11 February 2025 Raquel Lovekin Met Police Complaints
Raquel Lovekin acting as Constable,
Professional Standards Department
NOTICE OF COMPLAINT RESPONSE AND DEMAND FOR ACCOUNTABILITY TO: Raquel Lovekin, Acting Constable, Professional Standards Department
RE: Police Misconduct, Discrimination, and False Court Orders (03/03/2024 Complaint)
Dear Ms. Lovekin,
Thank you for your response dated 04/02/2025. However, this response falls short of addressing the longstanding pattern of misconduct, discrimination, and conspiracy involving the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). Since my initial complaint, my 100-year-old husband, Arnold Tomlinson, has passed away, and I firmly believe the continuous harassment we experienced was a significant contributing factor to his demise. MM Response: MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW this is Mervelee Myers involved in Kings College London RADAR-CNS after the 12 sessions at the Maudsley NHS with Trainee Counsellor Laura Tinsley. I completed 2 years research and was involved with other projects about Mental Health.
This response highlights how the MPS failed to follow lawful due process, including reliance on fabricated warrants, false court orders, and data misuse, all of which are actionable under civil and criminal law. I am therefore compelled to restate my demands and request accountability, with reference to case law and potential criminal consequences. MM Response: The evidence about the breaking of the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021 must be considered. The fact that the Police who was sent as EMERGENCY left claiming I was shouting, and the act was not MALICIOUS because I locked Ms Gilchrist out is key to why Ms Gilchrist continued making MALICIOUS reports resulting in me having to attend Croydon Magistrates 3 times. I also had to attend Walworth Police Station for INTERVIEW when my husband and I got SEPARATED. The Police is still investigating the MATTER.
Summary of Key Issues
1. Discrimination and Sexual Discrimination Background
ยท The discrimination began in 2015 when my long-standing employment was terminated due to LEYFโs discriminatory โMen in Childcareโ policy, an example of sexual discrimination. Instead of investigating LEYFโs conduct, the police unfairly targeted me and my protest, resulting in a fabricated court order branding me a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and destroying my career prospects. MM Response: I refused LEYF ยฃ58,000.00 NDA.
ยท This constitutes discriminatory misconduct contrary to Equality Act 2010, Section 13 and relevant case law (Nagarajan v London Regional Transport [1999] UKHL 36), which recognises indirect discrimination through systemic practices. MM Response: As an EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last employment I did training โUNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENTโ in 2009. The fact I was offered the job of SENCO for ยฃ46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers in 2021 from an old CV from 2015 in proof I continued training despite my ENTITLEMENTS denied.
1. Fabricated Warrants, False Court Orders, and Data Misuse
ยท My sensitive data was unlawfully disclosed to Dr. Phil Gregory, who falsified a psychiatric report citing eight non-existent court orders, which led to the loss of my GP services and further victimisation. MM Response: District Bell requested the Psychiatric Assessment which I did on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my husband. This is the ASSESSMENT that the court requested. As stated in the conversation between me and Dr Phil Gregory his report is not factual. Why did he want me to meet with him to correct his mistakes to send to the solicitor?
ยท The police acted repeatedly on fabricated warrants and injunctions, as proven during staged incidents and court hearings where no genuine investigation of both sides occurred False statements by police officers acting as witnesses constitute perjury (R v Andrews [1993] 4 All ER 559). MM Response: I will be relying on my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values from the time I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital London NHS Foundation Trust and started FUNDRAISING for CHARITIES to prove that Dr Gregoryโs DIAGNOSIS is a DISTORTATION of me. Dr Gregory visited my home on the 21st November 2024 with the nurse Hawah Oweh unannounced and upon inviting him in, demanding that I stopped my RECORDING. He claimed he was concerned about my WELFARE. I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on the 20th November 2024 because I am a member of the โCustomer Panelโ. I was sent email from H4W for opportunity to be on the โCustomer Panelโ recruitment. I was the โMinute Takerโ for the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel that was disbanded in 2020. That is how Ms H Presley became aware that H4W was discriminating against me because Hermoine Cameron was ADVOCATING on my behalf online. Ms Cameron visited me at home twice. The same way HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment was used by Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan to send Police to SECTION me. That I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. I showed Dr Gregory the BOOK and explained how this was misconstrued and used against me. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was signed at the launch of โA New Met for Londonโ by Sir Mark Rowley. A month after District Judge Sterlini labelled me a โVIOLENT NUISANCEโ without me knowing about the INJUNCTION proceedings started in the court from 24th July 2023. The month I was sent POSSESSION letter, and I was having CRISIS which were posted online as a โContent Creatorโ. DJ Sterlini is listed with DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell for striking out my claim with Winsome Duncan that reached โTelephone Conciliationโ.
1. Harassment and Trespass
ยท Numerous officers trespassed into our home without lawful authority, causing alarm, distress, and humiliation, in breach of Section 5 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). MM Response: Amended Housing Act 1988 & Eviction Act 1977
The Met Police
We further note videos in which she claims to be barricading herself in her property for fear that Police or other organisations will kill her, or where she claims not to be eating or opening curtains. MM Response: The Met Police failed me from they came to SECTION me from a malicious report made by Winsome Duncan. The Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home on the 30th October 2017. I have proof of the NEGLIGENCE by the POLICE from then to date. Some of these visits can be put in the same category as members of the BAME COMMUNITY who were MURDERED or HARMED as in the case of Cherry Grouse son who I recorded speaking about his experience as a child.
Threatened with EVICTION
I was threatened with EVICTION by Peju Awoye via telephone on 7/6/2022 because Barclays stole my money on the day I was called by Richard Harty who later kicked me out of UEL. My account was closed whilst I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police. I was told by Debbie Thomas who since turned against me that Ms Gilchrist told her H4W wanted me out.
ยท The abusive entry, use of battering rams, and reliance on non-existent warrants constitute trespass under civil law (Entick v Carrington [1765] EWHC KB J98) and potential criminal misconduct under Section 6 of the Criminal Law Act 1977. MM Response: Elder Abuse & Mental Health Act
Nevertheless, our client has made multiple referrals to adult safeguarding. MM Response: Did Mimi Owusuโs 12 pages โWitness Statementโ the reasons for the REFERRALS to โADULT SAFEGUARDING?โ If so the EQUALITY ASSESSOR for the case will have address because no offer of help was forthcoming from the time, I write to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of โMothering Sundayโ 14 March 2015 am DERESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. My BOOK is just one of the types of evidence I am expecting to be used. I gave copies to the solicitor, barrister, Joseph and Dr Phil Gregory that they should have used as reference about whether I am making up things.
1. Conspiracy and Misconduct in Public Office
ยท The coordinated actions of MPS Constables, involving fabricated documents and repeated failure to investigate counterclaims, amount to a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice (R v Rafique [1993] 96 Cr App R 133) and misconduct in public office (Attorney Generalโs Reference (No. 3 of 2003) [2004] EWCA Crim 868). MM Response: Carer October 2015 to April 2024
Why were there no support during the 10 years I was struggling with denied ENTITLEMENTS and caring for my HUSBAND. Were there concerns and if they were why did no one help?
Bereavements & Losses
Is the court aware of the impacts of bereavements and losses on me and how the POSSESSION letter triggered my PTSD?
ยท These criminal acts carry potential prison terms: MM Response: Entrapment
Please can you urgently confirm her treatment plan and whether she intends to engage with the same. MM Response: The INJUNCTION is an ENTRAPMENT and to prove this I will mention some facts that can be found in the PUBLIC DOMAIN: 1. Started fundraising with Cancer Research UK after the death of my brother and I had the first Nervous Breakdownโ. I had an appointment on the 5th December 2024 and was turned away from the Surgery. I was laid up with BACK PAINS and am on my own.
2. Started volunteering with Resources for Autism in 2015 after I was sent on Medical Suspension and got myself a โNIGERIAN Familyโ. The mother was pregnant at the time and the child has his own YouTube channel. I was asked to help with the childโs โCare Planโ by the school because of the noticeable progress when I started visiting the family.
3. Started fundraising with Parkinsonโs UK in 2017 and was in their 2018/2019 BROCHURE.
4. I was asked by Southwark Council to do a video to encourage the BAME Community to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
5. I took out a petition during the ET/EAT for an โInquiry in the Early Years Sector that was rejected.
6. My Neighbour TESS was left to die on her own despite my husband cried and ask me to get help for her. I contacted the authorities several times.
7. I averted a Grenfell Tower at Alma Grove because of GREEDY CONTRACTORS. 8. Barrister Samantha Jones bragged to SRA Michael Carter that Judge Freer gave her REFERENCE to be on the Grenfell Tower Panel Inquiry.
9. I was the face of Windrush 70 published across the world 2018.
10. Attended The Guardian Live โIs Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK and sent it to them 2018.
11. Reference Macmillan Cancer Support interviews
12. ยฃ46-55,000.00 SENCO job offer from Smart Teachers 2021 after I was endorsed on LinkedIn by Professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram.
13. My http://myvision.org.uk website created from scratch stolen by Guy Lawfull and Mark Upton 2022.
14. My 18 pages Facebook account DISABLED in 2024 after I updated to be on Des OโConnor WOMEN IN BUSINESS in April 2024.
15. Planning Husband 100th Birthday Party 2023.
16. Planning Auntโs 90th birthday 2023.
17. Husbandโs Funeral 2024
18. Psychiatric Assessment requested by DJ Bell.
19. YouTube Channels with 6:11K and 1:08K subscribers where Dr Phil Gregory has gone to deny my RIGHTS to tell my stories and that of the oppressed.
20. Composer of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET App.
21. Narin Masera sent Police to my home on Stephen Ageraโs advice, came home from Tony Cealyโs training to get husband out of HYPO.
22. Prevented from using my Mental Health & SEND Advocacy to start EIS for my grandson with Language and Speech Delay.
23. End Gender Based Violence

We refer to the above matter and further to our email of 18/10/2024 below.
Please see attached medical review of Dr Phil Gregory, Consultant Psychiatrist dated 1/11/2024.
Kind Regards,
MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory can be heard accepting that his MEDICAL REVIEW was not factual. I was not aware that Dr Phil Gregory was involved in the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT for the court. I was assessed on the 15th Aril 2024 and that is the TRUTH about who is MERVELEE MYERS. Further evidence can be collected online from my various engagements working, participating in research or from my BLOGS and other social media platforms.

Dear Sirs,
Please see initial assessment report of Joseph Mukuba Community Psychiatric Nurse dated 08/10/2024. Also attached is the letter for an appointment with Dr Phil Gregory Consultant Psychiatrist on 16 October 2024.
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday.
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required.
We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. This is because Dr Phil Gregoryโs report is not FACTUAL, and he has furthered continued to breach my RIGHTS by calling me to meet with him to fix the errors in the report. He has admitted to knowingly omitting facts and not aware of how to transmit the REPORT to me except by post. Since he only knew it could be sent by posts why is it signed ELECTIONALICAL? Dr Gregory also abused his AUTHORITY when talking to my son. Another glaring mistake is the fact Dr Gregory is using CRB instead of DBS.

NHS RESPONSIBILITY
The NHS seems to have forgotten their responsibility to me. Maybe NHS need to go back to 2003-2008. And reference the treatment of my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON on BYRON ward.
Hi Mervelee,
Hope you are well. Look forward to speaking on Wednesday.
I’ve attached information sheets and consent forms for both my project and my colleague Ayana’s, who I mentioned will join us. It’s a standard part of the University’s ethics process, to show that people speak to us with informed consent.
Ayana’s main focus is on the role of retrofit in addressing damp and mould for homeowners. But her work, like mine, is also interested in the experiences of tenants and the challenges they face in getting damp and mould problems fixed. Her information sheet indicates a Yorkshire focus, but the work is also looking across England as well.
Have a read and if you could sign or type your name on the attached consent forms to show your are happy to participate, that would be great. If the consent forms don’t open for you, I’ve also copied them below. (Some people who are Mac users, or are using their phone, have had issues).
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
Pratichi

MM Response: From: Pratichi Chatterjee <P.Chatterjee@hud.ac.uk> Sent: Wednesday, January 15, 2025 6:25 PM To: Mervelee Myers <ratty.nembhard1956@gmail.com> Cc: Ayana Ifeorah (Researcher) <Ayana.Ifeorah@hud.ac.uk> Subject: Re: Research
Dear Mervelee,
Thanks so much for reaching out. We really appreciate it.
In our research we’re doing interviews with residents and others who have experience of living with and/or responding to damp and mould problems. We’re asking people about its impacts and about what has and hasn’t worked in addressing these problems as well as what they feel needs to change so such issues are dealt with better.
Its usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.
The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As its a university led project we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.
How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build. But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.
If you are still keen to speak wit us, I can send you some dates/times or let me know if you have any preferences.
Let me know if you have any questions. Look forward to hearing back.
Best,
Pratichi
5. Witnesses and Body Cam Evidence: Multiple incidents were captured on body-worn cameras, confirming abusive behaviour, the use of battering rams, and reliance on fabricated warrants.
6. Impact: The continuous harassment has caused severe distress, loss of trust in law enforcement, and compelled me to launch my Fight4Justice campaign as a citizen journalist to expose police misconduct. MM Response: NHS RESPONSIBILITY
Best,
Pratichi
7. Good Outcome: A proper investigation that examines all fabricated warrants, court orders, and injunctions, and accountability for those responsible, including criminal prosecution if necessary.
Demand for Immediate Action
1. Produce Evidence of Warrants and Court Orders:
ยท I require a Sealed signed and dated copy of all warrants, court orders, and injunctions relied upon by MPS Constables from 2017 to 2025. Failure to produce these instruments will be treated as an admission that they do not exist and that unlawful actions were taken.
1. Signed Response:
ยท Your response must be in writing and signed in wet ink, to ensure accountability. I will not accept unsigned or electronic responses.
1. Data Protection Compliance:
ยท I do not consent to the sharing of my private and confidential data with any third parties. Any further misuse of my data will be reported to the Information Commissionerโs Office (ICO).
1. Notice of Witness Summons:
ยท Be advised that you and any involved officers may be summoned to court to testify regarding the existenceโor lack thereofโof the warrants and court orders you relied upon.
Failure to Comply
Failure to respond within 14 days will result in:
ยท Criminal complaints for perjury, conspiracy, and misconduct in public office.
ยท Civil claims for harassment, trespass, and breaches of my human rights.
ยท Public disclosure of this complaint as part of my ongoing Fight4Justice campaign.
I reserve all rights to pursue further legal remedies if necessary.

Dear participant,
I hope you are well. Thank you very much for taking part in the RAPSODI/PD Frontline Study. I am reaching out to you today, as we are recruiting participants for an in-person study with us at University College London Hospital.
Itโs an MRI study based at University College Hospital investigating small bowel motility in Parkinsonโs Disease. During your visit, we will complete a few short questionnaires and a short motor examination. You will then have your first MRI scan which will take a maximum of 15 minutes. You will then drink some liquid slowly over an hour before your second scan. This drink contains mannitol, a sugar that is not absorbed by the small bowel. Although this does not taste particularly pleasant, it is a safe medicine and will help us to visualise the small intestine during your scan. You will be then scanned again for around 15 minutes.
As the scans take place early in the morning (around 8-9am), we can cover for an overnight stay at a nearby hotel if the journey to London would be too long in the morning, as well as travel costs. You would be asked not to take any Parkinsonโs meds in the morning, and to come on an empty stomach (i.e. only water in the morning).
This study is suitable for participants with no contraindications for MRI scans (i.e. no metal in their body), with or without Parkinsonโs, who are either not on Levodopa or on 4 or less doses per day. Please find the Information Sheet attached here.
Does this sound like something you might be interested in?
I appreciate this is a lot of information, so please do take your time to read through this and let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I would be more than happy to schedule in a phone call to answer any questions you might have.
Thank you for your attention to the circumstances of this matter. I have made it plain to Des the personal issues that I am dealing with. For your information they are matter of life and death situations not only to to with my health but the 101 birthday of my husband and his DYING. Yesterday for example I had to go for blood test and to the dentist on the date I lost my granny 1980 from a broken heart. I would advise you to take a look at the topic for my SPEAKING engagement and adjust yourself to my needs before claiming that I am not fulfilling my “Promotional Duties”. I have tried to get back on LinkedIn since I signed up, after 3 accounts were stolen, and I have not been successful. If you were as concerned about my “Personal Issues” you would have realised I accepted your Facebook request. I have not been using Facebook for a while except collecting my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and CPPDP to secure elsewhere. Despite creating 18 pages and was an INFLUENCER, I was trolled. As soon as I updated my account after accepting your Friend Request. Facebook lock me out and I am waiting to get back in. I have, however been promoting on my platforms and social media. Therefore, I take exceptions to been accused of not fulfilling myย ย promotional duties under the contract. I have been a VICTIM of CONTRACTS and I don’t intend to become another again, with the money I spend. If you don’t know my stories, please ask and not jump to conclusions.ย
I will not be accepting the terms of this emails before some dialogue about my “Personal Challenges. I will refer you to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to clarify this. The way this email is structured sounds like the threats I encountered since the death of my mother with dementia and my husband traumatised and lost his dignity as he is dying 10 years later.
This lack of communication cannot only be blamed on me, what about your role? Early intervention emerges as a critical determinant for success and survival across various domains, underscoring the significance of timely and proactive measures. In healthcare, the maxim holds true as early detection of medical conditions frequently translates to more effective and less invasive treatment options. For example, identifying symptoms of diseases like cancer in their initial stages often leads to higher recovery rates and improved patient outcomes.
In the realm of education, recognizing and addressing learning challenges at an early stage is paramount. Early intervention in the form of specialized educational support or interventions can pave the way for a smoother academic journey for students. It not only aids in overcoming learning hurdles but also fosters a positive educational experience, setting the foundation for future success.
Furthermore, the concept extends beyond individual well-being to encompass crisis management. Whether in the context of natural disasters, public health emergencies, or societal challenges, early intervention proves instrumental in mitigating the impact of these crises. Timely deployment of resources, communication strategies, and preventive measures can significantly reduce the severity of consequences and enhance overall resilience.
In essence, the phrase “early intervention is key to survival” encapsulates a universal truth that spans health, education, and crisis response. Emphasizing the importance of foresight and timely action, it advocates for a proactive approach to challenges, ultimately contributing to better outcomes and increased chances of success and survival in diverse scenarios.
I will not be held accountable for lack of success of this event and I will explain why briefly. I created https://www.facebook.com/mervelee.myers in 2009 and have Community HUB on 18 pages. Created first website http://www.myvision.org.uk in 2012 and joined LinkedIn where I was an INFLUENCER and created first YouTube in 2012. Currently I am operating 5 channels despite YouTube working with www.leyf.org.uk the Richard Harty MIC abusers to make me voiceless. Therefore, I will not accept that I am not adhering to guidelines when my RIGHTS have been denied me by the platforms I will describe as CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS that are taking your money for promotions. Can I invite you to get your members to subscribe to my YouTube where all the “Big Names” promoting on my contents and I am not benefitting.
LEYF NurseriesWelcome to The London Early Years Foundation, changing the world, one child at a time.www.leyf.org.uk
๎
Until you are prepared to take a different approach in addressing this matter, I will consider that you will be taking “Legal Actions” about my failures to adhere to the guidelines? Maybe I should let you in an a SECRET about Housing for Women!
Until you contact me about why I missed out on the promotions, and what you intend to do about it, I will assume I will be withdrawn.
Well I am responding and hoping you afford me the same curtesy. It might be helpful to realise that I mostly communicate via the WhatsApp because it’s easier and when am struggling with my mental and physical disabilities because of DISCRIMINATION and coming to terms with my husband’s declining health, a day before his 101 birthday. You can appreciate that RESPECT goes both ways.
I can do without this kind of attitudes from a FEMALE who did not take the time to find out what my “Personal Challenges” are. Let me refer to www.blac.org.uk that scammed me ยฃ10,000.00 between April-July 2023 and write a 12 page “Witness Statement” for Housing for Women. How about you find out why am threatened with IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION from UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION for CONTEMPT of COURT. Then you know why I will not take these THREATS lightly.
I will wait for your response before going PUBLIC.

Hello, Mervelee!Happy New Year! Is it too late to still say that? I hope not, because it’s too soon for the energy and goals and ambitions of those resolutions to start slipping. One of my resolutions this year is to eat fewer sweets and empty carbs…I need you all to hold me to that! (Please don’t send me any cookies, even though I want them!)And of course, I renewed for another year my ongoing resolution to write at least one poem per month. What were your resolutions for this year, both as a person and as a writer? For your writerly resolutions, we might even share some (anonymously if you’d like) to serve as inspiration for others. I have to tag the Solicitor representing me in this email because there is information that is relevant to K02CL827 and for nothing to do with the Claim that Nexus Health Group rejected. I will deal with this matters as I have just responded to the rejection via my Portal before the deadline on the 21st October 2024.
For Nexus Health Group information, I did not ask for any Consultation dated 18/01/2024 but 18/9/2024 when I was in Court for the above mentioned. I know it can be hard to get my speech out when am under pressure and getting targeted VERBALLY and PHYSICALLY and in WRITING and over the TELEPHONE. Please accept my apologies.
I will use the following to briefly address the matter of why I have to seek the COURT to address the Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny and breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics by the failure of Dr. Joanna Pennnack in filling the DISABILITY form correctly when I was accepted by the University of East London. Nexus Health Group has been given every chance to correct the MISCONDUCT but instead chosen to deny me access to treatment. As the face of ITV News page 1 coverage Windrush 70 Mervelee Myers must use “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilized If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means” Nye Bevan Founder of the NHS 1948. Am positive the NHS have more to lose if the stories from 2003-2008 at Kings when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother was to surface? But to neglect 101 year old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON on BYRON Ward and assaulted me after removing me from his bedside is another matter. I have another appointment on the 26th September at the Hospital. Let me add that Dr. Joanna Pennack “Report Writing” left much to be desired.

In response to your request for a letter with more information, please see below. I am a GP working at the surgery Mervelee is registered at. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. MM Response: I have no memory of those consultations. However, 2017 was one of the most difficult year for me and the GP Practice should have been aware. Maybe see https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more information.
Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, MM Response: Working as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator am appalled at Dr. Pennack having the nerves to admit that the SURGER allocated her only 20 minutes to write a report that can determine if am IMPRISONED and EVICTED after the death of my 101 year old husband.
I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. MM Response: You have no reason to make any decisions about been as thorough as you like. All you had to do is put information together from DATA in the system. You ask for specific mental health conditions โ she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). MM Response: Where do you get this information from about 2018? My Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was July 2006 for my Health and Social Examination with the Open University. The only exam I had to do because I chose courses to be able to achieve because of my IMPAIRMENTS.
There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood MM Response: I will have to find out more about this as I have no memory of this. Hence, I contacted you after you put the Aids Test in without being honest what your thoughts were when I visited you about Weight Loss noticed by the Professionals at appointment at the Hospital. (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery โ if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. MM Response: When I organise my online Live Broadcasting under Mervelee Myers Consultancy Fight4justice as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate for the Early Intervention Strategies KEY to SURVIVAL. For my grandson with Speech and Language Delay, I will expose those covering for my former employers at www.leyf.org.uk and Nexus Health Group for breaches of the Equality Act.
Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. MM Response: Here we go again. Did I not say that my father and uncle had Parkinson’s? I developed “TRAUMAS” as a result of Disabilities and Poverty, but because I do not have a “Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s I cannot claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY. What you claim colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood is none other than the signs and symptoms of my “Atypical PARKINSONISM”. That is hard to diagnose and treat. I don’t need a diagnosis to say if I eat or not. My mother had the same condition.
You mentioned โdisability issuesโ โ I am not quite sure what you are asking? MM Response: Shame on you Dr. Pennack.
She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis has affected her. MM Response: I did have Physio, and I do lots of walking. With aging come the exacerbation of any conditions. Sometimes my feet are swollen and painful and my toes dropped, and reason am visiting the hospital and was asked to make appointment for review. There are times when my hands crumble and I cannot use them.
There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled. MM Response: Controlled as all my other CONDITIONS until I am pushed over the edge and triggered. Reasons Nexus Health Group will be exposed with NHS England and Maudsley NHS and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Southwark Council Adult Social Care and Southwark Health Ambassador and Housing for Women and Housing Ombudsman Service and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Others will be listed.
It is such a SHAME that it has come to this after the support I was given over the years to live a normal and fulfilling life until Dr. Joanna Pennack and Nexus Health Group decided to use Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny against me.

Dear Mrs Myers. Please see attachment for the Information as requested by you. I have been asked by the Manager to mention that there is no consultation dated 1
This is my EVIDENCE for K05EC530 about the role of Dr Phil Gregory gross professional misconduct in the case that resulted in his behaviour towards me in Mervelee Myers having access to NHS care. In the words of Nye Bevan, the founder of the NHS “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”.
I, must therefore use the death of JIMMY CARTER to highlight the story of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON and MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON ten (10) years Systemic Discrimination” after the death of my mother with dementia and go back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD coming up to his birthday on the 3rd January 2025.
I will therefore highlight the fact of how Mervelee Myers became a victim of the Legal System by answering YouTube breaching my RIGHTS whilst making money from my CONTENTS. Which Community is YouTube making safe? It might sound strange, but after YouTube removed another of my videos after Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain when he called my mobile and I recorded him. Let me say that I think Dr Phil Gregory is mixed up with Richard Harty Men in Childcare abusers operating out of the HOC LEYF Nurseries from 2010 when the Equality Act became law. I come to this conclusion after examining the patterns of behaviours of those involved in the latest episodes to deny my FREEDOM after the death of my husband on BYRON ward Kings College Hospital. The first Community that YouTube is making SAFE is the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of Richard Harty MIC and June O’Sullivan Drag Queen Story Tellers. The evidence has been removed by YouTube.
Why has YouTube limited some of their more POWERFUL FEATURES to MERVELEE MYERS CHANNELS? It’s simple to cover up the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of Richard Harty MIC. I did the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. On the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015, I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton I am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE. In 2024 District Judge Beecham is seeking Equality Act Assessor for the 7 March 2024 unlawful injunction to IMPRISON and EVICT me from the home I got because of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Let me prepare the world for my next book MERVELEE MYERS END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE IN SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE UK. As a Content Creator with two (2) Channels I am entitled not to be discriminated against. The fact that despite the CYBERBULLYING and attempts to take away my channels with MALICIOUS ALLEGATIONS and YouTube giving TROLLS access to target me, I am still holding on to my channels. YouTube is playing the same games as other social media platforms that have denied me access to my contents.
Channel History: Let me share my story about the social media that have harvested my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and CPPDP to make BRANDS. Facebook Groups 18 Pages Account were created from the summer of 2009 as “Community HUB” creating legacies from the foundations laid. 1. My Own Business Agenda Writer Likes 22 Foll 24. 2. In 2023 Facebook DISABLED my account claiming it was not AUTHENTIC. The same happened to my accounts with LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and my Website I created from scratch was stolen in 2012. The fact that as a single person who has worked tirelessly to provide the WORLD with information based on my self-styled “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave” I am going to claim that DJ Beecham be given this information by Counsel for the DEFENDANT as part of the EVIDENCE for the Equality Act Assessor whose report will be used for my RESEARCH about Richard Harty MIC that became the PAEDOPHILE RINGS of LEYF and the UEL. I will go into more details.
Community Guildelines: I am sure by now YouTube is aware of my INTENSIONS because I was explicit in my LIVE yesterday.
How this Impact my Channel: The fact that I have 2 Channels with 6:13K and 1:08K Subscribers that YouTube is monetizing speaks volumes about YouTube breaching my RIGHTS and SILENCING my voice to cover for the A-Z of ABUSERS targeting me online. Once Dr Phil Gregory reported me after I made his private call to my mobile public, YouTube started what is outlined below.
What YouTube did not realising is that I was monitoring the CYBERBULLYING via the emails sent to me, allowing trolls to target me, removing contents. This increased as soon as Dr Phil Gregory used PRIVACY to complain to YouTube.
HOW TO RESTORE ACCESS TO ADVANCED FEATURES: How about YouTube stop CYBRBLLYING me and restore my videos with 28K and 13K and the video I paid ยฃ2440.00 to share my stories amongst others. How about YouTube start paying me from advertising on my CONTENTS that are relevant to current issues of MENTAL HEALTH and SEND. What more Positive Channel History do I need than getting 700K views on the video of my husband NEGLECTED in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Other contributors became CELEBRETIES on my channel as a result of engaging with the subject of ELDER ABUSE.
Community Guidelines: Sorry YouTube your Community Guidelines protect the A-Z of ABUSERS including Richard Harty PAEDOPHILE RINGS. And I am still trying to work out who Dr Phil Gregory is working for. If YouTube wants to know am putting a list together for my BOOK to be launched on my husband’s birthday for International Women’s Day. I want the world to understand that Ending Gender Based Violence works either way. Women abuse Men too because my neighbour who Housing for Women coerced has turned his respectable partner into a WOMAN HATING RACIST TERRORIST targeting me since 2022 when Zaiba Qureshi take over as CEO and employed Samantha Gibbs to do the dirty work as ASB targeting tenants who raised concerns. The same happened when June O’Sullivan became the CEO of Westminster Children Society changed to LEYF to dominate males and females.
Provide Video or ID Verification for Quicker Access: How about YouTube go find me online participating in RESEARCH with Dr Faith Matcham RADAR-CNS Kings College London for a start. Now I address DJ Beecham and Defendant’s Counsel saying I gave the Solicitor the link for the research, but he has no interest in using my information to resolve this matter. He is more interested in getting me IMPRISON and EVICTED as a MAD person. I will say no more about this at this time except ask Counsel to release the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024 to the Equality Act Assessor. Because I can be heard on the video recording that YouTube removed that I will be using Dr Phil Gregory report for RESEARCH. Dr Phil Gregory is not my psychiatrist as Devonshires Solicitors LLP alluded in their email to Counsel. Dr Phil Gregory failed to respond to the concerns raised.
Another area of concerns is Dr Phil Gregory and the Nurse unannounced visit to my home on the 21st November, the day after I was on the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel Zoom. I will end by saying in addition to my YouTube Channels that is all I am struggling to hold on to. I have Word Press and https://bio.site/fight4justice working on. As the author of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was signed at the launch of “A New Met for London” I will advise that Counsel for the Defendant make it available to DJ Beecham and the Equality Act Assessor.
I can point others to websites where I can be VERIFIED. Instead of THREATENING me to remove EVIDENCE from social media I have one question for Housing for Women. Who was the Minute Taker for the Customer Scrutiny Panel disbanded in 2020. How did I get on Housing Ombudsman Service Resident Panel?
Queen Camilla Tainted by Housing for Women: I will be using the 100-birthday card sent to my husband to highlight the fact of why DJ Beecham can use this opportunity to make changes to the miscarriages of justice I experienced starting at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust where I am now a Pensioner. Please explain why I do not have a GP for the third time. I can change the NARRATIVE and HISTORY of the UK as the face of ITV News page 1 for Windrush 70 and Composer of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET to name a few of my CREDENTIALS.
Kind regards

The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates working to end this crisis. MM Response: H4W will be exposed in Mervelee Myers RESEARCH. As part of our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services to our customers, Housing for Women partnered with Touchstone Property Services in December 2023 to manage our rental income. Weโre pleased to share that after a year of working together, weโve seen great results in supporting our residents and managing rental income. Hereโs what weโve achieved together: Better rent collection Since December 2023, the number of tenants in arrears has dropped by 41, and arrears have been reduced by ยฃ93,000. This is thanks to Touchstoneโs proactive support for our tenants. Growing the team Touchstone has added an Income Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide even more support to residents. Together, weโre working to keep homes safe and affordable for women in need. If you have any questions or need help, please reach out to Touchstone or our Housing Team. Staying connected Touchstone has responded to 4,840 contacts from residents and made 7,158 calls, texts, and emails to offer help, reminders, and support for timely rent payments. You said, we did! Our action We heard your concerns about anti-social behaviour at one of our properties, which included issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and excessive noise. In response, we acted quickly, working with the Police and residents in the property to manage the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence needed to take the matter to court. In November, we were granted possession of the flat in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone in need of a home, giving them the chance to contribute positively to the community. This outcome was only possible thanks to the fantastic joint working between residents, our team, and the police. It shows what we can achieve when we all work together in partnership. Housing for Women appears in ITV Documentary about domestic abuse. Housing for Women was pleased to be featured in an ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by HRH Queen Camilla. The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates working to end this crisis. MM Response: H4W will be exposed in Mervelee Myers RESEARCH. During her visit to one of our refuges, Queen Camilla met with a survivor who was rebuilding her life with the organisationโs support. MM Response: If Queen Camilla is not careful she will be known as the QUEEN who supported H4W with destroying the lives of WOMEN who raised legitimate complaints about DISCRIMINATION. The Queen also spoke with our team about the vital services they delivered to help women escape violence and abuse. Zaiba Qureshi, Chief Executive of Housing for Women, said: โWe were very pleased to contribute to this crucial conversation and to have HM Queen Camilla visit our refuge services. Domestic abuse is an issue that affects many, and it was essential that survivor voices were amplified and given a platform to be heard. We hoped this documentary would raise awareness and give courage to those experiencing abuse to seek help.โ You can still catch the documentary on ITVX. If you have any questions about your account, you can call Lucy directly on 01225 259274. You can also email h4w@touchstoneresi.co.uk. Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said: Weโre proud of partnership with Touchstone and the positive impact it has made for our customers and our team. If you want to give us feedback or let us know what we are doing well, please call our Customer Service Team on 020 7501 6120. You can also email us at customer.service@h4w.co.uk. With the extra demands on your budget, itโs important to plan ahead and ensure you can pay your rent and service charge on time. Missing your rent payments could result in added costs and even legal action, which no one wants to face in the New Year.
