social behaviour against members of both the Defendant’s staff and neighbours. The CLAIMANT could not breach the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION of 1 August 2023 in August and the Committal Proceedings for Contempt of Court that were brought on 31 August 2023 breach my RIGHTS as a LAWFUL ABIDING CITIZEN who was SILENCED by the COURT. The Committal Hearing that took place on 12 June 2024, must be viewed with the BEREAVEMENTS and LOSSESS and my PERSONAL CRISIS triggering the POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER from my CHILDHOOD TRAUMAS. ALL ORDERS are NULL & VOID.

JUDGEMENT of BARRISTER RYAN CLEMENT

I have not been paid despite following due procedures in the matter. Other CLAIMS have been VACATED.

The HEARING for SENTENCING was conducted in March 2025 leading to HHJ Richard Roberts acting like the RANTING RAVING LUNATIC mentioning Winsome Duncan and DJ Sterlini, whom I have never met, but whose name is on correspondence for striking out the CLAIM with Winsome Duncan. This claim reached Telephone Mediation and was then struck out. DJ Sterlini name appeared on the 1 August 2023 labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Imagine how I felt knowing about my CONTRIBUTIONS as a member of the WINDRUSH GENERATION whose ENTITLEMENTS had denied me after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was published in 2022 the year in May Trina Philbert stated my ASB started. We MUST therefore take a look at 2023 in its ENTIRETY because it was the year my HUSBAND celebrated his 100 BIRTHDAYS.

As stated before, it can be proven that MERVELEE MYERS is the VICTIM of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008, LEYF 2009-2025, HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC CLCC HMPPS DBS in their quest to SILENCE me once I realised that Richard Harty MIC was masterminded by June O’Sullivan to entertain her perversion to be a DISRUPTIVE INFLUENCE with her Drag Queen Storytellers. DJ Beecham did not complete the claims. She failed to send an EVICTION ORDER after her UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT on the 20 March 2025.

I am in receipt of your reply dated , and must again place on record my unequivocal objection to the evasion, delay, and diversionary tactics exhibited in response to my formal demand for disclosure. Your failure to acknowledge the serious criminal offences involved — or the statutory obligations arising from them —
now compounds the Local Authority’s liability.
Let me be clear: what is occurring is not a simple error or delay, but a coordinated abuse of the legal process in which mock proceedings have been initiated for the sole purpose of covering up criminal acts,
namely:

· Malicious concealment of evidence and obstruction of justice
Criminal Proceedings Cannot Be Conducted in a County Court
You are reminded that criminal prosecutions cannot be lawfully conducted in a County Court. These
courts are limited to civil jurisdiction. Therefore, any alleged “injunction”, “committal”, or possession
proceedings being pursued under the guise of criminal enforcement — especially where no sealed court
orders exist — are, by legal definition, mock proceedings. This is a clear attempt to:

· Mislead the court;
· Pervert the course of justice.

INTRODUCTION

This is the Skeleton Argument on behalf of Mervelee Myers (“MM”) in my APPEAL for POSSESSION of Flat 16 Alma Grove, Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY (“the Property”). And the SUSPENDED PRISON SENTENCE and BANNED from SOCIAL MEDIA. The property was let to Mrs Mervelee Myers (“the Appellant”) by way of Assured Tenancy dated 1 December 2000 (“the Tenancy”). Possession was sought on the basis of longstanding anti-social behaviour that was resisted by the Appellant. MM Updates: 24/04/2025 Reference YouTube for the latest in Debbie Gilchrist bizarre ASB.
MM will state that there was no MANDATORY ground for possession under Ground 7A of the Housing Act 1988, Condition 2, namely a breach of an injunction under Section 1 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“ASBCPA 14”). The Eviction Act 1977 because MM planned to RETIRE to JAMAICA as soon as my DUTY to my HUSBAND was completed. MM will further state that H4W target MM during the time I was experiencing CRISIS after coercing Ms Debbie Gilchrist to target me and my VULNERABLE husband. The detail of H4W breaches of the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977 will be provided in detail to attempt to assist the court and the Defendant, after MM was abandoned at the last minute by J I Solicitors and Barrister Miranda Grell. I want the court to note that this was the second time I was left abandoned by Legal Representation in this matter.

BACKGROUND –

Let the Court Note the Start of the GASLIGHTING from Samantha Gibbs was EMPLOYED in April 2022 and SEND MM invitation to ASB Meeting in May 2022.

5. On 1 December 2000 the Defendant provided a tenancy of the Property to the APPELLANT. – A. Notes of 12/01/2023 Samantha Gibbs & MALE tried to ASSAULT MM at her door; after using the KEY I gave to H4W to gain ENTRY. B. 20/01/2023 FLAGGED – My BROTHER was on the phone for over an hour before the Met Police arrived on CHRISTMAS eve when I had to barricade myself in my HOME because of Ms Gilchrist.

6. On 1 August 2023 an Injunction under ASBCPA 14 (“the Injunction”) was made preventing anti-social behaviour including messages to the Defendant’s staff and the Defendant’s Solicitors – When was I contacted by the Defendant’s solicitors and why did I send messages to them?

7. The initial hearing took place on the 19 December 2023. A. Why did MM seek representation from the DUTY SOLICITOR? B. How was I to file a CPR defence by 23 January 2024 when as CARER for my elderly husband I was STRESSED out from my recent BEREAVEMENT and Exacerbation of Mental and Physical IMPAIRMENTS whilst dealing with the HATE CRIMES of C. Ms Gilchrist, D. the Hate MOB in Alma Grove, E. the Metropolitan Police and F. Mimi Owusu who wrote a 12 page Witness Statement for H4W? Why did DJ Naidoo claim to preside over a HEARING on the 20 December 2023 when I had a Medical Review with the GP Surgery? FORM NO. 3.

What was happening to MM after my HUSBAND was admitted to HOSPITAL that caused the DECLINE in my COGNITION and INTELLECTUAL FUNCTIONS that prevented me to address Court Matters that were ENTRAPMENTS – Refer to Social Media – UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES – 21 October 2009 -SAFEGUARDING REFERRAL 06 July 2023

Was the Court aware that MM husband was in HOSPITAL and that DJ Bell was involved in sending 7 Claims to CLCC for Civil District Judge including Barrister Ryan Clement that JUDGEMENT was passed for him to pay MM? – Case No: 570MC482 Mrs Mervelee Myers v Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and why MM got up to 700K views on YouTube VIDEOS of MM Husband NEGLECT on BYRON ward? 10. On the 12 June 2024, the APPELLANT was TRICKED by Sola Obajuluwa to admit to the ALLEGATIONS because no JUDGE would allow me time to DEFEND myself. I was not aware of the INJUNCTION as this was done behind my back and because of the CRISIS during the time the Possession letter was sent, I was not capable of making DECISIONS – Notice of Hearing by J I Solicitors 21 February 2025. Reference TOGETHER WE CAN WWW.THEWESTMINSTERHUB.COM February/March 2025 pages 32-33 WHY WOULD A HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER ATTACK HER NEIGHBOUR? 11. Was H4W aware of the DEATH of my HUSBAND – Reference ENGAGEMENT with Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin from April 2014 at H4W AGM.

12. During this time neither J I Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa nor Barrister Miranda Grell were not supporting MM. I only see Ms Grell in Court – Refer to the Case when I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. YouTube EVIDENCE removed about EVENTS of July 2023. When I tried to discuss this with Barrister Miranda Grell, she told MM “If you are a CRIMINAL, I do not want to HEAR about it”.

13. On 18 September 2024 I left Court for an appointment with Dennis Kamara. I was so overwhelmed after running ERRANDS I did not return home. I feared what Ms Gilchrist, Joe Hooper, Barbara McCoy and her brother Tony were doing to TRIGGER me. I sleep on my MALE FRIEND sofa until the next day.

A. I was going through the BUNDLES when I came across the ORDERS that I was not informed about. Breach of Equality Act 2010.

B. I took them to the Solicitors who said the COURT can do as they please. Reference MM a participant in RESEARCH access online.

C. My DEFENCE was already PREPARED. Dr Oyebode PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT state MM can INSTRUCT Legal Representative. Reference UEL MA Special Educational Needs 2193537 and Mentor Training at Queens Park Fitzrovia Children’s Centre Westminster Children Centre (WCS) now London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) and UEL 04 October 2021 Richard Harty Dean of School.

D. I was not consulted about the PREPARATION. Ref: G08Y J214 Help or Support for People with a DISABILITY.

14. The trial on the 9 December 2024 was tried behind my back again. I was told I did not have to attend. I did not get any information from the Solicitors. DJ Beecham sent me an ORDER.

DJ Beecham breach the Equality Act 2010

When she told MM in Court on the 7^th March 2025 that she will not accept any EVIDENCE about any other ISSUES except with HOUSING FOR WOMEN. She was considering giving MM an hour to go through the BUNDLE that was delivered to me in COURT to conduct the HEARING. She did not believe me that I did not receive the Bundle. She INTERRUPTED the HEARING twice to allow the CLAIMANT to confer about breaching the ORDER. The ASB Policy was not in the BUNDLE.

On the 17^th March 2025 I took a CAB to COURT because I did not want to experience what happened to me on the 7^th. This time the Equality Act Assessor was late. Ms Gilchrist was at her TRICKS trying to PROVOKE me to REACT when I felt INTIMIDATED on my own and went and sit outside near the LIFTS.

HCT Group Impact Report 2016

On the 20^th March 2025 DJ Beecham would not allow anyone to SPEAK for MM. At the end of the HEARING, I told her if MM becomes HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT, she is RESPONSIBLE, she MUMBLED.

When the MALE SHOWED up in Court and started RANTING about Winsome Duncan and DJ Sterlini I was overcome by the ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM (UNDIGNOSED). He was SENSITIVE to let a MACKENZIE FRIEND speak on my behalf. But he claimed MM was BANNED from Social Media.

The Court MUST INVESTIGATE why DJ Beecham insisted on keeping the CASE and failed to COMPLETE it.

15. MM thought the Equality Act Assessor was to help with overseeing a FAIR HEARING because I did UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES October 2009 for my role as a SENCO with my former employers. Why did DJ Beecham need an Equality Assessor? MM SENCO job offer – getting job offers 2/4/2025.

16. The Solicitors made the APPLICATION because Sola Obajuluwa was working in partnership with H4W to entrap MM to take DRUGS that would make me unable to function so they could claim MONEY for taking care of MM – Refer to Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement. Ms Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT send Met Police to MM Home 26/1/2023. Examine the patterns of GASLIGHTING by HOUSING FOR WOMEN leading up to the POSSESSION letter sent by Devonshires Solicitors LLP and the roles of the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service in the MATTER from 30^th October 2017 when Winsome Duncan sent them to SECTION me to 24^th March 2025 when the LAS claim I was BURNING the HOUSE.

DJ Beecham failed to provide the ORDER for K05EC530 that has always been questionable, and she failed to finish the other claim that she insisted she wanted to keep. After I challenged her with HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment she mumbled. She advised me that I was due for my next court and to make sure I was there, but she was not.

I was confronted with what I chose to call a RANTING RAVING LUNATIC who triggered my ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM leaving me unable to function. I later learnt that he is HHJ Richard Roberts who had imposed a Civil Restraint Order on me because I challenged DJ Swan striking 5 of my CLAIMS.

Good day Mr Solicitor

After reading your response to my concerns raised and the letter dated 18 December 2024 from the Court and reflecting on events from Boxing Day when I was in my garden, I came up with this conclusion. I will share this to back up my arguments about the continuing DISCRIMINATION.

And the reasons Dr Phil Gregory was brought on board to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to SILENCE me.

There are inconsistencies in the letter dated 18 December 2024 making no mention about the EVACUATED cases. Instead, I was sent a long list for a trial on the 7 March 2025. However, the response from the Solicitors states the trial is due for the 10 March 2025. Because I have been passing on information to the Solicitors and nothing is done to add them to my arguments.

The DEFENDANT has permission to file and serve any updating evidence in response 14 days before the trial. Here is my UPDATED EVIDENCE in REVERSE.

1. CAD 2358/03Jany25 I was visited at home by 2924AS and 2499AS evidence online at YouTube.

2. The patterns of DISCRIMINATION by my Neighbour who is supported by Housing for Women and the Metropolitan Police must be taken into EVIDENCE from the time Met Police was sent to SECTION me from a malicious report I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL.

3. Between 30^th October 2021 and 3^rd January 2025 must be taken into evidence. Because it was DJ Sterlini who strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan after “Telephone Mediation” who labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” without me knowing about the ORDER.

4. I was provoked when I looked out my window on 3rd January 2025 and evidence of Ms Gilchrist and Barbara McCoy’s HATE CRIMES can be verified online. Mention was made about the INJUNCTION and obviously my Neighbour was fed information about the outcome of the EVACUATED cases. Whilst I was left in the dark, because the Solicitor did not inform me and there was no mention made in the letter dated 18 December 2024 that I got on Christmas eve.

5. The actions of the Met Police Officers above can be verified online.

6. The actions of Joe Hooper kicking my door has not been dealt with. Refer to CAD 6326/03Jany25 and CAD 5227/03Jany25 and CAD 3020/03Jany25 and CAD 2824/03Jany25 and CAD 2052/21Dec2024 to get an understanding of how I am treated by the Met Police.

7. I was DEPRESSED during the Festive Season because I suffer with SAD and the fact I am excluded does not help. I am living at Alma Grove like a prisoner. I am a DISABLED NHS Pensioner without a GP.

8. I was in the kitchen cooking when I noticed my Husband’s Angel Trumpet flowering, so I went out to capture the BLOOMS in his memory. I could hear a dog barking and then I heard my name called MYERS. I responded by asking Ms Gilchrist if she was talking to me, she began her TIRADE. This can be evidence from the recordings. When I realised Ms Gilchrist was videoing me, I asked why she was doing it. She responded she needs it for her DEFENCE.

9. I returned to my kitchen because I decided I will not let Ms Gilchrist provoke me to return to the DARK PLACES I am coming from over the past 10 years.

10. The PROVOCATIONS continued that I only feel safe when I bolted the door.

11. Some days I don’t open my curtains and if I do so and look through the window I will get VERBALLY ABUSED from across the street.

12. I received a letter about an appointment on the 19 December 2024 which I did not receive. This is patterns of GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY to make Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Gaslighting Report Factual that EVERYTHING am saying is in my HEAD.

8. I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT by Silverlock Medical Centre on 5 December 2024.

9. I received THREATENING LETTERS after raising concerns about Dr Phil Gregory.

10. On 21 November 2024 Dr Phil Gregory and the Nurse made unannounced visit to my home. I think if I had turned off the recording as he DEMANDED, despite having a FRIEND in my home, he would have done what he came to do.

11. The fact I was on the Housing Ombudsman ZOOM on the 20 December 2024 as a member of the Resident Panel must be evidence. I discussed this with the Solicitor who refused to use it for my ARGUMENTS.

12. I am invited to apply for the post of Customer Panel after I was the Minute Taker for the disbanded “Scrutiny Customer Panel” in 2020.

13. Ms H Presley found me online when Ms Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf. I asked the Solicitor to represent Ms Presley to have a STRONG case against the CLAIMANT.

14. I am a victim of the Alma Grove Hate MOBS. The aim is to PROVOKE me to get a reaction so they can say I am the AGGRESSOR.

15. Dr Phil Gregory called my son in Jamaica to ask if he thinks I will be PHYSICAL with the NEIGHBOURS.

16. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024.

17. On the 9 August 2024 I was visited at home by 2 Female Police Officers. I raised a complaint, and it goes the way of others. The Police is still INVESTIGATING.

18. On 8 August 2024 Joe Hooper surrounded my window shouting for Kevin to come outside for him to sort him out.

19. The Police who came treated me and my son as CRIMINALS.

HMCTS Miscarriages of Justice

Because there is no CONSISTENCY FAMILARITY CONTINUITY coming out of the way how information is shared. I must come to the conclusion that I am getting treated this way to cover the fact that there has been SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. I will as the Solicitor and Barrister Ms Miranda Grell to ask for a REVIEW of my CASES dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I will provide any EVIDENCE that is RELEVANT. What does it mean when the CLAIMS are EVACUATED? Because I have had claims in which I represented myself evacuated without EXPLANATIONS. I will end by saying Dr Phil Gregory is/was not my psychiatrist and I was not diagnosed with psychosis. Nor was I treated under Dr Gregory’s TEAM, prescribed any medication. The Solicitor must disclose the Psychiatric Assessment I attended on 15 April 2024. Failure to do so constitute breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The fact that Dr Phil Gregory failed to respond to my concerns is proof that Housing for Women unlawful injunction K05EC530 will be going in the PUBLIC DOMAIN to help Ms H Presley and other tenants targeted by landlords.

I note you have not responded to my initial email below, but I have been notified that the MPS Complaints Resolution Unit have received further notice of an email which you have sent to the Commissioner’s Office on 01/04/2025. This is to be considered within the complaint reference PC/1514/25 rather than duplicating efforts. MM Updates: Since the Commissioner signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE at “A New Met for London” launch I deemed it appropriate to involve the Commissioner’s Office directly in the matter of how I am denied my ENTITLEMENTS and FREEDOM to DIE SLOWLY of TORTURE whilst the London Ambulance Service is sent out that am BURNING THE PLACE.

Please note, I will only be dealing with complaints that relate to officers, staff, contractors or volunteers exercising police functions on behalf of the MPS. MM Update: I must bring to your attention that if these COMPLAINTS were dealt with from the time, I arranged the MEETING with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth at the Southwark Police Station we would not be here now addressing a CRIME Number. I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS. MM Update: Where the MPS Officers are directly involved, then am positive that under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and GDPR and Charter of Rights I am entitled to have the CONCERNS investigated. This complaint was made on 03/03/2024 which you have again mentioned in your email to the Commissioner’s Office. This complaint dealt with numerous ASB reports and a number of police reports prior to February 2025. It would not be right for me to comment on any part of that investigation that is under appeal at present. MM Updates: Fair enough, but it should not have taken years and the MPS party to me made HOMELESS and saddled with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE because of MPS NEGLIGENCE.

I have gone through your complaint submission and have addressed each point as follows. Please see below the table for the actions I will be taking. MM Updates: I will correct any MISTAKES.

2. Failed to visit Alma Grove in May 2022 when Ms Gilchrist broke the glass again.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. If the MPS had not failed MM we would not be here now. I must let you be aware that I raised CONCERNS with the IOPC from Winsome Duncan sent the MPS and LAS to section me 30/10/2017. This must be addressed
3. Takes over an hour to arrive on Christmas eve 2022 when I had to barricade myself in my house.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. *My brother was at the end of the phone with me from USA. The Safer Neighbourhood Team have not visited yet, but MPS keep sending letters and visiting on behalf of Ms Gilchrist.*
4. Raided my home on 26 January 2023 from Ms Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Reasons Ms Gilchrist called the MPS on 3/1/2025 (YouTube). Because MPS failed to act. She told me that the MPS is working with her to get me EVICTED and threatened to call the MPS to take me to JAIL after the Court case when I was given SUSPENDED SENTENCE.
5. Attendance at Croydon Magistrates Court 3 times about reports I breach Community Order 14th and 15th December 2022.	This does not relate to a complaint in relation to the MPS. *MM Updates: Yes, it does. The result of Debbie Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT and MPS visit on 26/1/2023.*
6. Housing for Women claims neighbour call Police to Alma Grove 3 February when HUSBAND and I got SEPARATED after interview at Walworth Police Station.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. YES, it does. Had to go to WPS for INTERVIEW result of MPS visit 26/1/2023.
7. The MALICIOUS REPORT for INTERVIEW at Walworth Police Station 3/2/2023	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Reasons for H4W Unlawful Injunction made me HOMELESS. MPS still INVESTIGATING according to PC Chana on another visit to my home. When Joe Hooper a (MAN) in a Women’s Refuge TERRORISING me and MPS come out to support them.
8. Samantha Gibbs visit to Alma Grove with MALE tried to ASSAULT me at door 12/1/2023.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. This was used in H4W EVIDENCE to EVICT me. She is on Long-Term-Sick-Leave, whilst am here living like a PRISONER. Debbie Gilchrist come to my door asking me to open so she MURDER me for them to say I COMMIT SUICIDE.
9. Failure by Police to act about 6 ASB call out 27 February 2023. 10. 6 Police Officers came to my house on 27/2/2023 about video on YouTube with battering RAM.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. *This is another BOOK dedicated to the MPS from the STRONG JAMAICAN WOMAN whose IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE Sir Mark Rowley signed at A New Met for London launch.* *Sarnim.Limbu@met.police.uk* *Ref: CAD 5825/27Feb24 Housing Issues. Maybe the IOPC would like to say how MERVELEE MYERS became a VIOLENT NUISANCE*
11. My Husband was in the Hospital, and this could be verified from online DEFENSIVE PRACTICE.	This does not relate to a complaint in relation to the MPS. YES, it does. It was PUBLIC that my Husband was in the Hospital. He ended up in the Hospital on the 9^th March 2024 after his birthday because Trevor Anthony Tomlinson ASSAULTED me. Reference *Simone.Kidd@met.police.uk* re 11/4/24 Crime Ref: 01/67016/24 in case MPS think they can get away with GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY. Ms Gilchrist told him I was ABUSING his father. SCOTLAND YARD is involved according to the MPS. How come they are not aware of my CONTRIBUTIONS to SAFEGUARDING the VULNERABLE. MPS failed to attend for 6 COMPLAINTS on the 27^th February 2023, but showed up around a video that was not made in the UK. Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement for H4W must be evidenced.
12. Meet Nigel Pearce at Elim House after HMCTS DJ Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Reference YOUTUBE.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. YES, it is because Nigel Pearce failed to follow up on CONCERNS raised and BLOCKED me out on Social Media to help me clear my name that am not a VIOLENT NUISANCE. 13. Ask to volunteer at A New Met for London launch where Sir Mark Rowley signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE in September 2023 a month after DJ Sterlini labelled me.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. *YES, it is because MPS continued trying to SECTION, MURDER, KIDNAP me. Reference YouTube Live Broadcasting for the EVIDENCE. 14. Seb Adjei-Addoh at Lib Dems Social in Southwark 18/10/2023.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. YES, I reminded him about asking to VOLUNTEER. If I was allowed to volunteer Housing for Women could not get away with coercing Debbie Gilchrist to target me and my HUSBAND to cause his untimely death.
15. Robbed in Peckham 19/10/2023. The Police dragging their feet whilst I am the target of MALICIOUS REPORTS.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Updates: Reference YouTube for how am holding MPS accountable as a WRITER and FREELANCER. PC/08721/24 last time I was sent an email, it stated the case was sent to the IOPC. What is the IOPC doing about this? 3034363/23 a Caucasian WOMAN was arrested days after the incident in Peckham. The Case has been passed from PC Herman to PC Gayfaire. In the meantime MPS has colluded with H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper and the Alma Grove HATE MOB to allow DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham to EVICT me with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE. If MPS had acted this would not be the outcome. Therefore MPS will be held accountable for my HOMELESSNESS and under THREATS from Debbie Gilchrist.
16. Met Police visited my home on 25/10/2023 and left HUSBAND going into HYPO. Was lucky to get home from Tony Cealy’s training THEATRE of OPPRESSED to help him.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Response: Reference Social Media for MM the Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to Grave in my role as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate who did UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT training in October 2009.
17. Stephen Agera advised Narin Masera to call the Police.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. *YES, it is. See above. Stephen Agera advised Narin Masera to send the MPS. She also coerced him to leave the case.*
18. Joe Hooper target me and Met Police refused to act.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Response: ITV News Documentary with Queen Camilla will be EVIDENCE in END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE and GENDER EQUALITY. MPS Data Office Neighbour’s CCTV 5/1/24 MPS advised Ms Gilchrist to install CCTV it was used to monitor my movements inside the communal area and outside to target me.
19. Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages Witness Statement for Housing for Women.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. Reference INSTAGRAM 5K Mimi Owusu Mobile: 07947529668 RELATIVE Power of Attorney – Sent MPS to my home on 7^th July 2023. MPS must investigate Mimi Owusu Blac Awards. Mimi Owusu calling my Mobile & House Phones 24/7 to TRIGGER me. Sometimes its my Home Phone Number showing on my phone and private on Mobile/Home Phone. H4W claims they picked up the BED she sent to my home. 8/8/23 Mimi Owusu contacted me via email as Cary Grant. She uses MALE & FEMALE names for her SCAMMING.
20. Dr Phil Gregory unannounced visit to Alma Grove 21/11/2024 after I was on Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20/11/2024.	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MPS must investigate Dr Phil Gregory the same way they are prepared to GASLIGHT Me and send LAS to my home that am SHOUTING after I called them out about Debbie Gilchrist & Joe Hooper ASB. One PC came and left because I had YouTube Live Broadcasting on. Dr Phil Gregory get YouTube to remove EVIDENCE of him calling me on the mobile and admitting his Medical Report is not FACTUAL. Southwark Council NOISE Complaints Output 451341 – 8/1/24. 14/10/23.
22. Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina unannounced visit to Alma Grove on 22/01/2025 after MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. I was asked not to record and am still waiting for the letter about how I was on their visit and an invitation for a MEETING.	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. *MPS sent LAS to my home after they left. I was not getting any Medical Treatment from any of these INDIVIDUALS. I don’t have a GP because I refused to take RESPIREDONE.*
23. London Ambulance Service arrived at my home. Claimed they were sent by the Police. I was told that it was a good thing I opened the door or they would have FORCED ENTRY. Refer to the THREATS by the POLICE who Ms Gilchrist called on 3/1/2025 I was celebrating my brother’s birthday.	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MM Updates: MPS sent the LAS, they are party to the DISCRIMINATION and failure to act from 30^th October 2017 when they came with LAS to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan MALICIOUS REPORT. ASB dealt with via PC/2268/24. MM Updates: County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch must be investigated under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, GDPR and Charter of RIGHTS for making me HOMELESS when MPS should have PROVEN am not a VIOLENT NUISANCE.
24. London Ambulance Service given entry to spend hours outside my door trying to gain entry. ASB with Debbie Gilchrist as Met Police and London Ambulance Service use my MENTAL HEALTH to get DRUGS from the SUPPLIER at Alma Grove	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. *MM Updates: This is MPS discrimination.* *ASB dealt with via PC/2268/24.*
25. Met Police acted unprofessionally 18/1/2025 get the London Ambulance Service to threaten me that I was SCREAMING and SHOUTING when the Police came because I told them I know my RIGHTS inside of my HOME.	This appears to be a new complaint not previously addressed. MM Updates: Let me list some RELEVANT DATES – We are being FAILED 1. Change.org 18/8/23 PETITION H4W. 2. IOPC 14/8/23. 3. Neil Coyle MP Case Ref: NC30644 – Warm Home Discount & Neighbour Dispute & ASB Case Ref: NC30058 – 12/1/23. 6. Complaint to H4W reach Stage 2 of Procedures 2022000052 & 2024000031 & 20240000273 after the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION entrapment.
26. ROBERT LEWSLEY is dragging his feet about the complaints of 2 Female Officers who visited my home on 9/8/2024 about a Twitter RACISM post.	This refers to previous complaint handled on PC/8743/24. 27. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing the DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED, they will IMPRISON and EVICT ME. My problems started at www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia and I spent 11 years trying to get my life back together. But the Met Police is working with the A-Z of Abusers to cover their tracks from the time they refused to act about the verbal threats of Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. But turned up to SECTION me from a MALICIOUS REPORT I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. If the patterns of MALICIOUS REPORTS are considered, you can understand why the Police is involved in trying to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture on 30/11/2020. What they are failing to understand is that I write for therapy when my father was stricken with Parkinson’s. I created Community HUBS on Social Media, my own website, and can be seen on platforms across the internet to the world. Although my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, images and CPPDP have been harvested to make me a VOICELESS VULNERABLE VICTIM. I am getting recognition for my book. I am not only dissatisfied with MPS on the dates you have chosen. Please go as far back to the following: 1. 2017 when I arranged the MEETING with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth. 2. Various correspondence with the IOPC and RATNAH KANAM in particular. 3. MOPAC response of Neil Solliss & Nikki Babb. 4. Claims against the MPS and IOPC. 5. Claims for COMPENSATION. 6. H4W UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. 7. HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, SRA, BSB, HMPPS, CCMCC, HMPPS, CLCC, DBS involvement in the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE. 8. Why a DISABLED NHS Pensioner is without a GP.

Please respond within 7 days, by 14/04/2025, confirming that you agree the above concern addresses your entire (new) complaint and that you wish for me to investigate this as such? If I do not hear from you, I will investigate based on my understanding as outlined above. MM Response: Let me remind you of my RIGHTS as a DISABLED person to REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS. But since DJ Sarah Elizabeth Beecham needed an Equality Assessor Emua Ali to help her breach the Equality Act in favour of H4W, I doubt very much you know what REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT is. Therefore, I am IMPRISONED at 16 Alma Grove and RESPONDING and will be sharing in the PUBLIC DOMAIN as my RIGHTS to FREEDOM of SPEECH to clear my name from the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.
