Regarding your complaint made on 10th September 2024 regarding a visit from two officers on 09th August 2024. You have informed me that the officers on this occasion have visited you in relation to a social media post on twitter.
From reading your complaint form, I understand that you have raised issues that have been addressed in previously complaints, but on this occasion are specifically complaining about the visit on 09th August 2024, though you do not specify exactly what you are dissatisfied with, regarding those two specific female officers.
With the information available to me, I have been unable to locate any records of police attending your address on this occasion. You have also been unable to share with me the footage that you have recorded, using axon.evidence.com which is the system we use for obtaining digital evidence in a secure and safe format. I am unfortunately unable to access your YouTube links on Metropolitan Police computer systems. I have also reviewed your 12 page document, which does not assist me with identifying who visited you or the reason for their visit.
As I am unable to find any record of this incident, I will unfortunately be unable to determine the level of service that you have received on this occasion. I do however sincerely apologise for any upset or distress that this visit has caused you.

About CROs
A CRO is a court order issued by a judge.
Theyโre usually given when a personโs application for a court hearing is refused but they wonโt accept the judgeโs decision. MM Updates: I have not made any new Application for Court Hearing. All my Claims sent to CLCC are outstanding from 2019.
A CRO then stops that person from re-applying to court. MM Updates: With my limited knowledge representing myself as a Lay Person the CCMCC and the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch are complicit in discrimination striking out my Claims starting with Winsome Duncan. We reached Telephone Mediation and then my Claim was struck out. That was to be the pattern of the discrimination from then to now when Barrister Jones and HHJ Dight cooked this up on the 24 February 2021 after I did not allow James Jones to provoke me further. For Facebook to close my account. I have been targeted by Facebook from 18/9/2015 on behalf of LEYF.
MM Arguments: The CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is complicit in the discrimination against me from the time I saved up to take Winsome Duncan to Court. My claims reached Telephone Mediation and was struck out. I was advised to reapply. The same pattern of discrimination continues where Claims were defended and struck out by County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch for no reason that am a target of the Judiciary of England & Wales that presided over the two miscarriages of justice. 2. HHJ Dight was the Designated Civil Judge listed for the CLCC on 2/9/2020 and was swapped with HHJ Parfitt when I discovered he has a MISCONDUCT against him on my DOB 2020. I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health CRUSADE. Refer to my letter/email to LEYF on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015. Now refer to www.ofsted.gov.uk as I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF 2009-2014 when I was stripped of my Rights after CEO June OโSullivan sanctioned discrimination after Ofsted visited BIB and I was used for how they deliver Reasonable Adjustment in line with the Equality Act 2010. 7. EAT โ Justice Simler who sent my Claim to EAT with caveats for disabilities and agreed with HHJ Shanks I made up disabilities. What fact did she used when sending my Claims to the EAT?
7B. HHJ Shanks โ Described in the Law Society Gazette as the โShouting Judgeโ. Surely, he should understand why I resorted to Passive Aggressive Behaviours under threats from LEYF the Abusers and Cohorts. My STORIES are online. Including the fact my brother was provoked, until he takes the Law into his hands and sat in Church waited for the POLICE. Therefore, my VIDEOS must be used as EVIDENCE about all involved in the discrimination that pushed me over the edge. After I attended CLCC and reverted/transgressed to my Childhood Traumas. Conclusion: Proof CCMCC is involved with the Judiciary of England & Wales in the Institutional Discrimination. All Claims sent to Central London County Court after the CCMCC was tired of me sending them back. Even those that were been defended G08YJ214. But of interest is Barrister Ryan Clement โ the Judgment was made, and all the Procedures done. So why is it sent back to CLCC? Proof that I am the target of HMCTS for not accepting DISCRIMINATION.

If the person continues to go back to the court, a judge can issue an ECRO.
This order is limited to a specified group of courts. ECROs last 2 years, but can be renewed for a further 2 years. MM Updates: This is the one that is been used against me. Why? This ties in with the CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971.
General CRO (GCRO)
In the most extreme cases, the judge will grant a GCRO.
This order applies to all the county courts and the High Court. GCROs last 2 years, but can be renewed for a further 2 years.
If this order is ignored, the person will be in contempt of court and may receive a prison sentence.

As a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute โThe Experience of Multiple Discriminationโ when I was interviewed at my home in 2010. This was the year the Equality Act was implemented. I started working with LEYF on 1/9/2009, however the Contract I signed was not updated in line with the Act. The point am making is I am viewing the above as a threat, the same kind of threat as why PC Holly Sweeney was sent to my home on 26/1/2021 to deliver the envelope. Like the visit, the letter is/was delivered to exacerbate and trigger my PTSD on my mumโs DOB. Everything the Police is doing is geared towards impacting on my mental and physical disabilities. The fact I was arrested unlawfully is another factor to be taken into consideration. At every stage from the time PC Holly Sweeney called me on 29/11/2020, threat of ARREST was used. Therefore, the fact that the Police came to my home to SECTION me on 30/10/2017 after refusing to act on my concerns will be another of the Hate Crimes listed against the Police. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis from 18/7/2006. As a result of LEYF discrimination from I transferred to BIB 23/7/2014 to sending the Police to MURDER me on 30/11/2020 is an indication of the kind of TERRORISM the Police is involved in.

Mr Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson arrived in the UK Easter time of 1956 travelling on a ship that he boarded in Kingston staying overnight at his brother Percivalโs home. He was the first member of his Tomlinson Clan to settle in the UK and bring his nephew Dudley, his adopted son whom his father, John advised him to take when his brother died at an early age. Two of his brothers joined him later. Arnold is the only member of the original Tomlinson family who came over from Jamaica who is alive. His extended family living in the UK.
Meeting Arnold via introductions by Mrs Cleghorn, a lady who I know from doing Early Morning Cleaning Job, who knows my story of Domestic Abuse, led to us becoming partners for life. The year 2014 marks an important milestone for Tom and I. My son got married, I heard mumโs story and said my final goodbyes to her, days before her 90th birthday. Tom and I got married days after my birthday. I returned to bury my mother and attended my eldest grandsonโs graduation. He was the valedictorian and I have Image Rights of an entire year to remind me of the time that I will never forget and will be embedded in my history. I am determined to create the legacies for my future generation of my family.
I would like to focus on the โStrong Womenโ who influenced and touched my life and help me become the person who I am today.
Mothers & Grandmothers & Godmother: I grew up knowing my grandmothers, my grandfathers died before I was born. Other mothers were instrumental in my upbringing.
Teachers: Ms Una Perry who taught me to develop resilience from a young age takes top honours. My Primary School Teachers, who are female, influenced my early life in terms of my educational achievements, despite my Hidden Disabilities. Maybe this can be attributed to the fact I looked up to them as the big sister I did not know.
Families: All my Families who have contributed to making me the person who I am.
Friends: I have scaled down the list, but I value the friendships that lasted over the years.
Housing For Women: I have been living in H4W Premises from December 2000 when I was made homeless by Domestic Abuse.

Meeting Speaker Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin Chaplain to the Speaker to the House of Commons on Tuesday 25 March 2014 at the Annual General Meeting of Housing For Women led to revelations that inspired me to continue creating legacies as can be found in Nelson Mandelaโs โSayingsโ. The fact that she was going home to interview her mother for her โAutobiographyโ resonated with me. Because I had said my final goodbyes to my mother days before her ninety birthdays, knowing that I would not be seeing her again in the mortal flesh. Rev Roseโs upbringing was like mine, but the bombshell came later when this down to earth lady stuck up a conversation with me. She asked where I was from and in the next breath saying my grandmother is from Burnt Savannah, and Dockey is my cousin left me in no doubt who her family is. I did not tell her at the time, but I knew she was related to my mother. I can write a book about why it is important to know our family, but this will be another volume. However, I will use this occasion to share why we should educate the future generation about the old-fashioned values that I was brought up with and leave them to add to their moral fabric during their journey through life to accept the outcomes that will empower them to be the best they can become. I will tell you briefly about the old saying, โbring up a child in the way they should grow and when they are old, they will not depart from itโ is true today.

As can be ascertained from my publications from I joined Social Media and invested in my website โMy Visionโ, I have been sharing stories about my journey. However, let my document that it is the responsibility of adults to safeguard children, young people, and vulnerable adults in any societies we inhabit. I was attending Frome Secondary School at the time and was impressionable. I recall teasing this woman because she behaved differently to others I know. I was in for the shock of my life when I returned from school and the lady was at my house. My mother introduced her as Cousin Eula Desport aka Ms Walker, who is from England. You could have knocked me out with a feather. The good thing about it, if Cousin Eula knew she has been teased, she did not take note of those involved. On reflections, she might not have realised. Guess who benefitted the most from finding out I have a Cousin Eula who I used to tease? Me of course because she was living at Frome and I used to visit her house and treated to all kinds of goodies. That would have helped my mother as by this time my father was stricken with Parkinsonโs disease. All is well that ends well except I must share information about my English Teacher, Ms Anderson, who was English. In retrospect, she might have influenced me to excel at the English Subject. I passed GCE OโLevel English Language attending Evening Classes at Mannings High School. When Ms Anderson was leaving to come back to UK, she took photos of 8A Class of 1973. I would love to see that photograph and know I would stand out as one of the tallest girls in the Class.
My Carbon Footprints: My journey started from the time my father was struck down by Parkinsonโs disease and I developed Hidden Disabilities. That is why I am Focusing on Women Who Challenge the Systems.

B4 I go to bed and ask God to prepare me for the following 4 days, I’ll tackle another of the #NewsHeadlines_MentalHealthIssues. I was traumatised from entering Puberty because my Papa’s health conditions & Parkinson’s deprived me of MY FATHER for 10+ years. Despite my #HiddenDisabilities I function in every aspect of my life until 2008 – 2009.
During this period, I experience the Menopause, Bereavement, #endofStudies, Discrimination which triggered and exacerbated my Mentalhealth.gov. I have a #ChronicAnxiety diagnosis from the GP when I was to do an exam re Open University UK studies sponsored by UNISON. The discrimination resulted in me becoming Paranoid and sell referring to #OccupationalHealth. I was passed fit to go back to work. In the end I was forced to resign to protect myself.
It didn’t stop there, and my career was destroyed by blacklisting and networking.
Fast forward to 2017 and I am facing even more of the same. The difference is I empower myself because of the way my Mental Health was affected and the way the establishment and systems conspired and colluded against me.
My Fight4justice will expose those that are paying lip service to Mental Health Issues whilst turning blind eyes to people who are used as scapegoat and #VICTIMS to appease some psychopathโs egos.

Cue my situation which started after I got back from burying my mother in July 2014. Was on my WH so decided to get the bus part of the way… Got off & got on another 1 because it was terminating b4 my destination? Dis Tired Woman came on z bus at EC, pushing pass every1. Dah TB ended at the back asking the YLWB to tek his case out of the way. Not long after the TYB give out that the man should hold his case & not let it ketch her mobile – (of course she have earphones in) Had to say supn cause she chooses to squeeze herself in the space… The HTB then decided to vent her spleen pon me describing me to no ends? All I did was laugh & grind my teeth! Next thing sumady got off & she put herself on the end of the seat across from me & began to look pon me like when WW throw dutty clothes a door MM… Well me show her she couldn’t outstare me? Time 4 my stop so I kindly asks the lady beside me to excuse me & stand aside so I don’t brush on di DG? So I stand up at the door & she trying to outstare me again… So I chat in me JA chat & ask if she wawn cum jump in me Chest? She asks why I decided to talk now & she knows me cause she work at Maudsley. Dat was my cue to tell her dat she is Fucking Mad das why she wuck deh? Although I am MAD I have never had no occasion to end up at the Maudsley yet anyway? In my eyes Bullying & Harassments are obnoxious no matter who is the perpetrators & as to cum talk about she paid her fare so she have rights to a seat! I am under #siege and a prisoner in my own home. My biggest concern is for my #Tom. He don’t deserve any of this. LEYF Nurseries is being allowed to get away with discrimination. But they have friends in high places, what more do I expect?
So they might think they know about my life, but they don’t. The only person who knows is my husband. I am feeling total #responsibility for what is happening to us. Do #LEYF think this is fair after the hell they put me through since I came back from burying my MOTHER.
Today I went back to my childhood. Seeing my Tom willing me on. And having the #tremors like my Father used to get because of his Parkinson’s. Now the #EmploymentTribunals is penalising me for my DNA.

The other Female Officer keep referring to me as “My Prisoner and Criminal”. 5. Why did Sergeant Patel ask if I have a British Passport? 6. The Police lied to the Solicitor Michael Bowers about I refuse to cooperate when I was offered chance to come for the interview. On the 8/12/2020 an Officer was making silly excuses about this. 7. Why was I not offered a copy of the Interview?
MM Updates: This is another delaying tactics used by the Police that visited my home on 1/12/2020 acting like terrorists until I told them I know what my rights are. They had to visit to cover up the fact that they arrested me unlawfully on the 30/11/2020. The http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk failing to get back to me about my complaint re 2/9/2020 why I had to call out the Ambulance on the 3/9/2020. And for the first time in my life had to call them again on 8/9/2020 because my neighbours death caused me to feel suicidal for the first time. The Judiciary of England and Wales Legal Entities using the Rules of Law against me. Because I am a Lay Person whose Mental and Physical Disabilities listed in the “Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act” to trigger my PTSD. To stop me functioning.
I have come this far on my own, I need the experts to help me. Please refer me to other Law Firms as my 6+ years is repeat of the first miscarriage of justice after bereavement and losses www.ico.org.uk SAR. The Police is dragging this out so am affected by my disabilities and will die so they win in the end. Because they tried to get me sectioned under the Mental Health Act on a malicious report on 30/10/2017 and failed. They come back on 30/12/2020 to murder me claiming I committed suicide and failed again.

November is a date that is important in my history and how my life is playing out especially on the 11/11/2020. Please take notes of dates in my story.
The following is from the Metropolitan Police and will be proof of the role they are playing in the Institutional Discrimination and Hate Crimes against me. Because I refuse to give up my Fight4justice campaign against LEYF discrimination after the death of my mother.

About CROs
A CRO is a court order issued by a judge.
Theyโre usually given when a personโs application for a court hearing is refused but they wonโt accept the judgeโs decision. MM Updates: I have not made any new Application for Court Hearing. All my Claims sent to CLCC are outstanding from 2019.
A CRO then stops that person from re-applying to court. MM Updates: With my limited knowledge representing myself as a Lay Person the CCMCC and the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch are complicit in discrimination striking out my Claims starting with Winsome Duncan. We reached Telephone Mediation and then my Claim was struck out. That was to be the pattern of the discrimination from then to now when Barrister Jones and HHJ Dight cooked this up on the 24 February 2021 after I did not allow James Jones to provoke me further. For Facebook to close my account. I have been targeted by Facebook from 18/9/2015 on behalf of LEYF.
MM Arguments: The CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is complicit in the discrimination against me from the time I saved up to take Winsome Duncan to Court. My claims reached Telephone Mediation and was struck out. I was advised to reapply. The same pattern of discrimination continues where Claims were defended and struck out by County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch for no reason that am a target of the Judiciary of England & Wales that presided over the two miscarriages of justice. 1. HHJ Nicholas Parfitt โ CLCC Triggered my PTSD Called the Ambulance 3/9/2020 & 8/9/2020. Why is http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk failing to act after naming a caseworker?
2. HHJ Dight was the Designated Civil Judge listed for the CLCC on 2/9/2020 and was swapped with HHJ Parfitt when I discovered he has a MISCONDUCT against him on my DOB 2020. How can His Honour Judge Dight CBE be making decisions in any matter to do with Mervelee Myers, when HMCTS is in breach of every Rules of Law and acted unlawfully https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… in 2017?
3. All the Judges from County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch involved in striking out my claims www.ico.org.uk Subject Access Request โ Data Protection Act โ 117119.
4. President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal Justice Ingrid Simler โ In www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica. I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health CRUSADE. Refer to my letter/email to LEYF on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015. Now refer to www.ofsted.gov.uk as I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF 2009-2014 when I was stripped of my Rights after CEO June OโSullivan sanctioned discrimination after Ofsted visited BIB and I was used for how they deliver Reasonable Adjustment in line with the Equality Act 2010. But LEYF can say they have no data for me with my Image Rights in www.nurseryworld.co.uk in July 2011 and on http://skynews.co.uk on the 5/9/2011 โThe Cost of Childcareโ.
5. JCIO โ Paul Kernaghan & Adam Jones โ Agreeing with Claims I made up disabilities by the EAT www.ico.org.uk SAR.
6. President of the Employment Tribunal โ Brian Doyle www.wslaw.co.uk GDPR 2018
7. EAT โ Justice Simler who sent my Claim to EAT with caveats for disabilities and agreed with HHJ Shanks I made up disabilities. What fact did she used when sending my Claims to the EAT?
7B. HHJ Shanks โ Described in the Law Society Gazette as the โShouting Judgeโ. Surely, he should understand why I resorted to Passive Aggressive Behaviours under threats from LEYF the Abusers and Cohorts. My STORIES are online. Including the fact my brother was provoked, until he takes the Law into his hands and sat in Church waited for the POLICE. Therefore, my VIDEOS must be used as EVIDENCE about all involved in the discrimination that pushed me over the edge. After I attended CLCC and reverted/transgressed to my Childhood Traumas. I could not stop myself SHAKING. I called the Ambulance on 3/9/2020. HHJ Parfitt is responsible for triggering my PTSD on 2/9/2020 at CLCC.

Conclusion: Proof CCMCC is involved with the Judiciary of England & Wales in the Institutional Discrimination. All Claims sent to Central London County Court after the CCMCC was tired of me sending them back. Even those that were been defended G08YJ214. But of interest is Barrister Ryan Clement โ the Judgment was made, and all the Procedures done. So why is it sent back to CLCC? Proof that I am the target of HMCTS for not accepting DISCRIMINATION.
Extended CRO (ECRO)
If the person continues to go back to the court, a judge can issue an ECRO.
This order is limited to a specified group of courts. ECROs last 2 years, but can be renewed for a further 2 years. MM Updates: This is the one that is been used against me. Why? This ties in with the CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971.

As a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute โThe Experience of Multiple Discriminationโ when I was interviewed at my home in 2010. This was the year the Equality Act was implemented. I started working with LEYF on 1/9/2009, however the Contract I signed was not updated in line with the Act. The point am making is I am viewing the above as a threat, the same kind of threat as why PC Holly Sweeney was sent to my home on 26/1/2021 to deliver the envelope. Like the visit, the letter is/was delivered to exacerbate and trigger my PTSD on my mumโs DOB. Everything the Police is doing is geared towards impacting on my mental and physical disabilities. The fact I was arrested unlawfully is another factor to be taken into consideration. At every stage from the time PC Holly Sweeney called me on 29/11/2020, threat of ARREST was used. Therefore, the fact that the Police came to my home to SECTION me on 30/10/2017 after refusing to act on my concerns will be another of the Hate Crimes listed against the Police. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis from 18/7/2006. As a result of LEYF discrimination from I transferred to BIB 23/7/2014 to sending the Police to MURDER me on 30/11/2020 is an indication of the kind of TERRORISM the Police is involved in.

Mr Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson arrived in the UK Easter time of 1956 travelling on a ship that he boarded in Kingston staying overnight at his brother Percivalโs home. He was the first member of his Tomlinson Clan to settle in the UK and bring his nephew Dudley, his adopted son whom his father, John advised him to take when his brother died at an early age. Two of his brothers joined him later. Arnold is the only member of the original Tomlinson family who came over from Jamaica who is alive. His extended family living in the UK.
Meeting Arnold via introductions by Mrs Cleghorn, a lady who I know from doing Early Morning Cleaning Job, who knows my story of Domestic Abuse, led to us becoming partners for life. The year 2014 marks an important milestone for Tom and I. My son got married, I heard mumโs story and said my final goodbyes to her, days before her 90th birthday. Tom and I got married days after my birthday. I returned to bury my mother and attended my eldest grandsonโs graduation. He was the valedictorian and I have Image Rights of an entire year to remind me of the time that I will never forget and will be embedded in my history. I am determined to create the legacies for my future generation of my family.
I would like to focus on the โStrong Womenโ who influenced and touched my life and help me become the person who I am today.
Mothers & Grandmothers & Godmother: I grew up knowing my grandmothers, my grandfathers died before I was born. Other mothers were instrumental in my upbringing.
Teachers: Ms Una Perry who taught me to develop resilience from a young age takes top honours. My Primary School Teachers, who are female, influenced my early life in terms of my educational achievements, despite my Hidden Disabilities. Maybe this can be attributed to the fact I looked up to them as the big sister I did not know.
Families: All my Families who have contributed to making me the person who I am.
Friends: I have scaled down the list, but I value the friendships that lasted over the years.
Housing For Women: I have been living in H4W Premises from December 2000 when I was made homeless by Domestic Abuse.

Meeting Speaker Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin Chaplain to the Speaker to the House of Commons on Tuesday 25 March 2014 at the Annual General Meeting of Housing For Women led to revelations that inspired me to continue creating legacies as can be found in Nelson Mandelaโs โSayingsโ. The fact that she was going home to interview her mother for her โAutobiographyโ resonated with me. Because I had said my final goodbyes to my mother days before her ninety birthdays, knowing that I would not be seeing her again in the mortal flesh. Rev Roseโs upbringing was like mine, but the bombshell came later when this down to earth lady stuck up a conversation with me. She asked where I was from and in the next breath saying my grandmother is from Burnt Savannah, and Dockey is my cousin left me in no doubt who her family is. I did not tell her at the time, but I knew she was related to my mother. I can write a book about why it is important to know our family, but this will be another volume. However, I will use this occasion to share why we should educate the future generation about the old-fashioned values that I was brought up with and leave them to add to their moral fabric during their journey through life to accept the outcomes that will empower them to be the best they can become. I will tell you briefly about the old saying, โbring up a child in the way they should grow and when they are old, they will not depart from itโ is true today.

As can be ascertained from my publications from I joined Social Media and invested in my website โMy Visionโ, I have been sharing stories about my journey. However, let my document that it is the responsibility of adults to safeguard children, young people, and vulnerable adults in any societies we inhabit. I was attending Frome Secondary School at the time and was impressionable. I recall teasing this woman because she behaved differently to others I know. I was in for the shock of my life when I returned from school and the lady was at my house. My mother introduced her as Cousin Eula Desport aka Ms Walker, who is from England. You could have knocked me out with a feather. The good thing about it, if Cousin Eula knew she has been teased, she did not take note of those involved. On reflections, she might not have realised. Guess who benefitted the most from finding out I have a Cousin Eula who I used to tease? Me of course because she was living at Frome and I used to visit her house and treated to all kinds of goodies. That would have helped my mother as by this time my father was stricken with Parkinsonโs disease. All is well that ends well except I must share information about my English Teacher, Ms Anderson, who was English. In retrospect, she might have influenced me to excel at the English Subject. I passed GCE OโLevel English Language attending Evening Classes at Mannings High School. When Ms Anderson was leaving to come back to UK, she took photos of 8A Class of 1973. I would love to see that photograph and know I would stand out as one of the tallest girls in the Class.
My Carbon Footprints: My journey started from the time my father was struck down by Parkinsonโs disease and I developed Hidden Disabilities. That is why I am Focusing on Women Who Challenge the Systems.

B4 I go to bed and ask God to prepare me for the following 4 days, I’ll tackle another of the #NewsHeadlines_MentalHealthIssues. I was traumatised from entering Puberty because my Papa’s health conditions & Parkinson’s deprived me of MY FATHER for 10+ years. Despite my #HiddenDisabilities I function in every aspect of my life until 2008 – 2009.
During this period, I experience the Menopause, Bereavement, #endofStudies, Discrimination which triggered and exacerbated my Mentalhealth.gov. I have a #ChronicAnxiety diagnosis from the GP when I was to do an exam re Open University UK studies sponsored by UNISON. The discrimination resulted in me becoming Paranoid and sell referring to #OccupationalHealth. I was passed fit to go back to work. In the end I was forced to resign to protect myself.
It didn’t stop there, and my career was destroyed by blacklisting and networking.
Fast forward to 2017 and I am facing even more of the same. The difference is I empower myself because of the way my Mental Health was affected and the way the establishment and systems conspired and colluded against me.
My Fight4justice will expose those that are paying lip service to Mental Health Issues whilst turning blind eyes to people who are used as scapegoat and #VICTIMS to appease some psychopathโs egos.

Cue my situation which started after I got back from burying my mother in July 2014. The #RIH, but it didn’t stop there. Dah TB ended at the back asking the YLWB to tek his case out of the way. Not long after the TYB give out that the man should hold his case & not let it ketch her mobile – (of course she have earphones in) Had to say supn cause she chooses to squeeze herself in the space… The HTB then decided to vent her spleen pon me describing me to no ends? All I did was laugh & grind my teeth! Next thing sumady got off & she put herself on the end of the seat across from me & began to look pon me like when WW throw dutty clothes a door MM… Well me show her she couldn’t outstare me? Time 4 my stop so I kindly asks the lady beside me to excuse me & stand aside so I don’t brush on di DG? So I stand up at the door & she trying to outstare me again… So I chat in me JA chat & ask if she wawn cum jump in me Chest? She asks why I decided to talk now & she knows me cause she work at Maudsley. Dat was my cue to tell her dat she is Fucking Mad das why she wuck deh? Although I am MAD I have never had no occasion to end up at the Maudsley yet anyway? I am under #siege and a prisoner in my own home. My biggest concern is for my #Tom. He don’t deserve any of this. LEYF Nurseries is being allowed to get away with discrimination. But they have friends in high places, what more do I expect?

They will never forget the name Mervelee Myers. If Capsticks are still in operation they better take note. Am on a Mission to get them all. The NHS redeem itself so is exonerated from the exposure. Was at the BS yesterday when I witnessed this bloke going on with his antics – Tin of Lager in hand. Every1 looking at him as if they are scared. Next thing he started singing a catchy JA song & jigging so I looked at him & smiled! This must have given him a GS, so he came over to chat. Asked him bluntly if he was PISSED, but he didn’t seem 2 undastand, so I mentioned Drunk? He claimed I was disrespecting him, so I set him straight… Well, I am not afraid to speak my mind as every1 should know by this! Since he started the conversation, I am no prude & will entertain his discourse! Told him he could be my son & he looked MR & all? What is this World coming to if U can’t express Ur Opinion when it is asked for? I AM 1 BIG SOFTIE AT HEART & HATE TO WITNESS INJUSTICE IN ANY FORMS. Finally got an appointment with Talking Therapies Southwark www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/. MM Updates: Let me do this in reverse as HHJ Parfitt at Central London County Court on 2/9/2020 said he read my Medical Report, he understands my PTSD. But the MR says am doing ok. He then keeps punctuating my arguments with you lost the ET/EAT https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions-ms-m…. He even went as far as saying I have no say in the matter in which I was at CLCC for Designated Civil Judge to impose Restraint Order. I found out HHJ Marc Dight have a misconduct issue on 19/5/2020. Another argument I put forward when HHJ Parfitt was protecting https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones is the Criminal Justice System and Judiciary of England & Wales were leaving vulnerable people to be discriminated against by murderers. Is it any wonder that Justice Ingrid Simler who sent my claims to the EAT with caveats for disabilities was in the www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica? After she agreed with www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk Paul Kernaghan that HHJ Shanks deal with the fact.

MM Updates: Let me address the matter of the TERRORISM by the Police at my home on 30/11/2020 after I welcome them in my home. PC Holly SWEENEY Rank PC No. P255654 was warned about the fact am a writer https://www.wordpress.com and I will let her team from Peckham Police Station who are TERRORIST star in their own show about their DISCRIMINATION of me. I will challenge the Police that I was arrested unlawfully by allegations from ABUSERS that are in the REVIEWS online. The fact that PC SWEENEY claim the incident I was arrested happened on the 15 November 2020 is clear evidence that the Police did not do any INVESTIGATIONS and acted with LEYF using my data against me via discrimination of hearsays by parties unknown. The fact I was called a criminal ties in with the labels LEYF used to trigger my PTSD after the death of my mother with www.dementia.org.uk in 2014. The fact that I blog will verify my stories and prove the Police committed hate crimes against me at my home and Walworth Police Station.
The terrorism at Walworth Police Station: 1. I was subjected to discrimination on all grounds from I was placed in the van at my home www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I was taken out of my house half naked and I told the Male Officer the handcuffs were hurting my hands www.diabetes.org.uk. It was hours later when the handcuffs were taken off that Sergeant Patel notice the bruises on my hands www.heal-d.co.uk. 2. PC Sweeney ask me if I have signs of COVID-19 hours later when I was shivering in the van www.parkinsons.org.uk. At no times did she find out if I have disabilities www.desmond-project.org.uk. 3. I was treated like a Caged Animal and another Male Officer ridiculed me to provocate me to swear and this must be information supplied by LEYF www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek CBT. I was asked to bend over when lots of Officers were congregated behind me https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk SOY graduate 1997-1999. On 1/12/2020 one of the Female PC was making excuses saying asking me to bend over was part of the training www.open.ac.uk 2004-2010. I disprove her arguments because I was standing in the van and he was on the ground. Why did he not ask me to bend over in front of Sergeant Patel when we were on the same level? 4. The other Female Officer keep referring to me as “My Prisoner and Criminal”. 5. Why did Sergeant Patel ask if I have a British Passport? 6. The Police lied to the Solicitor Michael Bowers about I refuse to cooperate when I was offered chance to come for the interview. On the 8/12/2020 an Officer was making silly excuses about this. 7. Why was I not offered a copy of the Interview?
MM Updates: This is another delaying tactics used by the Police that visited my home on 1/12/2020 acting like terrorists until I told them I know what my rights are. They had to visit to cover up the fact that they arrested me unlawfully on the 30/11/2020. The http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk failing to get back to me about my complaint re 2/9/2020 why I had to call out the Ambulance on the 3/9/2020. And for the first time in my life had to call them again on 8/9/2020 because my neighbours death caused me to feel suicidal for the first time. The Judiciary of England and Wales Legal Entities using the Rules of Law against me. Because I am a Lay Person whose Mental and Physical Disabilities listed in the “Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act” to trigger my PTSD. To stop me functioning.
I have come this far on my own, I need the experts to help me. Please refer me to other Law Firms as my 6+ years is repeat of the first miscarriage of justice after bereavement and losses www.ico.org.uk SAR. The Police is dragging this out so am affected by my disabilities and will die so they win in the end. Because they tried to get me sectioned under the Mental Health Act on a malicious report on 30/10/2017 and failed. They come back on 30/12/2020 to murder me claiming I committed suicide and failed again.

It was then, that I started to appreciate the importance of rocking up those years. it was then, that I realized how essential gaining experience was. It was then, It dawned on me that these people were indeed wise and made better decisions. It was then, I came to the conclusion that it was really really cool to be old. The 30โs was wonderful 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9. Now itโs a whole different ballgame 4.0 in full effect, if the 30โs was anything to judge by; then I can tell you the 40โs is going to be great. Finding ways not to be a #voiceless vulnerable by LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF & Facebook as Social Media have become the biggest #threats to my #MentalHealthIssues on behalf of #LEYF and cohorts. Another reason am getting the #attention of Crisis and Cardboard Citizens in my posts. Because I was involved in the recent #consultations about Homelessness and “Protected Characteristics” of the Equality Act. I have been the victim of 2 miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England & Wales. First at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. These past 6+ years #judges have hidden my Medical Reports to saying I made up #disabilities. But what happened to me at Central London County Court on 2/9/2020 led to the Police coming to my home on the 30/11/2020 to MURDER and say I commit #suicide on behalf of LEYF.
#Memories from my #childhood… Maybe www.cardboardcitizens.org.uk can pass this to Crisis as extension of the #consultation I was a #participant in. Next time they are thinking about putting their spin on my Pitch claiming I am intending breaking family cycles they will go back to review how I got involved in FORUM THEATRE 6 Days Training Course at the Walworth Living Room curtsey of Pembroke House. Because St Giles done the same to me. I can #write a BOOK about the organisations and charities that discriminate against me. But I won’t as I have better things to do with my time. In the words of Nelson Mandela “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”. Am doing that.
When Tom’s best friend Jerry come to visit. Tom and Jerry have been friends for ages, before I come to the UK. I have known Jerry since 2001 and it’s been a privilege. It’s good to hear him saying I’m taking care of my #Husband. He joke that if he’d known, he’d bring the ladder. Tom was a Painter and Decorator, who his son called Superman. The Super disappeared long time, only the man is left.

When I was growing up, only Rich People have Christmas tree. I come to the UK and join in the spirit of Christmas celebrating working with children delivering the EYFS. The most impressive Christmas celebrations was at #KINGSCOLLEGEHOSPITALNHSFOUNDATIONTRUST. Give credit where credit is due the manager Glendalyn Aboayge was very creative in that department. I learned from every situation I was involved in.
When I was with Mr MYERS, I enjoyed the thrill of cooking. It was like back home. My stepchildren and family and friends would come for food. And I feel appreciated for my contributions. There was no time for loneliness when you are surrounded by lots of people. Reminds me of home for years to come.
But then the bad times set in and I ended up homeless and in the refuge. This was one of the worst time of my life, believe me. After enduring Mental and Physical abuse, I decided enough was enough…
I got this flat, move in and start off on the floor. Because I couldn’t afford to pay 2 rent. Christmas was coming, I don’t have the resources. I was at a friends who thought it was ok to treat me like shit. She done it before, but these people know to take advantage of the vulnerable. I hit rock bottom again.
I made a vow, never to move into another house that I am not responsible for the keys to the front door. The rest is history and that’s why I am holding LEYF Nurseries responsible for deprivations of my Human Rights. I love Chester Pinder like a big Breda and more. I guess I can share things with him that I would not share with another human being?

If it was few months prior he would be hearing nothing but #RawChaw_BadWuds of the Jamaican variety.

Call for ‘shared sites’ to bring young and old together

A new report has called for the introduction of 500 intergenerational shared sites to unite young and old people and counter โage apartheidโ.

According to think tank United for All Ages in its โMixing Mattersโ report published today (5 January 2018), urgent action is needed to create 500 shared sites across the country by 2022 to tackle growing social divides in โBrexit Britainโ. Update 5/1/2020: See www.adwords.google.com for some of my PUBLICATIONS used by other websites. I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. My work can be accessed via GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE.
In the reportโs analysis of recent research, it found that Britain is one of the most age segregated countries in the world, particularly for the oldest and youngest generations, and said this gap has widened over the last 50 years.
Update 5/1/2020: I carried out “A Voice of a Child” Research for June O’Sullivan at Luton Street Community Nursery in 2010. At the time we worked on partnership with a Residential Home in the community. My personal experiences and studies at www.open.ac.uk prepared me.
United for All Ages made three key recommendations for bringing older and younger people together:
Building multigenerational communities: supporting community businesses, making public spaces more accessible, opening community facilities to all ages, co-locating childcare and eldercare schemes

Mutual support through two-way relationships: online mentoring of younger people, advocacy for older people needing health and social care, โhomeshareโ schemes where younger people live with older people, increased interaction between grandfathers and grandchildren
Better communication between generations: establishing a national council for all ages supported by an intergenerational convention, building bridges between generations using arts activities and street parties.

According to the think tank, shared sites such as housing schemes for the elderly co-located with nurseries should be prioritised in the fight to beat age segregation.

This resulted in another experience like what Glendalyn Aboagye https://www.jobs.nhs.uk done to me 2004-2008 resulting in the first nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace.

Director of United for All Ages Stephen Burke said, โBrexit Britain is dogged by divisions โ we are divided by class, income, race, geography and age. The mistrust that arises from such divisions is fuelled by the lack of connection between different generations. This can breed myths and stereotypes, misunderstanding, ageism and exclusion. Thatโs why we believe mixing matters.

When I look at these photos, I can’t help but shed the tears. 3.1.2018 BYRON will be 66 years old. He died after his 56th birthday from Colon Cancer. The first time I was set upon and ended up at theย Employment Tribunal. Hence me being part of Dr Maria Hudson reseach for the Policy Studies Institute, recommended toย Acasย www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.

My Hubby said some1 once told him that “He Had a Small Illusion That 1 Day He Can Develop Into a Property Tycoon” when he tried to get a Mortgage. Well I have PLANS to develop into a Business Woman, but it sure aint easy Getting a Start up? But as Long as there is Life, there is Hope & I aint giving up! I have a Different Perspective on Life these days & as Tom said “Save Ur Money, because U will need it 1 day…” This year I didn’t even Look in 1 shop for Sales? As my Mama used to say when U sick, doctor don’t want Ur clothes, etc… He wants his MONEY? I have had a few tough years once I set my mind on becoming a GRADUATE? My breda BYRON was born 03.01.1952 & I only knew him as the One who helped Papa with all the Hard Work: planting & reaping the Rice at Ackbersingh pond, etc,… Although I knew he was a determined Young Man who had the Ambitions to make it out of the circumstances in which heย was born… POVERTY? As in the words of 1 of his peers from school days, “he was DUNCE” but he went on to make something of his life until he was taken suddenly from his Family who loved him. However he asked God not to let him Suffer & God answered his prayers when he was struck down with Colon Cancer & died within the 3 months of his diagnosis. I recently learnt from his Godmother, Ms Connie Legister my son’sย Valdin Legisterย grandmother about the struggles he had to overcome to survive when he was a tiny tot. Ms Connie had to take him from Mama to her home, nursed him better & returned him to Mama. Ms Connie said BYRON never ever forgot the contributions she played in nurturing him back to Health. Today is the start of my Writing about the Issues that are Important to Me, because I know & believe they are Therapeutic & will help me become the Kind of Person I am wishing to be? So tomorrow when BYRON BD comes around & if God deems me worthy to be here on Repentance Ground then I shall be doing my bit to celebrate the Birth of 1 of Mama’s Precious Gifts. I was privileged to be a part of my breda’s Life & I shall continue cherishing all the Memories We Shared as a Family. Despiteย UNISONย overturning the government law for employees to be charged to take employers to theย Employment Tribunal.
